Hey Taka-faithful! I'm back and I have FINALLY finished Chapter 10 of The Shinigami of Selenus. I do apologize for the very long wait for this chapter to be finished. I've been very busy with MANY things. For Destiny 2: I was able to get the Undying Title, and later I'll be working on getting the Savior title since Season of Dawn is out. But other than that, other things, personal or otherwise was interfering with my progress ...as well as some Writer's Blocks and ideas to make for The Nova Slaying Shinigami 2 which the first chapter will be done in January. So, once again, sorry for the wait and thanks for being so patient with me.
Anyway, back to the story at hand: Where we last left off in Chapter 9, Seishin encountered Kurenai and freed her, after healing her throat and restoring her voice. Later on, he met with Loriellia, a Valkyrie who was trained by the very women Duke corrupted. After finding a place to hide, Odin and Aaliyah summoned Ichigo and some of his Soul Reaper friends, along with Murasaki and Ingrid to help the young Valkyrie save her friends and teachers.
This Chapter will conclude the Midgard Arc, but not only that; this is the Mid-Season Finale of this story. I will resume it in February with Seishin rescuing the second to last member of the Knights of Chivary: Claudia Levantain.
However, after this next chapter which I will try to get started in March, the next arc I will be working on, and boy, I am going to be SUPER excited to do is the Boan Arc(a.k.a. Kyonyuu Fantasy). This arc is going to have a twist into the slice-of-life funbag romance, you all love, Volt is going planning on expanding Project Cunt-inental, out of Selenus, starting with Boan and there are some characters that you know from watching the two episodes that will be working with the Mercenary leader.
Also, after reading many reviews(Thankfully, not many were negative, so thanks for liking it so far.), I noticed that someone wanted me to make an Arc for the H-Anime, 3ping Lovers... So, I'll make that wish come true, with adding a few characters from the H-Anime Love x Holic - Miwaku no Otome to Hakudaku Kankei. If you haven't seen these two episodes, check it out. It's worth watching!

Chapter 10: Break Through The Chaos!
(One week ago at Volt's Castle)
"So… that same man that you and I have encountered is a human with supernatural powers, hmm?" Volt asked as while sitting on his throne room mounting Celestine in his lap. The High Elf whimpered and moaned at Volt slamming his thick meat inside her holy entrance. On the side; smirking, Kabuto stood with his glasses gleaming in a brightly lit room, gazing at his workers, especially the seven-foot bald-headed eyepatched man with cold, ice-blue eyes. An idea began to form from the snake mage's mind as he looked at the muscular man standing against a pillar.
"That is right," Kabuto answered. "... he's a powerful fighter. No wonder he even outsmarted me and killed Ginyol. However, all of that is about to change."
"You have a plan?" The head leader of Kuroinu asked. A wry grin was worn on his face and a calm chuckle was made before he opened his eyes and looked back at Kabuto. "What do you have planned, Snake Mage?"
"Remember these words, Volt. Iron sharpens Iron. It requires some time and some specific blood ...and I already have both of the requirements." Kabuto grinned as he held out a vial of Ginyol's blood in his scaly hand.
"Ginyol's blood, I presume?" Volt guessed what it was; Kabuto smirked which led to the leader's question answered. "So, what will you do when you get them all in your possession?"
"Patience, Volt… It's already in progress. As I speak, I had already left a little tracer on that swordsman. The rest will be set in due time." Kabuto replied before he left the throne room for his new lab. "Soon, our plans will come to action once that dragon is put down."
"Heh, I'm looking forward to that promised time. Soon, no one will stop me when Project Cunt-inental is complete." Volt chuckled at that idea before he grunted, releasing his load inside the Head Elf, causing said Elf to gasp and moan from the feel of Volt's hot milk filling her up.
(Present Day)
It's been a few minutes since Seishin was reunited with his friends and some of his harem, along with Aaliyah and Odin. Now that they're all together, Seishin then tells them his plan in secret, unaware that Duke was watching them the whole time. The red-haired half-demon sat on his bed, half-dressed while watching his "guests" as they prepared to begin their plan. A calm grin was worn on his devious face as he gazed at his projection.
"So, the man in the mask is the de-facto leader of that ragtag group," Duke said as he quietly chuckled before he felt a pair of arms wrapping around his exposed torso. His eyes shifted to see a blonde young woman with red eyes pressing her body against her arm. Her perky E-Cup breasts were smothered against his lean body as she leaned in and saw the projection.
"Something wrong, my King?" The blonde Valkyrie asked in a calm and soothing voice.
"Nothing much, dear Leia." Duke answered before leaving a kiss on her lips. "We have some new guests to celebrate our time together. Isn't that right, ladies?"
Following Leia, a young woman with black ankle-length hair, and blue eyes named Ariya. She yawned as she woke up before joining Leia. Next, a young woman with grey hair, C-Cup breasts and green eyes named Hildegard calmly giggled as she looked over to see the projection. Then Fenrir, a blue-eyed young woman with violet ankle-length hair and F-Cup breasts woke from her rest. Shortly after four more young women woke up: Freya, a tall young woman with violet waist-length hair and a bountiful F-Cup. The young Skuld, with her red twin-tails and B-Cup breasts. Fafnir, a red-eyed female demon with gold horns F-Cup breasts and long burnt orange hair. Lastly Loki; a tall young woman with shoulder-length Cyan hair with unique eyes. Her left eye is amber and her right is a sapphire blue.
"It seems our apprentice, Loriellia is with them as well." Ariya giggled. "We should have her join us, ...in this time of peace."
"Indeed we shall, young Ariya." Duke answered with his smirk never leaving his face. "Let's go and welcome them."
Meanwhile in the halls of Duke's castle, Seishin; now teamed up with Loriellia, Ichigo, Rukia, Ingrid, Murasaki, Orihime, and Nozomi, ran through the brightly lit halls that lead them to the top of the castle. Previously, Seishin told them what their plan was...
(Flashback; A few minutes ago…)
"Alright then, here's the plan…" Seishin said. "I'm going to have Ichigo, Rukia, Nozomi, Murasaki, and Ingrid accompany me. Maia, Yoruichi, Yachiru, Rangiku and Orihime will stay with Odin and Aaliyah."
"Seishin, I want to come with you," Orihime called out. "You're going to need my help with healing others."
"Orihime, I-"
"No, Seishin please listen." Orihime continued after she interrupted Seishin. "I know you have quite the healing factor of your own. But, you're going to be needing my help. During your time in the Soul Society, I had spent time at Kisuke's training with my Shun Shun Rikka. I have gotten a lot better with this power. I don't want to be the damsel in distress anymore. I want to help with saving the valkyries."
Seishin was surprised to see Orihime like this. Back then, she was by the sidelines as she watched him and Ichigo fight on. He and Ichigo did remember those moments, wishing that there was a way that Orihime could help than staying on the sideline. Seeing that Orihime had changed over the timeline, Seishin couldn't help but smile at her strong newfound confidence. He walked over to Orihime and placed his hand on her shoulder.
"You're right, even with my healing factor, it may not be enough," Seishin admitted. "My healing may be very effective, but it drains my powers a little faster. I do need the extra help in battle, and from what Ichigo had seen and heard over the time, you have grown in more ways than just one."
"So, what do you say?" Ichigo asked Seishin which he replied with a smile.
"Orihime's more than welcome to help give us a hand." Seishin happily replied.
(Flashback ended)
While they were on their way to Duke's door, Chloe called out to Seishin and Loriellia, wondering who is Duke exactly. Loriellia explained who Duke is and what did he do to cause this corruption to the land and to some of their people, including the valkyries she knows.
"So, Duke has the Valkyries and Odin's wife, ...and he has an army of monsters that he let some Orc leads?" Chloe rhetorically asked. "Typical, another man who is like Volt."
"All the more reason to eliminate this bastard," Seishin said before he shifted his attention to Loriellia. "Are we close to the top, Loriellia?"
"Yeah, we're almost there," Loriellia answered. "I had memorized most of my way around the castle. We should be here right… about… now!"
It was at that exact moment, they arrived at the tall mahogany doors with gold interior. The group stood before their final destination. Behind these doors lie their final enemy, and their chance to save the Valkyries. Loriellia stood, eager and full of ambition. Her blood pumping, her heart quickly beating and her eyes filled with excitement.
