Around noon the next day, Novicmon informed the heroes and heroines that they had entered the territory of the Light Tribe, and so far, they were a little disturbed by what they found.

Walking in the direction of where the Tribe's capital was supposed to be, the group found nothing but old ruins of villages and fortifications, along with dead trees and dried river banks, the land all but drained of the Digi-magic that sustained it.

"This looks bad." Tai remarked as he and the others looked around at the decaying surroundings, where his Agumon asked. "Does this mean the Light Tribe's losing here?"

"That, or they've retreated back to the capital, like the Fire Tribe did." Davis theorized in reply, where he then said to the others and added with a continued seriousness. "Let's keep our eyes peeled, we don't know if the Dark Tribe's forces are in the area."

"Let them come, we'll kick their asses!" Gumdramon let out, with a few, such as Dokamon and Marcus' Agumon, agreeing with him, while the others just sighed, hoping that their enthusiasm for a battle hadn't just jinxed them.

It was then that a loud, ear piercing shriek was heard from the dead forests, the heroes looking on as hundreds of dark purple eyes glared at them, before the darkness emerged and surrounded the group, giving the heroes a good look at their foes.

The revealed enemy consisted of three types of Dark Digimon, with the first resembling massive, muscular wolves, large enough for the other Digimon to ride on them, with black fur, sharp claws and spikes going down their backs, and glowing dark purple eyes that gave off an aura of bloodlust as they bared their fangs.

The second dark forms of Digimon, which were both in the air and on the ground, had the horrifying appearance of looking a combination of that of a man and a bat.

These terrible creatures had dark fur covering their bodies, black wings that spread from out of their backs, alongside fearsome and bloodthirsty faces as they shrieked at the heroes.

And taking note of the crescent moon symbol on their armoured chests as they bared their claws, the heroes knew the Dark Digimon wouldn't be reasoned with.

The final type of Dark Digimon surrounding the heroes was also a terrifying sight, circling in the air above, resembling a cross between a human and a black moth, with clawed hands, massive moth wings, and glowing dark purple eyes as they shrieked down at the group, the crescent moon set upon their chests.

"Wargmon, DarkThrallmon and DarkMothmon, all Champion Level!" Sora informed in warning as she read at the information provided upon her D-Bracer, before the Digidestined of Love and the others all circled around Novicmon and Jeri, keeping their friends safe as they prepared to fight.

"You just had to jinx us?" Rika yelled at Gumdramon, who gulped a little as he took in the Tamer's anger.

But overcoming Rika's wrath, Gumdramon gained a confident look toward Tagiru, where the Digimon Hunter and the others all prepared for battle.

However, before anyone could so much as move, a barrage of light beams shot down from the sky, striking a dozen or so of the DarkMothmon and DarkThrallmon, causing them to shriek as their beings dissolved into Data, before everyone looked up to see a small group of Digimon charging in.

The first to catch the heroes' eyes were the nine white griffon-like Digimon carrying eight others, the beasts clad in gold and silver armour with a yellow sun emblazoned on their chests, while on their backs were white armoured Digimon, resembling humanoid medieval knights, with the same sun symbol on their chest plates and shields, wielding golden swords and having angel wings on their helmets.

"HolyKnightmon and HolyGriffomon, Champion levels." Yoshi informed her friends as she and the others looked at their first glimpse of the Light Tribe Digimon.

Seeing the Light Digimon, the DarkThrallmon let out loud and infuriated shrieks, sending out shockwaves of dark energy at the flying Digimon, while the DarkMothmon released blasts of dark purple energy from out their eyes.

However, before the attacks could strike the Light Tribe Digimon, a barrier of light formed around them, blocking all the attacks, where the group of heroes and heroines saw another HolyGriffomon flying alongside the others, carrying another new Digimon with them.

Unlike the armoured HolyKnightmon, this Digimon was clad from head to toe in white robes, with golden runes inscribed upon them, while a white hood and face mask covered all but their golden eyes.

Behind and set upon the Digimon's back, were a set of golden angel wings, which arched behind its head, where a circle of light formed between them as the Digimon drew his golden staff upward, one with angelic wings on the top as it fired a blast of light energy at the Dark Digimon, knocking a few back as they shrieked in pain.

