All across the once vibrant city of the Light Tribe, smoke and flames could be seen through the growing despair.
As the Digimon remained strong and tried to defend the capital against the Dark Tribe invaders, the CelestialDracomon and LightDracomon had joined their brethren against the monstrosities attacking their home, leaving the Clericmon and LightBishopmon to produce a barrier of pure light as to protect the innocents on their way to shelter and away from the forces of darkness.
Meanwhile, back with the fighting, CrimsonAldamon, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon remained on guard, a sense of dread filling the heroes and heroines as not only Draculmon looked at them with a dark glee, but GaleSilphymon as well, their friend now seemingly under a dark spell and at the Dark General's command.
Sliding himself around GaleSilphymon, disgusting CrimsonAldamon at the sight, pressing himself closely toward the corrupted Warrior of Wind, Draculmon instructed in a fair whisper. "Now, my dear, be a good girl and eliminate your friends for me."
GaleSilphymon's glowing red eyes seemed to widen for a second, taking in Draculmon's words, before the corrupt Warrior of Wind then launched herself right towards MagnaVeedramon.
"Wind Blades!" GaleSilphymon then announced with a darkness in her voice as she swung her shurikens towards her former friend.
Refusing to harm GaleSilphymon in her current state of mind, MagnaVeedramon quickly brought up his light blades to block against the attacks thrown against him.
However, having an opposite emotion toward her former friend, the corrupt Warrior of Wind then delivered a swift and powerful kick to MagnaVeedramon's stomach, knocking him aside and giving GaleSilphymon time to then turn her new darkness towards Lightbearer Ophanimon, her wicked smile growing as she moved to attack her.
"Arcane Twister!" The Warrior of Wind then declared, swinging her shuriken and throwing them out as they formed a powerful tornado, the attack and all its power heading straight for the angelic Digimon.
"Inferno Strike!" The familiar cry of CrimsonAldamon exclaimed as an uproar of flame collided with the winds and set the area ablaze, the shuriken returning to GaleSilphymon as she then looked over to see CrimsonAldamon floating before in her path and holding a determination in his.
"You two deal with Draculmon, this is my fight." The Warrior of Flame told MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, his words and the clear emotion to save Zoe from her darkness caused the light Digimon to look at one another and then at their friend in concern, both understanding the pain he must be going through.
"Takuya..." MagnaVeedramon started to say, only for the Warrior of Fire to hold his hand out and say in reply. "I'm alright. I need to do this. If anybody can bring Zoe back to her senses, I know I can."
Seeing the pair nod in reply, CrimsonAldamon watched as MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon took off in order to confront Draculmon, leaving the Warrior of Flame up against the girl he loved.
Looking over GaleSilphymon and seeing the wicked smile forming on her face as she crossed her shuriken together, CrimsonAldamon knew he'd have to push through in order to reach Zoe's darkened heart.
"Magna Saber!"
"Striking Light!"
Their trust to save Zoe rested upon CrimsonAldamon, moving together and closing in on Draculmon, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon extended their weapons, which shone with a further intensity of light, the sight only leaving the vampiric Digimon to smirk.
"The light within you is powerful, but you can never truly stop the darkness. Shadow Blade!" The vampiric Digimon declared, summoning his weapon through the shadowy mist, where he rushed to meet MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon as they clashed blades in the air, dodging and parrying one another's strikes as they moved faster than most could see.
"I will enjoy breaking the two of you, then watch as these insects lose their hope as their so-called heroes fall!" Draculmon then said with a further wickedness and arrogance, feeling as though he had already won this battle.
"Don't get ahead of yourself, freak. We've fought all kinds of Dark Digimon before, and we'll fight to the bitter end before we let you win!" MagnaVeedramon yelled in retaliation as he and Lightbearer Ophanimon moved together, putting the Dark General on the defensive as the Digimon of Light fought as one and in perfect sync against him.
'How are they moving so fast?! How am I barely able to keep up with them?!' Draculmon questioned with a growing rage as MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon seemed to be fighting in sync with one another.