"This is it! This is the moment we save my friends!" Loriellia said. Just as the lone Valkyrie was about to reach for the door, Seishin grabbed her arm. "Hey, why are you grabbing my arm?! Let go! Let...go?"
Loriella saw Seishin's cold eyes; filled with such tension, that of a dragon, sensing trouble quickly approaching him. The young man's tactical instincts immediately kicked in the second he quickly grabbed Loriella's arm. At the same time, the red-haired half demon held a large dark red fireball in his hand.
"Let's show them our ...hospitality, shall we?" Duke rhetorically said before he threw that fireball that fast with no effort.
Seishin's instincts kicked in, the moment he saw something glowing at the bottom of the door. He immediately pulled Loriellia back before he held out both of his hands.
"Bakudō #81. Dankū!" Seishin cried out before a rectangular energy barrier appeared in front of the door, seconds before the fireball struck the door and exploded.
"W-Whoa!" Loriellia gasped when she saw the door destroyed. "That would have been my unfortunate end if you haven't stopped me. Thanks, Seishin."
"Don't thank me, yet," Seishin said as the barrier faded and he stepped through those destroyed doors. "We have one demon to kill."
"Welcome to my humble abode," Duke said to Seishin and his team as he and his ogre ally. "I appreciate you coming all this way. My name is Duke; and beside me are two of my loyal subjects: To my left is my demon commander Flunglini and to my right is Freya, former wife to Odin. I'm sure that you're all here for her and your friends, are you?"
Behind Duke were the very Valkyries Loriellia was talking about. All of them, except Freya were adorned in black armor. Loriellia growled as she stepped forward with anger filling her eyes.
"Duke, you monstrous pig!" Loriellia cried out, getting the unmoved half-demon's attention. "Everything you had done; my home in ruin, Odin nearly died, and my teachers and friends: succumbed to your lust and corruption. I will end you right here, right now, by my own hands."
"Corruption?" Duke asked before a chuckle was made. "I didn't corrupt the world, I merely shared the one thing you valkyries are denied of: ...and that's a loving embrace."
"Embrace?! You, your orcs and monsters defiled them and made them your playthings!" Loriellia rebuked. "You don't know a damn thing about love, you worthless parasite!"
"Hmm, in that case, let us show our lost little Valkyrie the paradise she craves. Sigard, Suvia… bring Loriellia to me." The moment Duke called out those two names, two more valkyries appeared behind her. One was a young woman with waist-length hair and green eyes. She was dressed in a pitch-black bra-like armor plate with a helmet adorned with two small wings. She wore a black skirt, supported by a brown rope-like belt around her waist with a flap in the front. In her hands was a large sword with a jade-green blade. The blonde quickly wrapped her arm around Loriellia's neck.
"Sigard!" Loriellia cried as she struggles to break free from her grip. "Snap out of it!"
"Loriellia!" Seishin cried out before the other girl appeared.
The other one was a blue-eyed young woman; shorter than her, with long silver-white hair, stretched down to her waist and tied in twin tails. She wore an all-black armor with green stripes running down her gauntlets, around her ankle and down the front of her legs. She glared at Seishin before she drew her longsword out. Seishin quickly reacts by using his flashstep to evade the attack. He then reappeared behind her and used a Cobra Strike at her back, sending her into the wall. Sigard suddenly turned to see Seishin quickly approaching her.
"Loriellia, jump now!" Seishin cried. Loriellia heard what Seishin ordered and immediately jumped until she was high above her head. Seishin held out his index finger, aimed at the blonde valkyrie. "Hadō #1. Shō!" A small amount of energy from his index was fired, hitting Sigard at her chest hard enough to free Loriellia from her grip and made her fall flat on her back. Rukia followed him by using Bakudō #61. Rikujōkōrō, trapping the two girls in two sets of six rods of light. She and Ichigo immediately carried them and stayed with the others. Duke; on the other hand, wasn't impressed.
"It seems you have some skills," Duke said, before he snapped his fingers and summoned an army of monsters in black armor. Seishin immediately recognized the armor back when he and the others were at Dragundaala.
"Monsters in black armor… Let me guess, you and Ginyol had worked together?" Seishin smirked when he asked Duke that very question.
"Wait; how did you kn- You… You're the one that killed Ginyol?" Duke glared down at the red-haired shinigami. Seishin crossed his arms while staring back at the Half-Demon. "He was a powerful Platoon General, and his army was a force to be reckoned with. It's quite a surprise that he was slain by a mortal. You and your team have piqued my interest. Too bad my interests are short-lived."
The red-haired Half-Demon snapped his fingers and the monsters' eyes glowed in bloodlust, preparing to confront Seishin and the others.
"Seishin, can you handle Duke?" Nozomi asked him.
"Yeah, I'll handle this," Seishin answered. "At the same time, Loriellia will assist me with saving the other Valkyries."
"That's why I am here!" Loriellia said as she nudged Seishin's side. "Let's go save my teachers!"
"Hmph! Kill them." Duke ordered his army to attack. Ichigo brought out both Zangetsu and charged in, headfirst. Rukia and Nozomi followed him as they drew out their zanpaktou. The male Soul Reaper used his speed to evade the enemy and then sliced them down with his raw strength.
Rukia leaped into the air, evading the close-ranged enemy attacks before stabbing. Using Juhaku, she formed multiple trails of ice. The ice immediately latched onto the armored monsters before it quickly froze them in place. Just then, twenty more of those armored creatures and mutations all rushed towards Rukia, intent to either kill or violate the Shinigami Lieutenant. Rukia smirked as she made a slashing motion when she sees those enemies. She quickly drew a circle with the tip of her zanpaktou before announcing her attack.
"Some no mai, Tsukishiro!" Rukia cried as the circle froze the ground. Once those monsters were only an inch from the young Shinigami, Rukia immediately used her flashstep; seconds before the area formed a pillar of light froze everything, instantly freezing the wave of enemies on the spot.
At the same time, Nozomi stood with Murasaki and Ingrid as they were surrounded by a large wave of enemies. Nozomi kept her zanpaktou, Murasaki with her ax, and Ingrid with her sword.
"Stay back, Nozomi!" Murasaki said as she was about to do some hand seals before five of them were opening their mouths, preparing to fire a laser. Nozomi squinted her eyes in anger until she stepped in front of the two women.
"Nozomi, what are you doing?!" Ingrid cried out, seconds before those attacks were fired. "Are you trying to get yourself killed?!"
"I guess you haven't seen what I can do! Let me show you!" Nozomi declared. "Rain Without End; Arazome Shigure!"
Nozomi's zanpaktou transforms into a black broadsword blade with a silver lining along the sides and up the middle. Near the tip there is stubbed cross beam jutting out from each side of the sword, giving it the appearance of a cross. Seconds after revealing her zanpaktou, she immediately absorbed the combined attacks those mutants had made. As she absorbs the beams, the middle of her zanpaktou began to fill up with pink energy like a gauge, resembling a Celtic Cross. With a loud roar, Nozomi swung her zanpaktou horizontally, releasing the absorbed energy back at the enemy, eradicating them in seconds.
Murasaki and Ingrid were quite surprised once more at how much power a Soul Reaper has ever since Seishin and Ichigo had unleashed that power back in Dragundaala. Nozomi smirked as she turned back to the two women with a chuckle.
"What was the name of your sword?" Murasaki asked her.
"My zanpaktou is Arazome Shigure." Nozomi answered as she remembered the time she was being trained by Ichigo, Seishin, Toshiro, Rukia, Renji, and Uryu. "Its power lets me absorb energy and release it back at them."
Just as the Anti-Demon Ninja and the Hell Knight were complimenting Nozomi's power, another wave of enemies appeared. The two women nodded and then they leaped into the air.
"Hell Dragon's Roar!" Ingrid swung her sword in a circle when it was enveloped in swirling black and violet flames. At the same time, Murasaki performed hand signs as she prepares to unleash one of her strongest moves.
"Ninja Art: Wind Dragon's Cyclone!" Murasaki unleashed a swirling wind vortex with the tip shaped like the head of a Dragon. The two launched their dragon-themed attacks at the wave of enemies, with Nozomi assisted them by using Kidō. She raised her right arm out and forward with the palm of her hand facing the enemy while gripping it with her left hand.
