Summary: Inspired by A Midsummer Night's Dream. Due to a mix up with a love potion, Natsu ends up being pursued by two different women…Happy is also being chased.
Pairings: Natsu/Lucy, one-sided Natsu/Juvia, Gray/Juvia, one-sided Erza/Happy, and general friendship feels.

It was a moment of generosity ("generosity?!" Mavis scoffed later. "Are you sure you weren't just being mischievous? You tend to get the two mixed up") when Zeref decided to interfere in Natsu's love life.
After all he promised nothing but tragedy in the future and looking back that was rather mean. Natsu deserved some happiness, you know, before the destiny Zeref had planned for him came into action.
Anyway, the point was Zeref was trying to be kind.
It was in the middle of a forest that Team Natsu were cutting across to make their journey home shorter when Zeref stumbled upon them making camp. Curious, and incredibly bored because he had nothing to do, Zeref decided to watch them.
It was actually very entertaining.
Natsu and the naked one kept arguing, until the redheaded nightmare (Zeref was half convinced he was going to have nightmares about her. She was terrifying) knocked them out, and then they would wake up, realise they were hugging, spring apart, and start all over again.
Meanwhile the blue cat Natsu was always with kept winding up the blonde girl and she spent most of the evening chasing after him with her whip while the small blue haired girl watched nervously and her white cat kept rolling her eyes.
This went on till midway through the night when they finally all settled down and went to sleep.
That was when things got really interesting.
The pretty blonde girl placed a pillow against a stray log, snuggled under a blanket, and then literally spent the next five minutes shivering. The entire time (as Zeref's curiosity caused him to watch the others just as closely) Natsu stared at her with naked adoration that Zeref didn't think was possible was one of his creation's to have. Finally, the pink-haired boy snapped into action by crawling under the blanket with the girl and snuggling into her back in order to keep her warm.
"LUCY KICK!"
Zeref winced as Natsu suddenly flew into a nearby tree. Fortunately the boy was unhurt as he leaped up onto his feet. "What the fuck was that for?!" he yelled.
"I've told you!" the girl spat back. "You're not allowed in my bed!"
"But we're nowhere near your bed! We're in the middle of the woods, you weirdo!" Natsu cried out furiously. "I was just being nice! You were cold!"
"That's no reason to fondle my breasts as well!"
"Natsu," the naked guy said in disgust, "you pervert!"
"You could talk!" Natsu bellowed. "You naked perverted freak of nature!"
"Crap! Where did my clothes go?!"
"Natsu," a chilly, terrifying voice came from the tent nearby, "Gray," both boys stiffened instantly, "are you fighting while Wendy and I are trying to sleep?!"
"No!"
"Good."
At that point everyone settled down to go to sleep again (though Natsu and the naked one muttered insults to one another before they went back to bed), and Zeref sympathised with Natsu as he shot a tragic, longing, look at the blonde girl.
And that as when Zeref decided to do Natsu a favour by making the blonde girl fall in love with Natsu. It would be easy enough, he had one of the most powerful love potions in the world (made from the flowers Cupid himself had planted), and it would only take a few drops.
It was just getting someone else to do it as Zeref could feel something else, which was incredibly important and crucial to his overall plan, needing his attention.
That, and he really didn't want to be caught by any of Mavis' annoying fairies. If someone was going to lose a limb, it'll be one of his demons.
Zeref snapped his fingers.
A hideous beast appeared instantly and bowed. "You called," it said in a grovelling voice, "Master?"
"Yes," Zeref replied, "I have decided to give a….friend, a little treat. Something he had wanted for quite a while, here." He pulled out the bottle and the potion glowed a sinister pink…..to be honest he would be quite happy to be rid of that thing. "Put three drops of this in the girl with the Fairy Tail mark's eyes, and when she wakes up the first person she sees she will fall in love with, make sure it's the pink haired boy."
The demon accepted the bottle and bowed once again.
"As you wish, Master."
FTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFT
There was three girls with Fairy Tail marks, no wait, four if you counted the girl with no boobs, but the demon was certain that Master Zeref didn't mean her, oh wait, five, if you count the cat, and the Demon was definitely sure Master Zeref didn't mean her.