Had Draculmon had the time to disengage from his conflict, the Dark General would've seen the same passion amongst the other heroic Digimon now defending the Light Capital.
"Cross Slicer!"
"Noble Strike!"
"Victory Slasher!"
Calling out their attacks, Samudramon, MedievalGallantmon and LordShoutmon cut down the last of the regular DeathKnightmon, panting lightly from the effort they had to put in to stop the dark warriors, before looking to see the more powerful and dark imbued warriors heading toward them.
Then, much to the heroes' shock, the middle DeathKnightmon seemed to phase out of reality, before reappearing right in front of Samudramon, bringing his greatsword up as he moved to strike, with the Digimon of courage using his swords to block the strike.
Though Samudramon defended against the attack, the Digimon of Courage was left groaning as he felt the raw energy behind the DeathKnightmon's strike, fueled by the dark energy coursing through it.
The darkness around the second DeathKnightmon then spread out as a series of black wings as the dark warrior rushed at MedievalGallantmon.
Countering just as Samudramon had done, MedievalGallantmon used his axe in order to block the attack, but was sent flying back through several buildings as the intense dark energies gathered within the DeathKnightmon were released and threw him aside.
Pushing past his damages and immediately throwing himself back into the fight, MedievalGallantmon brought his axe down with a mighty swing, but found that the DeathKnightmon had managed to shield itself against his attack, seeing the darkness around his enemy seeming to react to the attack and form a dark shield before the DeathKnightmon in the process.
'Is this what the Dark Tribe's Primordial Fragment can do?' Takato questioned from deep within MedievalGallantmon's shared mindset, telling Guilmon with a growing seriousness. 'We need to up our game if we're to overcome it.'
'Whatever you decide, I'll support you, Takato.' Guilmon replied with a continued trusting tone, which brought a small smile to the Tamer's face, before Takato and Guilmon refocused, the pair returning their shared mind through to MedievalGallantmon and against the darkness.
Meanwhile, LordShoutmon and the DeathKnightmon he found conflicting against him were exchanging powerful blows with their blades.
Despite their combined combat skills, the fusion of Mikey and Shoutmon were then forced to jump back as the darkness around the dark Digimon turned into tendrils, which shot out toward LordShoutmon, who used his fire-imbued blade to cut the dark tendrils down.
Slicing through the darkness, but finding the tendrils regenerating faster than he could destroy them, LordShoutmon thought with concern in his heart. 'I hope the others are faring better.'
Not too far off, ShaolinArresterdramon and AncientMervamon were back to back, the pair panting deeply as the large army of DarkThrallmon, FellKnightmon, Wargmon and DarkWolfmon now surrounded them.
Though they were strong enough to handle the Champion Level Digimon, the pair found the numbers to be far greater than they could handle.
But that wasn't going to stop either from giving up.
"You good?" ShaolinArresterdramon asked, expressing the concern Tagiru felt toward Nene, alongside Gumdramon's competitiveness, where AncientMervamon grasped the hilt of her blade tighter and replied through Nene's care and Mervamon's pride. "Yeah, I can do this all day."
Meanwhile, SacredPhoenixmon and MysticSakuyamon flew down towards their friends as the BloodDracomon, Spectremon and DarkMothmon flew around them, ready to join the rest of their allies in bringing down the heroes.
"Divine Judgment!" A familiar voice called out as a blast of Light energy covered the entire area, causing the DarkThrallmon, FellKnightmon, Wargmon, DarkWolfmon, DarkMothmon and Spectremon to scream in pain as they broke into Data particles, while the BloodDracomon let out pained cries, causing SacredPhoenixmon and MysticSakuyamon to act.
"Inferno Wing!"
"Full Spirit Wave!"
Her wings ignited in flame, SacredPhoenixmon shot through one of the vampiric dragons, causing it to shriek in pain as it then dissolved into Data particles, while the other Dark Digimon met its end as it was consumed by MysticSakuyamon's fox spirits and their united power.