"Now! Hadō #88. Hiryū Gekizoku Shinten Raihō!" Nozomi cried out her attack as it fired a gigantic beam of electrical and spiritual energy. That with both Ingrid and Murasaki's attacks creates an enormous explosion upon impact, destroying a large number of Duke's monsters.
Seishin, along with Loriellia ran their way towards Duke and the remaining Valkyries. On the way through the battlefield, he contacted Orihime through his connection with his inner hollow.
"Orihime, did Aaliyah give you a vial of her divine oil before we started with the plan?" Seishin asked her.
"Yeah, I got the oil." Orihime answered. "Don't worry, I know what to do. Just focus on your mission."
"Okay, just stay safe." He said before he connected to Ichigo. "Ichigo, when you and Rukia are done, assist Orihime as best as you can."
"We got it under control, Seishin." Rukia said. "We're now with Nozomi, Ingrid, and Murasaki. We're all in this together."
"Rukia's right, just focus on kicking that demon's ass, Seishin. You and Loriellia got this." Ichigo said once he sliced down three more of Duke's monsters.
"You got some pretty strong friends, Seishin." Loriellia said, which made Seishin chuckle.
"Yeah, but right now, we have one last enemy to face. Are you with me, Loriellia?" Seishin asked the young but bold valkyrie.
"You know I am ready to go." Loriellia grinned before they arrived before Duke's presence. The half-demon stood with the lust-corrupted Valkyries, who has magically donned their armor.
"So, you are here to end my reign?" Duke rhetorically asked. "Tell me, how can you two stop me without harming your teachers?"
"That's the point," Seishin said with a smirk. "We're not going to harm her teachers, but she will stop them."
"Is that so?" Duke chuckled as he shifted his eyes to the young Valkyrie beside Seishin.
"Yeah, and once I save them, I will cut your head off and plant it on a pike on this soon to be destroyed castle." Loriellia rebuked as she drew out her long sword and attached her shield to her gauntlet. The hilt of her sword was wrapped in thin blue-rope and a gold six-sided pommel with a green emerald in the center supporting the hilt. The dark jade blade was as long as her leg, the inside of the sword was all black with a gold edge and green constellation-like lines attached to each other like dots connecting to one another.
"Nice sword you got there." Seishin complimented Loriellia's weapon.
"The blacksmiths were kind to craft this on my birthday," Loriellia replied. "By the way, what's with the katana?"
"Hmm, it's more than just a katana. Just wait and see." Seishin said with a smirk before he charged in with his flashstep. In a short glimpse, Duke didn't see him coming. Just as Seishin appeared out of his flashstep, Duke immediately blocked the young shinigami's downward strike. Duke buckled from the force of the young man's attack. Seishin chuckled as started to push Duke away from the others, giving Loriellia the space she needs to fight.
"Lord Duke!" The other valkyries cried until they immediately spotted Loriellia charging in.
"You all are fighting me, now!" The young Valkyrie cried as she clashed with Fenrir.
"Now you're showing us your true colors, huh?" Fenrir smirked as she glared at Loriellia as the two held their own for another few seconds until they pulled themselves away. "Show me just how strong you are, liten ridder."
"I intend to, Bitch!" Loriellia cried back as she charged towards her and the others. The young Valkyrie saw the others closing in with weapons in hand. When she saw Leia and Ariya making the first move, she broke free from the clash and parried the others away with her shield. Skuld and Fafnir were charging in through Loriellia's blind spot, but she spotted them through the reflection from her sword. She immediately jumped up before the other two attacked. As both Skuld and Fafnir looked up, Loriellia smacks Fafnir away with her shield and Skuld with a kick to her temple, sending her three feet away from her.
Elsewhere Seishin was pushing Duke to the edge of the castle. The half-demon growled from his enemy giving him much pressure. Just as they reached the edge of the castle, Duke pressed his right foot against the brick, giving him some support.
"I have to admit, he's strong. Dammit!" Duke thought as Seishin not only got pinned from blocking his blade but he felt his own blade pressing into his shoulder from the pressure. Angered, Duke exhausted his power and pushed Seishin back.
"I must say, you definitely impressed me. Now I see why Ginyol had died by your hand." Duke said.
"I didn't do it alone. Catue and my friends; they all helped." Seishin answered. "We have each other's backs on and off the battlefield."
"I see," Duke growled as he endured his own wound by his collarbone. "I guess that's the one thing different about us. We each have a code to live by. My code is Precision. Even if one person is dead, I can replace it with another, like cogs in a machine. All that matters is to get the job done."
"Hmph… that's a lame code to live with." Seishin said.
"Unlike me, your code is your bond: Friends." Duke continued. "You would put your friends' needs ahead of your own. You would even die for them. Yet, I sense so much more within you. Join me, Seishin. Join me, and together we'll create a new paradise for your world and mi-."
Duke was suddenly interrupted when Seishin used his flashstep and made a gash on his chest downwards. The half-demon General didn't see Seishin make a single move as he monologues before he groaned in pain from the sudden cut on his body. He cringed with his arms across his chest, trying to keep the blood from gushing out.
"You are right about one thing, Duke." Seishin calmly answered as the two turned to look. Both of Seishin's eyes were covered by his bangs when he turned to the Half Demon, growling at the shinigami. "I would definitely take a bullet or a gash from a sword, and die for my friends. They helped make me who I am. "
"Tsk," Duke growled at Seishin's response before he saw his zanpaktou heating up.
"Erupt… Reddnouva." Seishin said before he was enveloped in a flaming tornado. The appearance of flames of that magnitude even made Loriellia, Fenrir and the others stop to see what's happening. It wasn't long until Seishin appeared with his katana turned into the flame-colored khyber blade, which is his zanpaktou.
"I rather just kick your sorry ass, than have you corrupt this land even more." Seishin continued, making Duke growl.
"That's his zanpaktou?" Loriellia gasped as she watched Seishin with his sword in its Shikai. Steam emitted from the blade as he was heating up. Seishin remained unmoved with a serious glare; a glare with such a killer intent. "I never saw Seishin carry such intense power before. How strong is he?"
"That man with the flaming sword! He must be eliminated." Fenrir growled as she glared at Seishin with his zanpaktou revealed. As Fenrir and the other girls made their move, Nozomi, Rukia, Murasaki, and Ingrid all appeared before the others and the three clashed blades.
"You're fighting us now!" Rukia said as she clashed blades with Leia. Murasaki and Ingrid were fighting Ariya and Hildegard. Nozomi on the other hand with Ichigo were fighting Freya, Skuld, Fafnir, and Loki.
"So you rather oppose my offer than side with me." Duke stood back up and manifests his armor. His armor nearly resembles a black knight; his arms and legs were jagged with spikes, his hands and feet have sharp claws and a sleek tail. "Very well, I never liked chivalrous mortals."
Seishin readied himself as he watched Duke charge towards him. Before the young shinigami was about to parry the Half-Demon's attack, Duke immediately teleported himself and reappeared behind the red-haired Shinigami. Seishin immediately caught wind of his attack, and turned, just in time to parry his attack. As the two clashed; their blades let out a spark of red and blue as they fought with efficiency.
"You may be powerful, swordsman… But I am just as good with my own skills than relying on raw strength." Duke said with a slight chuckle. "You might want to keep an eye on your team first… starting with your Healer."
"Oh, no… ORIHIME, LOOK OUT!" Seishin cried out which it immediately got Ichigo's attention.
"Orihime?!" Ichigo gasped until he turned to the doorway, only to see Ichigo's beloved in the Half-Demon's Grasp. His arm was wrapped around her neck; Orihime struggles to break free from Duke's grip while Duke simply chuckled.
"Damn!" Seishin growled; anger began boiling in his veins as glared at Duke's smug look on his face.
"I-Ichigo!" Orihime struggled to speak.
"I must say, for a group of powerful fighters, you have quite the healer." Duke chuckled as he held Orihime around her neck by his arm. "I can sense such incredible power in this endowed beauty. Perfect curves, beautiful hair, and such a cute face to match."
"DON'T YOU DARE HURT HER!" Ichigo barked.
"You shouldn't take another step. Instead, you should focus on what's coming to you right now. Especially your leader." Duke snapped his fingers before a group of demonic swordsman appeared, surrounding Ichigo. Just as Seishin was about to take another step, Fenrir charged at him with full force. Seishin immediately clashed blades with the dark valkyrie.