"Clericmon, Champion level, Magic type." Kari said as she looked at her D-Bracer, reading the information on the Light Tribe Digimon, their answer to FlameWizardmon in her eyes, before she and the others saw six other Digimon quickly fly past the ones the HolyGriffomon were carrying, ones that had familiar body types that caused most to widen their eyes.

Four of the Digimon resembled knightley version of Angemon, their bodies covered in shining silver armour, with four white wings coming out of their backs, carrying golden swords and shields, while winged helmets covered all but their mouths.

Showing their might, the angelic Digimon let out rage filled cries as they charged forward and cut down the DarkMothmon.

Meanwhile, the other two Digimon accompanying them looked even more armoured, their faces completely covered, their armour gold, with six light energy wings and two light energy blades on their wrists, much like MagnaVeedramon, where the angelic Digimon joined their comrades in battle.

"KnightAngemon, Champion Levels, and ArchAngemon, Ultimate Levels." Takato said as he read the information from his D-Bracer, watching alongside the others as they watched the aerial battle.

Too engrossed and distracted in the fighting, however, the group did not see the Wargmon starting to charge at them, ready to cut them down.

However, with a flash of light, the Wargmon let out ear piercing howls as their bodies broke apart and into Data particles, catching the heroes attention as they turned to see three Digimon with their backs to them, staring down the Dark Digimon as they held their weapons.

Two of the Digimon looked like large, more armoured versions of the HolyKnightmon, each wielding a halberd of gold as their white capes flowed behind them, their armour gold with the yellow sun icon upon their chests as well as they stared down the Dark Tribe's forces.

Their leader, however, was something else, as the heroes looked upon the Digimon, clad in golden armour, with wings on his shoulder pads, knee caps and helmet, while a pair of golden wings came out of his back, where he swung his massive sword, looking ready to strike down his foes with ease.

"CrusaderKnightmon, Ultimate Level, and..." Davis began to say as he read out the info provided from his D-Bracer, before his eyes widened as he looked at the info of the leader of the Light Tribe Digimon before them, where he added with pure surprise. "And LordPaladinmon, Mega Level!"

"I've heard of him, he's supposed to be the right hand of the Light Tribe's leader, their answer to BlazeShogumon!" Novicmon said with amazement in his voice, letting the heroes know that this was one of the Light Tribe's leaders before them.

Seeing the champion of the Light Tribe now standing before them, one of the DarkThrallmon let out a loud shriek, a cry of fear, which caused the rest of the Dark Digimon to turn and retreat, not wishing to be destroyed by the holy knight Digimon's blade, where the HolyGriffomon and their riders landed around their leader as they and the angelic Digimon above watched their foes flee.

Seeing the Dark Digimon flee, and happy that they did not have to fight, the heroes and heroines sighed in relief, where Shoutmon moved to speak for the group as he started to say. "Thank you for assisting us. We are grateful and..."

However, at the next moment and much to the group's shock, the Light Tribe Digimon quickly circled around the heroes, all but LordPaladinmon drawing their weapons at the group, glaring at the heroes as they prepared to strike.

Looking at the group before him, LordPaladinmon's gaze then fell upon Novicmon, where he questioned. "What is a firestarter doing in our lands?"

This caused the heroes and heroines to frown slightly, now understanding the problems between the tribes that Infernomon had warned them about and Novicmon's own words, seeing the Light Tribe Digimon looking down at them as if they were beneath them.

Glaring back at LordPaladinmon, Novicmon reached into his hat and withdrew Infernomon's seal, catching the holy knight Digimon's attention, along with his companions.

"I am here with these heroes on a mission from Lord Infernomon, I have to deliver a message to Celestimon." Novicmon replied with a stern voice, one the heroes felt proud of, while coming to the understanding that Celestimon was the Light Tribe's leader.

"What message does the lord of fire have for our Lady?" LordPaladinmon then questioned, wishing to know the reason these lesser beings sought to speak to his leader.

"He wants to discuss an alliance." Davis spoke up, causing the holy knight Digimon, and his allies, to look toward the Digidestined of Miracles with surprise.

"And not just between the Light Tribe and Fire Tribe, but all the tribes as a unified front against the Dark Tribe." Davis then added, but found the Light Tribe Digimon remaining dismissive of his words.

"Are you mad...?!" One of the HolyKnightmon started to yell, only to be silenced as LordPaladinmon held his hand out, placing an end to the outburst.

Focusing upon Davis, LordPaladinmon looked at the maroon haired Digidestined with piercing eyes, sensing something about this one, though what, he wasn't sure.

