Dean, Seth and Randy all swiped their eyes and sniffed in concert. Shawn stood at the door with Ida. The high powered attorney looked like walking death.

Randy was the first to stand. "Shawn? Shawn, what? Have you heard from Hunter?" He stood in front of Shawn and looked at him in desperation.

Shawn shook his head. "No, not since he told me. I...came from the office. I can't...Meggie can't know." He too, turned in an award winning performance. It did help that he was a lawyer, he constantly had to be able to hide his emotions in court.

Both Dean and Seth went to Shawn. "It's okay. You are right, Meg doesn't need the stress. Ida, coffee, with plenty of sugar, please." Dean looked at the housekeeper with a very sly wink.

"Of course." Ida returned the look, then went back into the kitchen to prepare Shawn's coffee.

The four men sat down at the picnic table. Even though not truly hungry, Seth, Dean and Randy took more bites of food from their plates.

"Hunter said he would be here as soon as possible. Jason is actually leading the investigation as a favor. He, Hunter and Chief Hart are going to Saint Luke's first." Shawn told the others. He followed the "script" that Jason had so perfectly laid out.

Randy swallowed his bite of potato salad. "Jason? Jason Hart? I thought he had retired. No! It has to be Hunter! Things have to hold up in court. If…they even… oh God...my babies and my sweet, beautiful Adam." His voice and expression was a mix of anger and sadness.

Shawn had sat next to Randy, across from Dean and Seth. The father figure laid a hand on Randy's shoulder. "They will find them, Randy. Don't worry, Jason still has all the legalities to work. It won't matter in court. Bret felt that Hunter was too close. That would not bode well in a trial. Randy… oh, never mind. You will have to answer a million questions soon enough." He smiled when Ida brought out a tray of cups filled with fresh, hot coffee.

"Thank you very much, Miss Ida. I need this." Shawn took a deep sip. He needed to steady his nerves. Adam, Jan, Jade, Jordan, James, Justin and Shane depended on it.

"Dean, dear. I am going to run over to keep Nancy and Meg company. If you need me or hear anything call me. I'll be back in a couple of hours." Ida spoke with a sniff. This too was part of the plan. The more normal they acted the better. Randy would think nothing of Ida going to visit Nancy, as the two had always been as close as sisters.

Dean stood and hugged the older woman. "Of course, dear Ida. Just remember, don't let Meg know."

"Nancy will appreciate it, Ida. So do I. Tell Nancy I'll be here if she or Meg need me." Shawn too hugged the housekeeper. With smile, Ida went out the side gate. She would walk to the Helmsley's.

Dean and Shawn sat back down. Randy spoke. "What did you want to ask me, Shawn?" His brow arched. Did Shawn know something? Randy knew how smart Shawn was… did the lawyer suspect him?

So far, everything was going according to the carefully laid out plan, but would it last?

At St. Luke's Hospital, Hunter, Bret and Jason were seated in Stephanie McMahon's office on the floor of the children's ward. The police officers had just investigated room 151, for any sign of what had happened. They carried out a very real investigation, after all, Stephanie was no fool.

Jason Reso-Hart gave Stephanie McMahon a very hard glare as he sat across from her. He had purposely directed Stephanie to sit in a chair across from the three law enforcement officers who sat on the leather couch. Jason wanted her exposed, not hidden behind her desk. He could tell she was uncomfortable.

"Miss McMahon, why do you only have five security guards at night? Why is only one of those guards on patrol inside the hospital? A place the size of Saint Luke's should be crawling with security, especially at night." Jason spoke so that the digital recorder on the coffee table would "hear" him. Bret and Hunter also had hidden recorders, just in case.

Stephanie let out a sigh. "I agree with you, Detective. I argued with my father, as well as some of the staff. He feels that with our advanced CCTV system, it is enough. Well, it didn't work out that way, did it." She had a bitter tone and look to match. This was just another reason she should be the one in charge of the McMahon faction.

Jason remained expressionless. "We will be getting a warrant for the CCTV footage for the last month. I also want to interview anyone and everyone who was on duty last night. I also want to speak to Miss Guerrero and Mister Gabriel as soon as possible.

Stephanie gave Jason a nod. "Of course. You will have our full cooperation. Father will not be pleased when he returns tomorrow. I trust the media will be kept out of this. We don't want to cause a panic with our patients or their families." She arched her brow at Jason as she spoke.