"You should learn to watch out for sudden surprises, swordsman!" Fenrir chuckled as sparks of red, blue and yellow were made as their blades clash. The dark Valkyrie laughed maniacally as she and Seishin clashed. Sparks were made as their blades collided.
"Damn it!" Seishin swore under his breath as the two fought.
"Don't you dare harm my new friends!" Loriellia suddenly appeared behind Seishin and cut through Duke, leaving a gash from his left shoulder blade down to his right hip. The Half Demon screamed in pain from the attack. Duke growled in anger as he sucker-punched Loriellia down before he manifested his sword in an attempt to cut her, freeing Orihime in the process.
Seishin's eyes caught every frame of Duke's attempt like it was playing in slow motion. "Damn, I have to save her!" ...were the words that he can think of before he shifted his eyes back at Fenrir. As the female attempts to raise her sword for her next attack, Seishin's eyes immediately hollowfied before red stripes appeared looping over each other all over his body in a tribal fashion, connected to two circular rings; one on his chest and the other on his back as well as a small diamond mark on his forehead. Aaliyah was the first to see it, Ichigo, Murasaki, and Ingrid on the battlefield were the next ones to see it. The young man quickly parried Fenrir's blade before he dove into her personal space.
"Seishin, NO!" Ichigo gasped.
"Time I make this wolf see the light! SABATIEL!" Seishin immediately planted his left hand on Fenrir's face and a bright red glow illuminated the area for a few seconds. It was brief, but it was effective. Once the light faded, Fenrir fell into a state of unconsciousness. Seishin roared as he twirled his zanpaktou before throwing it towards Duke. The blade flew through the air like a bullet fired from its gun, until it successfully severed his sword swinging arm, seconds before his sword stabbed Loriellia. Seishin's zanpaktou stabbed the castle walls. Duke growled before turning to see Seishin glaring at him while Fenrir had passed out.
"You wretched utlending! You severed my arm!" Duke yelled before he raised his stub of a right arm before it was regenerated. "I can see why Ginyol had a hard time with you. Not only did you make a mockery of me, but you injured me to this point."
"I don't give a flying damn about it, Duke." Seishin rebuked before using flashstep and reappeared beside Loriellia. The young man knelt down and held out his hand to her. Loriellia opened her eyes and saw Seishin helping her back up. At the same time, Ichigo appeared and helped Orihime to safety.
"Are you alright, Loriellia?" He asked.
"Yeah, I am fine." Loriellia answered as she wiped the blood off her lip. "You helped me, so the least I could do is try and save Orihime."
"You did well." Seishin said as it made the Valkyrie smile before an army of demons surrounded Seishin and Loriellia.
"You damn menselijk. Now you pissed me off!" Duke growled as a black aura enveloped him from the feet up, forming armor that nearly resembles a Jötunn. Seishin and the others all sensed a rise to Duke's power. Before the young man could prepare to fight, he felt the harsh side effect from his use of Sabatiel on Fenrir. Seishin immediately fell to his knees and coughed up a puddle of blood a little bigger than his hand.
"Seishin!" Loriellia was shocked to see what's going on as she tries to help him back up. Everyone else was shocked as Seishin was kneeling in pain.
"Don't worry about me…" Seishin said as he slowly got back up through sheer will as he looked at both Duke and his demon army. "Listen, go with Ichigo. Go and save your teachers. I'll come soon and do the same thing that I did to Fenrir."
"Seishin, you're coughing up blood! You can't fight him in that condition!" Loriellia cried before she saw Seishin smile before patting her head. He calmly chuckled.
"Don't worry, I have a way to counter this curse. I'll be alright." Seishin said before wiping the tears off Loriellia's face. "Now go… Go and save your teachers, while I deal with this half-demon."
Loriellia saw the confidence in Seishin's eyes once more before she quickly responded with a nod and went to join Ichigo. Seishin, despite him breathing heavily, held his hand out, mentally calling his zanpaktou before the blade turned into flames, flying towards his hand before reforming back into the sword. Seishin entered a horse stance, preparing to fight. At the same time, Aaliyah was shocked that he had used that forbidden move again.
"Oh, no!" Aaliyah cried.
"What's happening?!" Odin gasped.
"Seishin's family tree, excluding his parents, miraculously, has this forbidden curse that Seishin calls Sabatiel." Aaliyah explained. "Seishin told me that his grandfather had used that very move to recover and revive the fallen Soul Reaper captains years ago, ...in exchange, he used up his life energy and died. Though Seishin has that curse, he's willing to give his life to help us."
"Hmm…" Odin closed his eye, contemplating on a plan at the same time, foresee Seishin's past. The Allfather then turned to Aaliyah as he has attained one idea in mind. "Aaliyah, I do know an ally that can help that young man.."
"You do?" Aaliyah asked before she looked back at Odin. "Do you have enough power to bring that person?"
"It's just enough for a few hours." Odin said before he was enveloped in a blue aura. Aaliyah watched as a portal began to form. Seeing that he's still a little weak from using his powers earlier, Aaliyah helped him out by transferring some of her powers to his. A portal was then formed and a figure slowly made his way through the portal.
"What's up? Where am I anyway?" The mysterious young man asked.
"I'm sorry for this sudden moment, but Seishin… He may need your help." Aaliyah said.
"Seishin?!" The young man gasped before a calm chuckle was made. "Where is he? Time I help my friend out!"
Back at Duke's castle, Seishin began his fight against the Half-Demon's army. One by one, each of them fell by the shinigami's blade with Flingini assisting with the assault.
"You may be tough, but now that you're weakened, I can easily put you out of your misery!" Flingini smirked as he raised his arms, attempting to smash Seishin into a bloody pulp.
"Funny, that's what the last ogre said before that happened." Seishin said with a smirk.
"What hap-" Flingini was dumb as he was large and bulky. It only took a second for Seishin to escape his eyesight using his flashstep. Three swift and effective slashes were made before he reappeared behind the ogre before he began panting hard. After swinging the ogre's blood off his zanpaktou, Flingini's arms and head were slid off his body like melted butter.
"That happened." Seishin answered. Shortly after, Duke charged in and the two clashed blades. Duke's blade was pitch black, just as dark as Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu and nearly as wide as Seishin's shikai.
"You're starting to get on my nerves, kid." Duke growled as his red eyes stare at Seishin like a target on a dartboard. While remaining unmoved, Seishin pondered how he could fight despite the situation he's in. It was then he remembered when Shun'ō and Ayame had given him a sample of their healing ability.
"Hollow, it's time to use that power Shun'ō and Ayame have given us." Seishin said.
"Sōten Kisshun?" Seishin's hollow questioned until he remembered that very moment.
(Flashback)
"I'm sorry to hear that," Ayame said. "We want to do something to help find a loophole against that ability."
"...and we have just the thing…" Shun'ō calmly smiled as he and Ayame held out their small hands. "Seishin, hold out your hand."
Seishin wondered what the two have that could improve Seishin's recovery whenever he plans to use Sabatiel next time. Curious, Seishin held out his hand, reaching out for the two fairies until his middle finger touched their hands. Just then, he felt a soothing pulse of energy coursing through his body.
"What we did was give you and your inner Hollow a sample of our combined healing skill; Sōten Kisshun." Ayame answered his follow-up question. "Your Inner Hollow can heal wounds and other body parts, but he cannot heal your heart or other internal organs. ...at least from what I heard."
"So we gave you a sample of our ability to help restore your organs." Shun'ō said. "I hope you'll find a way to break Sabatiel. We'll be rooting for you, Seishin.
(Flashback ended)
"I see... " Seishin's hollow nodded. "Well, Shun'ō and Ayame were kind enough to let us use this power. Though it is just a sample, we should use this sparingly."
"Yes, I understand." Seishin answered before he immediately parried Duke before kicking him a few feet away. "Here we go…"
"Sōten Kisshun." The two said as the symbol of six-petal flower; the same shape of Orihime's hairpin appeared on the center of his chest, surprising Duke and the others. Seishin felt the soothing aura enveloped his body, healing and restoring him inside and out before the symbol soon faded. Seishin took a deep breath before he smirked as he glared at Duke.
"Now I am ready to burn you to a crisp," Seishin smirked as he glared at the half-demon, growling under his breath. Duke tightened his grip on his sword before he charged at Seishin. Just as Seishin was about to make his move, a portal appeared behind him and a familiar voice reached his ears.
