The jet carried the group to an area near Modesto to drop off Susan and Robert; the others were heading back to the prison for a first stop before the others would be taken to whatever places they wish to go.

"So, as you can see, Mr. President, I think overall, things will go well for you. Worse fallout we'll have is the military uselessness against the robot, which no could foresee, the damage to the national parks, which beats the alternative of a city destroyed, and of course the policy we had on the monsters, which might set off civil rights groups for a bit, but this was all before any of us were in positions of power. Essentially, sir, you might be looking at a huge sweep in the next election for approving this plan." Monger video called the President as the others were relaxing from the hectic day they had.

Hathaway nodded, "Yes, I can see it. And it will be expensive to fix the national parks, but far better than burying bodies and destruction of jobs and homes in a city. And I trust that the robot's remains are taken for research, then?".

"Yes, we're having top people working on it fast. The rest of the world is going to want this technology too, of course, but I'll leave the politics to you and Washington.", Monger nodded before the feed ended.

"I'm telling you, guys, it was almost a total rush we felt when we first found out that we could overpower that robot.", Robert chuckled as he sat against the side of the plane with Susan lying next to him and his arms gently holding her.

"It was positively heroic, you two. But I think credit should be given all over. After all, ramming through the eye was the point of the truck. Best way I thought we could get inside.", Dr. Cockroach said with a grin.

"Plus B.O.B. flipping the switch.", Link chuckled with a smirk, "Less damage to that thing, just going to be an oversized statue on the coast for the time being.".

"I'm still shocked it was functioning because of a switch. It's so... idiotic! I'm infuriated!", Dr. Cockroach growled in frustration and annoyance.

Susan smiled brightly, "Hey, don't worry, Doc. It was insane doing it, but now, I am just buzzed, and I want to see Modesto, and have my parents in my arms again. And of course, getting married at last.".

"First of all, Sue, we might have to be careful with our parents from now.", Robert chuckled, "On account for our huge size now. Secondly, yes, finally getting married and putting our life as back on track as we can. At least until we can fully figure out how to solve our condition.".

"After everything that we went through, you two would want to be small again?", Link asked with a frown.

"Wait, they were small once?", B.O.B. asked in surprise.

Susan blinked in slight confusion yet acceptance, "Robert, you know that Doc is one of the best brilliant minds, and if he couldn't fix us, who could? Face it, that meteor came from outer space, and somehow, I have a feeling that if it landed somewhere apart from Modesto, another person would have received our situation with no doubt.".

"I know. I guess it's just the whole thing with the fact we're still having to get used to this change and all. I think that's my problem.", Robert shrugged with a soft sigh.

"You're not alone in thinking that, Robert. When I first had my accident, I tried for years to reverse it. Eventually, I settled with what had happened and haven't tried to reverse it ever since.", Doc said. Robert gave a nod.

"Thanks, Doc, I do appreciate hearing that. Yeah, I just still need a little time to get used to it, but I think I can deal with it. Certainly, with you by my side, Sue.", Robert gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I guess I hate to say it, but after today, I might just admit that was almost the best thing that could happen to us. Almost.".

He leaned over to whisper to her, "Maybe we could've had our growth spurt postponed to our wedding night."

Susan blushed brightly, realizing that if the meteor landed on them the morning after the wedding night, they would have already lost their virginity while they were normal size. She whispered back, "Better late than never.", giving him a flirty smile.

"We just have to hold out for a few days.", he winked back at her as the jet came to a stop.

"First stop, Modesto.", Monger called out, "Gigantor, Ginormica, I called your families to let them know that you were coming home, and I also called the Modesto PD and told them not to shoot at you.".

"Thanks, General.", Robert sighed. "Last thing we'd want is to get arrested again.", he chuckled.

Susan smiled at Monger, "I wish I would hug you, General. I really appreciate everything you did for us, and our friends too. I'm glad to have you as a friend, and I'd be glad if you could visit us once in a while. After all, we'd need help to figure out how to be citizens again, especially with living conditions, you know?".

