Down below, the remaining heroes, heroines, Novicmon, the Earth Tribe Digimon and even the Dark Tribe forces looked in awe and surprise at the primordial infused forms of MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, who continued to face down the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon.
Floating before them through the Dark Lady's corrupting energy, the dark energies continued to swirl around MysticSakuyamon, as if reacting negatively to the powers opposing her.
"Magna Saber!" MagnaVeedramon then declared as he extended his energy blades, which now resembled the very cosmos flowing through them, before the holy knight Digimon rushed towards the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon with blinding speeds.
Seeming to truly react for the first time, the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon brought her staff up in order to block the attack, where, much to the surprise of everyone present, the attack seemed to have an impact, the corrupt Digimon was sent flying back as MagnaVeedramon pushed against her and those watching could see the possessed mystic Digimon actually struggling to hold her foe off.
"Striking Light!" The mighty voice of Lightbearer Ophanimon was then heard as she appeared behind her possessed friend, the Digimon of Light ready to strike as MysticSakuyamon pushed MagnaVeedramon back and blocked the strike.
Pushing the celestial Digimon back as MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon moved to strike at close range, the three moving faster than any could see as they fought, those engaged in conflict looking to resemble two streams of cosmic light clashing with pure darkness.
"Wow, So Groovy!" BardMusimon declared as he watched the ongoing fight, the sight a beacon of hope for all, which caused ShaolinArresterdramon to then add with his own cheer. "You can do it, guys! Take her down!"
However, the other heroes and heroines were broken from their cheering by a loud shriek, where they all quickly moved out of the way as PrimalLamashtumon swung a dark flaming claw at them, before dark energy gathered in her mouth, where she fired the blast straight towards Jeri as MedievalGallantmon moved before her.
"Dynas Protection!" The knight Digimon announced in retaliation as he formed his red aura, groaning in pain as the dark energy collided with his aura, before the others moved in to strike at the Dark General.

"Crimson Force!"
"Hurricane Spiral!"
"Flaming Destruction!"
"Violet Blast!"
"Omni Force!"
"Thunder Force!"

Breaking off her attack upon MedievalGallantmon, PrimalLamashtumon launched herself into the air, dodging and parrying off the attacks of her foes and letting out a powerful shriek, causing many of the heroes and heroines to quickly sweep aside as the ground beneath them cracked apart from the sonic shriek.
"Final Crest!" MedievalGallantmon then bellowed as the Dark General turned in the air to see the knight Digimon now coming to strike at her, his halberd raised over his head as the blade glowed with his red aura.
Seeing the attack coming, PrimalLamashtumon gave another powerful shriek attack, colliding with MedievalGallantmon, who groaned a little as he felt the pain of the attack strike through him.
But pushing forward, the knight Digimon ran his blade forward, before the power of the sonic attack sent him flying backwards with a cry, while his weapon did its job, cutting down the side of PrimalLamashtumon's face and causing the Dark General to let out a loud cry.
As the Dark General placed her claw-like hands over her scared face, shocked that MedievalGallantmon had left upon her, Samudramon and LordShoutmon acted fast and caught their friend before he hit the ground.
"Nice work, but I think that only pissed her off." Samudramon commented as he and the others looked at the raging form of PrimalLamashtumon.
But hearing further rage, the sound of loud roars grabbing their attention, the heroes and heroines turned to see the last SkullColossimon and ShadowColossimon heading toward them.
"Remember, we can't take them down quickly, not until MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon have saved MysticSakuyamon!" GaleSilphymon informed, her words getting nods of approval from the other heroes and heroines as the two massive Dark Digimon rushed towards them, while the Dark General flew between the two beasts, laughing wickedly as she awaited the end of her foes.
However, before the colossal Digimon could strike, a barrage of light, fire, water and nature attacks struck amongst the beasts, the onslaught causing them to recoil in pain and anger, where not only the heroes and heroines looked in surprise, but also Titanusmon, TerraKhanmon, MasterGeomon and the three Earth Tactimon to see a large force of Light, Fire, Water and Nature tribe Digimon charging into the back lines of the Dark Tribe's forces, breaking their lines and aiding the Earth Tribe's forces against their common foe.
