For at least one meal each day Fred and George pulled Celesta from her friends, making her spend time with them, where they smothered her in attention. And not all of it was sisterly, as she first thought. As Hogsmeade weekend approached, they even took to walking her to her classes in between periods, sometimes hugging her a little too long before releasing her.

But she was too occupied with learning the Runic language they were focusing on for this term, spending her evenings in the library. One thing that pleased her was that Daimon was in Ancient Runes with her, so after dinner she, Hermione, and Daimon spent their evenings studying in the Library before curfew.

She learned that Daimon was gay, and really funny. She also learned that he could see fine when things were close, but not far away, such as in classes, so he wore his glasses in order to see in class, but took them off during meal times and while studying. Often when they took breaks between studying, Daimon would crack a joke about Fred and George glaring at him, making Celesta grumble and blush and himself laugh.

Celesta would insist on returning back to studying at that point, squirming in her seat.

"Honestly Celesta, they glare at me as if I'm stealing you away from them. They don't think of you as a sister at all."

"Daimon, I swear to Merlin if you don't shut up I'll tell Lee Jordan that you think he's the sexiest male specimen you've ever seen and you want to have his babies."

At night she continued to sleep shifted into a fox, though on the nights she couldn't sleep she strolled the castle, taking the hidden exits to get onto the grounds. While avoiding the Dementors, she found out about the entrance to the Shrieking Shack, accidentally going to the Whomping Willow, hiding from them and then nudging the knot that opened the tunnel. Slowly, she explored the new area, and slowly she began straightening the area up, summoning cushions and even a large bed, figuring she could spent weekends there.

So two weeks after term started, when she encountered a large dog in her hidey hole, she shifted back into a student before it could attack her smaller and obviously weaker form.

"Well hello there." she murmured, looking it over. "I'm only a third year, but I can have my house elf deliver food if you'd like. I can give you a spell bath however." she offered the dog, letting it sniff her fingers. Seeing it nod made her pause a little bit, before she called for her house elf. "Luli."

With a silent 'POP' she appeared, curtsying. "Young Miss called for Luli?"

"Yes. I believe I could use a late night snack. Perhaps enough for two grown men?" Celesta asked the elf, who didn't seem to even flinch at the company she held.

"Of course Miss. Right away."

While Luli fetched the food, Celesta hummed and used Scourgify to clean the dog, fiddling with her tie. She shivered whenever a Dementor seemed to move too close, the area going cold, but holding completely still for several moments seemed to dissuade them from moving closer.

The food was delivered a bit later, and Celesta moved to one of the cushions she'd summoned earlier, closing her eyes. "I'm not going to tell anybody you're here, and I'm aware you have no reason to trust me, cousin. So I will share a secret. One secret for another, one question per question. Feel free not to answer, if you don't accept it. After all, we both now know we're animagi."

She'd waited to speak until she heard chewing, but as soon as she did the chewing stopped. There was even a low growl during her little speech, before finally she felt the shift in the air.

"How'd you know?" Sirius asked her, still on guard, his stolen wand pointed at her.

Celesta didn't move besides to open her eyes. "I've seen a portrait of you. Your dog has the same pattern of hair. My turn. Are you here to hurt my friend Harry? If you are, I will have to tell somebody, and I assume you'll lie knowing this, so I'll share another secret. After all, who can you tell? My real mother is Eunomia Selwyn nee Black, not Narcissa Malfoy."

Watching as Sirius hesitantly lowered his wand, he slowly nodded. "I wouldn't harm a hair on his head even under the Imperius."

Taking this as her answer, she rose a hand, as if telling him to ask his next question. "How long have you been an animagi?" was his question, and she laughed a bit blithly at this.

"My mother turned me into one months after I was born in order to save me from He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named and his supporters. Mother-that is Narcissa, tells me you aren't who they say you are. Is this true? You aren't a mass murderer?"

Sirius let out a barking laugh, seeming a bit unhinged but calming the more he got actual conversation in him. "No. I'm not. But I plan to kill Pettigrew once and for all, since he didn't really die. Do you know any other animagi?"

Celesta paused a little at this question, before shaking her head. "Other than Professor Mcgonagall, no," she told him slowly, yawning a bit. "But my other friend's half-kneazle cat has it out for Ronald Weasley's rat."

