Encounter With The Devil Himself

Opening her eyes she saw her loves face in front of her. Smiling wide Mary moved and got out of bed softly so not to wake him. She made her way into the bathroom and started to put on the new clothes that she had made herself. The first was a pear of light brown trousers that fit her like a second skin. Mary smiled to herself as she liked the thought of that she could wear what she wanted now. The trousers were tight, but did fit her like a glove. The second item was a white blouse that she modeled after her father's shirt that he always war. The next item she put on was the new coat that she had made herself. The coat was light weight, but could keep her warm if need be. The coat was a pale pink color, and the fabric on the shoulder's was bunched up making them slightly higher. The collar was raised up around her neck, and ran down to the middle of her breast. There were five buttons that closed the coat. The front of the coat stopped at her upper thighs, then ran longer towards the back. The back of the coat stopped at the bend of her knees. She pulled down the cuffs that were around the long sleeves of the coat. After that Mary reached over and grabbed a pear of dark chocolate brown boots and slipped them on. She tapped the toes of each boot on the floor to make sure that they did fit her just right. Grabbing the pear of chocolate brown gloves she opened the bathroom door to walk into the bedroom.

Mary looked over towards the bed and smiled wide as she placed her gloves on the dresser. She then walked over to the bed, but stopped to look at herself in the mirror. 'Wow I look really great in this. I hope Peter likes this outfit.' She giggled as she thought this. Looking back over at her love, her smile turned into a large sneaky grin. She moved over to the bed and placed one knee on the bed. Newkirk was laying on his stomach in a deep sound sleep. Placing her hand over her mouth to hold in her laugh as she thought of away to wake her love up. Dropping her hand, Mary made a little jump and landed on his back. Newkirk let out a deep low grunt. Mary giggled as she saw her love open one eye to look at her.

"Morning gold heart." Mary said in a happy tone. Newkirk smiled as he turned his head to the side.

"Morning diamond heart. Your up early." Mary let out a happy hum as she leaned down to kiss him on his bare shoulder.

"Yes I am." She told him as she pushed herself up to sit on her knees. Newkirk rolled over and looked up at her with a sleepy look.

"Alright you are up early, but why wake me up?" He asked her. Smiling wide she told him.

"Well when we do have children, they will come in and do that." She told him, then added. "And I thought that you will need to get use to it." Newkirk smiled wide at his love. He had to say that he did love hearing Mary talk about them having children and being married one day. As he placed his arm behind his head, he told her.

"That is true." He then saw the outfit that she had on. Her eyes watched him smile wide at her. His eyes looked down then made their way back up. "Wow is that the new outfit you made?" He asked her. His love smiled at him and nodded her head.

"Yes it is. Do you like it?" She asked him while standing up to let her love look at her new clothes. As Mary turned around slowly to her love, Newkirk smiled wide.

"I do like it very much, but why are you over dressed to just come back to bed?" He asked his diamond heart. Mary walked over to the bed and placed her hands on the covers.

"I am not going back to bed." She told him with a smile.

"Oh alright, but I am going back to sleep." He told her then looked at his watch. Newkirk raised his brows at the time. 'It's only six in the morning.' He thought to himself, then looked at his love when she spoke.

"Well my gold hearted Huntsman… you are not going back to sleep." She told him. Newkirk moved his arm from behind his head and folded both of his arms.

"Oh really?" He asked as his love hummed and nodded her head. Then in one quick motion Mary grabbed the blankets and pulled them back off the bed. Newkirk tried to grabbed the blankets but was not fast enough. Mary giggled as her love gave her a playful look as he laid back and folded his arms once again.

"You are going to teach me how to shoot a bow today." She told him trying to hide the excitement in her voice, but failed. When he heard the excitement in her voice, is when Newkirk knew that his love couldn't wait to learn something new. Raising a hand up to his chin he looked at her. While running his finger over his lip he told her.

"Well I guess I could, but I think that I should get something in return." Mary raised a brow then saw her love tap his lips with his pointer finger. With a large smile Mary leaned over and kissed her love on the lips. The kiss was a loving and sweet kiss. Newkirk snaked his arms around his loves back. She giggled loudly in the kiss as he pulled her down into his lap. Once the kiss broke Mary looked up into her loves blue flamed eyes. Within his eyes was that of pure love for her. Newkirk smiled down and looked into her snowy blue eyes, that shined with love for him.

"Alright let me up and I will show you how to shoot a bow, and maybe a few trick shots." He chuckled as he saw his love grin wide and quickly got up. Shaking his head while smiling Newkirk got up.