"Well, I'm sure we can come to some arrangements. After all, it's the least we can do in exchange for the capture as well as the fact that you're all heroes and all.", Monger replied with an understanding nod.

"Thank you, General, really.", Robert reached out for a handshake as he held his palm out for Monger to move his hand up and down against since Robert wasn't going to risk hurting him. The two of them walked off the plane before it closed back up and took off.

The couple soon turned around to see the familiar neighborhood of their home as Robert wrapped his fingers with Susan's fingers. Susan took a deep breath, smiling happily, "We're home, Robbie, we're home.".

"Yeah... yeah, we are.", Robert took a deep breath as well before smiling at her, "I guess we shouldn't keep our folks waiting, now, should we?"

Susan looked around, "Weird that we could just take a few steps, and boom, we're home. It seemed easier when I was driving Daddy's car sometimes.".

"I think it's still kinda the same. Driving, you need to make sure to keep the car on the road, don't hit anything... same principal in a way; except in our case, no one is really a danger to us as we are to them. If someone rear-ends us, I don't know if we'd even feel it.", Robert gave a small chuckle.

Susan smiled lightly, "You're right as usual, Robert. Let's see our parents while being careful!".

The two of them gently took steps through the neighborhood, making sure they didn't cause any sort of trouble or wreck anything that their old neighbors had. They were only less than a par 5 lengths from home before they saw three people out in the street looking towards their direction.

Susan looked closer, and gasped with tears falling, "Daddy, Mom!", quickly stopping as she realized of her size against her parents' size.

"Easy, Sue, easy.", Robert quickly held her back before she accidently made any mistakes. "Mr. and Mrs. Murphy... Dad... it's good to see you all again.", Robert was trying to keep up more of a braver face since Susan was on the verge of just completely collapsing into a river of tears.

Susan then slowly sat down on her knees, right on the pavement, still crying, "I really missed you!".

"Oh, Susan.", Wendy broke down in tears as she ran up and wrapped her arms around Susan's knee as best as she could. "Are you alright? How have you two been holding up since... well, you know?".

"Alright.", Robert admitted. "We've mostly kept each other happy and good in the head during our situation.".

"That's good to hear.", Johathan said, his arm still in a sling. "We've all been pretty much a wreck this past month not knowing what had happened to you.".

"The authorities rounded up pretty much everyone who was at the wedding and convinced them into thinking there was some sort of gas leak that made them think you two were growing.", Carl explained. "None of us believed it, we knew what we saw but we just couldn't get any answers.".

Susan nodded, "That was the government. They thought taking us was the best thing they could do...", dropping a hand down besides Carl, seeing his hand reaching out to touch her thumb finger, "We definitely grew, Daddy...".

"Yeah, we... saw.", Jonathan blushed before everyone else kinda did. "Sorry for the show, everyone. I know none of you wanted to see us without our clothes and all.", Robert rubbed the back of his head upon saying that.

Susan sighed softly, "We didn't mean to do that, guys...We couldn't control it...".

"We know, sweetheart.", Carl assured her. "It's okay now. That's all in the past and you two are finally home now.".

"For good, right? You're not going to have to go back to that place they took you, do they?", Wendy asked, almost looking like she was going to die of a broken heart if she found out this was only temporary.

"No, don't worry, everyone, Susan and I are here to stay. Hell, I don't know if you heard, but we kinda just saved the world."

Susan grinned, "From a giant alien robot! Oh, you should have seen it! We punched through that eye of the robot, and oh, we tripped him over the hills, down the cliff!".

"We were able to lift it up too! Turns out we got like super strength and all, so we sort of wiped the floor with it.", Robert laughed with her.

"Goodness, you two certainly have quite the story then.", Jonathan shook his head; just happy that he got his son and not yet daughter-in-law back.

"Is there anything we can do for you two? You two want anything? We can't promise it'll be like the past and all if you're thirsty or hungry, but we'll try.", Carl said.