"Dragon Shot!" A blur of red flew out before landing a hard punch against Duke's jaw. Seishin was stunned when he saw a familiar sight. An average height young man with short spiky brown hair, with two short locks of hair behind his head, and light brown eyes. He stood in front of the red-haired shinigami as the smoke cleared. He wore a black blazer with white accents, a red T-shirt with black highlights with black accents on the collar, matching black pants, and wears blue and white sneakers. On his left arm is a red armored dragon claw with a bright green jewel on its hand.
"N-No way…" Seishin was astonished as he tries to make his brain saw what he needs to say next. "Issei? Issei Hyoudou?!"
"Looks like I made it just in time ...huh, Seishin." The young man chuckled as he walked towards the red-haired man.
"It's great to see you here!" Seishin smirked as he walked up before the two fist-bumped. "How's Rias, Akeno, Asia and the others?"
"Oh, it's been smooth sailing. Let's just say, my nights with the girls, especially Rias, Akeno and Asia were unforgettable. Bountiful boobies as far as the eye can see! It's Heaven to me!" Issei chuckled while sporting a perverted grin before Seishin tries to snap him out of his imagination while sporting a scowl. "Sorry about that. Anyway, I heard from Odin and that cute elf Aaliyah that you're trying to save those women from that Half-Demon. Mind if I tag along?"
"Sure, I'm gonna need an extra hand to deal with him," Seishin replied.
"Seishin!" Murasaki called out before she, Ingrid and Nozomi landed beside him. Both him and Issei both turned to see the three ladies before Issei began going gaga at Ingrid and Murasaki.
"Oh, my! Beautiful Babes by the Bushels!" Issei cried in amazement, as he gazed at the three ladies. "Such titanic tits being bound to such tight clothes!"
Issei slowly making his way towards Murasaki with his hands out and ready to grab the Anti-Demon Ninja's breasts. Just as Murasaki was about to knock some sense into him, Seishin appeared and slammed a hard punch from behind his head, temporarily knocking him out.
"Sorry, Murasaki. This, unfortunately lucky pervert here is my friend Issei Hyoudou." Seishin said before picking him up by the collar. "I met him and his friends at the Occult Research Club during one of my Soul Reaper missions. I had helped them fight against some Fallen Angels that invaded Kyoh Academy. What were their names? Ah, yes! Kokabiel, Freed, and Valper."
"You had slain Fallen Angels as well? Hmm, you're starting to grow on me, Sam- Sorry, I mean Seishin." Ingrid said with a smirk on her face which made Seishin chuckle sheepishly when he brushed the back of his head. Just then, they saw Duke getting back up, groaning from the punch Issei left on the demon's face.
"You might want to save the comments for later. Right now, we got a demon to exorcise." Loriellia said as she readies herself for what will happen.
"Right, Loriellia!" Seishin said as he, Issei, and the others entered their stance.
"MY BEAUTIFUL FACE!" Duke yelled before he turned his attention to Seishin and the others. Just then, Fafnir, Skuld, Leia, Ariya, Hildegard, Skuld, Fafnir, and Loki all appeared in front of Duke. Freya appeared beside Duke, smirking and chuckling at them. Soon after a new wave of armored demons appeared beside them "You and your friends are going to rue the day you oppose me."
"Seishin, let me take on the Valkyries…" Issei said which got their attention. "It seems you're feeling fatigued from that curse you used. You rest up and your friends and I will handle this."
"Nonsense… I may have used Sabatiel a couple of times since I was brought into this world, " Seishin smirked as he readied himself, "but it's going to take more than a curse to stop me. Loriellia and I will take on Duke. Issei, you along with Rukia, Nozomi will save the Valkyries. Ichigo, Ingrid, Murasaki will handle the demons as well as that ugly ogre."
"Right!" Everyone else answered. Issei was first to make his move. He entered his Boosted Gear: Scale Mail. Just then, a loud cry from an unexpected presence caught both Duke and Seishin's attention. Swift razor cuts were made on every single demon before they were nothing but sliced meat and parts. That same person leaped into the air before being spotted by Duke before landing in front of Seishin. She stared at the red-haired shinigami for a brief moment before her angered look was replaced with a relaxed smile on her face before kneeling down before the young man. It was the same blue-eyes woman with purple ankle-lengthened hair, whose armor did little to hide her endowed cleavage. It was none other than…
"Fenrir?!" Duke gasped. "What are you doing?! Strike down that man this instant!"
"Save it…" Fenrir calmly spoke. "I, no longer serve you. Now that Seishin has awakened me, I now serve him."
"You don't serve anyone other than me, you wretched wolf!" Duke rebuked.
"Yeah, and I do cherish those days of me living with you… But, that ends today." Fenrir said before turning to Seishin. "You, red-haired warrior… Your teammate named you Seishin, no?"
"Y-Yeah, that's right. I'm Seishin." Seishin answered.
"Ever since we fought, I had sensed such power in you. More than what Duke has; but I was blinded by his lust since he took over this land." Fenrir explained. "When we fought and you used that move on me… What was the name of that technique?"
"It's Sabatiel, and that move was a curse that I carried from my past relatives, minus my parents," Seishin said.
"Hmm… When you used that move on me, not only did I see sense such a warm and caring soul you have, but I saw your past. I had seen how you became who you are, thanks to your team. Now that you freed me, I wish to fight alongside you. ...if you would allow me to." Fenrir placed her sword beside her as she knelt down before the young man. Seishin blushed a dark red when he sees such a beautiful woman asking him for his permission.
"I don't trust her, Seishin." Loriellia interrupted them as she approached Fenrir, before she pointed her blade at her neck. "She had worked with Duke when they invaded and decimated my home and made my friends and teachers their playthings. When I first fought her, she was tough. Her actions against me were intended to kill. If I didn't retreat, I would've been either Duke's playtoy or I would've been dead."
"Yes, little Valkyrie. I was rather sadistic when we fought. All I want to do is serve Duke and be showered in his affections." Fenrir said as she looked up at Loriellia with sadness in her eyes. "After the fight with that red-haired man, and when he used Sabatiel, my mind was opened. I've seen a new world when Seishin appeared in my consciousness. He showed me that humans and other species co-exist in that world. Even become their mates without being forced on or otherwise. A peaceful world that's just as beautiful as this world before Duke invaded."
Loriellia growled when she heard Fenrir's words. She remembered the moments when she served Duke. Her smug look when she stood alongside Duke when he succeeded in corrupting Freya and the other Valkyries. But in a mere second, she saw something she never thought would happen to her enemy. Loriellia was shocked to see Fenrir looking down when she laid her sword in front of the young Valkyrie before tears were running down the wolf-girl's face.
"If killing me appeases you, then I'll accept my fate," Fenrir said. "Though my last words I wish to say to you is that I am sorry… for all I had done up to now."
Loriellia's eyes grew emotional. The Valkyrie's mind was indecisive; on one hand, she could kill her on the spot. On the other hand… she could let her live, despite her anger trying to blind her. Just as she couldn't control her decision, Seishin stepped forward and he gently moved the Valkyrie's blade from Fenrir's neck.
"Loriellia, I know you despise her; wanting to eliminate her to appease yourself." Seishin said as he looked down at Fenrir. "But look… killing her now won't change the past. Take these words from someone who had experienced this pain. Ichigo had lost his mother to a Hollow when he was little. ...and I had almost lost some valuable friends; Nozomi when I fought Ōko Yushima. Orihime when Ichigo and I faced Aizen."
"But… What can I do, Seishin?! What would be the right thing to do?" Loriellia asked with anger in her voice.
"Remember these words, Loriellia: The enemy of my enemy is my friend," Seishin said as he looked back at Fenrir with seriousness in his eyes. When the Valkyrie looked back at Seishin for a second and then turned to see Ichigo, she sees all the events he explained, she saw pain and loneliness in their eyes.
"Seishin's right, Loriellia." Ichigo said. "We all have moments for us to make the right choice; to do the right thing. Seishin and I had experienced that through our adventures and we made some enemies, but at the same time, some of those enemies became our allies."
Loriellia heeded both Seishin and Ichigo's words and pondered on what she should do. After all, they do have a point. If she went on and kill Fenrir, it won't change anything; she would still be facing Duke, trying to find ways to save her friends and teachers. It wasn't long until Loriellia sighed before she stood back.
