Kong continues running across the landscape of the Hollow Earth as he rushed across a hard rocky landscape as rocks jostled from each stride. He rushed by some rocks as then some suddenly came to life as they were strange creatures with rock-like shells as they chittered.

The HEAVs and Tortuga soared by over them as they were strange Rock Critters. Then suddenly, a large lizard-like creature lunges and snatches the critter and it growls as it shook the critter like a chew toy as it was light brownish in color. And had a row of spikes and osteoderms on it's back. A stubby head and jaw filled with teeth and forward-facing eyes.

The 2 HEAVs and Tortuga flew through the air as they followed Kong as Rock Critters and other Hollow Earth Lizards seen below. And far ahead of them were 2 peaks near each other as one was above it.

"Well, he seems to know where he's going." Nathan through a radio.

"Oh, he certainly can move." Ilene said.

Jia lightly smiled as well.

In the Tortuga, Chris, Martin and Aviva watched as Kong continues running.

"Hmm. This is definitely a fearsome predator." Chris said looking at a holographic screen of the snake-like predator.

"And they kinda fly also like bats." Martin said. "Wait, I say we call them... Warbats."

Aviva lightly rolled her eyes in amusement.

They soon flew slightly upward as they near the peak and Kong runs up the slope. And he soon nears the edge as a field of floating rocks were near with blue patches of energy. Kong slows to a walk as he then got up and nears the edge, and turns to 2 boulders floating near him. He then taps one as the thud echoes, and the boulder floated and bumped into another as they flew upward and bumped into a rock formation in the shape of a hand with the index finger out.

Kong whines lightly and then lightly jumps as his toes nudged 2 boulders over the edge as they floated. And Kong gently floated upward towards the rock formation, he soon nears the hand and grabs hold as he flips and and gently floats downward and lands on the other landscape above and grunts softly.

Meanwhile, lights in a tunnel lit up as a container whooshed by as the lights turned off behind it.

Inside, Bernie was laying on the floor on his back looking through his wallet.

Josh who was also laying back had his eyes closed when rumbling occurred as it felt they were slowing down.

"Okay, okay." Bernie said. "Creepy monorail is slowing down."

A crane claw carries the container as the tunnel downs closed.

"Attention: Shipping pod arriving."

The announcer repeated in Cantonese as rapid beeping on the pod occurred as the crane carries it.

The door soon opened a horn blared, and Bernie was the first to step out as an automated voice speaking indistinctly occurred. And they soon all stepped out.

"Okay. Keep quiet." Bernie said. "Follow me."

A gate thuds as a door opens lifting up.

"We're going in?" Bernie said.

"Yeah." Madison said.

They soon headed into the walkway as the door lowers down closing and Josh turns to it as it closed.

"Oh, no!" Josh said. "Every time, I swear. Doors hate us."

"Calm down, Josh." Koki said.

He then follows them as they entered a doorway leading to a large room.

"Oh, yeah." Bernie said.

They stared at the large as it look almost like a gigantic hanger as they remained silent.

"Aah!" Bernie suddenly yelled.

"Oh, my God!" Madison exclaimed jumping from that as well as Josh, Koki and Jimmy.

"What's wrong with you?!" Jimmy exclaimed. "What you screaming for?! Every 5 minutes there's something a monster or something!"

"It's just so massive." Bernie said as his shout echoed. "It's so stupid."

"So, what is this place?" Madison asked as Bernie heads down the ramp.

"Well, if there's a corporate-friendly term for sacrifice I'd say we are in it." Bernie said.

"Oh, God, that stinks." Madison said in grimace seeing what looked like an eyeball.

Bernie hopped off the ramp as then an alarm blared as they looked around.

"Uh-oh." Jimmy said.

"That's not good." Madison said as Bernie heads off. "Bernie!"

"I really hate this place." Bernie muttered.

"Attention: Demonstration in T-minus 1 minute." An automated voiced announced.

"Demonstration for what?" Jimmy wondered.

"I don't know." Koki said.

A light suddenly lit up and then several more lit on as they were above hanger doors.

"All personnel are to stay clear of the area."

More lights lit up as high above then was a large fan as they looked around.

In a control room, Walter and several other workers were busy.

