Summary: Based on the bonus scene after OVA 1's credits. Lucy becomes Fairy Hills' new dorm mother and Natsu hates it.
Pairings: Natsu/Lucy! With a bit of Lucy/Levy/Erza/Evergreen/Laki/Bisca/Juvia/Wendy friendship thrown in, and a tiny mention of Gray/Juvia.

Everything was very normal at the guild, with the five brawls before noon, Cana passed out drunk in the corner, and the Master bursting into a fresh set of tears over the expenses…..and then it all changed when Lucy walked in wearing a very revealing outfit with a bunny tail on her bottom and a matching pair of ears on the top of her head. Causing all the men to freeze at the sight and some of them to choke on their drink.
"Why are you in a bunny suit?" Natsu asked.
"She's gonna be my back-up dancer," Gajeel grinned, "Gihihi."
"No! I'll never be your back-up dancer," Lucy snapped. "It's a requirement of my new job, Natsu," she explained a little more gently.
"Which is…?" Natsu asked, really curious what sort of job Lucy took up that required her to wear that. And why he wasn't invited to join either!
"Fairy Hill's new dormitory manager," Lucy said cheerfully, "I was going to say no first but it was pointed out that I'll have a home, money, and all without ever going on a mission. In fact I never have to go on a mission again."

Those words echoed over and over in Natsu's mind as he realised that meant he will never go on another job with Lucy ever again. Their adventures are over. She was leaving him. She was….
"WE HAVE TO STOP HER!" Natsu roared. "LUCY DO'T TAKE THE….Where's Lucy?!" he demanded to know when he realised the blonde wasn't at the guild anymore.
"Natsu, you dumbass," Gray insulted him. "She left half an hour ago to move her things to Fairy Hills. The girls have gone to help."
"I'LL STOP THEM!" Natsu shouted as he pumped a fist in the air. "COME ON HAPPY LET'S STOP LUCY MAKING THE WORST MISTAKE OF HER LIFE!"
"AYE SIR!"
They ran through the streets quickly and with Happy's wings, they flew up to Lucy's apartment and crashed through the window only to find the entire place was empty.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Natsu screamed. "WE'RE TOO LATE!"
"Oh well," Happy shrugged, "Do you think she left some fish in the fridge?"
"Happy!" Natsu grabbed the blue cat's shoulders and shook them frantically. "Lucy has been kidnapped and brainwashed by the girls, it's the only explanation."
"Really Natsu?" Happy asked sceptically. "It's the only explanation?"
"Now we can't go and see her!"
Fairy Hill's had a very strict no-boy policy and Erza enforced it with a deadly passion.
"You can't. I can," Happy pointed out. "After all I'm not a boy, I'm a cat."
"No more Lucy food," Natsu moaned as he let Happy go, "or Lucy bed or Lucy kicks…"
"You've lost your mind," Happy declared, "I'm going."
He then made an attempt to fly out of the window only Natsu grabbed Happy's tail and pulled him back. "You have to help me rescue Lucy!" he shouted.
"She doesn't need rescuing!" Happy protested as he attempted to fly away from Natsu. "Let go of my tail!"
"Yes she does!" Natsu yelled. "Erza the Dragon kidnapped her to her castle and won't let her out!"
"That's not what happened!"
"Then why is she in a bunny costume?!" Natsu shouted desperately as if that was the answer to everything. "You know Luce! There's no way in hell she'd wear that willingly!"
"She would if it meant she got money!" Happy pointed out. "She's very greedy like that."
"Don't insult Luce!"
"A-aye Sir!"
"Now then," Natsu let Happy go, satisfied that there's no way Happy would leave him now, "the rescue plan…"
FTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFT
Lucy was enjoying a nice bath with her new dorm-mates. She never thought in a million years she would say that. Before she left home she had been painfully shy about her body, she couldn't stand it when one of the servants caught a glimpse of her undressed, and now here she was, naked as the day she was born, and in a room of many other naked girls, being able to sit down, relax, and enjoy herself.
So far, her job has been awesome. She has gotten to spend more time with some of her best friends, had very little to do, and finally got rid of that disturbing peep hole in the bathroom ceiling.
She was happily washing Evergreen's back (who turned out not to be that bad, she knew great deal about mythology and fairy lore and was fantastic to talk to about books) while Levy was kneeling behind her and washing her hair for her.
This was the strangest bliss she had ever felt in her life.
And then Natsu ruined it all as he crashed through the bathroom window.
"I'll save you, Lucy!"
The girls screamed and desperately sought to cover themselves. Evergreen fumbled to whip her glasses off so she could turn Natsu into stone, Levy and Wendy clutched each other, Juvia wailed how she would no longer be pure for Gray, Laki growled ferociously, Bisca hunted for her gun, which left Lucy and Erza to stand up and take control to protect their girls.