Looking up, SacredPhoenixmon, MysticSakuyamon, ShaolinArresterdramon and AncientMervamon all saw Celestimon float down to them, where the ruler of the Light Capital looked upon the remaining enemy soldiers around the area, before turning back to the heroes.
"You are risking all to protect my tribe, I will not sit back and let you fight alone." She stated, expressing the care she held for the Light Capital and her citizens.
"Thank you for your offer, Lady Celestimon." AncientMervamon said in reply, expressing her respect, which was shared by MysticSakuyamon, who added. "We need all the help we can get to rid this place free from the darkness."
Giving a small smile to the fighting spirit still within the heroic Digimon, Celestimon, SacredPhoenixmon, MysticSakuyamon, ShaolinArresterdramon and AncientMervamon remained close, not only fighting for the Light Capital, but also for each other.
Nearby and though united, Sagemon, ShogunOujamon and BardMusimon found Sciophobimon's skills in combat far superior than he first let on.
Though Sciophobimon had begun the fight dodging and avoiding any and all attacks thrown his way, given many clean openings, the jester-like Digimon was able to sweep his way past the Appmon and humiliate them through his assault.
Drawing a new set of daggers, Sciophobimon looked upon the worn forms of Sagemon, ShogunOujamon and BardMusimon, deciding which would be first to perish at his hand.
However, upon seeing Celestimon had joined the battle, the jester-like Digimon chuckled with clear amusement.
"Looks like that's my queue to split, later losers!" Sciophobimon declared, leaving Sagemon, ShogunOujamon and BardMusimon puzzled to see the Dark Digimon then vanish in a wisp of shadows, not only leaving behind no traces of his presence, but it left the Appmon confused as why their enemy had just vanished like that.
Letting out sighs of relief, Sagemon, ShogunOujamon and BardMusimon slumped to their knees, just as SacredPhoenixmon, MysticSakuyamon, ShaolinArresterdramon and AncientMervamon rushed to check on them, Celestimon acting as a further protection, before all looked and saw the other battles progressing throughout the city.
Upon seeing CrimsonAldamon and GaleSilphymon squaring off, however, and seeing the dark aura around the Warrior of Wind, ShogunOujamon questioned in confusion and concern. "What's going on, why are they fighting each other?!"
"Your friend is under Draculmon's control." Celestimon informed, adding as she too watched GaleSilphymon attacking CrimsonAldamon in a great frenzy. "It's a powerful spell, and I fear the only ways to free her are to either defeat Draculmon... or her."
The Light Tribe ruler then looked around, seeing that her forces were driving the Dark Tribe's army back, while the heroes had dealt with many of Draculmon's servants.
And yet, the Dark General had not retreated, this left Celestimon with a gnawing in her soul, certain that something was very, very wrong.

.
Rushing through the castle, the group consisting of Marcus, Yoshi, Jeri, Novicmon, Nyarukimon and the remaining soldiers with them arrived within the chamber of the Celestial Light, just as ShadowDevimon reformed right in front of it.
"Stop right there!" Marcus yelled as he and Yoshi prepared to fight the Dark Digimon, where Novicmon called out. "We've got you, and we won't let you harm the Celestial Light!"
"Fool, I took care of their 'precious' light a long time ago." The demon Digimon said back with a growing wickedness, his reply confusing the group, before four white pillars around the Celestial Light made a hissing sound as they began opening.
Then, quicker than their eyes could see, the pillars released a black, metallic containment device, with dark electricity bouncing off it and striking the Celestial Light, which seemed to fight against it as the device sealed itself around the primordial fragment.
At that moment, all the Light Tribe Digimon felt their energies drain, Even Celestimon as she felt to a knee, the heroes and heroines around her moving to check on her, before seeing the high spire of the castle crumble away as the containment device began to finish closing around the Celestial Light.
"It seems ShadowDevimon was successful after all." Draculmon said with a dark glee as his forces rallied, pushing back against the weakened Light Tribe Digimon, where he looked at MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon and added with a smirk. "And now you can watch the end of the Light Tribe."