Susan glanced at Robert, "Oh, boy, well, food would be hard, but maybe the pool would suffice for water...without the chloride, of course.", she glances down at herself, "Wish I could have normal clothes like a tank top and stuff...Making clothes my size must require the work of thousands of people...", a frown forming on her face.

"It's okay, queen, we'll figure this out together. I'm sure Monger or Doc can come up with something now that we're out.", Robert rubbed her shoulders as he tried to keep her spirits up. "Hey, listen, Dad, I know this is kinda crazy to ask and all... but do you think we could quickly put something in the next few days for a do-over with our wedding? I mean, we can go as bare minimum if we're forced to.".

"Well, I think maybe we could get a few people to come back, probably need a new preacher though. And your rings certainly don't fit anymore...", Jonathan rubbed his chin in thought.

Susan groaned lightly, "And I loved those rings!".

"I did too. It looked great on you.", Robert said as he kissed her neck. "Still doesn't really matter to me... I care more for your heart than a ring.".

Susan smiled softly, "Well, let's bring our hearts together and have a wonderful wedding. Apparently, the church's out. I wouldn't mind being married outside.".

"Just have to make sure the weather is permitting.", Robert chuckled as he gave her another kiss. "You know, if you two want some moments to yourself, it is getting fairly late.", Wendy suggested.

"I'm sure there's some place you two can stay for the time being while we all try to work things out.", Carl added. Susan sighed heavily, "There's a few warehouses, but we might fit in by sitting and crawling around. I am trying to be positive here, but what I wouldn't give for a giant house that is more than enough to fit us.".

"Yeah, your place is more like a doll house to us now.", Robert admitted. "And if the warehouse idea doesn't work, we can always rest under the stars like we were camping.", he smirked. "We'll be back tomorrow, you guys, then we can do some catching up and plan some things.".

Carl nodded, "Fair enough.", coming closer to Susan, "Lean over so I can give you a good night's kiss, princess.". Susan carefully leaned over with her head touching the pavement, and Carl kissed her cheek, and much to her surprise, she can feel it, maybe because it's her father instead of a stranger.

Wendy joined her husband, doing the same with a caress of her hand, "We love you, darling.", and Susan smiled warmly, "I love you too, Mom and Dad.", noticing out of her eye that Robert is doing the same with Jonathan who's ruffling a couple of Robert's bangs, "Oh, son, you have been growing it out.".

"Well, you know, we didn't really get much of a chance for me to get a haircut, plus with the color change, though maybe I could have a bit of a style change.", Robert chuckled. "Have a good night, Dad. Get some rest, that arm still needs to heal.". Both Susan and Robert could easily tell now, rather than when they had their growth spurt, that Jonathan broke his arm in the chaos.

"Should almost be good in another week.", Jonathan chuckled as the giant and giantess gave a small wave before gently making their way east of town where much of the town's warehouses and factories were.

"You doing okay, my queen?", Robert asked as the two of them walked; wondering how she was holding now that basically they were reunited with their families, now and hopefully for good.

Susan smiled brightly, "Much better than before... Monger and the government promised to compensate for things including money and food, though I couldn't mind having a meaningful job of sorts... It's too bad you couldn't go back to that job of yours. You enjoyed being a waiter, babe.".

"Eh, I may have led you a bit astray on that one, love. I didn't mind the job, but I wasn't exactly wanting to make it a career and all. It paid surprisingly well, and I thought was good enough to support us; just to get us off the ground running.", Robert admitted. "Though what do to do now is gonna be a bit of a headache.", he chuckled,"I know you certainly would be perfect for modeling if you don't mind me saying.".

Susan glanced at him, "I would prefer to model for you, babe...Maybe with our superstrength, we could do something like getting rid of the wrecked roads that the robot stomped on, so the construction guys could repave them properly, or supervise B.O.B over the cleaning of the trash piles. You know he gets distracted easily.".

"Yeah, I suppose those are pretty good ideas. I mean with our size and strength; it shouldn't be too difficult to find some work somewhere. Maybe on the coast speeding up off loading ships. Containers would be like building blocks to us.", Robert chuckled as he wrapped his arm around her waist. "And what I said before was just a suggestion; I'm more than happy if your scantily clad body is for my eyes only.".