"Mr. Simmons, systems are coming online." An engineer said.

Walter approached a window and exhales and took a sip of a drink.

Below, a hatch on the floor descends and then opens. And then a larger hatch opens up as a platform below lifts up something from a layer of mist as strange metallic object stood with red edges on the tips lit up and hoses detached from it.

Bernie, Madison, Josh, Koki and Jimmy watched as the colossal metallic object rose up.

"Commence uplink." Walter ordered.

A woman works on a keyboard as it clacked.

In a strange room, Ren grabs a helmet-like device.

"Engaging uplink." Ren said.

He placed the device on.

"Pilot engaged."

In the hanger, a large hand rotates with 4 zygodactyl claws on a bulky long mechanical arm whirring, and was by a large metallic foot slightly resembling Ghidorah's. And the claws adjusted, and a red light flashed and then lit up making a pulsing sound.

In the room, Ren blinked as his eyes rolled back.

A long metallic tail lays on the floor curled ending with a 3-bladed drill on it's tip. And the metallic object then turned a blocky-shaped head and then rose up letting a loud eerie mechanical roar as it was a 400 foot tall robot version of Godzilla with short rectangular metal dorsal plates similar to Godzilla's dorsal plates from 2014.

"What... is that?" Koki said completely stunned.

Bernie mumbled. "That's robot Godzilla."

"Oh, no." Josh said. "That's... That's Mechagodzilla."

They stared as Mechgodzilla's left foot lands on the floor as metal thudded. And side plates on it's leg adjusted as metallic dorsal plates adjusted as they clanked all the way up it's head and stood up to it's full height as Walter watched.

"Release number 10." Walter said.

A gate suddenly thuds as the group of 5 turns to a hanger door sporting a 10 as it opened, and a clawed hand slips through. And then snarling was heard as then the head of a Skull-Crawler pokes out trying to get through.

Bernie and Josh both screamed as well as Jimmy and took off running.

"Madison, run!" Koki yelled as she ran.

"Go, go!" Bernie yelled as Madison stood in place. "Go through there!"

Madison then took off running.

Then the door comes slamming down on the floor as the Skull-Crawler was revealed similar to Skull Devil, but was red as it roared.

Josh looked back seeing the Skull-Crawler and screamed as well as Bernie as they near a hatch.

"Madison! Run, girl!" Bernie yelled.

Madison ran as the Skull-Crawler roared and Madison shrieked as she then tripped and hits the floor. And the Skull-Crawler lunges forward ready to snatch her, when suddenly the Skull-Crawler was pulled back as Mechagodzilla caught the Skull-Crawler by it's left wrist. The Skull-Crawler tries to fight back as the mechanical monster caught it's right wrist.

Madison gasped turning to them as Mechagodzilla pulled the Skull-Crawler's legs wide out. And the Skull-Crawler screeches as it was completely defenseless in the robot's grip. And Mechagodzilla lifts it's head up as a faint red light flickered in it's mouth.

Madison quickly crawled back.

"Madison, get in here!" Koki yelled.

Madison quickly got up and ran.

Mechagodzilla had it's mouth open as a red light flickered as it grew as the back of it's metallic throat. And then it fires a powerful red laser energy beam straight into the Skull-Crawler's mouth, and it hits the ceiling.

In the room, Ren chuckled softly.

In the control room, Walter watched shielding his eyes from the brightness of the blast as he watched.

The Skull-Crawler's head split in half as Mechagodzilla continues firing as he lowers his bead splitting the Skull-Crawler in half.

Madison quickly climbs down the hatch.

"Yes!" Bernie said.

The Skull-Crawler continues being lasered in half as then Mechagodzilla's blast ceased as it's system powers down.

Green substance oozes from the 2 halves of the Skull-Crawler corpse and the robot monster drops them. And the substance hits the hatch's windows with a squelch as Bernie exclaimed as one half of the body lands near them.

"Damn it." Walter muttered and sighed.

"System only reached 40% power." Ren said over a comm as Walter took another sip of his drink.

"Oh, I know." Walter said. "As expected."

"Don't worry. Once the Hollow Earth sample is uploaded,-"

Ren listened remaining silent.

"-our power troubles will be over." Walter said.