"Perhaps I'll keep enough of you alive for when the Dark Lady comes for her prize." The vampiric Digimon then said, eyeing MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon with a darkness intent, the Dark Digimon looking forward to presenting their defeated forms, along with those of their friends, before the Dark Lady.
"This battle is far from over, Draculmon." MagnaVeedramon replied in a calm voice, which caused the Dark General to frown. "And your arrogance will be your downfall."
"The Light is stronger than you believe." Lightbearer Ophanimon added alongside MagnaVeedramon, pointing her sword toward Draculmon as she declared. "It is more than pride or arrogance, it is about protecting those in need from those who cower in the dark."
"We will stop you!" The two light Digimon then said together, ready to continue their fight, to stop the vampiric Digimon and cast through the darkness.
It was in that moment, just before the containment device closed around it, that the Celestial Light let out a pulse of energy, before MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon were covered in pillars of light, much to the shock of all watching, including Draculmon.
Within their minds, both MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon saw another massive Digimon before them, a humanoid being clad in white robes, with golden armour around his shoulders, chest and claw-like hands, while four massive white wings spread out from his back.
Though his face was hooded, the two hero Digimon saw the entity looking down at them, his face covered by a golden mask, with a light halo circling around his head, meeting at the center of the mask to form a sun shaped eye, where deep down, both both MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon realized that this was Archonmon.
"The Light is strong within you, Champions... take what power I can spare and drive the darkness from my childrens' lands!" Archonmon declared as the light enveloped everything, where in the real world, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon emerged from the pillars of light, each looked different as they were imbued with Light Magic.
With MagnaVeedramon, his flowing cape was now made of light, while an extra pair of light wings came out of his back, the energy pulsating and forming a halo ring around his back.
Likewise, Lightbearer Ophanimon's appearance had changed as well, with her white robes now gold, her sword made of pure light, and her wings taking on the form of light energy, moving into a halo shape behind her as she and MangaVeedramon glared at Draculmon, who did his best to keep his composure.
"They're both in Light Mode now! So Groovy!" BardMusimon said with awe as he saw the info of his friends in his mind's eye, courtesy of the D-Bracer, where even Celestimon looked in amazement to see the light infused heroes before her.
"You think that little trick can help...!" Draculman began to say, expressing a fury through his arrogance, but stopped as MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon suddenly appeared before him in an instant boost of speed, both slamming their fists into his face and sending the Dark General flying backwards and crashing into several buildings, before quickly getting his bearings as he went on the defensive.
"Magna Saber!"
"Striking Light!"
Moving in sync with each other, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon rushed at Draculmon, who did his best to block with his Shadow Blade, only to feel a sharp cut on his cheek, realizing that his foes had just cut his perfect face.
"You dare...?!" Draculmon began to yell, only to receive a swift kick, sending him flying again as his foes took chase, ready to end this battle as quickly as possible.
.
.
.
Back within the castle, ShadowDevimon watched with glee as Nyarukimon and the other Light Tribe Digimon fell to their knees, all in great pain from the loss of the Celestial Light's energy.
Acting on her heart, Jeri rushed ahead as to check upon the Light Tribe Digimon, the sight leaving ShadowDevimon to frown, not only as he felt a powerful light energy source from the outside, but overlooking his foes, the demonic Digimon saw Marcus, Yoshi and Novicmon were still able to fight.
"Looks like your little friends are down for the count. Now I'll just finish you off and bring what remains before the Dark Lady and reap my reward!" ShadowDevimon declared as he ignited his claws in dark flame and lunged at Marcus with a malevolent cry. "Void Claws!"
"Firewall!" The Fire Knight announced in retaliation as he brought his left arm up, a flaming shield appearing around his being as ShadowDevimon's claws collided with it, where Marcus pushed the demon Digimon back, his fiery sword appearing in his right hand as he called out in retaliation. "Blazing Blade!"