Susan purred softly, "That's pretty hot to say, babe. Speaking of heat, do you think lava might be room temperature for us? I still intend to travel all over the world, Robert.".

Robert almost burst out laughing, "You really want to try swimming in lava? Susan, you certainly think of crazy ideas. I'm for it though, and as well as traveling the world. I can see us enjoying some time in Paris, dipping our toes in the Seine as we sit on a bridge and enjoying some nice barrels of French wine.".

Susan sighed happily, "That sounds divine! And oh, we can build a big snowman up north when it's snowing! Can you imagine the local children helping out with finding sticks and rocks?".

"Might need to get logs and boulders for that.", Robert chuckled as he kissed her on the cheek before the two of them finally reached their destination.

"One of these places has got to be empty... either that or we walk a few hundred yards over to the airport and sleep in one of the hangers. Shouldn't be too much traffic; that airport is mostly just private prop planes.", he commented. Susan smiled, "Wherever we go, I'm sure glad we're together.".

"Hold still, Sue, it was hard enough styling your hair the first time!", Tanya shouted as Susan's bridesmaids were trying to help her with her hair.

It had only been a week since the Battle of Mooncow Bay, where the alien robot was remaining and being disassembled, by the time Susan and Robert were finally getting married without another catastrophe on their hands. The wedding was going to take place outside of town in a nice open field where some tents were quickly thrown up for the food that the guests would have.

The guest list was going to be much smaller than the original wedding, but the two lovers were fine with it. They'd at least get a decent wedding which was more than happy for them.

Susan held still, knowing that each of her bridesmaids are making braids here and there on the back, while her bangs are already brushed back. And to her shock, the women of San Franscisco made an incredible dress of white, thanks to stitching up thousands of silk drapes, blankets, sheets, you name it, and they did it for Susan who saved their city from being destroyed by the robot.

"We're almost done here." Pamela told her as she finished taking care of her task. "Now, you and Robert aren't going to have another growth spurt, are you?" Becky joked; the past day the girls had hung out since the last time they saw that Susan was the disaster.

Things seemed to be fairly smooth between them all; just the fact that Susan usually had to be on her knees to chat with her friends. And of course, they all were laughing about what happened before since as Tanya pointed out, without Robert or Susan's growth spurt, that robot might not have been stopped.

Susan smirked lightly, "Nope, unless you count a growing belly if having kids with my new size is possible.", thinking deeply with a light blush about the wedding night that is awaiting.

"Already thinking of kids, Susan? Sheesh, they're already enough trouble to begin with.", Tanya chuckled as she finished. "How big would a newborn be at your size now?".

"Almost the size of a middle school building if I had to guess.", Becky said. Susan spoke lightly, "Either way, Robert and I know that if it's possible to have kids, we will have to teach them the ways of being a giant/giantess, especially with us still learning here and there.".

"You two will be great parents, and your children will be the sweetest, litt- big angels." Pamela patted Susan's cheek before the giantess leaned back up.

"Okay, that's it for you; all taken care of and ready to sit by the altar!", Tanya clapped her hands on a job well done.

Susan smiled widely, "Thank you, girls! I look perfect, don't I?".

"I hate to say it, but you might be looking better than you did the first time around.", Becky admitted.

"Come on," Pamela started to leave as she waved. "Let's not keep Robert waiting, shall we? Sooner you say I do, sooner you two can finally have your special night.", she gave a mischievous grin.

Susan blushed even brighter, "Pam!", before nodding, "Let's go!", smiling happily that in a few moments, she will be at the altar.

"Would you stop eating the buffet, B.O.B? The others might want something to snack on when we're finished.", Robert sighed as he put his hand to his face. The other monsters had all showed up excluding Insectosaurus who was still deemed a bit too big to come to the town. Last thing anyone wanted was a panic and said panic cause him to mess himself and flood the area. So, he was back at the base with the screen that was used to bring him to the robot, showing him the wedding.