Hunter responded. "We were hoping to alert the media in time for the six o'clock news. We need to get pictures of Adam and the children out to the public. Someone might have seen something. Sometimes the smallest clue from the public can solve the biggest cases." He waited for Stephanie's reaction. It would be telling.

Stephanie had to think fast. She could not let the news get out until after alerting the district commanders. She got an idea. "I will have to speak to the legal department, Detective Helmsley. We can't just blurt out this kind of thing. We have to protect the privacy of our patients. Those are federal laws, as I am sure you are aware."

We will go with you when you speak to your legal team. Miss McMahon, do you know of anyone who would do this? Any enemies? Let's be frank, Adam is the ex-husband of a multimillionaire. He and the children could be targets for either ransom, revenge or to make you, your father and Saint Luke's look bad." Jason once again cast a hard glare at Stephanie.

Stephanie gave the impression of being in deep thought and she was. She made up her mind. "No, Detective, no enemies that I can think of. Maybe someone has a grudge against Randal Orton." She knew she couldn't mention Jericho, she hadn't had time to speak to Chris. Also she knew the district commanders would not like it. She would not be branded a snitch, no matter what.

"Well, that's all for now, Miss McMahon. Let's go speak to Miss Guerrero and Mister Gabriel, shall we?" Jason stood, as did Bret and Hunter.

Stephanie stood. "Of course, that is unless the doctor says otherwise. I am not even sure if they have woken up. You have the lab report I gave you." Inside, she smiled. She knew, no matter what, Justin would say nothing to bring harm to the faction. She did hope he knew what had happened.

Back in the safe room at Adam's house, things were a bit chaotic. An argument had broken out between Jade and Jan, something that rarely happened.

Adam knew the room was soundproof, but still he worried "Girls, please. Enough now. Either you learn to share the crayons or I will take them away." He spoke sternly. The girls had argued over the green crayon for ten minutes.

Jan looked at Jade and remembered, she almost lost her sister. "Here, you use the green. I'm sorry, sis." She held the crayon out to Jade.

"I'm sorry too, sis. No, you finish your tree. I'll draw a red house. Sorry, daddy. Did I break your nerve?" Jade looked at Adam with a child's worry.

Adam smiled at his twin daughters. "No, baby. You didn't break my nerve, you just stepped on it a little. Thank you for saying sorry to each other. No matter what, you always say sorry. I love you." He blew kisses to his daughters.

Jordan came out of the bedroom where he and James played with their little cars. "Daddy, can I go outside? I know I left my tow tuck up in the fort."

Adam sighed. It was the third time he'd had to say no. Twice about going up to their bedrooms and now about going outside. He'd hoped Dean would be here, but Adam knew he had to tell his children.

"No, son. As a matter of fact, ask your brother to come here please. Daddy needs to talk to you." Adam smiled at Jordan.

"Okay, daddy." Jordan went to get his brother. Jan and Jade got up on the couch with Adam. James and Jordan soon joined their sisters and daddy.

"Daddy, are we in trouble? I'm sorry Jan and I fought. It was bad." Jade was still worried.

Adam carefully stretched his arms and pulled his children in, the boys on his left, the girls on his right. The children moved closer. Adam let out a deep sigh and prayed for the right words.

"No, my darlings, you're not in any trouble. Daddy has something very difficult to tell you. I want you to listen to me. We may be down here for a long time. My darlings, daddy will never lie to you. But, you must always trust me and Uncle Dean. There are some very bad people that want to hurt us. So, we have to stay hidden like the little rabbits. I promise, you are safe. You have to be the strong, brave lions I know you can be. It will be hard, but we can do it. Now, tell you what. Each of you make a list of the things you want from your rooms. Sethie, Miss Ida and Uncle Dean will get them for you." Adam hoped he'd said enough. He was not ready to tell them the truth about their father.

James looked at his daddy. "It's because of dad, isn't it? That's why we had to hide at his house. Bad men wanted that Rembrandt." He knew there was more to it than his daddy had told them.

Adam sighed. He should have known James would be the one to pick up more. "Yes, James. The bad men threatened to hurt us. Uncle Dean and I want you safe. So, here we are."

"What about dad? Are the bad men going to hurt him? He could come down here and hide with us." Jan looked at Adam as she spoke. Fear for her father shone in her eyes.