"If-"

"-they can find the source." Ren said.

"Oh, they'll find it. I have faith in my daughter."

"I have faith in our creation." Walter said. "And humanity will once again... be the apex species."

Then the door was opening.

"The new test was successful I presume?" A voice said.

Walter knew that voice as he didn't bother to turn to see who it was. "Indeed... Mr. Varmitech."

At the doorway, stood a very thing built man with pale skin. Black, shiny hair, green eyes, a small goatee, black turtleneck sweater, gray slacks, and black pointed shoes.

As he was Zach Varmitech, an long-time rival to the Wild Kratts, as well with Aviva. As he cruelly uses animals for his creations.

And with Zach were 2 menacing and muscular looking robots hovering. Dome-shaped heads, red narrowing eyes and a speaker for a mouth and a conical shaped body making a V shaped. And 2 pincers for hands that can switched into other gadgets when needed. And are colored in several different shades of gray and some black.

"Good." Zach said and smirked. "Soon, I'll have those Wild Rats history for good this time like with that lizard." He said smugly and softly.

In the hatch, the group of 5 remained stunned.

"This is why Godzilla attacked the Apex facility." Madison said and scoffed as they turn to her. "They're trying to replace him."

"I think it's more than that, Madison." Koki said fearing the worse. "I think... I think they're gonna kill him."

Mechagodzilla stood in place as it made a warbling sound as the light from it's metallic eye flashed.

Thousands of miles away, Godzilla swims at the surface of the ocean.

And sensing the warbling, he turns and growls as he changes his course and dives under and swims in the direction of the warbling.

Elsewhere in the world, Mark reaches into his pocket bringing out his phone and checks the texts as Madison still hasn't responded as he was getting worried.

"Come on, Maddie." Mark said.

A signal then beeped.

"Sir, Godzilla just made an abrupt turn in direction." A man said through a tech on a radio. "He's moving very fast. Projection's show he's likely headed to Hong Kong."

Mark stares at the screen as it showed Godzilla's route towards Hong Kong, China.

"Transport is ready and waiting to take you there, sir."

Meanwhile, deep below the Earth's crust, a rock formation in the shape of Kong's kind lays on the ground as the ground shook as Kong ran and Leafwings flew off.

And the 2 HEAVs and Tortuga followed him as he nears a hill, and ahead of them was a large storm cloud with flashing lightning as thunder cracked. And a mountain was below it.

Ilene turns to Jia mouthing pointing to the mountain ahead as Jia lightly smiled.

They continued following Kong as they approached the mountain.

"This has to be it." Nathan said.

Kong continues on and then slows his pace and stood up as he approached the mountain side as thunder cracked and rumbled. Kong grunted softly as he then turns what looked like a large doorway made of stone, and imprinted on it was a red right hand print.

Kong turns to his right hand and growls inquisitively and turns to the print, and then he reaches out and placed his hand on the print. And then he pushed hard on the stone doors as he strained. And the doors then opened as light peers into what looked like a large room.

Kong enters the room and looks around as energy pulsates on the rocks wall from the blue patches. And ahead was what looked like a throne room.

Kong looked around and then roars out and it echoes out as he waited for a response from something.

But his call went unanswered.

Kong then made his way down a ramp as the 2 HEAVs and Tortuga followed him.

Pits of lava burned as sparks gently flew, and Kong walked by the remains of a large skeleton. And he turns to the skull as something was embedded in it, and he grabs hold of it, and pulls it out as it looked like an axe made from a leg bone, and a dorsal plate for the blade. Kong then roars out loudly holding the axe up high and pounds his chest.

"We were right." Nathan said.

"He's home." Ilene said.

Jia then smiled.

Kong then made his way to a rock formation by a rock pillar, they watched as he nears it and they came into landing.

The HEAV hatches opens as they came out as Kong then sat down on what appears to be a throne. Chris, Martin and Aviva came out as Nathan looked at the ceiling and saw strange bat-like creatures as eyes shine.

Everyone watched Kong as he sat like a sovereign on a throne.

Back on the surface, in Hong Kong, a pyramid-like building stood over a mountain.

APEX CYBERNETICS
HONG KONG

Inside, a guard wanders through the hall.

