Kuri straightened her uniform and squeezed her sisters hand. They were together again; having moved into Aizawa's yesterday.

Kuri missed Deku terribly. He made her feel safe. Deku was home. But she had to stop relying on him. She had her own powers, her own quirk.

And then there was that little hobby that no one knew about.

Kuri pushed her sketchbook further into her backpack. There was no need for anyone to find out.

She looked longingly at the support course lab…then shook her head. The Hero Course was where she belonged. Sister was here. And Deku. Deku was here.

She gave a long suffering sigh, and sank into her seat.

Suddenly Deku came running in and planted himself next to her.

"Have trouble waking up without me?" Kuri laughed, tousling his hair. "Like I always say, you have no skills with your curls."

"Hey…they aren't that bad, are they?" Deku fussed with his hair.

"They aren't bad for a boy," Kuri said. "But if you were a girl, no one would ask you out."

"I don't need anyone else." Deku quipped and faced forward as Aizawa entered.

Xxx

Reiko was nervous too. Her quirk was anthropomorphic, so lots of people thought of her as manipulative and seductive like a fox. Which she wasn't

Bakugo entered and grabbed her arm when she wasn't looking, steering her inside. "No point in just gawking from afar." He grinned and sat her down. "Gotta get the full experience."

A small smile bloomed on Reiko's face. "It's better now that you're here."

Bakugo blushed at the complement. "Hah…you don't totally suck either."

That was about as good as it gets from Bakugo. Reiko smiled at that.

But it was better. Much better.

They faced forward as Aizawa started the class.