Adam hugged his children closer. "Dad is safe. He would never let anyone hurt us. He has to stay away from us for a while. So the bad men won't find us So don't fret about your dad. I know it is hard to be stuck down here. It's hard for me too. But, it is what we have to do right now. So, go make your lists and try not to fight."

James sat up. He looked at his three siblings. "Come on, let's do our lists. We understand, daddy. We love you and know you want us safe." He gave Adam a smile.

Adam grinned at his children with love filled eyes. "I love you four more than I can ever say. Girls, tell you what. Why don't you draw pictures of what you want to look like when Uncle Dean marries us. Boys, you can draw pictures of what you want to look like too. Daddy needs ideas and what better helpers than you four." He managed to give each child a kiss as they ran off to make their lists.

Jason Hart drove towards Adam's mansion. Bret rode shotgun, while Hunter was in the back seat.

"Justin did a great job. I just hope it was enough to convince Stephanie." Bret mused as they waited at a stop light.

The light turned green, Jason accelerated. "If not, he knows to get out and we will protect him. However, I hope that doesn't happen, he is too valuable. The evidence we are building will stand up in any court. I am sure our dear Miss McMahon trusts Justin. After all, Miss Guerrero backed up what Justin said. That again, just shows how good Justin is." He pressed the brakes at the next red light.

Hunter let out a guffaw. "Makes me very glad he is on our side." His mind was focused on Randy. It would take all his skill to act like Randy was just a normal person.

At St. Luke's Hospital, Drake helped Justin onto the couch in Stephanie McMahon's office. The doctor had said as long as Just promised to rest, he would let him leave. However, the doctor kept Vickie in, at least for the night. She had no one at her home to help her.

"Lay down, babe. Madame won't mind. Are you okay? I can take you home." Drake fussed over Justin like a mother hen.

Justin did lay down, he had a massive headache, but had prepared for it mentally. He knew it would be a side effect of the Ketamine. Justin managed to give Drake a smile.

"Thanks, sweetheart. My head is pounding, but a good rest well help…" Justin was interrupted when Stephanie came into the office Finn Bálor followed, he pushed a cart that had come from the kitchen. They were all hungry, and hadn't had time to eat.

"Here, Justin. Some good, hearty vegetable soup." Finn stated as he set a try on the coffee table with a bowl of soup and cheese sandwich, glass of juice and slice of cake.

"Thanks, Finn." Justin sat up enough so he could eat. It would help his headache.

Stephanie sat at her desk. She uncovered her plate. It was a beautiful steak, baked potato and salad. Drake and Finn had the same.

"Ma'am...I...feel so guilty. I feel like I failed you and my faction brothers. I have no idea what happened. Everything was going to plan. I just don't understand how my coffee was drugged. I fixed it myself." Justin spoke with honesty, at least he hoped it came across that way, his life depended on it.

Finn Bálor sat back to watch and listen as Justin spoke. He knew there was a fox in the McMahon hen house. Was it Justin? It truly was odd that he was drugged and Orton's ex-bitch along with the four brats went missing. They should be celebrating the fact that Adam was dead, instead of wondering where he was.

Stephanie delicately wiped her mouth, then spoke. "I have a feeling my dear little brother had a hand in this. Justin, I know you would do nothing to hurt the faction or bring shame on your father. My question is, how did the little bastard do it?"

Finn wasn't entirely sold on Stephanie's idea. However, it wasn't impossible. "Do you think Orton got a hold of Shane?" He took a bite of his steak.

"It would make sense. Shane does know the hospital and seeing him wouldn't raise alarms I mean all he would have to day is you sent him for something. He would also know where the security cameras are, and would also know there would be no security guards on this floor. If he didn't do it, he could have told Orton's men what they needed to know." Drake added with certainty. He knew Justin had nothing to do with it.

Justin gave a nod. "You're right, Drake. Like it or not, Orton's men are very good. Look at the way they hit Drew, Sheamus and you Finn and of course, Wade. I appreciate you know how loyal I am to the faction. You are also right in the fact, I would die before I brought shame to my father." He took another spoonful of his soup. Of course, neither Stephanie nor Vince understood, his father had sent him to destroy the McMahon family. That was his real job.

Finn still listened and watched as he ate. Maybe he'd been wrong to question Justin's loyalty. He wouldn't make any rash decisions. His mind wandered to Wade. At least now he could sped more time with him. Wade was being moved from isolation to a private room, that Stephanie had arranged for him. Finn thought he'd go get Wade a nice gift.

