Many things have happened since Katherine has been raising her children. During those years the blood protection wards fell down and the wizarding world thinks Harry Potter is dead. Not only that but they also moved out of privet Drive and moved to London in a penthouse. Right now it's the 8th of July where the twins Alexander Leo Bloodrose and Belladonna Stellar Bloodrose 8th birthday 3 days after the wizarding news paper the daily prophet and quibbler told of the deaths of Sirius Black and Bellatrix in Azkaban.
