The next game was simple: two competitors from the same team would be tasked with performing an ice skating routine. Whoever got a good score from the judges would proceed to the next round.

The three judges were Dee Dee, Dexter, and Mandrake. Dee Dee had made the two truce for just this sport, they can maul each other later.

Kabong was putting on his skates when he noticed Squiddly sitting on a bench.

"Shouldn't you be putting on your 8 pairs of skates?" Kabong asked.

"I'm not going to be ice skating," Squiddly said. "It's gonna be you and Bobbie"

"WHAT?!" Kabong shouted.

"Yeah I convinced the judges to let you two do a routine" Squiddly said.

"But why?" Kabong said. "You did this on purpose didn't you?"

"Yep," Squiddly said. "Have fun getting handsy. You're gonna need to practice for when-"

"Not another word!" Kabong said. He leaves to go put on his ice skating outfit.

The first skaters up were Yogi and Boo Boo. Cindy opted out so the two other bears had to do a whole routine without her. Next it was Doggie Daddy and Phil. Even though Augie wanted to do the routine with her dad, Phil paid her in lollipops to let them do the routine. There was a lot of collar pulling in their routine.

Then, it was Jinks and Huckleberry, who surprisingly did better than everyone else. They got an almost perfect score. Mandrake gave them a 9.5 as he believed the routine needed more corkscrews.

The next pair to go up was a boy and his magical stretching dog. Kabong was psyching himself up in the mirror.

"Come on Kabong. Mama said to never lay hands on a woman" Kabong said. "But at least you have to reason to this time"

"Kabong?"

Kabong turned to see Bobbie Louie in an ice skating outfit. It was a simple royal blue dress and she was wearing her skates. Kabong felt his heart skip a beat.

"Wow…. Louise I…." Kabong struggled to find words.

"Squiddly helped me pick it out." Bobbie said. Of course she did. "But this isn't really my style so I apologize if-"

"Are you kidding? You look…." Kabong said. "...beautiful"

Bobbie Louie blushes. Kabong does too. Before Bobbie could say something, a voice was suddenly heard.

"NEXT!"

"Oh, it's our time to go up," El Kabong said. Kabong notices Bobbie Louie looking a little nervous.

"Don't be so nervous Louise" Kabong said, also visibly nervous. "You'll do great!"

"You'll do great too Kabong" Bobbie Louie said. The two get on the stage and begin to perform their routine.

The routine was going great. Squiddly was recording the performance from where she was sitting. Kabong was gonna destroy her camera later but the judges were impressed by their corkscrews.

Now it was time for the finale: Kabong was supposed to carry Bobbie Louie into the air and spin her around. Bobbie skates over to Kabong and he picks her up. Unfortunately, Kabong touching Bobbie started to make him blush. He begins to skate as they spin around. He also begins to sweat.

"Kabong, you can stop now," Bobbie said. "Kabong?"

Kabong couldn't hear her over the sound of his heart beating loudly in his ears. She was so beautiful and just holding her made Kabong embarrassed.

"MCGRAW!"

Kabong looks at and sees that they're both now spinning at a fast pace. In an attempt to stop spinning, Kabong places his feet on the ground but ends up slipping and falling, taking the two of them down to the ground.

It becomes quiet on the stage except for Squiddly laughing hysterically. The judges pause for a sec before giving the two 3 8s and a 9.

"It had just the right amount of corkscrews," Mandrake said.

"Congrats to those who are moving on, in 30 minutes, the final event will take place" Dee Dee said.

Kabong and Louise are back at the changing room. Kabong has a first aid kit.

"I'm telling you Kabong, I'm fine," Bobbie said.

"You and I took a pretty hard fall. I'm okay but are you?" Kabong said. Bobbie puts a hand on his chest.

"I'm fine" Bobbie said in a stern voice. Kabong was visibly red in the face. Bobbie laughed.

"So don't worry about me, okay?" Bobbie said less sternly. Kabong nods. The two of them were both blushing now.

Squiddly barges in.

"Come on you two," Squiddly said. "We need to go make our snow fort before everyone else does"

Squiddly storms out. The donkey and horse look at each other.

"We should go before she yells at us" Bobbie said.

"Yeah. we should'' Kabong said. The two awkwardly get up and leave. That went surprisingly well for Kabong. Hopefully Bobbie Louie can be his before Christmas.