Opening his eyes he looked ahead then glanced over to his loves bare chest. Hogan looked up at his loves sleeping face. It had been a warm night and both had taken off their pajama tops. Looking ahead again, Hogan smiled to himself and thought of the last time he was this happy. Narrowing his brows together did he realize the truth. This was the first time in his life that he had indeed been happy. He was laying there in bed with someone that truly loves him dearly. Hogan smiled wide as he felt Klink's arm tighten around him. Closing his eyes now, he looked back on the day that he fell for the older man.

Hogan walked into a room after a long and bumpy ride. He was pushed from behind, and made to kneel. His eyes were covered by a blindfold at the time. The only thing he could hear was the Gestapo telling whoever he was in front of that he was sent to this camp. Turning his head, Hogan heard the man's voice. At first it was the voice was that of a man that couldn't be trusted. This man would agree or disagree with anything they said. As Hogan listened more to the man talk he could hear the fear in the man's voice. The man spoke like he was scared to death to say the wrong thing around anyone. The man would agree with anything or what anyone said to be able to stay alive. While the men behind him were talking, Hogan was learning on how to get this Kommandant to do what he wanted. Then when one of the Gestapo men took off his blindfold it made him jump slightly. Hogan could barely open his eyes all the way do to the bright light. He had been wearing the blindfold for hours now, and the light hurt his eyes badly. The man laughed at him and told the Kommandant that this one was nothing more than a scared puppy. As his cuffs that was around his wrist were taken off; Hogan had tried to say something to the man, but his throat hurt too badly to speak. In the days before he had been brought here, Hogan had been questioned and beaten. The Gestapo men were trying to get him to tell them information from England so they could win the war. When Hogan had told them to go to hell, they had beat him up badly. With every punch and kick he would scream out in pain. Hogan opened his eyes more as he heard the door behind him shut. Then he heard the man behind him say something under his breath at the Gestapo men that had just left. He smiled to himself then, and now at remembering that the first thought of this man without seeing him, is that he hated the Gestapo too. Hogan then remembered that he was about to stand, but thought of what had happened at Gestapo HQ. When he went to stand they had kicked his leg out from under him. Staying on his knees Hogan knew that the man was looking at him from behind. As the man walked around him and stood in front of him, Hogan didn't dare to look up at the man. At that time he could still feel the back of the cold leather glove from the Gestapo man that he was brought in front of. It was when the man in front of him told him to stand up in a different voice than before is when he stood up. Once Hogan was now standing he found himself looking into a pear of baby blue eyes that had taken his breath then and now. Smiling to himself now, he remembered feeling his blood race through his body. Then when he took in the older man's face is when he felt his heart beat faster, but yet skip a beat at the same time. When the man introduced himself as Colonel Wilhelm Klink, the Kommandant of Stalag 13, Hogan had to control himself not to kiss the older man in front of him. The Kommandant raised his hand up to shake hands with him. As soon as Hogan touched the older man's hand, is when his breath caught in his throat. Narrowing his brows together Hogan remembered something odd that happened when they shook hands. He watched the older man look to the side and move his eyes around the room. At that time he thought that the older man was looking around to see if anyone had seen them shake hands. It was after that day is when Hogan felt himself wanting to get closer to the older man. He would find himself finding many different ways to be close to the German man. Hogan chuckled softly as he remembered it was the seventeenth day that he was in the camp is when he walked into the man's office. He had asked Klink if he wanted to have a birthday party for the bubble brain in Berlin. Holding his laugh in he could still see Klink's face when he asked him this. When Klink got up from his desk is when he placed the spiked helmet in the older man's chair.

Hogan's eyes snapped open when he thought back on this. That was the first time he had done that, and then his loves words came back to him. 'I have loved you from the first time you put my Pickelhaube in my chair.' Smiling wide Hogan now realized that is when the older man had fell for him. Smiling wide as he felt his loves arm tighten around him once again. Hogan looked up into the pair of baby blue eyes that made him go weak in the knees then and now.

"Guten morgen mein witziger Fuchs." Hogan smiled wide at his love when not only did he speak in his native tongue, but also called him the little nickname that he had given him.

"Guten Morgen mein tapferer Phönix." Klink smiled wide at hearing his love speak his native tongue flawlessly. Then he narrowed his brows at what his love had called him.

"Phoenix? Why did you call me that?" He asked him in English. "Let alone a brave one?" He added. Hogan rolled his body over to where he was now facing him. Klink smiled when he saw his love lay his head back down onto his bare chest. Once Hogan was facing him is when the older man raised his hand up and started to play with the younger man's hair while the other hand rested on the younger man's hip. He watched his loves smile soften to show that he loved the touch.