"Hey, it's been a while since I've had this number of choices for food!", B.O.B. kept eating to his 'heart's' content. Robert's groomsmen were keeping their distance from him at just how bottomless an appetite that he had.

"You think he's bad? Try wrestling with a pack of alligators like I did the other day.", Link joked with them. He had been in the Everglades fighting the wildlife as a way of getting back in shape.

Robert chuckled, "You're looking good, Link. Was the Everglades quiet for ya?".

"Not really.", Link chuckled. "Not with all the snapping and roaring as I tangled with them!", he laughed heartily.

"Certainly, sounds less stressful than the week has been for me.", Dr. Cockroach said. "Trying to reverse engineer that alien robot while keeping B.O.B. out of trouble.".

Robert whistled lowly, "Let me guess, the technology's far more stubborn.".

"That's one way of putting it. The technology is truly exciting, but completely unknown. It's essentially starting from scratch with everything. Plus… it's somewhat concerning. Where it's from, I mean.", Dr. Cockroach admitted.

Robert glanced at Dr. Cockroach, "You're talking about the creator behind it.".

"Yes.", Dr. Cockroach crawled up to Robert's ear. "I brought this up with Monger, but I have a deep concern that what we dealt with isn't over. That robot might have been a scout which is my deepest fear.".

Robert whispered softly, "Update the university sensors and all when you have time. But now, I don't plan to spoil Sue's day.".

"Good idea. Sorry for bringing that up.", Dr. Cockroach apologized with a nod. "Everyone!", Jonathan called out. "The bride is almost here, so let's get into position! Robert, you better get next to the altar."

Robert nodded with a bright smile, "Right.", gently making his way to the altar, feeling more excited than nervous that he's finally getting married to the love of his life.

"Well, here we go again.", Jonathan walked over to Susan's parents. "Think we'll all be good this time?".

"5 feet, 50 feet, a few monsters as some guests, our children's happiness is all I really want.", Carl said. "Same here. Oh, I'm going to bawl so much in the next few minutes. Happy tears this time, of course.", Wendy laughed.

The new preacher who was suggested by Monger signaled to someone nearby who was in charge of the lights as it was a sunset wedding, and the lights went on, revealing a row of subtle yet beautiful electric lanterns and it was the signal to bring Susan into walking the earthy aisle slowly yet gently, a smile on her face as she isn't wearing a veil this time.

Robert took a deep breath as he quickly stood up once Susan came into view with Carl walking as best as he could next to her as she started to approach. He quickly told himself to stay calm as he could handle this easy. Fighting the alien robot was much tougher than this!

Susan smiled at Robert, calming his nerves, and she glanced at her friends, her mother, and Jonathan, all beaming with smiles and maybe tears. It's hard to tell, really. When she got close to Robert, she beamed at Carl with a grateful smile, and then focused her attention on Robert as she carefully turned on her side to face him, her heart swelling up in joy.

The two of them stared at each other for quite a few moments as almost everything around them had vanished in their minds and all that remained was them. The preacher was ready to start before Robert leaned a bit forward to Susan.

"You're not glowing right now so... so far, so good.", he whispered before he winked. Susan quietly giggled, "You're good too.", smiling lightly.

"Ladies and gentlemen, today we've gathered to unite in holy matrimony, two people, who have wished to devote their lives to one another.", the preacher began as Susan and Robert slowly remembered what his words were and the moments when they were to speak.

The preacher continued on, "Their love goes beyond size and superpowers, in who they are, in what they believe, and so with their rings brought forward, the bride and groom have their vows to show the world why they are here to unite forever. So, without further intro, may we have the rings?".

Robert was about to mention the lack of rings before the aisle was filled with two large rims from what had to be a monster truck being rolled their way with General Monger behind them. Both of them grabbed them before seeing the engraving on them that read 'Together Forever'.

"Thanks, General." Robert whispered before the general saluted and went to a seat in one of the few pews that had been set up.

Susan smiled softly as Robert whispered to her, "Ladies first.", and Susan lovingly set Robert's ring into his ring finger before she began her vow.

