Walter was deep into the papers that Artemis had given him to study over the weekend, he had managed to prove that he did indeed know the alphabet after two days, the delay was mostly because he had had a bit of a hard time to read the sign that Artemis was signing, which she said was normal in the beginning and to just keep up the studying.

He was just practicing the sign for doctor when he felt something, he looked up to see a VERY angry Ralph stumped pass him, the boy had slammed the door to the garage so hard that even Walter who was deaf had felt the vibration from it, Paige walked in after her young son looking worried.

#What with R-A-L-PH?# Walter signed

Paige just shrugged her shoulders to show that she didn't know either, she walked after her very angry son and found him looking no glaring at the wall looking like he was thinking if it was a good idea to kick the wall or not.

"Why are you so angry?" She asked "Did the lesson go that bad? I mean if you think it is too hard we will help you, you know that."

Ralph turn to his mother and glared at her.

"TOO HARD!" He screamed and kicked the wall so hard that Paige feared that Ralph would break something.

Walter had followed and could see that the young boy was really angry still, he waved his hands to gain the young boys attention and when Ralph looked at him he waved the boy over to him.

¤Ralph calm down and tell us what happened¤ he wrote on his phone

Ralph nodded and took a few deep breath and then he start to write what had happened.

Flashback

Ralph had just sat down and looked around the small room and notice first now that he seemed to be the oldest of the children there, he started to wonder if his mom had put him in the wrong class by mistake.

A woman come in and smiled at all the children.

"Good morning children," she said sweetly "Today is the first lesson in how to speak with your hands, exciting right."

Many of the children nodded and Ralph had to agree it was exciting but something about the woman just rub him the wrong way it could be the way she spoke to them like they were all too stupid to understand anything.

"So today we will learn the letter A," the teacher said and showed the class the hand form for A "And now you do it."

A few had problems but soon all of them could sign the letter A, and was now looking at the Teacher waiting for the next letter but she just smiled at them and told them to keep practicing.

Ralph raised his hand.

"Yes?" the teacher said "Do you need help? It can be hard to learn this and it is okay."

"I want to learn more," Ralph said "And we all know the A now could we please learn the next letter? Plus I already know the letters, my friend is deaf."

The teacher looked at him like he was stupid.

"No next week we will learn the next letter now we are learning the letter A," she said in a slow voice and acted like she thought he was stupid. "No one like a show off you know, and I am the teacher I know best."

So for the rest of the lesson Ralph just sat there seething he just grow madder and madder as he saw how the teacher acted.

So when his mom come to pick him up he was so angry that he didn't say a word when they sat down in the car.

"So how was class?" Paige asked

Ralph just glared darkly out the window and refused to talk he was simple too angry.

He is out of the car before it really has stop moving and stomps into the garage and slams the door so hard that even Walter notice it.

End of flash back

Paige was not happy, and neither were Walter.

"I will talk to the teacher I have and see if I can get you into the older children's class." She promised "It was just a few months that made you into the younger children's class."

Walter wanted to help as well after reading what Ralph had written down.

¤I will talk to Artemis¤ he wrote ¤She can help I think.¤

Paige looked at Walter it was the first time he had mention Artemis.

#Who is A-R-T-E-M-I-S?# She signed

#The T-A#, Walter answered simply

Paige just looked at him and then nodded.

"Come on let's see how good your alphabet is", said Paige and they walked off

Walter looked after them and then returned to his homework. He had found that it was really challenging to learn ASL and he was more then up to it, it had been a long time since he had a challenged that he enjoyed this much.

A/N:

First of Ralph will learn ASL of course he will, the team would have taught him if there had not been a class for him, and will help him as much as they can. I just found this idea of a horrible teacher funny.

And yes this was a short chapter and more a filler ish chapter.
