Pretty 72: Hibari x Yagyuu

Today's the day.

Today is the day that Yagyuu of Hanzo Academy...finally has Hibari to herself; Haruka would've intervened like always, but luckily she is on a trip with her Crimson Squad for some special training.

Yagyuu is in her dorm room right now, looking in the mirror. She is wearing a simple tux with a black bow tie on her neck. This is perfect for their very first date, most importantly, a private date.

"No Haruka around," she says to herself. "Nothing to get in our way. This night is going to be glorious!"

Her nose is bleeding from the excitement. She can't wait to see Hibari when she comes out of the room. She's planned this for a week and a half, especially when Haruka is trying to woo Hibari.

Taking a few deep breaths, she stands up straight, adjusts her hair and then opens the door to walk across the hall to knock on her girlfriend's door.

"Hibari, are you ready?" she calls.

"In a minute!" the pinkette calls back.

About a few seconds later, the door swings open, revealing Hibari wearing a simple white short dress and white high heels on her feet. Yagyuu tries to resist another nosebleed as she looks up and down at her appearance. The small girl fiddles with her fingers, squirming her legs together as she shyly looks at her protector.

"S-so...how do I look?" she asks.

Yagyuu's eye sparkles and pumps a fist. "PERFECT! IT FITS YOU PERFECTLY, HIBARI! I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT!"

"Whoa! Calm down, Yagyuu-chan!" Hibari cries. "No need to make a scene right before our date!"

Yagyuu wipes the blood off her nose with a white cloth and tries to regain her composure. "So sorry! I'm just so...excited. I've been well...looking forward to this moment."

"Ehehe! Don't be silly~" Hibari links arms with her beloved. "I kinda wanted to take a break from Haruka-san every now and then. To stop you from trying to fight with her every time I'm with her."

Yagyuu smiles and pats her beloved on the head. "Not this time. We're alone together. And it'll stay that way for the rest of the night~"

The two of them exit the dorms and take a walk on the side walk. Yagyuu makes sure Hibari is doing okay walking in the busy streets, making sure that no one will try to secretly perv on the little pinkette and such. Hibari keeps close to the silver haired girl, giggling and enjoying the warmth of her beloved. It takes about 15 minutes to get to where they are supposed to be, which is a peaceful restaurant with candles at some tables outside. Yagyuu recommended that they should sit there since it's mostly quiet out here. Plus that, they made reservations, a kind courtesy of their wealthy teammate, Ikaruga.

After getting to their reserved seats and being handed their menus, they sit there, reading their menus while Hibari looks up at the sky, the clear night sky with the stars twinkling.

"It's a beautiful night, isn't it?" she says.

"Mmmm...it sure is~" Yagyuu nods, flipping a page.

"I'm so glad Ikaruga-chan managed to make reservations for us," Hibari continues. "And thanks for recommending this restaurant, Yagyuu-chan. It's a very nice place."

"You're very welcome," the silver haired girl says.

This is her lucky day. No noise, nothing and no-one to interfere with their relationship. Everything is just peaceful tonight. Just then, the waiter comes over and asks if there's anything they'd like to drink. When Hibari can't come up with anything, Yagyuu tells the waiter that they'll have a bit of juice to share. The waiter smiles and tells them to wait a few minutes. As they continue to read their menus, Yagyuu hears some piano music from inside the restaurant and closes her eyes with a peaceful smile on her face.

Hibari takes notice and smiles as well.

"That music is lovely, isn't it?" she says.

"Of course," Yagyuu replies. "This is also the reason why I picked this out. Both of us can be at peace."

Hibari giggles and returns her attention to her menu. Her best friend, now lover, really made an effort to make this date happen, and she's very happy with that.

Yagyuu has always been there for Hibari, protecting her, thinking about her and giving her what she wants. Though she overdoes it...just at times...the silver haired girl is still a caring person.

About 10 minutes later, Yagyuu and Hibari order their food as soon as their drinks were served and the waiter jots everything down. By the time she's done, she takes the menus and tells them that their food will be ready in a while. The two first years of Hanzo wait, however, Yagyuu holds up her glass towards Hibari while the flower eyed girl does the same.

"To another year together," Yagyuu says. "I'm so glad to have met you and be with you."

"Same here~" Hibari says, raising up her glass as well. "To another full year together. Cheers~!"

"Cheers."

They clink glasses and drink the juice. They finish the drinks within seconds and set their glasses down. The piano music plays a bit louder and both of the girls can hear it. Since the food will take a while, Yagyuu has an idea.

She stands up from her chair, walks over to Hibari's side. With a slight bow, she holds out her hand. Hibari blushes heavily, realizing what Yagyuu's doing. She's posing like a perfect gentleman.

"May I have this dance, Hibari~?" she says, failing to imitate a British accent.

Hibari giggles and gently grips her lover's hand. "I would love to, Yagyuu-chan~"

Yagyuu gently wraps her arm around Hibari's waist, pulls her close and the two slow waltz with the piano in the background.

This feels amazing. Yagyuu feels like she's in heaven when she's dancing with the one she loves so dearly. Hibari feels the same. She rests her head on Yagyuu's large bosom and the silver haired girl embraces her, rocking her back and forth as gently as possible. She doesn't want to let go of the little pinkette. She feels so warm in her arms, it's almost impossible to describe.

However, Hibari pulls away to look into Yagyuu's eye.

"Yagyuu-chan...~" she whispers. "You have given me the best night of my life. I mean, you doing all this for me...for the both of us...you're truly a kind person."

Yagyuu smiles and caresses her cheek. "Because I love YOU, Hibari. No one else but me will love you this way. You mean everything to me."

"Oh, Yagyuu-chan~" Hibari wraps her arms around Yagyuu's neck, locking lips against hers.

Yagyuu eagerly returns the favor, wrapping her arms around her lover's waist, pulling her closer. They share a heartwarming, passionate kiss for who knows how long. All that matters is that it's just the two of them...in their very own world...making out.

Yagyuu couldn't be any happier than she is here and now with Hibari, her one and only love.

Yuri Uuuu... (drops down to her knees, head hanging low) Okay, for you Yagyuu fans, I'm truly sorry I didn't include her in any Pretties. I'm pathetic, aren't I? No, I'm NOT a Yagyuu hater just because I didn't have her in this collection. It's because I didn't come up with anything for her. Please understand!