Stephanie smiled at Justin. "This will be looked into. By the way, Drake, when we're done here, take Justin to the mansion. You two will be staying there for a while, as well and you and the others, Finn. I want the council safe and the mansion is the best place for that. Father will be back tomorrow. I need to know that the council stands behind me." She had decided, ti was time to take over, even if Vincent K. McMahon didn't like it.

At Adam's house, greetings were exchanged as Dean lead Jason, Bret and Hunter out to the patio. Shawn and Seth set to making a fresh pot of coffee.

Seth leaned in to whisper in Shawn's ear. "I need to go down and check on...it's time for their meds. Tell them I went for my afternoon nap. Dean will understand."

"Not a problem. They will have Randy distracted. I'll send a text if anything comes up." Shawn whispered back.

"Thanks, Shawn. The tricky part is coming out. Okay, see you." Seth gave Shawn a wink and headed upstairs.

Shawn finished the coffee. He took the carafe out to the patio along with more cups. "Seth went up to have his afternoon nap." He poured a cup of coffee for his husband. Shawn also caught Dean's eye and gave him a pointed look.

Dean spoke. "Good. This stress isn't good for him. Roman made me promise to make sure Seth got his rest." He returned Shawn's look. He understood Seth had gone down to check on Adam and the quads.

Randy tried not to growl, but right now, Seth didn't matter. "So, where is my family?" He glared at Jason, then Bret. Hunter spoke to Shawn off to the side.

"Mister Orton, I will always be honest with you. At the moment, we don't know where they are. We are waiting for the warrant to get the CCTV footage from Saint Luke's. We are hoping we can see anyone suspicious. Mister Orton, do you have any known enemies?" Jason asked, brow arched. Now began the game, but would Randy play?

This time Randy did growl. He wished Mike was there to help keep himself calm. He too a deep breath when Shawn laid a hand on his shoulder.

"Thanks, Shawn. Mike had to see to things at the office. My IED was about to flare up. Sorry Detective. I really only have one rival and that is Chris Jericho of Jericho Drug and Supply, but that is business. I can't think of any reason. Wait...there was that incident between Jordan and Ash Jericho..." Randy went on to briefly tell about the incident at St. Luke's Academy.

"...so, he pulled Ash out of the Academy. I haven't seen or spoken to Jericho since." Randy finished and took a sip of coffee.

Hunter gave Dean a slight tap on the leg, under the table. It was the next play of the game. Dean cleared his throat, then spoke.

"There was that contract mess at the hospital. I was still on staff at Saint Luke's at the time. There was a rumor going around that Jericho was trying to move in. What we never knew was, what actually happened. We had to stop taking patients and Megan almost didn't get her pump. Why did you cancel the contract?" Dean asked the planned question. It was hoped that it would make Randy slip and say something that would incriminate him or even the McMahon's.

Jason flipped a page in the notebook he used. He'd written down everything Randy had said. "So, was Jericho involved in the contract dispute? That, along with the fight could be a reason for Jericho to want revenge." He looked at Randy, his brow still arched.

Randy knew he had to tread carefully. If he played this right, maybe he could get rid of two thorns in his side, Jericho and McMahon. He took a sip of his coffee, he had to center himself.

"I got a call from Vince McMahon. He said they weren't happy with Orton Pharmaceutical. I don't know why, as far as I new, everything was fine. We hadn't gotten any complaints. In fact, it was the opposite. The pharmacy always praised our fast service. I even had the pump for Meggie Pops ready to ship. Maybe Jericho got in McMahon's head. I was upset, because I knew people were not able to get the help they needed, especially sick children. Maybe Jericho wanted revenge for losing the contract to Saint Luke's twice and for Headmaster Sandow taking Jordan's side. It was a just decision, Jericho's little brat hit my precious Jordan first." Randy answered honestly, he spoke as a parent, not a crime boss.

Jason gave an internal chuckle, Orton was good, he was damn good. It also meant Orton would not easily crack. "I see. Well, I think we need to speak to Mister Jericho. Hunter why don't you stay here, be a friend now. Bret, let's go talk to Jericho." He closed the notebook and stood.

Hunter nodded. "Thanks. Just keep us posted. Find Adam and the children. I understand now, you were right, Chief. I couldn't do this with an open mind." He let out a sigh and did a supreme acting job of scrubbing his face with his hands.