"All personnel must display their Apex badges at all times."

At the corner of a hall, Bernie watched the guard and another walked by.

"Follow me." Bernie whispered.

Madison, Josh, Koki and Jimmy quietly followed Bernie.

"Lizard people build all the facilities the same way." Bernie as they hurried through the hall. "I can find the exit."

"Just get us outta here." Jimmy whispered having enough of this place.

They pass through a hall as Josh as he and Madison turn to a doorway.

"The exit's this way." Bernie said.

Madison then headed for the doorway.

"Guys. Madison!" Bernie said.

"Madison, what are you doing?" Koki asked.

Madison got to the door way as they followed her.

A door lifts open as they saw something completely shocking.

"Oh, my God." Madison said.

In the room was the skull of the torn-off left head of King Ghidorah with wires attached.

"Bitch, what?" Bernie said.

"It's a Titan skull." Josh said.

"No, no, no." Bernie said. "That's not just any Titan. That's Monster Zero."

"Monster Zero was not his real name." Koki said.

Madison gasped. "Ghidorah."

They stared at the skull.

"But, I thought Ghidorah's heads were burnt away." Jimmy said.

"Not all." Koki said. "Remember that fight Godzilla and Ghidorah were in at Mexico? The left head was torn off."

The wires flashed as they approached it.

"The hardwired its DNA." Bernie said. "Self-generating neural pathways capable of intuitive learning."

"Okay, I'm smart, but I only go to high school." Josh said.

"It's a living supercomputer." Bernie said.

"Shh." Josh shushed.

Bernie nears the skull and placed his hand on it and gasped in disbelief.

"It had 3 heads." Bernie said.

Madison placed a hand on one of the skull's teeth.

"Its necks were so long, they communicated telepathically." Bernie said. "And there's one here and another one inside of that-that thing. Yeah, it could be a psionic interface." He nearly passes the eye pocket and saw Ren in the chair and exclaimed. "Oh, my God." He ducked.

Madison ducked as well as Bernie peaked carefully.

"Careful." Bernie whispered.

Madison peaked through the eye socket and saw Ren.

"It's a pilot." Madison said.

"Yeah." Bernie said. "He's in a trance. That's a psionic uplink."

"This is almost a Jaeger pilot in a neural handshake with a Jaeger." Jimmy said.

They all stared at him.

"What?" Jimmy shrugged. "Have you seen Pacific Rim?"

"It follows his will." Bernie said. "Oh, Apex, what have you done?"

Meanwhile, water at one of the bays suddenly swells and glowed blue as dorsal plates rose up from the water and a boat moves aside as they flashed and near a bridge.

People clamor and screamed as they ran for their lives as Godzilla rose up from the water and hits the bridge and roars out. The bridge broke apart as car alarms blared and a horn blares as cars fell.

Godzilla stomps through the bay as people watched as some had phones out recording him.

People screamed as they ran, and Godzilla's enormous right foot stomps on the ground as he made his way through the building growling and his dorsal plates flashed.

Nearby, as Godzilla made his way through the city, a Humvee as a high area came to a stop as Mark came out and turns as Godzilla roars out.

"This is the day we feared." An African American man with glasses said. "I've given the order, Doctor."

People screamed as they ran.

"The city is being evacuated."

People continued screaming as they hurried down an area and near a slightly opened gate as some crawled under and the gate was soon lifted.

A Hong Kong policeman guided the people as they hurried into a Titan shelter.

Mark remained silent.

Unaware of what was happening on the surface, Maia looks through a tablet.

"I don't understand." Maia said. "He led us here. Where is it?"

Just then, the axe blade flickered a blue flash as energy pulsated. And then it lit up as Kong turns to it, and grunts staring at it. Kong looked around and then got up and heads off somewhere.

"What is he doing?" Maia inquired.

Kong approached a section of floor with a shape in the floor matching the axe, and 2 other axes were in the floor as well. Kong stared at the glowing axe and turns to the axe-shaped gap in the floor.

They all watched as Kong then placed the axe into the floor as it flashed, and energy surged through the floor like veins. And they soon join with the other 2 axes.

"It's the axe." Ilene said as the 2 other axes flashed. "It's drawing radiation from the core like it's charging."

