7. Chapter 7-The Prom-Prom Kings & Queens

5:00pm that night.

I had finished eating then I went in my room and put on a light blue dress and I had put on a pair of some kind of shoes then I straightened my hair after that I had put on pink lipgloss and I had put mascara on as well then made my way downstairs to wait for him to show up . "How do I look mom ? " I asked curiously. "You look very pretty he'll love it ." She said . "Thanks ." I said . "You're welcome ." She replied back. He then arrived and knocked on the door. "That must be him ." I told my mom as I walked over to the door and to my surprise it was . "Hey Evan you look handsome tonight ." I told him as I smiled ." Aww thank you , you look pretty in that blue dress ." He replied . "Thanks ." I smiled " Oh is this Evan the guy you were telling me about earlier ?" My mother asked curiously."Yes this is Evan ." I answered her . "Pleasure to meet you." Evan had replied . "You too." She spoke . "Well alright mom we're gonna get going ." I had said . "Have fun ." She smiled. "We will." We both spoke at the same time .

We then left then arrived at school and went into the gym first thing they did was see who the prom kings and queens were. "Alright first king and queen winners are Erin and Evan ." We both heard our names so we went up and the teacher had put a crown upon our heads . "Next is Veronica and Archie." They came up next and got crowned as well . "And that's it and now you may start dancing ." The teacher had said . So with that I had put my hand on Evan's back and held his other hand as we began to dance in the gymnasium that night to some music that was playing on the stereo .

"Having fun tonight ?" Evan asked as he smiled while he looked at me . "Yes indeed I'm having fun like a lot of fun ." I smiled back at him . "Good I'm glad that you're having fun ." He smiled back as he looked into my eyes then I looked into his blue eyes he was just so cute I just couldn't help it . "You have really pretty blue eyes ,Evan ." I had told him . "Why thank you ." He smiled as he blushed ." You're welcome ." I replied as I smiled .