"What business is the matter of the tribes to you, little one?" He then asked as he looked at Davis, where Novicmon responded for his friend, telling the Light Tribe Digimon. "These are heroes that have been brought to our world to help us. They all have the D-Bracers, allowing them to merge with their Digimon and become heroes of old."

With Novicmon's words, Davis and a few others brought their arms up, allowing the Light Tribe warriors to see the legendary items on the heroes wrists, where the small mystic Digimon continued and said. "They not only saved my Tribe and defeated Lycanmon, but also defeated Anansimon as well."

These words caused LordPaladinmon to widen his eyes slightly.

While he considered Lycanmon to be a nuisance, the idea that these individuals defeated an ancient horror was something unheard of.

"My Lord, you can't seriously be thinking..." One of the CrusaderKnightmon started to say in protest, not liking the idea of bringing such lesser creatures before their leader, let alone into their capital.

"You know the laws of Witchelny, and I will not disobey them." LordPaladinmon said in reply, giving his warrior a stern look, who nodded in reply, before the Mega turned to the heroes and stated. "We shall take you to Lady Celestimon, but do not expect her to be as recipient as you desire."

Nodding in reply, knowing that this part of their journey would not be easy, but still determined to try, the heroes and heroines joined the HolyKnightmon and Clericmon on the backs of the HolyGriffomon, where the Light Tribe Digimon took off, heading towards their capital with the group in tow.

Meanwhile, the retreating Wargmon, DarkThrallmon and DarkMothmon were all heading towards a series of dark cloud, to which at the center was a massive black castle floating in the air, the base for the Dark Tribe's forces invading the Light Tribe's territory, where thousands more of their kind roamed the hallways or were perched upon its towers with other dark Digimon.

Likewise, along the hallways, leading to an ornate throne room, were Digimon resembling ShadowKnightmon, only the armour concealing their forms was a shade of blood red, while their mouths showed off their pale skin and long fangs.

The FellKnightmon remained on guard, ready for their Master to call them to battle as he sat on his throne.

Meanwhile, within the throne room and upon the throne, being attended by four LadyDevimon, was a being that looked almost human, appearing as a fairly young man with black and red hair, dressed in a black regal suit, with a golden chalice in hand that held a red liquid within.

However, unlike a human being, this Digimon had two massive bat-like wings coming out of his back, while he eyes were pitch black, showing only his yellow irises as he took a sip of his drink, one his attendants knew was not wine, before baring his fangs as he looked at the images before him.

In preparations for a potential battle, Draculmon, the Dark General charged with assaulting the Light Tribe and claiming their primordial fragment, the Celestial Light, looked over the images of Lycanmon's battle and defeat at the hands of the heroes.

"It's quite amusing watching that mutt fail." The vampiric Digimon remarked with a light chuckle as he watched the battle, before focusing on the various heroes and heroines.

"Interesting, interesting..." Draculmon said to himself as the images went by.

However, as soon as the image of GaleSilphymon appeared, the Dark General gained a smirk as he then said. "Exotic..."

Hearing this, the LadyDevimon could only giggle lightly, already aware of what their Master's intentions were, before Draculmon turned to see his dark mirror light up, where the image of Charonmon appeared within it.

"Ah, Charonmon, to what do I owe the pleasure of your presence?" Draculmon asked in his usual charismatic tone, standing up and approaching the mirror as he kept his grin on his face, despite secretly, like many of the Dark Generals, wanting to rip the dark mystic's head off.

"The humans are heading towards the Light Tribe, they are seeking to forge an alliance between them and the Fire Tribe. The Dark Lady demands you not only speed up your progress, but also deal with the humans and their pets as well, save the one she desires." Charonmon informed the Dark General, who waved his hand in a dismissive gesture.

"Do you think I'm an imbecile like Lycanmon? I have already prepared for their arrival." Draculmon stated, taking a sip from his drink as he smirked and began saying. "My forces will eliminate them, capture our Lady's prize, and..."

It was then that the doors to the throne room quickly opened, where one of the DarkThrallmon came rushing in, panic covering its face as he began to say frantically in a high pitched voice. "Master! LordPaladinmon and his guard attacked us before we could attack the humans and...!"

The Dark Digimon then fell silent as he took in the room, realizing he had just entered as his Master was speaking to Charonmon.