"Wait, I think that axe blade is actually a dorsal plate from Godzilla's kind." Aviva said.

They all watched as then a shape flashed on the floor around the pillar. Soon revealing to be a curled shape of Godzilla, and Kong looked around at the flashing image.

And the axes flashed brightly.

On the surface at Hong Kong, Godzilla roars out as his dorsal plates flashed.

He then looks around sensing something, and looks down at the ground. And then he inhales very deeply as debris from the bridge fell off him as his head was straight up high with mouth open as it glowed brightly and his eyes flashed as an immense pulsating charges as his chest lit up.

Then Godzilla nears the ground and fires a powerful Atomic Blast at the ground as everything nearby shook as even 2 boats were jostled by a wave.

At Apex Cybernetics, a screen showed Godzilla's location as the room shook.

"Whoa! Godzilla's responding!" Walter said. "They found it!"

Ren turns to him.

Walter clapped his hands as they can now wait.

At the high place, a siren blared as Mark saw Godzilla still firing at the ground.

"What in the hell?" Mark said in disbelief.

Mark continues watching.

Far below Hong Kong, unaware of what was happening, 2 members rushed out with a strange gadget and placed it down.

One then turns it on as light lit and 6 legs deployed as it stood revealing to be some kind of robot as it chittered. And then it crawls over.

"Hey, what's that thing?" Martin wondered.

Ilene saw it as well.

"What are you doing?" Ilene asked.

"Extracting a sample." Maia said.

The 6-legged robot heads for the axes.

"A sample for what?" Chris asked.

"This is a power beyond our understanding." Ilene said.

Kong looked down noticing the tiny robot.

"You can't just drill into it." Ilene said.

"Actually, we can." Maia said.

"What do you mean you can?" Chris inquired.

The robot scans the axe blade, and then fires a thin line of laser drilling a circle on the axe blade.

"My father gets what he wants." Maia said. "That's Apex property now."

"What?" Ilene frowned.

"Your father?" Aviva said. "Hold on, what's going on here?"

The robot then reaches 4 thin arms, and grabs the drilled piece and brought it into a hatch as was then scanned as a system beeped.

It was brought up in the control room.

"Energy signature incoming." Ren announced.

"Oh, goodie." Zach said. "About time."

"We should be able to recreate it soon." Ren said.

Walter watches a screen as the download reaches 60%.

"And soon, I'll add my own adjustment." Zach said softly and smugly reaching in his pocket bringing a black USB with a red V. "Get ready to kiss goodbye Wild Rats."

"That is the discovery of the millennium." Ilene said. "You can't strip it for parts."

"Hold it." Maia ordered now having enough of her.

Suddenly the men aimed guns at them as they cocked.

"Uh, Maia." Martin said. "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Seeing this, Kong suddenly roars out loudly at them, and then suddenly the cavern shook as rumbling was heard.

"What's... happening?" Aviva asked.

High above, strange winged creatures screeched as they flew down and swarmed the place as Kong growled swatting his hands at them.

Maia watched the tablet screen as it was nearly finished downloading.

"Go. Go." Maia said. "Got what we needed. Let's go!"

She and 2 men quickly rushed off.

In the control room, the downloading finally finishes.

"Yes." Walter said. "Mr. Serizawa, start your engines!"

"The upgrade is untested." Ren said. "Once we get online, Gojira will come straight for us."

"He's been coming for us since our creation first awoke." Walter said. "We must embrace it."

"We shouldn't rush this." Ren said. "We have no idea how this energy source will affect the Mecha."

"Get in the goddamn chair." Walter demanded.

"It's time to take out the lizard." Zach smugly said. "As well as those puny Wild Rats." He whispered.

Down below, Maia and the 2 men quickly rushed to the HEAVs, 2 others fired at the winged creatures.

Then Maia ducked as one creature snatches the guard and carries him in the air as he kept firing. And Kong continues swatting at them growling.

Then one of the creatures lunged into a snatching position as an Apex guard fires at it, but was then snatched and was carried off screaming.

Maia saw this and quickly got up and ran to the HEAV.

"Go, go, go!" Maia yelled.

"Come on, come on!" The pilot said.

Maia got in the HEAV as the hatch begins to close.

