Day 12- Daycare AU: Ahsoka + Omega
Ahsoka watched as the new little girl hugged her daddy goodbye. Ahsoka's dad had just dropped her off a few minutes ago and she still had her shoes on. The teacher was talking with the new dad, and so wasn't bothering Ahsoka about her shoes.
The new girl needed to take her shoes off too.
Ahsoka ran over to her and patted her shoulder. She turned around.
"Hi!" Ahsoka waved. "I'm Ahsoka, but you can call me Soka if you want. We need to take our shoes off, but leave our socks on. I can show you where we do that."
The little girl smiled. "Okay!"
Ahsoka grabbed her hand and pulled her to the bench lining the side of the entrance way. "We sit here, and take off shoes." She eagerly demonstrated. "Then, we put them under the bench." Ahsoka hopped back onto her feet, and crouching down slid her shoes under. "Just like that!"
She looked at the girl who nodded and began copying the actions. Next, Ahsoka looked up to Teacher Ti who was watching with the dad. Teacher Ti smiled at her and so did the dad. Then, teacher was gesturing for the dad to leave.
But that was none of Ahsoka's business.
"What's your name?" Ahsoka aksed looking at the girl who'd just slid her shoes under the bench.
"Omega," she answered.
"Okay, Omega," Ahsoka said standing up. "I can show you around. I'll show where we keep the dolls, and the balls, and when outside time comes, I'll show you around the playground."
Omega's face lit up and she nodded excitedly. "I want to see the dolls!"
Ahsoka clapped her hands. "Dolls are my favorite. We might even be able to use the dollhouse. If no one else is." She grabbed Omega's hand and lead her up to the play area. "Teacher Ti says we have to take turns with the dollhouse."

Hunter watched as his daughter was dragged off by another little girl. The teacher just laughed.
"Omega will be in good hands," Miss Shaak Ti assured the man. "Ahsoka loves to show new people around and won't leave Omega alone for one moment. Now, I promise she'll be fine. She's said goodbye with a smile."
Hunter nodded. "Yeah. I've just never done anything like this with her before. But she's pretty friendly with strangers."
"Then she'll have no problems. Trust me. Now go! I'll see you this evening at pick up." Shaak Ti bowed.
Hunter returned the gesture and left. He certainly had an exciting evening to look to. No doubt Omega would talk nonstop about the experience.