"Very well. I'll have Fenrir redeem herself." Loriellia said as she looked away. Fenrir softly smiled at the Valkyrie's answer before she turned to Seishin.
"Will you let me fight alongside you, Seishin?" Fenrir asked Seishin once more. The young man pondered over her question for a moment. He turned to his friends and they all nodded, he then turned to see Duke as he was growling. Seeing Duke getting triggered actually made Seishin feel pretty good. He returned his sight to Fenrir before he walked towards her. He offered his hand, getting her attention before he made his answer.
"It's not every day something like this happened, but I couldn't say no to your offer. Welcome aboard, Fenrir." Seishin said before Fenrir quickly embraces the Shinigami in an affectionate way. She hugged the young man, snuggling her cheek with his and pressing her body against his.
"Thank you." Fenrir answered before giving him a small peck on his cheek. She then freed him from her hug before she gripped her sword and stood beside him and Issei. "I now shall atone for my mistakes and make my amends, now that I am siding with the right team."
"Seishin, I have a way to get all the Valkyries to sleep, but I need you to separate Duke from them while Ichigo and the others handle the horde of monsters. Can you, Issei, Loriellia and Fenrir handle this?"
"Sure, Rukia. We can handle it." Issei answered as he slams his right armored fist into his left palm. "Let's do this!"
"You heard the man, Rukia." Seishin chuckled. "Now, let's move!"
"Right!" The others cried before they all split up into two groups. Rukia and Ichigo leads the others to attack the horde of monsters while Seishin, Issei, Loriellia and Fenrir all charged into Duke.
"I won't let you win this, menselijk!" Duke yelled before his Valkyrie servants immediately charged at Seishin.
"Seishin! Loriellia and I will handle the Valkyries." Fenrir said. "You and your armored friend here will take Duke."
"Okay, Fenrir." Seishin agreed before he grabbed Issei's arm before using Flashstep, surprising the Valkyries and Demon Girl until he and Issei reappeared above Duke. At the same time, Loriellia blocked Leia and Ariya with her sword. Fenrir clashed blades against Hildegard, and Loki. Fafnir and Freya; who just donned in her black Valkyrie armor charged at Seishin and Issei. Issei shifted his eyes and saw both the Demon girl and Odin's wife charging at the two and the High Schooler had to make a decision.
"Seishin, kick Duke's ass! I'll take care of these two." Issei said as he kicked Duke in the face before charging at Fafnir and Freya. As Seishin watched as Issei take on Fafnir and Freya, the Soul Reaper continued his assault against Duke. Both the Half-Blood Commander and Seishin's blades clashed with ferocious intent; sparks were made with each clash made by their swords.
Issei effortlessly evaded both Fafnir and Freya with ease, before he went on the offensive. He swiftly jumped towards them and with his left hand, he touched both Freya's right shoulder and Fafnir's back, leaving marks on them before landing safely on his feet. He turned to see them before they immediately charged at him with weapons in hand, until...
"Now, Dress Break!" He snapped his fingers in his right hand. Both Fafnir and Freya spotted the marks as they glowed, but before they could react, their clothes were suddenly ripped off like magic, revealing their naked bodies to everyone. Before they could attempt to even threaten Issei, he quickly landed two karate chops on the back of their necks, knocking them out with ease.
"Perfect! My Dress Break works!" Issei thought as he was happy that he used one of his signature moves. "Hmm, I better go and help Rukia. I have a feeling that she might need my help."
As Issei went to help Rukia, she along with Nozomi, Murasaki, Ingrid, and Ichigo all got the upper hand. The five of them were able to push them back, just in time for Issei to tag each of them.
"Issei? What are you going to do?" Rukia asked.
"This… Dress Break!" Issei said as he snapped his fingers and in an instant, the other Valkyries armor were ripped off as well, revealing their nude bodies. Fenrir on the other hand, threw Fafnir and Freya into the other girls before they all fell down to the ground.
"Now, Bakudō #61. Rikujōkōrō!" Nozomi and Rukia said as seven sets of the six bars of light appeared, trapping each of them before Rukia uses Hakufuku on them all, putting them to sleep.
"For once, your perverted moves helped us disarm the Valkyries. Nice work, Issei." Nozomi as she stood beside him with a smirk on her face. Issei merely chuckled while rubbing the back of his helmet. Just then Flungini roared at the group before charging at them.
"Rukia…" Ichigo said to her, the raven-haired woman nodded back as she knew what to do. Rukia punctures the ground in front of her four times in a semi-circle. As ice particles begin to flow up from the punctures she made in the ground, she takes a battle stance. Both Issei and Ichigo watched as Rukia prepared her attack, and Flingini was in her sight.
"Gotcha… Tsugi no mai, Hakuren!" The particles, building up at the tip of Sode no Shirayuki, are released as a large, powerful avalanche of cold air. The cold air swallowed the ogre in seconds before he was encased in ice with a shocked expression on his face. Ichigo charged at the now-frozen Ogre as his Zangetsu was enveloped in a light blue aura.
"Getsuga Tenshou!" Ichigo cried as he unleashed his signature. His High-Density beam swallowed Flingini and left a thin cut on the ground where the ogre was left.
Duke growled as Seishin got the upper hand in the fight, in speed and strength. Even with the armor, he has on, it wasn't a match to Seishin's raw potential. As the two clashed, Duke held out his left hand and Seishin was suddenly trapped in a ball of dark energy. The Half-Blood Commander smirked as he sees his enemy trapped.
"So, even with all that effort, you fell blindly into my trap," Duke said as he began curled the fingers in his left hand, forcing the ball of energy Seishin's trapped in to shrink. "I think I'm going to kill you now; you would've made a great commander in this world. But alas, you would rather oppose me than join me. Say goodbye, swordsman."
"Seishin, no!" Loriellia cried as she and Fenrir gasped.
"Go to him!" Fenrir said as Loriellia charged at Duke like a speeding bullet. Seconds after, Loriellia her blade pierced through Duke's armor and through the left side of his chest.
"Leave my friend alone, you monster!" Loriellia cried as she pulled her sword out of Duke's chest and carved a mark on his armor, revealing his torso. Angered, Duke punched Loriellia away, before picking his sword up, attempting to kill off the young Valkyrie.
"You shouldn't have gotten in my way, liten ridder! Now Die!" As Duke was about to make a killing blow, the ball of dark energy Seishin's trapped in began to rumble. Duke turned to see that Seishin's power began to grow before a cage of flames was formed in the dark ball. In an instant, Seishin sliced off one of the bars surrounding him before he uttered one word…
"Ban...Kai…" As Seishin uttered that one word, the ball exploded and a tower of flames as wide as a carriage appeared. Everyone froze to witness what's happening. Fenrir gasped at Seishin's power, Leia and the other Dark Valkyries stopped to see what's going on. After a few seconds, the tower of flames dissolved before revealing Seishin in his Bankai state.
"All of that, just to see you in a costume and weapon change?" Seishin didn't say a word as he stood his ground as the bangs of his hair covered his eyes. Without a word, he used his flashstep and appeared before Duke's eyes as he quickly severed his arm and his sword with ease before picking Loriellia up. He used his flashstep again and appeared before the group.
"Orihime, could you heal Loriellia, please?" Seishin kindly asked as his anger against Duke was being suppressed.
"Yes, I'll do just that." She answered.
"Odin, Aaliyah, if you two can hear me, teleport my teammates and the captured Valkyries back to Odin's palace. I'll soon catch up."
"Seishin, are you sure?" Aaliyah asked him with concern.
"Trust me… I got this." Seishin replied. Aaliyah was about to say something until Odin stopped her.
"Understood, young man. Please make it out safely." Odin answered.
"I will, Allfather." Seishin answered he watched as Rukia, Ichigo and the others were glowing before they were teleported safely out of harm. He calmly nodded before he turned to look at Duke before he started walking towards him..
"Hollow, check around this castle for anyone else trapped while using Shadow Travel and free them." Seishin said. "Because in about ten seconds, Duke and this castle is about to fall."
"Leave it to me. I'll have it done in five." Seishin's Hollow answered before he left to find others in the castle.
"You made a big mistake, menselijk!" Duke said as he gripped his arm before it was regenerated. Duke roared as he charged at Seishin with no holding back. ...only to see Seishin's zanpaktou glowing with steam enveloping it.