And though Draculmon kept his calm face and smirk, the DarkThrallmon could easily sense his overwhelming rage, not only for their failure, but for embarrassing him in front of the Dark Lady's advisor.

Faster than the eye could see, Draculmon closed the distance between him and the DarkThrallmon, grabbing him by the throat with his free hand, lifting him off the ground as the bat Digimon struggled to get free, seeing the cold rage in his Master's eyes.

"And what is the price of failure again?" Draculmon asked the choking DarkThrallmon with a cold tone, bringing him over to an open pit, where the Dark General let go of his failed servant, who let out a cry as he tried to extend his wings and fly away.

However, at the next second, the sounds of bone crunching was heard, as though something was chowing down on the poor DarkThrallmon, the LadyDevimon cringing at the sound, while Draculmon kept his calm demeanor.

Taking another sip of his drink, the Dark General turned to the mirror and informed Charonmon. "Mark my words, they will never convince the Light Tribe to join in their little alliance, my agent will make certain of that."

"I will unleash the wrath of the Dark Tribe upon them all, and as their precious city burns, I will take their Celestial Light for our Lady and deliver her chosen to her." Draculmon finished with a dark determination in his eyes.

"See to it that you do, or else." Charonmon replied, before the image on the mirror vanished, leaving Draculmon to turn and leave his throne room and rally his troops.

Remaining on the backs of the HolyGriffomon as they flew with their tribesmen, the heroes and heroines continued to look around the area, seeing the land below desolate and void of life, prompting Davis to look at LordPaladinmon as he flew next to them and ask. "Sorry for asking, but why does it seem that the Dark Tribe has expanded so far into your territories?"

"Our Lady decided long ago when the fiends first invaded to bring all our Tribe to the capital, which has allowed us to conserve our energy and repel the Dark Tribe without stretching out forces." LordPaladinmon replied in a tone that told Davis that he did not want to discuss the issue any further, least of all with him, causing the Digidestined of Miracles to frown a little.

Upon passing through a series of clouds, however, the heroes and heroines were in awe at the sight before them, seeing that the capital city of the Light Tribe was floating in the sky, with a massive light barrier surrounding it, which opened up to allow the small group through, before closing behind them.

As the group flew over the gigantic floating capital of the Light Tribe, the heroes and heroines saw that unlike the feudal Japanese style architecture of the Fire Tribe's capital, the Light Tribe's city had a style similar to that of medieval Western Europe, which reminded Zoe of various cathedrals she saw during her days growing up in Italy.

But taking her eyes off the scenery, the blonde smiled as she looked over Takuya, happy her life had led her to meeting him.

All around, the group saw various light, angelic, priest and knight type Digimon all roaming and flying around the streets, before the HolyGriffomon landed at a gathering point.

Climbing from off of the mythic Digimon's back, with many of the Davis, Tai and Takato getting down first to help Kari, Sora and Jeri off, the group kept close to LordPaladinmon, who looked to the heroes and heroines, telling them. "Follow me, but stay close, otherwise the guards will end you."

"Don't worry, we will..." Novicmon started to say as he turned, only for someone to crash into him, causing the mystic Digimon to fall backwards and landing on his rear.

"Hey! Watch where you're going!" Novicmon yelled in a furious huff, hearing a femimine voice yelling the same thing in unison back at him and expressing a similar irritation.

Opening his eyes, Novicmon took in the sight before him, taking notice of the Digimon which bumped into him, leaving Novicmon surprised, alongside most of the heroes and their Digimon partners.

Her arms crossed as she glared toward Novicmon, the mystic Digimon felt his anger subside as he looked ahead, seeing a feline Digimon closely resembling Gatomon's appearance, though this feline had notable changes that separated her from the Digimon of Light.

Having chestnut brown fur as opposed to Gatomon's white fur, alongside a white robe and cap similar to Novicmon's, those present could tell this Digimon was different to Gatomon, physically and in terms of power.

Curious to the Gatomon lookalike, Davis turned his attention over to his D-Bracer as the Digimon's info came up, allowing him to read aloud. "Nyarukimon, a Champion Level mystic beast type."

Hearing her name called, Nyarukimon looked around at the heroes and heroines, confused as to who they were and why they were here in her city, while the group wondered if this Digimon happened to be Novicmon's Light Tribe counterpart.