He wished desperately that Master Zeref had told him which hair colour instead of just 'the girl with the Fairy Tail mark' as there was a beautiful blonde curled up under a blanket, a sexy redhead in a tent, and a weird blue haired girl trembling in the cold as she slept behind the bush away from everyone else. Every so often she tossed, turned, and muttered something about Love Rivals stealing her Gray-sama.
She probably didn't need the potion, she seemed half demented with love as it was.
Humans.
Then there was also the little girl and the cat, but the demon ruled them out. He was very certain that Master Zeref didn't mean them.
Uncertain of which girl was supposed to fall in love with the pink haired boy, and terrified of disappointing his Master, the Demon merely shrugged, and placed three drops in all three girls' eyes.
There!
That should definitely do it!
Master Zeref would be so proud of him!
FTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFTFT
Much to Natsu's annoyance his bladder interrupted his snuggling time with Lucy (not that she noticed) and he had to go and find a bathroom.
Well…a bush that no one would care about him doing his business behind. The girls were really weird about him doing it anywhere near them, and he really didn't want a Lucy Kick, Erza's sword at his throat, and Wendy rocking back and forth as she muttered about never being clean again.
God, girls were weird.
Sadly, Natsu never got far in his hunt of a good place to pee as he instantly tripped over something soft and blue.
"EEK!" it squealed. "Juvia is being molested in her sleep and it isn't by Gray-sama!"
It took him a moment to recognise the blue bundle of insanity.
"Juvia?!"
Juvia turned to look at Natsu, and for a brief moment, Natsu would swear her eyes flashed pink for a moment. "Juvia's eyes has been opened," Juvia said in a very weird, dreamy, voice, "Juvia now realises that Gray-sama is nothing but a perverted, mean, person."
"That's good!" Natsu encouraged her. "The arsehole doesn't deserve you."
"Juvia has now realised what a true, strong, kind-hearted, man is. A man worth loving. A man that is so beautiful that Juvia is aches with longing in his presence." Natsu began to edge away slowly as Juvia seemed to get closer and closer with a very creepy, fanatic, look in her eyes. She was looking at him like she used to look at Gray… "Juvia has fallen in love with Natsu-sama!"
"What the fuck?!"
"Natsu-sama!" Juvia suddenly flung her arms round Natsu's neck and clung tightly. "Let's make hot, steamy, passionate love right here and now, starting a forest fire that would burn as eternal as our love, before proceeding to conceive the first of our hundreds of babies."
"Love?!" Natsu squeaked. "Forest fire?! Babies?! Juvia!" he pulled Juvia away at arm's length. "You're not really in love with me. You love Gray," he said firmly.
"No, Natsu-sama," Juvia shook her head, "Juvia has fallen in love with Natsu-sama. Somehow she no longer finds the dark, brooding, look in tight jeans attractive anymore and would much rather have the tanned, muscles in baggy trousers that hide whatever sexy bum."
"Erm…."
Natsu tried to step away but it was too late. Juvia had firmly wrapped herself round his waist and snuggled her face into his chest. Juvia's hand then slipped down Natsu's trousers and squeezed his bottom.
"EEK!" Natsu screeched as he suddenly flung Juvia away from him. Juvia crashed into a bush and struggled on her back. Her legs kicking out pitifully. "I'm sorry but I don't like you that way!" Natsu yelled over his shoulder as he ran for his life.
Well….for his virtue's sake.

Charle had been in the middle of a lovely dream.
In her dream it was a normal day in the guild but everyone was quiet, and clean, and polite. They were all having a tea party and for once none of the boys were fighting, and that annoying Tom Cat actually presented normal, cooked, fish in little finger sandwiches. Everything was perfect…
And then Natsu's scream woke her up.
"Natsu!" Gray growled furiously. "Some of us are trying to go to sleep."
"Oh thank God!" Charle, Wendy, and Happy's mouths dropped open as Natsu suddenly hugged Gray. "Juvia has gone insane! Go and deal with her."
Happy gave a little sigh of relief, and Charle agreed with him. The world wasn't going to end anytime soon.
"Get off of me you freak!" Gray pushed Natsu hard, and the pink haired boy stumbled, and landed right across Lucy's stomach, waking the girl up. "Wait, did you say Juvia?!"
"Natsu!" Lucy cried out.
"Oh," Natsu scrambled to get off of Lucy, "Sorry Luce, the icy bastard pushed me."