Swinging the blade, Marcus tried to strike at the Dark Digimon, who quickly jumped back, before returning as he threw his claws at Marcus, the pair battling one another as they blocked and parried each other's strikes.
"Nature's Wrath!" Yoshi then followed up as a series of fiery vines emerged from out the ground, which then shot up and began to wrap around ShadowDevimon, trying to pin him down.
"Devouring Shadow!" The Dark Digimon yelled as he sent out a wave of darkness upon Yoshi's vines, causing the plants gathering around him to then wither and dissolve, allowing ShadowDevimon to break free from the remaining rotted bindings.
Free from Yoshi's restraints and turning his attention upon the auburn haired heroine, ShadowDevimon yelled with fury. "Void Gaze!"
His eyes glowing red, the demon Digimon then cast forth a blast of energy at Yoshi.
Acting to the attack, Yoshi swept past and avoided the beam of dark energy, which cut through the ground in a wave of powerful devastation.
Countering and continuing in their battle, Yoshi leapt up at ShadowDevimon and called with might. "Thorn Saber!"
Bringing his claw out, ShadowDevimon blocked the strike, before bringing out his other claw as he blocked the sudden strike of Marcus' attack.
Breaking away and distancing themselves from ShadowDevimon, the two Digi-armoured humans continued to combat the demonic Digimon, desiring to finish the fight and break the containment device over the Celestial Light.
While fighting for the Light Capital, Jeri and Novicmon did what they could to aid their allies, the duo helping Nyarukimon to her feet, where, despite the loss of the Celestial Light's energy, the feline mystic Digimon felt a fraction of her energy returning to her.
Unsure where the power was coming from, the Nyarukimon looked to see Jeri helping her up, feeling a sensation of energy flowing into her, where she looked at Novicmon, who shrugged in reply, having already experienced but still could not explain what it was when it came to the brunette.
Taking a stance before Jeri, the two Digimon looked over to see Marcus and Yoshi struggling against ShadowDevimon, who seemed to be taking a twisted enjoyment in the fight, tormenting his foes.
Though their strength was minimal, but holding their courage, Novicmon and Nyarukimon knew they had to help their friends.
Looking between his friends and the dark containment device, seeing the dark energy running through it, an idea came to Novicmon's mind.
"Do you think you have enough energy for an energy blast?" He asked Nyraukimon.
Confused for a moment, Nyarukimon looked in the direction that Novicmon was looking at, where she shared his idea, nodding in reply as she put her hands out alongside the fire mystic's, both concentrating as they began gathering energy in their hands.
Unsure why she felt she needed to do so, Jeri knelt down and placed her hands upon Novicmon and Nyarukimon's shoulders, her touch emanating a light glow around the pair.
From her position, Jeri could have sworn she saw the figures of two larger mystic Digimon floating over Novicmon and Nyraukimon as the energy gathered in their forms, which was then released as a great and powerful blast toward ShadowDevimon.
Too focused against Marcus and Yoshi, ShadowDevimon then turned, just in time as the blast collided with him, the power sending him flying right at the containment device and caused the dark lightning to suddenly run wild, circulating through the demon Digimon, who cried out in pain and agony as he was unable to pry himself away from the darkness.
Seeing their chance to strike, both Marcus and Yoshi gathered energy and unleashed a powerful strike at the Digimon responsible for all the troubles facing the Light Tribe.
"Flaming Destruction!"
"Violet Blast!"
Sending off a wave of fire and a blast of fiery energy, the two attacks struck at ShadowDevimon, which combined with the electric energy caused the Dark Digimon to scream in agony and defiance as his body broke apart into Data particles, ending the fight and his existence.
Letting out sighs of relief, to see ShadowDevimon vanquished, Novicmon and Nyarukimon then collapsed, both of the pair drained after using such power.
But acting fast, Jeri caught the pair and held them close in her arms, a smile gracing her face as pride filled the brunette, joyous to the show of strength, skill and teamwork the Digimon, Marcus and Yoshi had all displayed.