"Seishin, I found and gathered all the prisoners in this place as well as any villagers near the vicinity. You're free to go all out!" Seishin's Hollow answered, in return, Seishin briefly nodded.
"Take a good… long hard look at me, Duke…" Seishin said before he pointed his thumb at himself. "Because this pretty face WILL be the last thing you'll see."
"DIE, MORTAL!" Duke said as he turned into a large demon with glowing red eyes. But it was all in vain as Seishin raised his blade in the air before it was enveloped in flames hotter than the sun.
"Sen…. TAIYOU!" Seishin used his flashstep, only to appear above Duke before letting out his most powerful move. The High-Density beam enveloped both the Demon and the castle in seconds before an explosion the size of an atomic explosion was made. It was even large enough for Aaliyah and the others to see it from Odin's palace.
At the same time, a portal appeared beside them, and in an instant, Seishin stepped out, damaged from the explosion he made before he reverted to his normal state. The right side of his uniform was burned halfway and the left sleeve was moderately scorched. His hakama had been scorched from his attack; minor burn marks all around as well as on his arms and torso, and holes the size of baseballs from those burns were around his knees and ankles. The young man panted hard as Ichigo, Loriellia, Aaliyah and Fenrir ran over to help him up.
"Seishin! You're hurt." Aaliyah cried. "Are you alright?"
"I'm okay. Just close to being burnt to a crisp." He answered
"You really let out a strong one, Seishin," Ichigo said which the young red-head chuckled despite the burns on his body.
"Yeah, I need to learn how to be immune to flames, including explosions." Seishin said before Loriellia ran over to hug Seishin.
"I was worried about you," Loriellia said as tears ran down her face. "The minute you told Odin and Aaliyah to take all of us away from the castle while you fought Duke, and when the castle was destroyed, I was worried that I wouldn't see you again. I thought you might die in that blast."
"I'm sorry that you're feeling that way, Loriellia." Seishin smiled before petting the Valkyrie's blonde hair. "I may be damaged, but it's going to take more than a large explosion to kill me. Anyway, let's get the Valkyries healed up. Fafnir included. I'll help out using Sabatiel again, if Orihime can help me as well."
"Okay, Seishin. I'll help out." Orihime answered as she followed them.
"Wait up! I got the oil to heal them all!" Aaliyah ran along with the others. Seishin, Aaliyah, Nozomi, Ingrid and Murasaki put Freya, Leia, Skuld, Hildegard, Ariya, Loki, Fafnir, Suvia, and Sigard in the royal bathhouse. Aaliyah poured a few drops of her oil into the water before it began bubbling, while Seishin immediately uses Sabatiel. At the same time, Orihime used her Sōten Kisshun to heal Seishin's wounds, both inside and out while Sabatel is active.
During the healing process, Loriellia gave Seishin a refresher course about each of the Valkyries and what each of them carried. For Suvia and Sigard, they both carried keys to the floodgates of the River of Wisdom, whose water flows into the roots of Yggdrasil. With Duke being dead, Seishin restored the keys and returned them back inside their wombs. For Leia, Skuld, Hildegard, and Ariya, they were Soldiers of Valhalla, serving Odin and protecting the peace within Midgard. Loki, on the other hand, served Duke, like Fenrir and Fafnir. Seeing her potential, Seishin pondered if she could use her wits and tricks to help Odin and the others.
Loriellia pondered and chuckled before the two agreed to let him use Sabatiel to alter Loki's memories. Using Sabatiel for this long and used multiple times does put Seishin at risk, but Orihime with her Shun Shun Rikka help healed his body, stamina and wounds as fast as Sabatiel eating away at it. Within minutes, Freya and the other women, as well as the demon girl Fafnir was restored to the point that they haven't been touched by Duke. Sigard and Suvia were also restored as well. Loriellia came in and placed the rings on each of the Valkyries while Seishin stepped out to rest in the halls.
A few hours later, Kurenai arrived and saw Seishin sleeping soundly. She wore a kimono that Aaliyah had created for her. It was custom-made for her; a light violet kimono that covered everything, even her hooves. Magenta colored flower patterns covered every part of the kimono with a dark pink sash wrapped around her waist. The back of her hair was tied up with a ribbon while both her bangs and her cow horns were shown. A light pink blush was shown when she saw Seishin sleeping. She leaned in to gaze at him more. Her face was close to his, her lips were inches to his. Curious, she closed her eyes and kissed him softly for a few seconds before she pulled back. In her mind, she began to imagine her and Seishin together, unaware that Seishin slowly woke up from his nap.
"Oh, Kurenai. What's up?" Seishin asked.
"Umm, Seishin? I was wondering… What do you think of me?" Kurenai asked him, hoping he would give her a good answer. "Am I… different from the girls you're with?"
"Kurenai, don't be silly," Seishin answered. " Don't you remember what I said about you and your powers when I had freed you from Duke's castle?"
(Flashback)
"I had this from Superhero movies and comics in my timeline, but there is one thing you should probably take to heart, Kurenai… From Great Power Comes Great Responsibility." Seishin said as he wiped her tears from her eyes. "Kurenai… I know you're not cursed or a monster, and your powers aren't cursed either. I know because I sensed you on the way here, your powers are pure."
(Flashback ended)
"Like I said, Kurenai. You're not cursed or a monster" Seishin said as he stood up. "You're unique, you're sweet, you're gifted, and on top of that… You're beautiful and I would love to have you with us."
Kurenai's blush grew dark when Seishin said that she's beautiful. In her mind, she didn't really like how she looks. Humans feared her when she predicted what was going to happen. But when Seishin healed her and freed her, her heart began fluttering when he told her that she was attractive. Kurenai smiled as she gazed at Seishin before she leaned down and kissed his lips once more.
"Seishin… I love you." Kurenai said as she nuzzled her cheek against his. "I am in your debt."
It wasn't long until Aaliyah and Loriellia arrived to see the two. Kurenai happily wrapped her arms around Seishin's left arm while being careful not to snap it with her strength. Her tail wagged and hearts were floating around her while staying close to the young man.
"Looks like your harem is growing already since Kurenai and Fenrir has joined you." Loriellia teased Seishin while the young man chuckled sheepishly while brushing the back of his head with his right hand.
"Now that you're all healed up, Seishin, come with us," Aaliyah said. "Odin and Freya want to see you. Everyone else is already waiting for you."
Seishin nodded before following both Aaliyah and Loriellia into Odin's throne room. Once the doors were opened, Seishin was astonished to see Leia, Ariya, Skuld, Hildegard, Suvia, Sigard, Loki and Fafnir alongside Odin and Freya. All of them smiled at the one man who led his team and saved their land. Odin rose from his throne and approached him. Once the two were face to face, he shook Seishin's hand vigorously.
"Seishin Samayou, I couldn't thank you enough for saving Freya and the others," Odin said. Seishin was going to say something until Odin continued. "No need to say that you didn't do this alone. You and your friends fought valiantly; thanks to you all, Freya and the others are back; safe and sound, and back to normal."
"Yes, thank you all for what you had done." Ariya as she approached the young man. "Though this is kinda our first meeting, please allow me to introduce ourselves. My name is Ariya."
"My name is Leia." Leia kindly bowed
"I'm Skuld! Nice to meet you all!" Skuld smiled as she waved at them.
"Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Seishin. I'm Hildegard." Hildegard smiled at them.
"My name's Fafnir!" The demon girl smiled at him. "Thanks for saving us, and Odin, thanks for allowing me to join your Valkyrie army."
"My name's Loki." Loki said in a seductive tone, smiling down at Seishin. "Fenrir told me what happened. Thank you for saving us.
"Hello, Seishin. I'm Princess Pricencia but you can call me, Suvia." Suvia said as she bowed before the young man. "Sigard and I want to thank you and your group for all that you've done."
"Yes, thank you for saving us all, Seishin." Sigard smiled as she looked at him and the group. "We are in your debt, fellow swordsman."
"Thank you very much, all of you." Seishin smiled as he blushed a little. "I also want to introduce my friends to you all, as well."
"Pleased to meet you all," Ichigo said as the others waved and said Hi. "I'm Ichigo Kurosaki; alongside Orihime and Seishin is his friend Issei, Ingrid and Murasaki, Nozomi, and Rukia. We're glad that you're all safe now."