"Natsu," Lucy repeated in a dreamy tone, "don't go. In fact come closer, I like the feel of you."
Everyone's jaws dropped at that.
"What?!" Natsu squeaked. "Why are you being weird?!"
Lucy wrapped her arms round Natsu's neck and dragged him down onto the ground with her. "I'm not being weird," she purred….well weirdly. "I'm being truthful for the first time."
"Truthful about what?!"
"About how I feel about you, silly," Lucy giggled as she kissed Natsu's nose. Charle didn't think it was possible for someone's face to match their hair but she shouldn't be surprised, Fairy Tail always did the impossible and Natsu did more than the impossible. "I love you," Lucy confessed, "more than there are stars in the sky and I want to feel you by my side and-"
Lucy was suddenly pushed away by a blast of water.
"LOVE RIVAL!"
"Juvia?!"
Juvia stumbled into the clearing, her hair covered in leafs and twigs, her skirts slightly ripped, a hole in her stockings, and the crazed look in her eyes seemed more insane than usual.
"Juvia will not allow Love Rival seduce her one true love away!" Juvia growled. "Juvia will drown Love Rival before she has the chance."
"Juvia!" Gray yelled. "Calm down. Lucy was nowhere near me."
"Juvia wasn't talking about you!" Juvia spat out disgustedly. "Why would Juvia love a stripping snowman?! Juvia was talking about Natsu-sama! The fiery, passionate, dragon that Juvia wishes to be ravished by!"
"SEE!" Natsu wailed. "I told you she's gone insane. Fix her!"
Unfortunately for Natsu, Gray was incapable of fixing anything. To be spurned by Juvia, and in such a manner as well, had left him shell shocked. Charle could swear she saw his soul leave his body as he turned a white colour, his mouth fixed open, and all life left his eyes.
"Ah! Gray-san!" Wendy cried out fearfully. "Don't worry! I'm sure Juvia-san didn't meant it!"
"YOU BITCH!"
Everyone jumped at Lucy swearing, they then all shuddered as she emitted the darkest, most evil, aura that was more terrifying than Erza at her angriest.
"Does Love Rival think she can take Juvia on?" Juvia scoffed. "Juvia doubts it. Juvia loves Natsu-sama more than Love Rival could even comprehend."
"I am his partner!" Lucy growled. "Our bond is something you cannot break."
"Juvia will not give up on Natsu-sama!"
Charle watched transfixed as the two girls then suddenly charged at one another and started to attack one another. Lucy pulled Juvia's hair which Juvia repaid by scratching down her arm, and then pulling Lucy's hair, Lucy bit down on Juvia's wrist, and Juvia screamed before she kicked Lucy hard in the shins.
The two of them feel down in a conveniently placed pool of mud and continued to wrestle.
"Erm…." Happy said nervously, "I think I'll wake up Erza."
"Yes," Charle agreed, "I think it's best after all no one else is in the right state to stop – hang on!" Charle interrupted herself as she realised something. "We've been making a lot of noise, how hasn't Erza woken up earlier?!"
"Ear plugs," Happy shrugged, "she said they became a must whenever we're on a mission together. Something about Natsu's snoring, the constant bickering, Lucy's whinging, and Juvia's sleep talking."
Charle sweat-dropped in response at that.
Not that Happy noticed he flew off into Erza's tent to wake her up. Two seconds later he flew back out screaming. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" he pushed past Charle. "ERZA HAS GONE INSANE TOO!"
"Come back my love!" Erza called out as she staggered out of her tent. "I have not had the chance to pet your soft ears and feed you fish. Let me love you!"
"WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME?!"
Charle took in the sight before her, Juvia and Lucy were still fighting over Natsu, Natsu was openly sobbing about how everyone was acting too weird, Gray seemed to have lost the will to live now that he had been the one rejected by Juvia, Wendy was too busy comforting the icy idiot, and Erza was chasing Happy round a tree while declaring her love for him at the top of her voice.
Charle bets Lily didn't have to deal with this kind of crap with his team.
(Meanwhile Mavis stumbles upon this insane scene, instantly deduces that it was Zeref's fault, tracked him down, and then dragged him back by the ear to fix the damn thing. She was so not having her pairings screwed up by his mistakes.)