However, looking and nodding to Marcus and Yoshi, letting them know their friends were alright, the two Digi-armoured heroes moved ahead to see how to break the containment device.

While the remaining heroes and heroines battled the Dark Tribe's forces, the sounds of clashing metal was heard in the skies as CrimsonAldamon and GaleSilphymon battled one another, the corrupt Warrior of Wind trying with all her fury as to strike Takuya down, while the Warrior of Fire did his best as to avoid and block the attacks, desperate to reach Zoe and break through Draculmon's spell.
"Wind Blades!"
"Blazing Sabers!"
"Come on, Zoe, fight this! You're stronger than this!" CrimsonAldamon begged, trying to get through to the girl he loved.
However, his words failed to reach GaleSilphymon, who shaved CrimsonAldamon back, giving her a clear shot as she declared with a wicked tone. "Hurricane Spiral!"
Swinging her arms, the corrupt Warrior of Wind sent out a powerful twister towards CrimsonAldamon, who responded as his hands were covered in flames and he exclaimed. "Crimson Force!"
Bringing his hands up, the Warrior of Fire fired off a series of fireballs at the twister, causing it to disperse, before he saw four LadyDevimon now floating around GaleSilphymon, who each laughed wickedly as one caressed Zoe's cheek.
"You're too late, she belongs to our Master now." One of the Dark Digimon said with a wicked smile, laughing with her sister Digimon as they quickly moved to strike at CrimsonAldamon with their claw-like hands.
Hearing the LadyDevimon's statement and feeling his rage growing alongside his desire to save Zoe, CrimsonAldamon clenched his fist, his body engulfed in flame as he yelled in anger and determination. "Out of my way! Inferno Strike!"
The LadyDevimon barely had a moment to scream as CrimsonAldamon shot past them, his flames engulfing them as they dissolved into Data, before the fiery warrior shot towards GaleSilphymon, ready to defend herself from the attack.
However, much to her surprise, CrimsonAldamon moved around her quicker than her eyes could see, where he grabbed her arms as he held her in a lock, the action left GaleSilphymon struggling and thrashing around as to try free herself, to strike him down for her Master.
"Zoe... you fought against Ranamon... against Cherubimon... against Lucemon... You fought for us when we couldn't... and you've proven yourself time again, that's the Zoe Orimoto I know and respect!" CrimsonAldamon told the Warrior of Wind as he tried to keep his hold over GaleSilphymon's arms.
Groaning, the Warrior of Flame could feel the darkness infecting Zoe now consuming his being and trying to spread through him.
Ignoring the darkness and the pain he felt growing within him, CrimsonAldamon acted on his heart as he closed his eyes and told corrupt form of GaleSilphymon. "That's the Zoe I fell in love with!"
Taking in CrimsonAldamon's words and registering the love within them, GaleSilphymon stopped thrashing, her glowing red eyes widening at what she had just heard, leaving part of her old self stirring, trying to reach the surface, where the darkness within tried to retake control, causing her to thrash once again.
"I've been a coward for too long, keeping my feelings bottled up, afraid you wouldn't return those feelings back, but no more. I love you, Zoe, and I'll do whatever it takes to free you!" CrimsonAldamon yelled as he saw the dark aura flaring around GaleSilphymon as she continued to struggle.
"T... Tak... yua...!" GaleSilphymon groaned through her conflicted mindset, before letting out a loud scream of pain as the dark aura faded off of her and shot into the sky.
The darkness fading from off of her form and her her eyes returning to normal, GaleSilphymon then slumped back into CrimsonAldamon's embrace, where the Warrior of Wind suddenly lost herself and began sobbing, both in sadness at what she had been forced to do, and happiness to hear the man of her dreams tell her he loved her.
"It's alright, Zoe, I've got you." CrimsonAldamon said in a soothing whisper as he loosened his grip and held the Warrior of Wind in a more relaxing embrace as they floated to the ground, toward Celestimon, who rushed as to check on the Legendary Warriors.