Natsu's heroic bravo quickly disappeared as Erza and Lucy simultaneously kicked him back out of the window and shrieked;
"GET OUT!"
FTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFT
Lucy switched her bedroom light off after a very long and hard day of keeping Fairy Hills top shape (which was incredibly hard to do with Natsu trying to break in all the time), and climbed into bed for a restful night's sleep. She rolled over, snuggled into the warmth, and sighed blissfully when a pair of arms wrapped round her and pulled her in closer….
…..hang on.
She opened an eye and saw Natsu's vest clearly in the dark. "NATSU!" she screamed as she sat up. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"
"Saving you," Natsu grumbled, "duh. Now go back to sleep, you weirdo."
"You're trying to save me in my bed?!"
"I miss it."
Lucy's eye twitched a little at that. Oh yeah, he missed her bed but not her. She had to admit it had only been three days and already she missed his company, his actual company not his annoying barging in, and going on missions with him.
"Get out," she hissed, "boys aren't allowed in here."
"I don't know why," Natsu groused, "it's not like I want to do anything those freaks. Did you know Laki tried to impale me with her wood magic this morning? I had to have Mirajane take the splinters out. Gray took photos. The arsehole!"
Lucy tried very hard not to giggle at that. It served Natsu right. He had, after all, tried to break in via the basement room, which of course, was Laki's bedroom. What else was she supposed to think when a boy breaks in at three o'clock in the morning?
"Natsu," Lucy said seriously and stern as possible, "I'm the dorm mother. I'm supposed to be setting an example. Not breaking the rules."
"But Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce!" Natsu whined childishly. "I miss you."
Lucy's heart skipped a beat there and she had to admit she was really close to giving in….
"But not as much as I missed this bed."
Lucy's wall strengthened and she absolutely no trouble punching Natsu out of her bed and into the bedroom wall. He went flying through the weak plaster and right into Erza's fifth bedroom which of course led to him being beaten to a bloody pulp.
Lucy had a rather satisfying night sleep after that and not because her bed kinda smelt like Natsu again and she had missed that. Not at all. Nu-huh. No way. Never in a million years.
FTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTT
It was day ten and already Natsu had tried to break in five hundred and eighty five times. Lucy was beginning to think everyone else at the guild must have died for him to be that bored. The girls were giving him a good run for his money though. Juvia almost drowned him thirty three times when Natsu tried to use the house plumbing to get in, Evergreen turned him to stone thirteen times before she delivered him to Bickslow and Freed for embarrassment, Levy booby-trapped the entire house which had gotten him two hundred and thirty three times, Laki got him a couple more times in the garden, Erza usually found him first and beats him to near death (which is never enough), Bisca had shot him down a few times, shockingly Wendy started to use her air magic to blow him back down the hill every so often, and Lucy's spirits had given him a run for his money.
Taurus had taken great pleasure knocking him out (probably revenge for that one time), Virgo enjoyed digging pits a bit too much, Aries apologetically used her wool to bounce him away, Loke enjoyed his task too much, Sagittarius was polite in his shooting Natsu down, and Aquarius added to the house damage bills. At this rate Lucy was forever going to be in the red. The girl's rent was nowhere near enough to cover the damages Natsu was causing.
And he won't damn give up!
Today Lucy accepted the food shipment and just as she opened the crate up, Natsu popped up from within it and scared the living shit out of her! "AHHHHHH!" Lucy screamed as she clutched her chest. Fury took over within seconds. LUCY KICK!" she roared as she kicked him swiftly out of the kitchen window.
"I WILL SAVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"
Great, she thought sarcastically as she looked at the Natsu shaped hole in her window, another broken window. Just what we needed.
FTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFT
"I'm sorry Lucy but it's not working out."
It was day fifteen and by now everyone was exhausted. Natsu never once relented his attempts to break in despite the beatings Erza had given him and now enough was enough. They wanted it to stop and the best way to stop it was by getting rid of Lucy.
"No I'm sorry," Lucy sighed dejectedly, "I didn't realise that Natsu was INSANE."
"We're sure that bloody Dragon dropped him on the head one time too many," Evergreen muttered, "You have to be retarded like that to keep up this stupidity.
"I will pack my things and go…"
"Yes, do that," Erza agreed, "Oh and about the damages. We're not going to be able to cover it all, so when you're back on your missions could you please donate a percentage towards the repair expenses? It's going to cost about-"
"LUCY!" Natsu cried out delightedly when Lucy burst through her apartment's front door. Her place was already filled with her things as Natsu apparently got wind of what was happening before her and stolen everything to put back in its rightful place. "You're ba-"
She kicked him in the face so quickly and hard that Natsu went flying out of the open window and right into the canal.
"THAT'S FOR COSTING ME SIX MONTHS WORTH OF RENT MONEY!"
