Okay, so this chapter might turn into a rant at the end but hey. I feel like these types of fics need to start popping up more, so anyway, I got this idea after reading kick out parody by Neo-Kitsune234(which story you should check out, by the way); anyway, let's get this over with

title: how it should work

Summary: pretty much this is how all the whole Lisanna is evil, and Lucy gets kicked off the guild would go if fairy tail logic was used(this story is going to be short)

it was an average day in fairy tail Lucy had noticed her team was talking with Lisanna and Mira. She wondered what that was about as she walked. They had been busy these past few days, but everything was hectic right now, so she understands it wasn't like they were going to abandon him; she laughed at the thought.

"Hey Lucy," Wendy said

"oh, hey Wendy" besides she, not the only one who's new here; Wendy Juvia, even Gajeel, were newer members.

"oh Lucy, there you are," Natsu said, rushing over to her "you busy," he asked Lisanna walked closely behind him "we're about to head out on a job," he told her "you won't mind if Lisanna comes with us right."

"of course, not Lucy said, "why would I."

"I," Natsu stopped. "I don't know."

"Yeah, what was going to happen," Gray said, laughing, "suddenly, we'd turn into huge jerks and completely kick out Lucy" this was enough to get the huge laugh.

"as if," Erza said, "I for one would never allow that to happen," Erza.

"Even then, we're all busy people," Lucy said, "so we might end up forgetting things to"

"Did we forget your birthday," Erza asked, scarred.

"it's Lucy's birthday," Lisanna asked, stars in her eyes.

"no, it's not for another three months, Erza; you're fine," Lucy told her, "besides, I know you guys would never intentionally ignore me.

"Why would we ignore Lucy," Natsu asked "that just sounds stupid, I mean, we went to war for her"

"you did," Wendy asked.

"yeah," Natsu said

"if that isn't showing love, I don't know what is," Carla added.

"right," Lucy said, "so what's the job."

"typical cult taking over a town," Erza said "we're bringing Lisanna because Mira wanted her to start getting used to retaking Jobs,

"Thanks, guys," Lisanna said. "Mira's been worried sick I hope I'm not troubling you. Mira would do it herself, but" they all turned to the fifty or so things Mira was trying to do "she's tied up at the moment."

"it no problem, Lisanna," Erza told her.

"Besides, I don't mind," Lucy said, "you might be able to keep Natsu from destroying everything."

"hey"

"Besides, you guys grew up together; I'd understand if you were making sure Lisanna's settled"

"yeah, even then," Gray told them, "it's not like you helpless Lucy, you've grown into your wizard," he said, "even if we had to split up for a bit, it not like you couldn't handle yourself."

"Even then, I would still have people to hang with," Lucy said

"like what going to happen" Natsu joked "you'll become sad and depressed we'll for some reason go against everything our guild stands for"

"it would be out of nowhere," Wendy added.

"then what I'd go off and discover some random magic and somehow become super powerful," Lucy added, "actually that might make a good book."

" naw," the group told her.

"It sounds sappy," Gray told her.

"and I'm pretty sure it's been done before," Natsu said

"I guess your right," Lucy said, "doesn't sound remarkably interesting at all."

I know I'm not the only one who is honest to god sick of the whole Lucy is kicked out by fairy tail, or the Lisanna is evil, or Lucy is so dependent on Natsu fics that decorate this archive there all pretty much the same. She leaves back is super powerful but is untrusty of her guild because the plot demands it. Like the other day, I went to read some Nali fics because I was like, why not and a good 90% of them where these style fics like, come on guys, it not an interesting plot anymore, hell looking for a good Nali fic at this point is like looking for a needle in an enormous haystack. But someone removed the needle and didn't tell you.

Now I'm not harming the people who made these there free to do whatever they want; I'm just voicing my opinion on what I call an extremely overused plot story in this archive; why is this a popular trope? I can only wonder, but I have traced it back to the invisible Lucy episode. Yeah, this fic would happen if you used fairytales' logic when writing them, as you can see nothing too interesting.

I mostly ended up writing this cause I'm mad there are no good Nali fics on this archive, and most of them I've already read, so yeah, that's it for today's rant