"Move! Move! What are you waiting for?" Maia said. "Let's go, let's go!"

The HEAV starts up and soon takes to the air.

Meanwhile, Nathan, Ilene and Jia hurried to the other HEAV as Chris, Martin and Aviva rushed to the Tortuga.

"This way, sir!" The pilot said. "Hurry! We gotta get back..."

Suddenly a winged creature lands on the pilot as he screamed, and Ilene exclaimed and held Jia behind her.

The creature pinned the pilot under it's foot, and the pilot grunted and then screamed as the creature attacks him. And then another winged creature lands by the first as they screeched as everyone remained silent. The 2 creatures hissed and snarled at each other as the second one tries to get at the dead pilot, but the first pushed it back refusing to share or give up it's kill. It then grabs the dead pilot and flies off to find a more secure place to eat as it squawks.

The second creature squawked watching it go, and then it turns to the group.

"Yikes, that's ugly-looking even for a creature." Martin said.

The creature was 9 feet tall, resembling giant bats with vulture-like heads, talons, leathery wings, armored backs covered in thin strands of hair-like feathers.

Ilene gasped as she moved Jia behind her.

"Oh, no, no, no, no, no." Martin said. "You don't wanna eat us. We're, uh... chewy and bland."

The giant bat screeched at Ilene and Jia as it wasn't convinced.

"Okay." Nathan said looking around.

He then grabs a rock and then grunts as he threw it, and the rock hits the creature in the face as it screeched in pain. The creature then screeched angrily turning to Nathan not being happy from the rock.

Realizing he was in trouble, Nathan panicked as the creature then flew up and with it's talons out ready to snatch him.

But suddenly a bright blue flash erupts from the ground with a thud as the creature was knocked back and hits the HEAV. And Nathan was knocked off his feet, and Kong grunts as he backed away from the brightness.

Far above them on the surface, Godzilla continues firing as his blast has drilled far below the Earth's crust.

The Atomic Blast flashed brightly through the cavern the winged creatures flew off as it finally ceased. And an explosion of flames rose as a deep tunnel as left in the ground.

High above, Godzilla roars out loudly down at the tunnel.

Far below, his roared echoed through the tunnel as Kong looked down from the edge and roars out.

Then a boulder hits his shoulder, and he looks up and saw a larger boulder falling down and he rolls out of the way as it hits the edge.

In Maia's HEAV, they saw Kong was standing in front of them.

"Get him out of the way!" Maia said. "Shoot him!"

2 guns from the HEAV's underside were deployed, and they fired at Kong's back as he turns to them and roared.

"Go, go, go!" Maia yelled.

The HEAV pass by Kong and begins to dive down the hole, but then was suddenly caught with a thud.

The HEAV was in Kong's left hand as he roared and holds out the HEAV. The alarm blared as Kong growled bringing it near his face as he stares inside it.

"Oh, no." Maia said realizing they were in trouble.

"No, no, no, no, NO...!"

Kong then simply crushed the HEAV his hand and drops the wrecked HEAV and waved his hand cooling his palm.

"Oh, Jesus!" Nathan said as rocks rained down. "Come on, let's go!"

They hurried to the HEAV as Chris, Martin and Aviva rushed to the Tortuga.

A statue of Kong's kind tips over and hits the ground with a thud as Kong watched. And he growled watching as the throne room was coming apart. He then rolls out of the way of a pillar coming down.

He then noticed the axe and then grabs it as he then growls angrily.

He then rushed to the hole and jumps over the edge, and skids the side as the axe blade hits the side as he slid down.

Meanwhile, Nathan, Ilene and Jia got into the HEAV as beeping occurred as Nathan worked a few switches.

"Hold on, ladies." Nathan said.

"Yeah." Ilene said.

He pulls back the controls.

"Whoa." Nathan exclaimed.

Meanwhile, Chris, Martin and Aviva rushed into the Tortuga's cockpit.

"Come on, hurry up!" Chris said as they got in seats.

"I'm hurrying! I'm hurrying!" Aviva said getting to the controls.

The Tortuga's engine quickly revs as it and the HEAV took to the air and they quickly flew off as they then dove down into the tunnel as a large section of pillar landed over it.