Bret laid a hand on the muscular shoulder of his lead Detective. "We will find them, Hunter. Yeah, Jason is best for this. Mister Orton, Doctor Ambrose, I won't say don't worry, because I know you will. Our theory is, you will get a ransom note. That means that Adam and the children are safe. We will be back after we talk to Jericho. Will you be here, Mister Orton?" Bret looked Randy directly in the eye.

Randy rubbed his head. "No, I will be at my place. I...this sounds terrible, but I have a business to run...Adam would understand that...right?" Randy looked from Dean to Shawn. He too turned in a world class performance. He did have business to tend to, but it had nothing to do with Orton Pharmaceuticals...it was faction business.

Shawn was the one to speak. "Yes, honey, Adam would understand. You should be with Mike. Hunter and I will stay here for a while at least. It will be alright, Randy. I have to believe Bret is right. Adam and the children are valuable hostages." He gave Randy a one armed hug.

Jason gave Randy a nod. "Not a problem. If we need to, we can do a video call with you and Doctor Ambrose. Okay, let's get to Jericho, Chief." He took hold of Bret's hand. Hand in hand the two men left. Time for the next move of the game.

Randy sighed. "I'm going home. Dean, please call me if you hear anything. I will do the same. My babies… I just want to hold my babies." He was once again the distressed parent.

Dean gave Randy a full on hug. "I will. They will find them, they just have to. I will even let you hold them first."

As Dean, Shawn and Hunter watched Randy drive away, Ida walked up the driveway. "Nancy is taking Meg to see Champion. We thought it best to carry on like normal. Meg is wonderful, so don't worry." Ida explained as they entered the house.

"Good. Thank you, Ida. Dean, Hunter and I are going to run home and change Ida, we will call to Tony's for supper. I know some little people who would love pizza." Shawn spoke with a laugh. It was easy now that Randy was gone.

Dean laughed. "You stole my Tony thunder. Oh make one a double, double. It's a certain blond's favorite..." Dean then turned serious and spoke to Hunter. "How do you think it went? Did Randy say anything useful?" He arched his brow at Hunter.

Hunter too gave a laugh. "Well, not yet. It was interesting though. It did answer one question. We were never sure, but, now we know Jericho is in league with McMahon. That's what the contract dispute was really about. McMahon hates that they have to do business with Orton Pharmaceuticals. However, as McMahon found out, that is a board decision. At least on the outside. We are fairly sure Orton made threats and that is why the contract was really restored. Well, we will be back later, with Tony's for all. Miss Ida, your usual?" He took hold of Shawn's hand.

"Yes, please. But, I will go eat with Nancy and Meg when they get back. We told her you two would be going to see Adam and the children at the hospital." Ida spoke as she and Dean went into the garage.

Shawn waved. "Thanks, Ida. You are a dear. We will be back." Together he and and Hunter started on their ten minute walk home.

Dean helped Ida bring in all the things from the patio. "You go check on things, dear. I will stay up here, in case anyone comes." Ida gave Dean a gentle nudge toward the stairs.

Dean kissed Ida's cheek. "Shawn was right. You are a dear. Thanks too, for helping with Meggie. That was one of Shawn and Hunter's biggest fears, keeping Meg out of all this...mess. I… kind of feel bad for Randy. As a father he is really torn up. Then, I remember all the evil he has done. Maybe karma is a..." He didn't say the word out of respect for Ida.

"Bitch?" Ida said with a laugh. She then continued. "I do understand, but yes, Randy is not a worried parent, he is a cold blooded killer. Now go, I am sure Adam and the babies need you."

Dean laughed. "Yes, ma'am." He hurried up the stairs. He was anxious to see his family.

Just as Dean entered the bathroom, Seth came out of the mirror door. "Oh good, they were asking for you. They are fine health wise. Adam told them about why they had to hide, but, he didn't say everything. So be sure to talk to him first before saying anything." Seth filled Dean in as the physician went through the mirrored door.

"Thanks, Seth. You go rest now, please? I don't want to have to face Roman's Samoan wrath. Oh Shawn and Hunter are bringing Tony's later." Dean gave Seth a smile.

Seth nodded. "Sounds good. Yeah, I am ready to rest. See ya later." He watched as the mirror closed and all evidence of the secret entrance vanished. It still amazed the nurse. Technology was a wonderful thing. He happily went to the guest room to nap.