It was then that something shot past PrimalLamashtumon, causing the Dark General to let out another painfilled shriek as a blade cut through her side, before the being landed before the heroes, revealing it to be LordPaladinmon as the holy warrior turned and faced the Dark General and the two colossal Dark Digimon before him.
"Seriously?! That's twice now, what's with you and flashy entrances?!" Yoshi all but yelled at LordPaladinmon, who ignored her as the holy warrior's eyes then turned to the battle between MagnaVeedramon, Lightbearer Ophanimon and MysticSakuyamon, his eyes widening not only to see the darkness coming off of the mystic Digimon, but also the great power running through his tribe's heroes.
"What is happening there?" LordPaladinmon then questioned, looking at the heroes and heroines for answers.
"Short version, MysticSakuyamon is possessed by the Dark Lady and they are fighting her to remove her hold on her while we drive these guys back." MedievalGallantmon said in reply, surprising LordPaladinmon, who wished to ask more, but the arrival of the leaders of the Earth Tribe drew his attention, as well as the shrieks of PrimalLamashtumon.
"I shall question you more later, for now, let us drive these fiends from the Earth Tribe's kingdom!" LordPaladinmon then declared, his determination getting a nod not only from the heroes and heroines around him, but from Titanusmon and the other leaders of the Earth Tribe, grateful for the aid their former enemies had provided and causing them to truly reconsider their stance on the alliance.
"Try not to take the big ones down too quickly." Samudramon stated as he moved next to LordPaladinmon, informing his allies as he looked to the large beasts. "They are made of the Dark Lady's own power, and if we destroy them, that power joins the energy infecting MysticSakuyamon."
"Understood." LordPaladinmon said in reply, not wishing to make MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon's battle even more difficult then it must be, before bringing up his guard as PrimalLamashtumon let out another rage-filled shriek.
Sensing the Dark General's rage, the SkullColossimon and ShadowColossimon lunged their clawed hands down upon their foes, only for LordPaladinmon and TerraKhanmon to move in sync with one another, the duo striking at the claws and repelling the colossal Digimon back.
"We shall hold them off, finish off PrimalLamashtumon and end this battle!" TerraKhanmon called to the heroes, who nodded as those with wings took off after the Dark General.
Seeing the heroes and heroines coming at her once again, the Dark General let out another shriek, before firing another series of dark energy blasts from her mouth, where the group dodged and moved around, avoiding the blasts as CrimsonAldamon and Marcus rushed in, reach to strike at PrimalLamashtumon head on.
"Blazing Sabers!"
"Blazing Blade!"
Seeing the two some at her, PrimalLamashtumon's claws ignited in dark flames as she clashed them with the two's weapons, not seeing the other heroes and heroines moving around her.
"Cross Slicer!"
"Noble Strike!"
"Inferno Wing!"
Striking together, the attacks slammed into the Dark General's back, causing her to let out a shriek of pain as she pushed CrimsonAldamon and Marcus back, turning to strike at Samudramon, MedievalGallantmon and SacredPhoenixmon, only for Yoshi and GaleSilphymon to throw in their own attacks.
"Thorn Saber!"
"Wind Blades!"
As the attacks slashed into her side, PrimalLamashtumon lost all sense of reason, moving to try and strike back at the heroes and heroines with all her abilities, moving with an animalistic fury.
However, unlike her foes, who were working together in cohesion, the Dark General was flailing around frantically, giving the group the opening they needed to finish her off.
"Now give her everything you got!" MedievalGallantmon called to his friends as he and the other heroes and heroines surrounded PrimalLamashtumon from various angles as the knight Digimon declared with might. "Rage of the Wyvern!"

"Arcane Inferno!"
"Arcane Twister!"
"Flaming Destruction!"
"Violet Blast!"