Too exhausted to continue the conversation, she yawned once more, before turning back into her fox and curling up on the bed, using her tail to pat next to her. Feeling his canine's weight next to her calmed her enough to go to sleep at last.

After that, she had Luli deliver food every night to the shack to her cousin. As promised, she didn't tell anybody about him, her Occlumency shields too firm to break. Nobody ever asked though. Finally, Hogsmeade weekend was there, Celesta taking her dose of potion that allowed her out without her parasal before getting dressed in a pair of leggings that were tailor made for her sensitive skin, and charmed to keep her body temperature regular. Paired with that, she pulled on a jumper dress that went to her knees in a pale pink color, a matching ribbon holding her hair up in a ponytail.

She ate breakfast with her friends, trying to cheer up Harry who hadn't gotten his permission slip signed. Afterwards, they lined up, turning in their signed slips before heading down to the village. Unlike the others, she waited behind for a few minutes, the twins telling her to wait for them as they needed to give the map to Harry. She didn't mind, as she had copied it down and with help from Sirius, gotten it charmed exactly the same.

Fred and George reappeared a few minutes later, tugging her down the path until they reached to little village. "Honeydukes is the first place you have to go." They told her, dragging her into the store. She chuckled, grabbing a few sugar quills, peppermint toads, and chocolate frogs. Enough to last her until the next Hogsmeade visit at the very least. Fred and George tried to pay for it, but she scoffed, slapping their hands away.

"If I really wanted I could buy the whole shop. But some items I don't like, and I couldn't eat it all anyway." she told them. She did, however, let them buy a couple of extra large dark chocolate bars. She told them it was for her lady times.

After that, they took her to the three broomsticks for a butterbeer, Celesta declaring it to be her new favorite drink. They left after the one drink though, the twins waving at their friends before taking her to their favorite store, Zonko's. They left her to explore while going and getting their own things they wanted to buy, Celesta checking out the store but ultimately deciding not to purchase anything just yet. While she enjoyed jokes, she wasn't one to begin or finish one. She did enjoy brewing potions for joke products though.

After their jaunt at the joke shop, they steered her towards Madam Puddifoot's, Celesta blushing brightly as they boldly requested a table with privacy. They let her sample a rosehip and mint tea before they turned towards her.

"So love," Fred began, playing with the fingers of her right hand.

"Who's Daimon?" George finished. "We've noticed you've been spending a lot of time with him."

"Instead of us."

Celesta giggled a little at their jealousy, crossing her legs and sipping more of her tea, watching them squirm with a smirk on her lips before she set her cup down. "Daimon is a friend. In fact he plays for your team more than he does mine."

George gaped at her while Fred didn't seem to be able to find the right words. Finally, they shared a glance and nodded. "Good." They said in unison, before kissing her cheeks at the same time, making her gasp. They seemed to delight in that sound, their kisses lingering for a moment before they moved away.

"Because, dear Foxy," started George as he pulled away.

"You're going to be," Fred finished, smirking.

"Ours."

After that declaration, they ended their date, saying Celesta should spend the rest of her time with her friends. Grateful, needing the time to think about their declaration, she wandered the village aimlessly for a bit before ending up in the Hog's Head, meeting Aberforth as she drank a few more butterbeers. That's where Daimon found her, hugging her from behind and making her jump, whirling to face him on the stool she'd taken a seat on.

"Daimon! How has your day been?" She asked, trying to clear her mind as she smiled at him. "Stalk Seamus lately?"

"Haha." Thayer responded dryly, ordering a butterbeer for himself. "No. He seems a bit...immature. My tastes have moved on, recently."

They spent the remaining time there at the Hog's Head, sipping butterbeers and talking about their classes. On the way back to the castle, she met up with Hermione and Ron, her nose twitching as she scented Harry on their clothes. With a knowing smirk, she nodded and before Hermione could corner her she ran ahead, getting back to the castle in and disappearing into the library to study.

Author's Note: Filler, I know, but also... Celesta's the only one in the know this year. And yes, I'm aware I haven't played her as a typical Gryffindor. Her bravery is more understated. She grew up around and as slytherins! She knows how to play the game. But her bravery is supposed to be in the way she sticks to her beliefs.

As always, a special thank you to those that read, followed, reviewed, and favorited. Could always use more reviews though!
