Summary: Like Gray with Juvia, Lucy's restraining order on Natsu doesn't last long…

Author's Note: This is for Dark Shining Light who wanted to see what would happen if Lucy took he Garou Knight's advice….I hope you enjoy it.
"YOU GOT A RESTRAINING ORDER ON ME?!"
It was a quiet day in the guild where everyone was either enjoying a drink or just chilling, and then suddenly the rare peace had been ruined by Natsu kicking the doors down, pointing at Lucy, and screaming that for the whole of Magnolia to hear.
Lucy sighed, "Natsu-"
"About time," Gray interrupted, "he was being way too invasive with your personal space,"
"You could talk!" Lucy snapped back. "And put your clothes back on!"
"Ah, crap! Not again!"
"Lucy," Lucy's heart sank as Natsu turned his wide, innocent, puppy-like eyes onto her. She instantly felt guilty for inflicting any emotional damage on him for the past few years she had known him. "How could you?" he cried childishly. "I thought we were partners."
"It's not a restraining order between us," Lucy said soothingly as possible. She had to fight back the urge to pet his hair comfortingly, like she would for Happy, or any other sad, cute, furry, creature. "Just you and my apartment. I need my space and – AH!"
Natsu was now clinging to her legs. His arms wrapped round tightly as his face buried itself against her inner thigh, Lucy flushed a bright pink and wobbled unsteadily at the sudden collision to her legs.
"Don't do this to me!" he whined. "I need you-"
"Aw!" Mira and Lisanna cooed at they clutched each other.
This drowned out whatever Natsu was saying as Elfman roared how manly it was, everyone else was whispering excitedly about who was going to win the bet, and Gray….well….
"Way to show why she shouldn't keep the restraining order," Gray commented sarcastically. If anything he thought Natsu had just given Lucy even more reason to not only keep a restraining order between him and her apartment but to take one out between herself and the insane pink-haired nutter…
"Gray-sama!"
"Gah!"
Unlike Lucy, who was still able to keep her balance though she actually had to grab Natsu's hair to do this, Gray went right back onto the floor and Juvia tackled him to the ground. "Gray-sama!" she gasped. "Juvia begs you to take away that awful restraining order because Juvia really needs you in her life to make the rain go away!"
"Gray!" Cana barked. "You took a restraining order out on her, again?" she sked in disgust. This had happened far too many times that she, and everyone else in the guild (especially Gajeel he was now polishing his knuckles dusters in a very threatening manner), were all very fed up with the ice mage.
"CAN YOU BLAME ME?!"
Cana took one look at Gray, who was now sitting up, had Juvia gathered in his arms, while one hand toyed with her blue curls, and another hand played with the hemline of her skirt. Juvia was snuggling into him looking as if all the Christmases and birthdays in the world had come early.
"…Yes."
Meanwhile back with Natsu and Lucy, Natsu thankfully stood up (once it had been pointed out by Happy that he was sort of cuddling against Lucy's crotch) but still had his arms tightly wrapped round her.
"Who brainwashed you?!" he demanded to know furiously. "I'll kill them!"
"What?!"
"There's no way you would do this to me out of your own free will." Lucy sweat-dropped at this. Natsu apparently had forgotten about all her Lucy Kicks and screaming for him to get lost when he had barged into her home one time too many. Perhaps she should stop, they were obviously killing what was left of his brain cells. "So, c'mon, tell me. Was it Loke? I bet it was Loke! He wants you all to himself!"
"It wasn't Loke!" Lucy snapped in defence of her spirit. There was no way she would tell Natsu otherwise even if it had been Loke (it hadn't been), it was her duty to ensure her spirits were protected and well-looked after, and she had no doubt if Natsu thought Loke had encouraged her on this (which he had on other occasions) then he would throttle her poor lion friend. "It was the Garou Knights!" she blurted out the truth before Natsu could argue otherwise. "They gave me the advice and after you decided to break in, wear my favourite skirt, and destroy my kitchen I decided it was worth a try!"
Natsu let her go so quickly that Lucy almost fell flat on her face. Thankfully he had turned and she was able to grab hold of his coat to keep her balance. "I will kill them!" he pounded a fist against the palm of his other hand. "Just you wait. I'm all fired up."
(Somewhere on the other side of Fiore Cosmos and Kama shivered and suddenly felt down right terrified.)
"Huh…?" Natsu turned to look at Lucy as he suddenly realised she was clinging to him, and he grinned, "You're cured!" he said delightedly. "C'mon let's quickly get this order thing taken away before they brainwash you again!"
Lucy sighed as she allowed Natsu to drag her to the magic council and have the restraining order retracted. Obviously this whole idea of legally enforcing some space between them was a stupid one and if she didn't have it taken back Natsu was either going to end up arrested for breaking it or hitting some law enforcers….it was going to end in tears either way.
Once the paperwork was filled out, Natsu happily dragged her back to hers so she could cook him a four course meal consisting of only meat (and fish) to make it up to him. As they left, they were asked to never come back or waste the council's time again….oh dear.
(A week later Laxus arrived at the council in hopes to get a restraining order of sorts on his annoying best friends who have now taken to cheering him in the shower (don't ask, it was fucking creepy) only to be turned down the moment they realised he was from Fairy Tail as 'they always take back the restraining order within minutes of filling out of the paperwork' when he finds out which annoying brattish sibling of his was doing this he was going to murder them for the inconvenience they caused him.)