"Omni Force!"
"Inferno Spiral!"
"Passion Shot!"

Seeing her friend's attacking, Jeri placed her sword into the ground next to her and brought her hands together, focusing as Digi-runes began to cover her arms and energy gathered within her hands, before the brunette unleashed a powerful blast that joined her friend's onslaught as it rushed at PrimalLamashtumon.
With the onslaught against her, and knowing her end may be near, the Dark General let out another powerful shriek, the sonic blast colliding with the heroes' barrage as they pushed back, trying to break through PrimalLamashtumon's attack and end her for good.
"This ends now!" MedievalGallantmon declared with a booming might, his words resonating with the rest of the heroes and heroines fighting with him as they gave a loud cry, putting all they got into their attacks as they broke through PrimalLamashtumon's sound barrier and collided with the Dark General's being.
With a loud, inhuman cry of pain and agony, PrimalLamashtumon's body broke apart into Data particles, the sight causing the group of heroes and heroines to smile at their victory, having defeated yet another of the Dark Generals.
However, the mood was then broken as the pained cries of LordPaladinmon and TerraKhanmon were heard behind them, causing the heroes and heroines to look and see the SkullColossimon and ShadowColossimon push the two warrior Digimon back, both landing on their feet as the colossal Dark Digimon let out fierce roars.
Likewise, despite being almost outnumbered, the Dark Tribe forces continued to fight against the Earth Tribe and the allied forces, having the same zeal for battle as when the fighting began.
"Wait, don't these guys usually break and run when their General is defeated?" Samudramon questioned as he saw their enemies continue to fight.
"There is still one General left." LordShoutmon said in reply in a serious tone, the Digimon King pointing his sword toward the continued battle of MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon against the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon, causing the others to frown as they realized what he meant.
As long as the Dark Lady's presence was still on the battlefield, the battle was far from over.

"Lamashtumon is gone, your forces are in disarray, you've lost!" MagnaVeedramon declared as he pushed the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon back, where Lightbearer Ophanimon moved next to her beloved as the primordial infused Light Digimon looked upon the Dark Lady's puppet.
"Disappointing, but irrelevant, Lamashtumon served her purpose." The Dark Lady replied through MysticSakuyamon, her words enraging MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon at how indifferent she was to the loss of one of her own.
"Who are you?!" Lightbearer Ophanimon then questioned in anger, adding as she glared at the possessed form of her friend. "You know more about us than you let on. Who are you and why are you doing this?!"
"I am the beginning and the end, Kari Kamiya, Gatomon, I am the path that has yet to be taken." The Dark Lady replied through MysticSakuyamon, her words only adding to MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon confusion as she then declared. "And I will fix the errors of the past, even if the world must burn to do so!"
Raising her left hand, the corrupt form of MysticSakuyamon's eyes then glowed with a dark purple, where a dark aura formed on her hand as she waved it across the battlefield where, to the horror of not just MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, but the other heroes, heroines, Novicmon, the Earth Tribe and the allied forces, yet another glimpse of the Dark Lady's power was shown on display.
All around the battlefield, the Data particles of the defeated Dark Tribe Digimon, save Lamashtumon and the four defeated colossal Dark Digimon, pulled themselves back together, the resurrected Dark Digimon's eyes glowing a dark purple as they resumed battling those who had defeated them, this putting even the reinforcements of the tribal alliance on the defensive.
Shocked at seeing such dark powers at work, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon turned their attention back to MysticSakuyamon, where their eyes widened to see that she brought left hand up as dark energy began swirling into it, forming a massive ball of darkness, which she them unleashed at the pair.
"Holy Strike!"
"Holy Judgement!"
Firing the twin blasts of cosmic energy together, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon's attacks collided with the sphere of dark energy, the two conflicting attacks pushing against one another, before creating a massive explosion, blinding all with the dust and winds.
Opening her eyes quick enough, however, Lightbearer Ophanimon quickly used her sword to block an oncoming strike from the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon, a blade of pure dark energy forming from the tip of her staff as she swung her blade at the celestial Digimon.