Continuing to combat MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, Draculmon's eyes widened as he felt his hold on the Warrior of Wind fade, causing him to mentally seethe as his plans were falling apart around him.
Though he had lost GaleSilphymon, Draculmon refused to allow anything to stop him.
"Abyssal Strike!" The Dark General announced in a frenzy as a series of dark lightning bolts rained down from the sky and upon the light Digimon standing in his way.
"Magna Shield!" MagnaVeedramon declared in reply as he formed an aura of pure light around himself and Lightbringer Ophanimon, which deflected Draculmon's attack, enraging the Dark General even more.
"Dark Fang!" The vampiric Digimon yelled through his rage as he cast forth a blast of dark energy at the duo, which took the form of a dark bat as it flew toward MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon.
"Holy Strike!"
"Holy Judgement!"
Combining their energies together, the light-infused duo fired a blast of energy that collided with the dark energy bat, only this time, the blast shot through the attack, causing it to dissolve, before slamming into Draculmon, sending him crashing into a nearby building, where he slowly pulled himself out of the newly formed crater, seething with rage.
"It seems your bravado has gotten you nowhere, Draculmon." MagnaVeedramon commented as he and Lightbearer Ophanimon flew closer to the injured Dark General, where the holy knight Digimon then added. "Lycanmon put up a better fight than you."
These words caused something in Draculmon's mind to snap, his eyes widening with an insane look that these vermin had the gall to compare him to a low life like Lycanmon, and say that the mutt was better than him.
"You dare!?" Draculmon yelled in an insane voice, where dark energy seemed to burst from his being, causing MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon to shield themselves, before the Dark General then yelled with a further insanity. "I will make you suffer! Abyssal Strike!"
Instead of striking the heroes, however, the dark lightning struck the three dark-infused DeathKnightmon, who were just about to strike down Samudramon, MedievalGallantmon and LordShoutmon, causing the trio of Dark Digimon to cry out in pain before dissolving into Data particles, causing the three hero Digimon to sigh in relief at seeing their foes defeated.
However, their relief turned to worry as they saw the dark energy infused in the DeathKnightmon come together and shot towards Draculmon, a sight everyone saw, where the heroes and heroines realized that this was the same dark energy from Lycanmon's hammer, and realized what was about to happen as the darkness surrounded and concealed Draculmon.
"Dark Evolution!" The Dark General declared as the dark energy erupted in a large shockwave, where the heroes were forced to shield themselves from the wave of darkness which came with such power, before looking in shock to see Draculmon's transformation.
No longer holding the elegant humanoid appearance, Draculmon now resembled a large, bipedal monster, a black furred monstrosity that was across between a human and a bat, with four large wings coming out of his back, long claws, spiked shoulders and backbone, and a pair of menacing dark purple eyes as he let out a shriek, showing his large fangs as he bellowed in an animalistic voice. "BloodDraculmon!"
Looking down at the heroes, particularly at MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, the two that had caused so much trouble for him, who had unraveled many of his carefully laid plans, the monstrous vampire Digimon said in a guttural voice. "I shall tear you both apart. I shall make you suffer, and I will leave this city to burn!"
BloodDraculmon then let out a high pitched shriek, which was followed by an even louder roar coming from his floating castle, causing the heroes, heroines and the Light Tribe Digimon to look up in confusion, while the remaining Dark Tribe Digimon quickly turned and began fleeing the city, knowing full well what was coming as the castle seemed to move.
To some of the heroes, it reminded them of a transformer, to others, a turtle coming out of its shell, but within a few moments, Draculmon's castle opened up, revealing it to be a hideous monster, a humanoid bat monster that wore the castle like armour, with a bat-like head and horns as it let out a fierce roar, its claw hand grabbing a LightDracomon as it flew by, before horrifying those who watched as it ate the light dragon Digimon in one bit.
Steeling themselves, the heroes, heroines and the Light Tribe Digimon prepared to continue their battle to save the city and their future.