From her position however, as soon as her eyes landed on Veemon, the group could have sworn they saw hearts appear in Nyarukimon's eyes, along with a bright blush on her cheeks, causing the V marked Digimon to gulp a little as his eyes widened, before looking to the side and feeling a little nervous to see an aura of rage starting to form around Gatomon's being.

"Nyarukimon, why are you here?" LordPaladinmon then questioned, grabbing her attention from the mystery dragon-like Digimon and snapping her out of her love-stricken daze.

"I heard you were bringing strangers into the city and I wanted to see for myself." Nyarukimon replied, her tone of clear respect and devotion toward LordPaladinmon, which changed as she stared back at Novicmon and asked. "And why is a lizard from the Fire Tribe here?"

"They are here to deliver a message to Lady Celestimon, you can follow us." The holy knight Digimon told Nyarukimon.

Walking past the feline Digimon and heading towards the domain of Celestimon, finding the heroes remaining close behind, from his position, and being the friendly Digimon he was, Veemon helped Novicmon back up to his feet and quickly rejoined with Davis and the others.

Guided by LordPaladinmon, his soldiers behind them, Nyarukimon followed the unknown humans, Digimon and Appmon with a curious expression, though most of her attention remained upon Veemon as she eyed him.

'Who is this handsome stranger? He's really cute!' The feline Digimon thought, not noticing the continued aura of anger around the other feline Digimon expressed.

Moving through the city, the heroes and heroines saw the look most of the Light Tribe Digimon were giving them, as though questioning why these outsiders were in their presence, giving most of them the belief that these talks would not go so easily.

As they continued walking, however, Davis took note of something, where he whispered lightly. "Kari, Veemon, Gatomon."

Getting the trio's attention, Davis moved his eyes in the direction he was looking, causing them to look as well, where they were surprised to see large statues of MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, the three and Davis making a mental note, while Shoutmon and Mikey noticed the same thing.

Eventually, the group came to a massive structure, a cross between a castle and a cathedral, within the middle of the city, where a bright pillar of light came out from the highest spire, giving off a familiar energy that the heroes sensed, believing it to be the Light Tribe's primordial fragment.

Entering the halls and continuing to follow LordPaladinmon, the group saw the rest of his soldiers remain outside, while Nyarukimon followed close behind, before the heroes and heroines saw rows of Digimon guarding the hallway, including CrusaderKnightmon, ArchAngemon, and another type of Digimon they had not seen before.

Resembling a BishopChessmon, the Digimon's armour was gold with white cloaks, with their heads covered in helmets that bore a sun icon on top, while holding golden staves with the same sun icon on them.

"LightBishopmon, Ultimate Level, magic type." Nene read off from her D-Bracers as she and her friends looked at the Light Tribe's answer to the Pyromon of the Fire Tribe, before the group entered a massive throne room with stained glass windows along the walls.

Moving to the side, LordPaladinmon let the group pass, where their eyes first landed upon a being that resembled a silver knight with a white cape and yellow sun icons on his shoulders and chest, wielding a greatsword in hand.

But upon seeing the similar looking twin cannons on his back, Mikey looked at his D-Bracer, where he read off the Digimon's information. "LightTactimon, Mega Level."

Seeing that the Light Tribe had their own version of Tactimon as well, the heroes then looked across from him, seeing another Digimon who, despite his light appearance, had a more imposing stance.

Having the base body structure of the LightBishopmon, this Digimon had a white cloak that covered much of his golden armoured form, with shoulder pads shaped like two golden suns.

And while he did not have a staff like the LightBishopmon, the being had a pair of arching golden wings behind his back, creating a light halo effect around the back of his head, where Marcus looked at his D-Bracer, reading off the Digimon's information. "ArchBishopmon, a magic type Mega Level Digimon."

Looking away from the glaring Magic Digimon, the heroes then looked upon a golden throne, shaped like a sun, and saw the being sitting within.

Slightly smaller than Infernomon, the Digimon still held a regal look in her appearance, resembling a tall humanoid female being clad in silver armour with gold trimmings, with robes covering her feet and her back, allowing six large, which angelic wings to sprout from behind.

Her shoulder pads held the same sun appearance as ArchBishopmon's, while her helmet only showed her glowing golden eyes as two angel wings pointed out on top.

Resting on her back and above her wings was a golden circle, resembling a halo, while in her right hand was a large staff, holding the same sun icon on top as she looked down at the heroes with a neutral appearance.