"Well you are a Phoenix. You rose up from the ashes when they grounded you, and you are brave. I have to say that you did fool me with your act before. But when you stood up to Burkhalter and told him that he was going to treat Mary with respect or you were going to kill him." Hogan's smile grew wider as he spoke. "And that you told him that you didn't care if he was a General, or did you care about the fact that he could have you killed for saying that to him. That was very brave of you, and I know that you are not in an easy place with all of this. You have to watch what you say and do. While you were asleep, I was remembering the first time I saw you."

"You were?" Klink asked him with a large smile on his lips. The younger man nodded his head then told him.

"Yeah I was. At first when I heard your voice, and I will not lie to you. I thought that I couldn't trust you. Actually I was somewhat afraid of you at that time. I honestly thought that you were going to punish me for just breathing. But then I started to listen to you speak more, and I knew that you were scared to piss them off, or anyone actually. Just that you were trying to stay alive." When Hogan said this the older man nodded his head.

"That is true. When it is the Gestapo, no one knows what they might do or say to get anyone to do what they want." He looked away as he spoke then looked back when he added. "And you are right Robert. I was and still am trying to stay alive. You never know what will happen from one day to the next." Hogan nodded his head and knew that his love was speaking the truth on this one. There had been days himself, that he didn't know if you would get to see the sun raise or set again.

"True, I have felt like that off and on. The first time was when I was in front of you. At that time I didn't know that you had and still have a good heart. I was scared that I was going to die that day. But then when you told me to stand up, I did as told to stay alive. Then when I looked into your baby blue eyes and I saw the smile on your face and it was a real smile not a fake one. Is when I knew that you wouldn't hurt me at all." He paused for a moment then told his love something that he had to admit now. "I have to admit… When I looked into your eyes, I felt my heart beat faster and yet skip a beat at the same time." Klink smiled wide at this news. He too had to tell his love something that happened that day.

"Robert, that day when we shook hands…." Hogan cut in by asking.

"Yeah about that, why did you look around the room for?" He asked him. Klink smiled wide at his love then told him.

"Do you remember when I told you that Everett would tell me who I was to spend the rest of my life with?" He asked the younger man. Hogan nodded his head then said.

"Yeah I do, what about it?" He asked him. Hogan watched a large smile come to his loves face as well as tears fill his eyes. Hogan raised his hand up and touched the side of the older man's face. "Will what is it?" He asked.

"When we were shaking hands… I heard Everett's voice." He told him the truth. Hogan moved himself up some to get closer to his loves face.

"What?" He asked not understanding. Klink raised his left hand up and cuffed his loves head as his right arm wrapped around the younger man's waist moving him closer.

"Everett told me that he would tell me the one who I was to spend the rest of my life with. He did Robert, and I heard him tell me that you were the one that I was to be with from now on." As he told him this a tear fell from his eye. Hogan smiled wide at hearing this. He moved himself up and kissed his love on the lips. Once the kiss broke is when Hogan smiled at his love, looking away a thought came to mind.

"Will." Klink looked at his love.

"Yes Robert?" He watched his love smile a loving smile then look back at him.

"The next time you go to visit Everett's grave… would it be alright for me to go with you?" He asked his love.

"What? Why would you want to go with me?" Klink asked not knowing why his love would want to go and visit his first loves grave.

"Well I would like to go and thank him for telling you that I was the one to make you happy in life. I have to admit… I never thought that I would ever find someone or anyone for that matter… That would put up with me and care for me as well as love my little girl like their own. I told myself awhile back that if you didn't have any feelings for me then… I would give up with love and try to focus on my military career, and try to find some happiness in one nightstands. I would have tried to get Mary away from Lizzie and be a single dad, but you do love me so… I would like to thank him for I say bringing us together." As Hogan spoke new hot tears ran down the older man's cheeks as a loving smile came to his lips. Smiling wide the older man leaned forward to capture his loves lips with his own. This caught the younger man off guard. Hogan smiled into the kiss and wrapped his arm around his loves neck. Once the deep kiss broke is when Klink whispered in a low voice.

"I would love for you to go with me." The younger man smiled a loving smile and placed his forehead against his loves cheek.

Mary watched her love set up the target. After it was up Newkirk walked back over to his love with his bow in hand and his quiver on his back. He chuckled lightly as he saw his lovely Snow smiling wide with excitement. Mary held her hands behind her back trying not to show her full excitement. As Newkirk moved to get an arrow from his quiver that he had made the other day; he glanced up at the guard tower and saw the guards watching him closely. The sun shined on the end of a gun that was pointing at him. He frowned slightly, then he turned back to his love. Mary's eyes were now gleaming with excitement. Smiling wide at her, he handed her the bow with the arrow in place. As Newkirk showed his Snow how to hold a bow with an arrow in place, is when Schultz called for roll call. The POW's came out of the barracks's and lined up. Hogan and Klink walked out of the house. They spotted the two near the target. As Schultz told Klink that all of the POW's were there is when Mary looked over and saw all the POW's staring at her and her Huntsman.

