While the hotel workers clean up the avalanche, the Jellystone residents split up to do their own thing. Some of them went to get ice skates, others went to the sauna, and others went to the chocolate bar.

Bobbie sat at the bar and ordered a cocoa. Kabong gets a seat next to her, but so does Squiddly.

"So how's that blog of yours?" Bobbie Louie said to Squiddly.

"Oh it's great. We hit a hundred followers recently" Squiddly said. "Everyone really like the drama"

"I'm glad to hear that," Bobbie said. Kabong looked behind Louie and gave Squiddly a look.

"Yep, and I've got some juicy new drama to post later today" Squiddly said.

"Ooo what's it about?" Bobbie said.

"Well-"

SPLASH!

Squiddly now has hot cocoa all over her. The two of them turn to see El Kabong holding an empty mug.

"Kabong!" Bobbie said.

"Sorry uh there was a spider and-" Kabong said.

"Ugh now I gotta change" Squiddly says. She turns around and leaves.

"What's the matter with you? You're sweating!" Bobbie said, holding Kabong's hand. He was sweating a lot and he was shaking. It must be because Louie is holding his hand.

"It must be very hot in here uh" Kabong said. He grabs a mug and tries to splash Bobbie but it's empty. He throws the cup elsewhere and it breaks before making a run for it, falling over on the way.

On the other side of the bar, Peter Potamus sat at the bar with his hot cocoa. He didn't notice the man approaching him from behind.

"Hey Peter, ever get that thing I sent ya?" the man said before laughing. Peter recognized that voice: It was his old boss Harvery Birdman.

"Harvey, It's been a while hasn't it?" Peter said.

"You're not acting like your usual self Peter" Harvey said.

"Well, times have changed," Peter said. "After moving into Jellystone, I found this thing called Anime and-"

"Yeah I don't wanna hear it" Harvey said. He takes a drink of his cocoa. "So what brings you to the winter resort?"

"Well I'm here for a vacation with the rest of the people in my town" Peter said. "They're like a family to me."

"Well that's good, I guess," Harvey said.

"Are you by yourself on this vacation?" Peter asked.

"No, NO, STAY AWAY!" a voice suddenly shouted. Harvey and Peter turn to see Doggy Daddy backing away from a man with an eyepatch.

"You brought Ken?" Peter asked.

"He offered to pay for his own room," Harvey said.

"Stay away from my daddy Mister!" Augie said.

"Oh you're the dog's kid" Ken said. "How's the estrogen treating ya?"

"I've never felt better, Mister," Augie said. "Wait a minute, don't change the subject!"

She takes a glass bottle and breaks in over a table, holding the sharp side.

"Augie, be careful where you're pointing that!" Doggie Daddy said.

"Now Ken, let the two go," Harvey said. "They're having a vacation just like us"

Ken gives Doggie Daddy the "I got my eye on you" look before walking away. Augie and Doggie Daddy leave as well.

Back at the hotel room where the squid donkey and horse live, Squiddly and Kabong are having an argument.

"Remember what our deal was?" Kabong said.

"I run the Gossip Stone blog" Squiddly said. "If you weren't such a chicken, Your crush on Louise would be public knowledge"

"That doesn't give you a right to blabber like you're some sort of mouse, No offense Blabber" El Kabong says turning to the small mouse in the room.

"None taken" Blabber says, tipping his hat.

"I told you, December 25th is the day I ask her out, now keep quiet for 24 days or It's all you can eat seafood" El Kabong says.

"Got any more seafood puns?" Squiddly Diddly said.

"Just one more," El Kabong said. "If I know you'll keep your word, then show me your tentacles"

"What?!" Squiddly said.

"I wanna see empty suction cups," El Kabong said. Squiddly suddenly puts El Kabong in a choke hold.

"Here, Here, Here, See em?" Squiddly said. Bobbie Louie just happened to walk in when this happened.

"What are you doing?!" Bobbie says. Squiddly drops Kabong.

"Honestly, what is the deal with you two?" Bobbie Louie said. "It's like you two have some sort of rivalry I don't know about"

No word from the squid or horse.

"Tomorrow, I'm gonna force you too to get along," Bobbie Louie said. She pulls out a piece of paper "This is a schedule of the hotel for the entire month, Tomorrow they're having a mock Winter Games. I've signed us up for a team so you two can get along. Promise you won't rip each other apart?"

The two nod.

"Then it's a deal," Bobbie Louie said. "Now no fighting for the rest of the night"

Well it was settled, Tomorrow Kabong and Squiddly were forced to hang out with each other. It wasn't because they hated each other but because there was a secret among them.

And it was Kabong's love for Bobbie Louie.
