The team lands and heads off to their destinations. Hotch and Rossi head to the precinct and are greeted by Detective Farraday.
"Agent Hotchner, it's good to see you again," he says, shaking his hand.
"You as well detective. This is SSA David Rossi, the rest of the team is checking out the most recent dump site and the bar our last victim was last seen at," Hotch says.
Farraday nods, shaking Rossi's hand and saying,"Detective Farraday, pleasure to meet you."
Rossi nods and they begin to get set up, when Garcia calls.
"Heads up, twenty three year old Kylie Morris was just reported missing. She was out with friends last night at a club, but when they went to leave they couldn't find. They assumed she had gone home, as she told them she wasn't feeling well, but today one of them went to check on her and she wasn't at her home, and no one can find her anywhere else. But the bouncer says he may have seen her walking out with a man," she tells them.
"Alright thanks Garcia," Hotch says before turning to Rossi.
"I'm going to send Morgan and JJ to the most recent abduction after they finish at the dump site. We can interview her friends here. So far he seems to have abducted all the victims in at least somewhat crowded areas, but no one saw anything."
"Which means he probably fits in with the crowds, and looks like belongs. He also may know the victims or be using a ruse to get them away from everyone," Rossi adds.
"But there's no visible connection between any of the victims. They are all varied ages and aren't involved in anything illegal. We need to figure out how the unsub is choosing his victims," Hotch before calling Morgan as Rossi looks at the board.
Morgan hangs up the phone and walks back over to JJ.
"There's been another abduction. Hotch wants us to go check out the abduction site as soon as we're done here."
"Who's the victim?" she asks.
"Twenty three year old woman, Kylie Morris. Was out at a club with friends last night and disappeared. Apparently there may have been a witness though."
"Well then let's go. There's nothing here. The unsub left no evidence, and the victim was laid carefully on the ground, with the barn doors wide open, placed so that he would be seen immediately," she says and he nods as they head back to the SUV.
"Which means he's organized, and has some feeling of remorse," Morgan adds as they head to the club.
Spencer and Emily are talking to the bartender, who claims to have seen nothing.
"You're sure there was no one out of the ordinary? No one was acting odd or making people uncomfortable," Emily asks.
"Like I said, it was a busy night so there were a lot of people. No one seemed suspicious," he says.
"Did you hear anything maybe? Yelling something from a car?" Spencer asks.
"Well, I did see a black truck pull out of the parking lot real fast suddenly. But I just figured it was the normal thing of some idiot rushing home," he shrugs.
"Okay thank you," Emily says before they head back to the SUV.
"So that truck he saw speeding off probably belongs to our unsub," she says and Spencer nods in agreement, as they head back to the precinct. Emily doesn't notice the lost look in his eyes.
They're gone.
Who are they?
It's just me now.
Who…who are you?
I'm Raphael.
"Alright what do you remember seeing last night?" Morgan asks the bouncer while they sit inside the club.
"Well, it was late and I saw two people coming out the doors. It was the girl that's missing and some white guy. Looked like he was in his mid to late twenties. I only really noticed because she fell and I went to help her but he waved me off and said he had her. Then a few minutes later a black truck left the parking lot," he tells them.
"Okay. Would you be able to give a description to a sketch artist for us?" JJ asks.
"I think so."
"Great, thank you."
Soon they head back to the precinct and find Spencer and Emily there as well.
"So we got a sketch of the unsub, although it's not much to go on,'' Morgan says.
"At least we have something now," Spencer says, looking over the sketch.
You know what this is? It's God's will.
You don't have to do this.
I'm just an instrument of God.
Spencer quickly shakes himself out of it, and ignores the concerned looks directed at him.
Later Hotch and Rossi are talking to her friends, and show them the sketch. It's a clean shaven, black haired white man. He looks normal and unimportant.
"Do any of you recognize this man from last night? This is who was seen leaving with your friend," Hotch asks.
One of them says,"I do remember him. He was hanging around for most of the night, but he really only cared about Kylie. He bought us drinks but he seemed like was staring at and focusing on her the entire time."
"Did he give you his name?"
"I can't remember," she says and the others nod in agreement that they can't either.
"Alright, thank you," Hotch says before walking back into the office to meet with the team.
"It's time to deliver the profile," he says.
Soon they are gathered in the precinct, the cops waiting patiently for the profile.
"The unidentified subject is a white male. His victims are between the ages of nineteen and twenty-five, so he is likely somewhere twenty-thirty years old," Hotch starts.
"He is confident and he is smart. He can go up to a group of women even with it known that there have been two other killings, and convince one of them to leave with him, as well as do so without anyone noticing," Rossi continues.
"He is good looking, but not so much to stand out or draw attention to himself. He looks normal and non-threatening," Morgan says.
"He drives a black truck. Not flashy or brand new, but in good condition. He knows that no one is going to think twice about seeing his truck, and that helps him," JJ adds.
"He has a lot of rage towards his victims, beating them and torturing them while he holds them. They may remind him of a family member, or a lover, or someone that wronged him, or just someone he believes is similar or has done something similar to this person. This may be why he drugs them…." Spencer says, but trails off and looks at the ground.
What are you doing? Don't. Please don't.
It helps. Don't tell my father he doesn't know they're here.
Please. I don't want it. I don't want it. Please.
Trust me. I know.
Please don't.
Emily quickly picks up where he trails off,"He may drug them to keep them from fully feeling everything, and to stop them from crying out. He doesn't torture them for his own gratification, but to punish them. However, he does seem to feel remorse for what he does, evident how he leaves the bodies. But this remorse is not enough to make him stop. He may regret what he does but feel as though he has to do it. And he won't stop until we catch him."
They wrap up the profile and Spencer quickly goes back into the office, followed by the others, who look at him with worry.