"Celestimon, Mega Level, leader of the Light Tribe." Davis said in a whisper as he looked at his D-Bracer, reading off Celestimon's info, before the group noticed the large, circular stained glass window behind her throne, seeing that there was another chamber behind the throne room, where they saw not only a pulsing light within, but felt a similar energy to that of the Eternal Flame, realizing that the Light Tribe's primordial fragment was close by.

"LordPaladinmon, why have you defiled our sacred halls by bringing these vermin in here?!" ArchBishopmon then questioned as he glared at the heroes, who glared back in kind.

"They bare the seal of the Fire Tribe's leader, they are here to deliver a message to Lady Celestimon." LordPaladinmon said in reply, where the heroes noticed the edge in his tone as he spoke to the Light mystic Digimon, sensing some hostility between the two.

"That is your excuse?! You should've turned them away!" ArchBishopmon said with a continued stern and superior tone.

"You know the laws, ArchBishopmon! You would dare tell our soldiers to defy them?!" LightTactimon then questioned, causing ArchBishopmon to look at him and reply. "Better than having vermin defile our city, our Tribe!"

Meanwhile, as the banter between her servants continued, Celestimon remained silent, looking upon the heroes and seeing the D-Bracers, knowing now that these were the individuals that she sensed not too long ago.

Likewise, Nyarukimon was watching from the side, not too sure what to make of all of this or what to think.

While intrigued by the newcomers, the mystic feline Digimon was also taken aback by ArchBishopmon's hostility, having never seen her mentor so violent before, despite knowing that he has been the proprietor of the Light Tribe's isolation, constantly preaching about their need to stay out of the affairs of lesser Digimon.

Seeking to end the banter and get things started, Shoutmon moved ahead of the group, getting the others' attention as he looked to Celestimon, knelt before the celestial Digimon and told her with clear respect in his voice. "Lady Celestimon, though we are not apart of the Fire Tribe, Infernomon has asked that we speak with you on a grave matter."

"And who are you to dare speak to our Lady?!" ArchBishopmon suddenly demanded, looking ready to attack Shoutmon at any second, where Novicmon moved beside the Digimon King and began speaking for his friends once again.

"These heroes have come to Witchelny in our time of need, each granted the legendary D-Bracers, allowing them, their Digimon and Appmon partners with them to become heroes of old." Novicmon stated, his words causing the humans to draw up their wrists, showing the Light Tribe's leaders their D-Bracers.

Seeing the legendary devices herself, Nyarukimon looked in awe, further amazed by the presence of Veemon and his friends, before Novicmon continued. "With their help, not only did my tribe repel the Dark Tribe invaders, but through their actions and heroism, not only was Lycanmon defeated, but Anansimon as well."

Hearing about Anansimon's defeat seemed to surprise LightTactimon and Nyarukimon, having never heard of the ancient horrors actually being defeated in combat.

Seeing ArchBishopmon about to interject once again, LightTactimon then asked. "What matter does the Lord of Fire wish to discuss with our Lady?"

"He wishes to discuss an alliance." Davis said in reply as he moved forward, seeing the shock and surprise in the three Digimon's expressions, along with Nyarukimon on the side.

However, remaining calm and focused, the maroon haired Digidestined moved closer toward Celestimon and added. "Not just between the Light Tribe and the Fire Tribe, but with all the tribes against the Dark Tribe and their invasion. If this world's going to survive, you all need to learn to get along."

"Preposterous!" ArchBishopmon let out as if insulted, only to be cut off once again as Davis continued to express his concerns for Witchelny.

"Even with their forces defeated and routed from the Fire Tribe's lands, by the time Infernomon can rebuild his forces to a point they could fight back, they will be forced back on the defensive again by the Dark Tribe's armies. No single tribe can stand against them alone, not even yours. The tribes need to put their differences aside and stand united against this evil, or all of Witchelny will suffer for it."

From Davis' words, though Kari remained in agreement with him, finding Nyraukimon silent and thinking over what had been said, tension remained within the Light Capital's leadership.

"My Lady, do we really need to listen to this nonsense?" ArchBishopmon questioned as he looked upon his ruler adding with a strong, arrogant tone. "We are the beacon of hope and light for Witchelny, the example all Digimon should follow, why should we lower ourselves to help those beneath us?"

"How can you call yourselves a beacon when no one can see you?" Kari suddenly snapped in anger, the outburst causing even her friends and brother to look at her, never seeing her this angry before.