"When I first met you, it was entirely unexpected as you've saved me from a life of misery, and now, after those wonderful few years of dating, I am glad to marry you, Robert Nicolas Grove, for you are thoughtful, sensitive, gentle, wise-cracking, humble, confident, and beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside. 5 ft or 50 ft, I'll be always there to watch your back, advise you on important things, and most of all, I'll love you forever and ever, to the ends of life and death.", Susan looked into his eyes, squeezing his hands warmly as she finished.

Robert took another deep breath before he slipped the ring onto Susan's ring finger and then cleared his throat.

"Susan... when I first met you in the 5th grade, you know what my first thought was? That someday I was going to marry you. Yeah, it sounded silly and cheesy back then and still does now, but that never changed. Growing up together, hanging out and just enjoying being friends before was all well with me, but I just was so nervous that you'd want us to stay that way, so I didn't build up the courage to ask you until after that one bad date. Susan Eliza Murphy, you are the greatest woman that I have ever met in my life; gentle, kind, sweet, caring, beautiful, so many good words that could be chosen to fit you perfectly. But one word that I would love the most to call for now and forever, no matter the size. My wife.", he smiled as he squeezed her hands.

Susan gave out a hiccup, a couple of tears falling in joy and happiness as she gave out about the biggest smile on her face as Robert gently and quickly wiped them away with a hand before resuming to hold into Susan's hands.

The preacher cleared his throat, "As they have given their vows, it's time to finalize their love into one. Robert, do you swear to love this woman as long as you live, through fears and miracles, through injury and joy, to the end of time?".

Robert had waited for more than half his life for this moment, and he was more than happy to answer. "I do.", he spoke.

The preacher smiled and slightly turned his attention on Susan, "And Susan, do you swear to love this man as long as you live, through surprises and nightmares, through faith and happiness, to the end of time?".

Susan smiled brightly, having awaited this moment for so long since she could remember, and was more than delighted to answer. "I do.", she said.

"Well, then, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss the bride.", he said as Robert quickly moved to grab Susan and take her right into a deep kiss, one with such passion, not even their sex foreplay times they had in their month of imprisonment reached it.

The small audience of family, friends cheered as loud as they could, happy and beaming for the newlyweds, and just as they finished their passionate kiss, the preacher announced, "I give you Mr. and Mrs. Susan and Robert Murphy!".

"Wait, he took her name?", Link whispered in slight surprise as everyone kept clapping. "Makes sense with how devoted he is to her.", Dr. Cockroach said with a smile.

"Ooo, can I take his name if he isn't using it now?", B.O.B. asked to which his two fellow monsters shook their heads.

A while later, with the tent of the buffet and tables, there is a spot on the field where Robert and Susan are dancing for the first time as husband and wife as romantic music thrummed out from huge speakers.

Susan looked up at Robert with a happy, content smile, "I love you, husband.".

"I love you too, wife.", Robert said as he gently tipped her over with the beat of the song before bringing her back up. "There really was a period I was afraid I wouldn't be able to say all that to you.".

Susan smiled softly, "Robert, you came through your fear to ask me out, and now here we are, married and in love with each other. And no, you aren't bringing that robot foot up again, that's in the past. We should've tested out our powers before that robot came in and all, that's for sure, but neither way, we both know now that we're pretty much stronger and different than normal sized people.".

"Different certainly in one way that no one will match as we've proved.", Robert winked as the two of them kept dancing. "And of course, now, we finally get to the moment we've both been waiting for... not that's all we've loved each other for.", he chuckled. "Just what we're going to do on our honeymoon is a sweet bonus to sharing our love.".

Susan nodded, "Yes, I cannot wait to see the surprise Monger has provided when he told us earlier. It's good to know that we are still intending to honeymoon in Yellowstone Park, just a different place to enjoy the greatest week of our lives, rather than the cottage which probably looks like a tiny person's house by now.".

"Plus, I think I lost the deposit to that one.", Robert joked as he gave her another kiss on the lips.