"Seishin, I have something I wish to bequeath to you, as a reward for saving our world." Odin said as Freya approached him while holding a pillow with an item hiding under a silk cloth. Freya smiled as she unveiled a black flute with gold mosaic lines overlapping the frame of the flute like vines from a plant
"This flute is special; when you place your hands on it, the instrument will guide you." Freya explained. "With it, you can use it to either summon us when you need our assistance against whatever evil you're facing in your world, or you can play a different tune and you can come to our world in Midgard. Odin and I will gladly make accommodations in our palace for you to stay.
"Thank you, Allfather and Queen." Seishin said as he happily accepted the gift. When Seishin's hands gently wrap the magical instrument, he sensed a mystical presence entering his mind and envisioning how to use the flute. The young man smiled as he looked up at the King and Queen. "I'll treasure this gift well. I hope you Thor will return soon and this land returns to its full-flourished glory."
"I hope so too, young man." Odin calmly nodded before he shook hands with him and the others. Just then, Issei began to glow.
"It seems his time here is up and now, he's returning to his world," Freya said.
"Yeah, it looks like I am," Issei smirked. "It's great seeing you again, Seishin. Stop by at Kuon Academy from time to time, just to visit us, okay?"
"Yeah, Issei. I will." Seishin smirked as well when he and Issei did a bro-hug. "You have your harem to protect and I have mine to protect."
Issei laughed for a few seconds as his body began to glow even more. "You took the words right out of my mouth. See you around, Harem King."
Seishin and the others watched as Issei was transported back to his own world before Ichigo placed his left hand on Seishin's right shoulder.
"He may be one heck of a pervert…, but he's a good kid." Ichigo said.
"Yeah, I agree." Seishin answered before the two shared a laugh together.
An hour later, Seishin and the gang stood outside the palace with Odin, Freya and Loriellia. The gang were ready to return back home.
"Seishin, are you sure you want to return to your home?" Osin asked him. "You still have plenty of time here to visit and get to know our world."
"As much as I would love to, Allfather, we can't." Seishin answered. "We have our own fight against Kuroinu and anyone else who supports them. When all's said and done, we'll return."
"I understand. We'll have your rooms ready and a feast in your honor ready for your return." Freya happily nodded. Just then, Loriellia ran to hug Seishin, but to his surprise, tears were running down her face.
"Loriellia…" Seishin said her name before she looked up at him.
"Thank you..." She answered. "Thank you for all that you had done."
"I didn't really do anything that big." Seishin said as he pets her head. "Still seeing you happy is all that matters.
"You did much more than that." Loriellia said as she wiped her tears before a smile was worn on her face. "Thanks to you... You got me to see Odin alive and my friends and teachers are safe and sound. I've been doubting many things since Duke had ruined this land and my friends, but thanks to you and your friends, you got me to believe once more."
"Well, Loriellia… I'm happy that you're happy now." Seishin said. "You still have potential in you. Continue to get stronger and when we return, I would like to spar with you.
"Yeah, I would love that." Loriellia chuckled.
"Fenrir, Kurenai. Ready to go?" Seishin asked his newest members to Seishin's Harem, only to respond with the two hugging him from both sides.
"I'm ready, Master." Fenrir answered as she chuckled and nuzzled her face against his.
"I'm ready as well, Seishin." Kurenai answered as well, as she kissed the young man's cheek.
"Godspeed, everyone." Odin said as he, Freya and Loriellia all waved. Leia and the others arrived to see their new visitors leave. They smiled and waved at Seishin, which he saluted to them in reply before he took the flute out and played a soft, melodic tune. Seconds after, the ground before them glowed in the Bifrost's rainbow colors enveloping them in its bright aura. Seconds after, they were warped through lightspeed. Multiple colors swirled around them as the ten of them flew through time and space like a marble fired from its slingshot. Moments later, they landed in front of their hideout back in Selenus.
The door opened as Seishin and the other got in, and at that same moment, Seishin was welcomed by all the girls he rescued. Evelyn, Catue and Alicia were the first three, Maia, Chloe, Olga and Nina joined in, and lastly, Prim, Kaguya, Ruu-Ruu, and surprisingly Rebecca all dogpiled on him.
"Master! I'm happy that you're safe!" Evelyn cried.
"You need to stop making us worry, you baka! I was scared that you were gone for good!" Chloe joined in as she buried her head in his chest.
"Sorry, Chloe! I didn't mean to, though." Seishin said while feeling embarrassed.
"Seishin-dono, what happened and who are your two new guests?" Maia asked as she and the other women all looked up.
"It's a long story, but I'll gladly explain it as best as I could." Seishin answered. Merely half an hour later, Seishin introduced Fenrir and Kurenai to the others before he explained every bit of what happened prior to his sudden teleportation. From meeting Odin, to encountering Loriellia and Kurenai, to defeating Duke. Fenrir siding with him and saving Midgard. He had even showed them all the flute that Odin and Freya had given him. He later told Fenrir and Kurenai what happened in Selenus
"...and that all that happened in Midgard." Seishin said. "Right now, the land is being repaired. It's going to take time, but it'll be good as new; maybe even better in the end."
"Well, I'm glad you are safe." Alicia smiled as she hugged Seishin. "As for Kurenai and Fenrir, welcome to our hidden base. I'm glad Seishin and his group saved you."
"Thank you, Alicia." Kurenai smiled as she blushed a light pink. "I'm happy to be here with you all."
"I agree. This place is comfy." Fenrir said. "I know we'll all get along well. Especially since I am now with my new master."
"Now we can finally relax, after all that demon-slaying. Still Midgard, despite the damages, isn't bad." Murasaki added.
"Now that everything said and done, there is one thing we haven't finished yet," Seishin said.
"Hmm, what's that?" Aaliyah asked.
"We still haven't finished our pancakes yet!" Seishin said. "I haven't gotten a bite to eat since I was teleported!"
"Oh, yeah! I forgot ...about that…" Aaliyah said while brushing the back of her head. "Let's celebrate Seishin's return with some pancakes!"
"YEAH!" Everyone agreed, only until another portal appeared above them. Everyone else moved out of the way as two more people came out of the portal. ...only to land on Seishin, One girl has dark blue waist-length hair, green eyes, and has a voluptuous build that nearly rivals Olga's physique. Her outfit; similar to Murasaki's is an all purple backless bodysuit with silver armored accents all across her suit. The other girl has slightly tanned skin and short orange hair, similar to Orihime, with the back of her hair spreading out at all sides. She has on a skintight black backless bodysuit with thick straps to cover her endowed assets, and orange and black armored accents across her suit, despite showing off her curvy hips. Her blue eyes gazed around the new surroundings as well as the people she and the other one encountered.
"Where are we, sis?" The orange-haired girl asked.
"I don't know…?" The blue-haired woman answered, until…
"Asagi? Sakura? What are you doing here?" Murasaki asked them which they both turned to see Murasaki standing before them.
"Murasaki! You're safe!" The now-named Orange haired woman answered.
"Murasaki, I'm glad you're safe, but where are we?" Asagi asked her.
"Perhaps, we can explain this… if you two ladies can get off our leader first." Both Asagi and Sakura were confused at what Murasaki said until they looked down to see them sitting on Seishin, who's laying face down on the floor. The two got off him before he began to get back up.
"Ouch… Glad I broke your fall." Seishin said.
"Who are you, people and where are we?" Asagi asked the young man
"My name's Seishin Samayou and you've landed in a hidden chapel off the border of Selenus." Seishin answered. "So you're Asagi and Sakura Igawa. Murasaki told me about you when she and Ingrid arrived here.
"INGRID?!" The women gasped before they turned to see Ingrid with Ichigo and her new friends.
"Asagi? Sakura? How did you two get here?" Ingrid asked.
"That what I like to know; but first..." Asagi immediately drew her blade and pointed her blade at Seishin's neck. "Explain how you got a fugitive that works for Edwin Black in your possession? Tell me!"
"Look, lady, you got the wrong guy!" Seishin said.
"Or… Are you working for Edwin Black, yourself?!" Asagi glared at Seishin. "Tell me, what had you done with Kousuke Sawaki?!"
"AW, COME ON! ALL I WANT TO DO IS EAT SOME PANCAKES, GAHDANG IT!" Seishin cried.
