Harriet Starts Singing

Harriet arrived at Grimmauld Place and she started signing a song as she was unpacking:

You see him comin' better cut out on the double

You been spreading lies that I was untrue

(Hey-la-day-la my boyfriend's back)

Hermione was confused by the song that Harriet was signing because she didn't know that Harriet had been dating someone.

So look out now 'cause he's comin' after you

He's been gone for such a long time

(Hey-la-day-la my boyfriend's back)

Now he's back and things'll be fine

(Hey-la-day-la my boyfriend's back)

You're gonna be sorry you were ever born

(Hey-la-day-la my boyfriend's back)

'Cause he's kinda big and he's awful strong

(You're a big man now but he'll cut you down to size

(Wait and see)

At that moment, Molly walked in along with Sirius to see how the girls were settling in. They stunned to hear the song that Harriet was singing.

My boyfriend's back he's gonna save my reputation

If I were you I'd take a permanent vacation

(Hey-la, hey-la, my boyfriend's back)

Yeah, my boyfriend's back (La-day-la, my boyfriend's back)

I could see him comin' so you better get a runnin' alright now (La-day-la, my boyfriend's back)

My boyfriend's back now (La-day-la, my boyfriend's back)

Know he's comin' after you because he knows I've been true now (La-day-la, my boyfriend's back)

Downstairs, everyone heard Harriet had heard the song that she was singing and they wondered if she was just singing the song.

"I wonder why Miss Potter is singing?" Severus questioned.

"Why is she singing a song like that?" Minerva questioned.

"If I didn't know any better I'd say that Harriet is in love. But who?" Dumbledore said wondering.

"Remus, did Harriet mention meeting someone?" Arthur asked curiously.

"She had mentioned that she met someone in her second year. She said that he was very handsome and that she blushed every time that he looked at her." Remus said.

They continued to talk about Harriet singing and the mysterious boy that she liked.

Several minutes later...

Mollyreturned to fix dinner for everyone. Then Sirius came down with Harriet followed by the Weaseley children and Hermione.

Sirius and Harriet were having a private conversation that Ron and Hermione couldn't hear; but they wondered if it had to do with Harriet singing or the fact that she had a secret boyfriend.

Meanwhile, at Riddle Manor...

Voldemort well Tom Riddle was recalling a kiss that a piece of his soul had had with a twelve year old Harriet Potter. He also recalled that the night that he had been brought back; Harriet Potter had been blushing red as a rose when she had seen him nude before Wormtail had robed him.

Then he wondered what it could possibly mean. Could it mean that his enemy is crushing on him of all people? If she is then when and how did it happen?

Then he thought about the piece of his soul that had met Potter in her second year.

After a while, he realized what exactly happened. His teenage self had charmed their enemy and she was what appeared to be crushing on him.

At that moment, Severus Snape appeared before him and said, "My lord?"

Tom looked at Severus and said, "Yes, Severus?"

"I report that Miss Potter was singing a muggle song called 'My Boyfriend's Back' and the reactions to the song were quite funny. However, Black pulled me aside and mentioned that he and his goddaughter had a private conversation." Severus said.

"What did Black say?" Tom asked curiously.

"He said that he wished to thank you for secretly empacipating his goddaughter because Dumbledore now has no control over her life. He also said that if Dumbledore keeps it up that he and Remus would join the Dark side as well as those who his goddaughter truly trusts as friends and family." Severus stated.

Tom was completely stunned by this, but said, "Anything else?"

"He also said that if what Miss Potter said was true which he intends to verify with goblins secretly then he said welcome to the family because the prophecy may have been nulled and void. Therefore, there would probably be no war but if Dumbledore wanted one so badly then it would happen for bloodline blood feud reasons." Severus said.

Tom realized that if the prophecy was now nulled and void then it was time to return being himself which he knew was going to hurt like hell; however, he asked Severus, "How exactly could the prophecy be nulled and void since neither I nor Miss Potter can live?"

"Well, according to Black and Lupin..." Severus trailed off for a moment.

"Continue, Severus!" Tom said.

"According to both Black and Lupin, James and Lily came up with a plan that they didn't share with anyone. " Severus stated.

"And?"

"From what they both told me...James with Lily's agreement to the plan stated that the only way that a marriage contract would be formed between his daughter and heiress was a kiss." Severus stated.

Tom's eyes widen in shock as realized what his younger self had done. His younger self betrothed himself to the last Potter.