"You call yourselves Digimon of Light, but you hide here in your city like cowards." Kari then said, continuing to express her resentment toward the Light Tribe's arrogance.

"Watch your tone, you little...!" ArchBishopmon started to say with a small snarl, but found Kari remaining in her distempered state and yell. "Those who wield light have to protect those in need, not stand proudly over them! You are an embarrassment just sitting here in the clouds!"

"Enough! Guards, remove them!" ArchBishopmon then commanded furiously, the outburst causing the CrusaderKnightmon, ArchAngemon and LightBishopmon just outside the throne room to enter the domain, ready to take the heroes and heroines out by force if need be.

Looking at Davis, Kari gave a nod, her boyfriend understanding her intention, where he brought his D-Bracer up with hers, Veemon and Gatomon at the ready as the four were consumed in pillars of light, emerging as MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon.

Seeing their friends transform, the rest of the heroes and heroines, minus Mikey and Shoutmon, thought that things were really about to go south now, and instead of making an alliance, they would be starting another war.

However...

"It can't be!"

"The legendary heroes! The founders of our Tribe were reborn!"

"MagnaVeedramon, Lightbearer Ophanimon, here before us!"

The guards all dropped their weapons and looked in awe, as did LordPaladinmon and LightTactimon, while ArchBishopmon looked shocked and unnerved, unable to speak.

Nyarukimon, meanwhile, looked on in awe to see the two legendary heroes, as well as blushing lightly to see that the handsome Digimon had changed into the legendary knight Digimon.

In her mind, this Digimon was becoming more interesting by the minute.

The only one who did not seem shocked was Celestimon, who looked at the sight with intrigue, while behind her, the Celestial Light, their primordial fragment, began to pulse lightly, something it had not done in a long time as MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon felt its energy resonate within their cores.

"The Light Tribe can no longer remain on the side, nor can it fight alone. You must stand with the other tribes against the enemy, or all will be consumed by darkness!" MagnaVeedramon said as he looked around at the Light Digimon, where Lightbearer Ophanimon added with her own conviction. "The Light stands for honour, for duty, it is time the Tribe represents them once again!"

A moment of silence reigned after that, before everyone saw Celestimon rise from her throne, where ArchBishopmon looked her way, only to see her giving him a look that silenced him.

"I will need time to decide on this matter, there is much that I must consider." Celestimon just said as she spoke for the first time, her voice reminding Takuya and Zoe of the Ophanimon they knew, where the Light Tribe leader then added with an opening kindness. "Until then, you are all guests within our city."

"Nyarukimon, please have room prepared for our guests, they have had a long journey from the Fire Tribe's lands here." Celestimon then said to the small feline Digimon, who snapped out of her stupor over MagnaVeedramon and replied with a bow. "At once, my Lady!"

Looking at the heroes, Celestimon saw the rest of them let out sighs of relief, before seeing MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon bow in respect, before reverting back to Davis, Kari and their partners, joining their friends as Nyarukimon lead the heroes and heroines to a line of prepared chambers within the castle, while the still stunned guards, along with LordPaladinmon, LightTactimon and ArchBishopmon left the area themselves, leaving the Light Tribe leader deep in thought on the future of her tribe.

Unfortunately, none noticed the growing rage within ArchBishopmon, a rage not for the reason one would assume.

Looking over a very detailed map of the Light Tribe's capital, planning out his stages of attack, Draculmon was alerted as his dark mirror began to shine, where he moved before the reflective surface as the image of ArchBishopmon appeared within.

"If you are going to strike you better do it soon, unless you want the Fire Tribe aiding these fools." ArchBishopmon stated, his words causing Draculmon to frown in reply.

"You were supposed to keep them from accepting the alliance." The Dark General stated with frustration in his tone, which was shared by the mystic Digimon.

"It doesn't help when two of the humans and their pets turn into the Tribe's "Holy Heroes"! Celestimon is still considering it, but I can assure you, she will take their side!" The light mystic Digimon said in reply.

Growling himself, crushing his chalice in his hand, Draculmon looked at ArchBishopmon and said. "So be it. I assume everything is in place?"

"Of course it is. These fools have no idea that their city will fall all around them." ArchBishopmon told the Dark General, before his image faded, where Draculmon left to assemble his soldiers, ready to bring the Light Tribe, and the heroes, to their knees.