Struggling against Lightbearer Ophanimon, the corrupted mystic Digimon then brought her free hand up as darkness swirled from it and shot out, causing a small swarm of corrupt fox spirits to form and rush at MagnaVeedramon, who rushed towards the attack with his energy blades drawn and ready.
"Magna Saber!" The holy knight Digimon declared as he rushed through the swarm of dark spirits, cutting through them and dodging their attacks as he rushed towards MysticSakuyamon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, where the corrupted mystic Digimon pushed the celestial Digimon back, before using her staff to block a strike from MagnaVeedramon.
Lightbearer Ophanimon was quick to recover and joined back in the fight, the pair trying to find a moment that would allow the celestial Digimon to use her healing ability and finally free their friend from the Dark Lady's influence.
Slamming her staff into the ground, the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon was about to unleash a powerful blast from the skull face on her weapon, but before she could set the ability off, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon appeared on either side of her.
"Magna Saber!"
"Striking Light!"
Swinging their blades in unison, the primordial infused heroes cut through MysticSakuyamon's staff, causing the pieces of the weapon to dissolve into shadows, while the corrupt heroine stumbled back a few feet.
However, seemingly unphased by the set of attacks, the possessed heroine then brought both her arms out as she slowly floated into the air, the remaining dark fox spirits rushing toward and circling around her.
At that moment, the last SkullColossimon and ShadowColossimon let out pained cries as they dissolved into shadows, the other heroes and heroines looking shocked as the dark energies rushed towards MysticSakuyamon, forming a sphere around her that began to grow and take shape.
When the darkness finished forming, MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon floated backwards to find that before them was a gigantic nine-tailed fox, made of pure darkness and shadows and as large as the SkullColossimon and ShadowColossimon, which let out a loud, ear shattering roar.
The two Light Digimon then watched as the shadowy fox brought all its tails up, where dark energy gathered at the tips, before unleashing powerful blasts of darkness, causing MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon to quickly dodge as best as they could, while the attacks tore through the battlefield, destroying everything in their paths.
As the attack died down, the dark tails then lashed out, trying to strike at MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon, who flew around, dodging each strike, before the holy knight Digimon noticed the dark energy beginning to gather within the beast's mouth, and were it was looking.
"Magna Shield!" MagnaVeedramon called as he moved in front of the fox's head, casting forth a massive barrier of primordial energy, just as the dark fox unleashed its powerful attack, which left MagnaVeedramon crying out as he gave it his all to hold the attack back.
"What is he doing?!" SacredPhoenixmon questioned in concern, her head turning as she started to say. "He should have just avoided that and…"
However, upon seeing what was behind MagnaVeedramon, the Digimon of Love fell silent, seeing that MagnaVeedramon was the only thing between the devastating attack and the Earth Tribe's capital, seeing the Earth Tribe Digimon on the city's walls looking on in fear of the powerful attack.
Looking back, the other heroes and heroines then saw a bright light then shot down and then headed straight up towards the dark fox's lower jaw, revealing it was Lightbearer Ophanimon, who moved in to strike.
"Holy Judgement!" She declared as her energy rings came together and fired the blast of primordial energy at the dark fox, the energies slamming into the lower jaw and causing its head to tilt upward, thus forcing the blast to fire into the sky, saving the Earth Tribe's city from certain demise and giving MagnaVeedramon some breathing room.
Looking upon the shadowy creature, MagnaVeedramon's eyes then widened as he saw the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon floating at the center of its chest, giving the holy knight Digimon the opening he needed as he rushed forward, his body glowing with cosmic light.
"Full Force Strike!" MagnaVeedramon yelled as he shot forward with great speed, punching through the dark fox construct and slamming into MysticSakuyamon, pushing both through the other end of the beast as it cried out in agony, dissolving back into shadows as the possessed mystic Digimon pushed MagnaVeedramon off of her.