Dean smiled when he entered the living area of the safe room. The children were quietly drawing pictures, while Adam laid on the couch and watched.

"Hello my little lions. What are you so busy drawing?" Dean asked as he gently lifted Adam's feet and sat down. He then placed Adam's feet in his lap.

Jade spoke first. "Drawing our dresses for the wedding. Daddy said he needed ideas." She kept drawing as she spoke, it was actually very good.

Adam chuckled. "Yes, I do sweetie. Oh, they also wrote lists for things they want from their rooms. I told them you and Miss Ida would do your best. One important thing, the boys need their Matchbox tow truck. It's up in the slide fort."

"I will find the tow truck. I mean, it is important. Jordan, that is a very...pink wedding cake." Dean looked at the more abstract picture the boy held up for Dean and Adam to look at.

Adam smiled brightly. "It's beautiful, Jor. However, I think ten layers is seven too many? But, I do like it. What do you think, Dean?"

Dean took the picture in hand to get a better look. Jordan had drawn a ten layer cake in a square shape. A slice had been removed to show a chocolate cake. The thing was, it looked like the cake had been iced with at least four extra large bottles of Pepto Bismol. He had to swallow hard, Pepto Bismol made Dean sick to his stomach.

"It's...lovely. Ten layers is a bit much though. Can I ask one favor? I don't mind pink, but not that shade of pink. It reminds me of medicine that made me even sicker when I was your age." Dean had to be honest, without hurting Jordan's feelings.

Jan rolled her eyes. "I told you I looked like that peppty bomo stuff dad gave us when we got sick once. Sides, weddy cakes are white."

Adam laughed. "It's Pepto Bismol, honey. I don't mind not having a white cake, but I do agree with Uncle Dean. Try again, baby boy."

Jordan took his picture from Dean. "Well, okay. It is a bit pink for a wedding. I'll try again. I don't want to break Uncle Dean's nerve with medicine cake." He happily began to draw a new picture.

"You kids behave. Daddy needs to talk to Uncle Dean, alone." Adam slowly moved to stand. He smiled when Dean helped him.

James looked at the adults. "Don't worry, daddy. We won't go anywhere." He twisted his face, he could almost wink, but hadn't quite mastered it yet.

"That's my boy. Love you." Adam gave James a pat on the head. He and Dean slowly walked to the "adult" bedroom.

Dean helped Adam to sit on the bed, then closed the door. Adam burst out in near silent tears. Dean sat on the bed and gently wrapped his arms around his future husband.

"I know baby. Seth told me you told the kids. I need to know what you said so I don't blow it if it comes up again." Dean held Adam close and kissed his temple.

Adam gave a deep sniff. He recounted the conversation he'd had with his children. "...So I said their father had to stay out to keep us safe. I just couldn't bear to tell them the truth...totally. It will be bad enough when they do find out. Did I do the right thing?" He looked at Dean with question filled eyes. Adam looked so Jade-like it made Dean chuckle.

"Yes, Jade. You said the right thing. You know, we have more we could tell them." Dean gently rubbed Adam's abdomen as he thought of the baby.

Adam too laughed a bit. "Yeah, it would be a good time to tell them. I wonder what Ida is making for supper, I'm craving Italian."

Dean shrugged. "She's not cooking. She is going to keep Nancy and Meg company while Shawn and Hunter are here. Maybe there is some spaghetti in the camping meals."

Adam tried not to sound disappointed. The camping food wasn't bad, in fact, it was quite good, for what it was. "Oh, okay. Can Shawn and Hunter come down and say hello, or is that too risky? The kids would love to see them." He'd stopped the tears and blew his nose.

"Sure, they can come down. As long as Seth and Roman are upstairs, just in case. Randy was here..." Dean went on to tell about Randy's visit. "...so he went home to Mike. He really is upset. Part of me feels bad, but, only a small part. I had the feeling he was really guarding his words, afraid to let something slip. Maybe Hunter will be able to tell us more." Dean ended with another shrug.

Adam sighed. "I would know, if I could see and hear him, but, knowing what you know, I am sure you're right. God, I feel so stupid. How could I have been…I was married to a man who killed people."

Adam and Dean jumped when the door suddenly banged shut. They looked at each other when they heard Jade scream.

"Oh my God...Dean! She must have heard what I said! What are we going to do! I always said her eavesdropping would lead to trouble one day." Adam went into a panic. He honestly did not know what to do.