But before the Dark Lady's puppet could attack once again, the possessed form of MysticSakuyamon was grabbed from behind, the puppeted mystic Digimon turning her head to see Lightbearer Ophanimon restraining her with a firm hold over her arms.
"This ends now, Heaven's Light!" The Digimon of Light yelled as she and MysticSakuyamon were then consumed in cleansing light, the purifying light causing the possessed Digimon to thrash about as a dark aura began to form around her.
"Fight her, MysticSakuyamon!" MagnaVeedramon called to the struggling form of MysticSakuyamon, the Digimon of Miracles hoping to get through to those deep under the Dark Lady's thrall, to help them push her influence from their minds.
'Do you truly wish for me to go? I can give you both everything you have ever desired…' The voice of the Dark Lady whispered into the combined mind of MysticSakuyamon, showing Rika and Renamon images of many things.
For Renamon, the images showed her and Guilmon together, both having the respect and admiration of the other Digimon, while Rika saw herself as a queen, one with Davis at her side, her parents back together, and all others kneeling before her.
They could have anything, do anything, they could…
"Fight her!" Both MagnaVeedramon and Lightbearer Ophanimon called together, their cries snapping MysticSakuyamon out of her desires as she thrashed about, screaming in her normal voice. "Get out of my head!"
With a great cry, MysticSakuyamon then threw her head back as the dark aura shot out of her and into the sky, her whole body turning to light and reverting the mystic Digimon back to her original form as she slumped into Lightbearer Ophanimon's form, who let out a sigh of relief that her friend was free from their enemy's grasp.
At that moment, the resurrected Dark Digimon then let out cries as they energy holding them together then broke apart, this causing their bodies to also break into Data particles once again, while the remaining normal Dark Tribe forces all turned and began to retreat from the battlefield, leaving the other heroes and heroines cheering with the Earth Tribe and allied forces at their victory.
However, sensing the darkness still, MagnaVeedramon, Lightbearer Ophanimon and the freed MysticSakuyamon looked up to see the darkness forming into a shadow version of the Dark Lady's upper torso, which glared down at the three as the holy knight Digimon prepared to keep fighting as necessary.
But after seeing the dark shadow slowly dissolving and sensing the Dark Lady's presence fading, MagnaVeedramon calmed down slightly as he glared at the Dark Lady and commented. "You lost."
"Have I?" The shadow of the Dark Lady questioned in reply as it too dissolved and faded away, her final words causing confusion to fill the holy knight Digimon, before he and Lightbearer Ophanimon sensed it, where the celestial Digimon and MysticSakuyamon then watched as MagnaVeedramon took off, moving faster than they thought he could.
Looking up, the other heroes, heroines and their allies were also confused as to what was happening, seeing MagnaVeedramon shooting into the city and heading straight for the palace.
Wasting no time, the primordial enhanced Digimon burst through the walls of the throne room, taking only a millisecond to look around, seeing the signs of battle all over the place, and finding the guards gone as dark blades were embedded all over the place, before MagnaVeedramon looked to the Divine Stone, seeing Sciophobimon at its side, using a similar containment device to the one the holy knight Digimon had seen the Dark Lady use on the Spark of Life, seeing the device drain energy from the Primordial Fragment of Earth, and closing as the jester-like Digimon turned to see MagnaVeedramon heading straight for him.
Seeking to stop his foe, MagnaVeedramon moved to strike at Sciophobimon, only top watch the jester-like Digimon bent in a way no Digimon should be able to as he avoided the attack, a dark portal opening beneath him as Sciophobimon fell in, laughing as he called out with glee. "Later, loser!"
Turning, MagnaVeedramon moved to try and reach for the portal, only for it to close before he could do anything, the loss causing the holy knight Digimon to cry out in frustration.
Though they had stopped the Dark Tribe's invasion, saved the Earth Tribe and even scored a win against the Dark Lady herself, in the end, the leader of the Dark Tribe got what she desired, which left the fate of Witchelny still hanging in the balance.
Their fight was far from over.