"Peter, everyone is looking at us." She stated as Newkirk looked over at the POW's as they were dismissed from roll call. He smiled as he looked back at his love.

"Let them stare at us." He told her while leaning over to kiss her on the cheek. Mary smiled and giggled as he did this. She then held the bow up with the arrow in place once again. Newkirk moved around his love to where he was standing behind her. He slid his hand onto hers that was on the grip of the bow. Feeling a large smile come to her lips, Mary listened to what her love was telling her about the bow. It was when her Huntsman told her where to put her hand is when Mary looked at him with an odd look.

"I'm sorry what?" She asked him. Chuckling loudly while looking down at the ground he told her again.

"Use your mouth as an anchor." He looked up at her face again as she was now looking at him with a raised brow. Laughing again he added. "Touch your mouth with your hand that is holding the string and arrow." He told her once more. Mary rolled her eyes in a playful way.

"You should have just said that." She replied with a smile. Newkirk laughed as he shook his head. He moved closer to her and placed his other hand on her shoulder. He then told her to lower her elbow down some. He leaned in and whispered in her ear.

"Now look down the shaft of the arrow, and try to aim the arrowhead somewhere on the target." Mary did as told and aimed the arrowhead at the target. She smiled wide as he then told her the next step.

"Now breathe in and hold it." She did this, then he whispered to her the last step.

"Now let go of the string." Mary let the string go, and the arrow flew threw the air, and hit the target. Mary looked over at her gold heart with a sheepish smile.

"Was that a good shot?" She asked knowing that it was. Newkirk stood there with a lopsided smile, and a shocked face.

"Yeah it was. You hit the target dead center." He said not believing that she hit the target dead center on the first try. Mary looked over at the target and saw that the arrow was in the center of the target. She looked back at her love while trying to hold her laugh in.

"So I did good?" She asked him again. Her love looked over at her with the same look on his face.

"Yes you did." He finally said in a proud voice. Newkirk quickly moved and hugged Mary. Mary laughed loudly as he did this. She laughed a little louder as he picked her up. Once Newkirk sat her back down on the ground is when he leaned in and kissed her on the lips. The kiss broke and Newkirk felt the bow go into his hand. He raised a brow at her.

"Your turn." She told him with a large smile. Smiling wide Newkirk moved his arm back and grabbed another arrow. As he was putting the nock of the arrow in the string is when a car drove up to the gates. Both looked over and saw the car. Mary took a few steps back, but stopped when she heard her love say who's car it was.

"Looks like General Burkhalter has come for a visit." He said as he looked back at what he was doing. Mary looked back at the car as it drove in and stopped at the Kommandantur. She looked over, and saw her fathers walking toward the car. She looked back at her love as she heard him draw the string back. Mary watched him look down the shaft of the arrow and let the string go. She looked over at the target, and saw that his arrow was beside hers.

"Peter that was amazing!" He smiled wide and held in his laugh as his love yelled out in excitement. Newkirk looked over at his love as she placed her hands on his chest. Mary leaned up quickly on her tiptoes to kiss him on the lips.

-MN-

General Burkhalter and both Colonel's looked over at Mary when she yelled out. Hogan smiled wide as he saw his daughter lean up on her tiptoes to kiss her love, his best friend. He looked back over at his love when he heard him chuckle lightly. His eyes went back to the love birds as he heard Burkhalter ask Klink what kind of arrows was Newkirk using. His eyes snapped back to the two German men when Klink told the General.

"Newkirk made his own bow and arrows. The bow is a recurve bow and the arrows are of an old samurai fashion." Klink saw that Burkhalter was about to yell at him so he cut in by saying. "The arrows you gave me to give to him wouldn't have worked. They wouldn't have even killed a rat let alone a madman coming at him, or Mary."

"Klink you dummkopf. What if he was to use those arrows on the guards?" Burkhalter asked in a strong voice. Hogan was about to come to his loves defense when Klink spoke up again.

"Albert, if Peter was going to kill the guards, or anyone else here, don't you think he would have done it by now? And besides why would he do that? Mary needs him to protect her, and he loves her greatly. Newkirk is just like Hogan and the other POW's." When Hogan heard this he looked over at the older man beside him.

"What do you mean?" Burkhalter asked the German Colonel.

"Hogan, Newkirk, and their other three friends as well as the rest of the POW's always go to the guards to see if they are doing alright. And if they are warm enough or feeling sick. I have watched them all do it. And if one of the guards are not doing well, they come and tell me because they are worried about them. They all have a good heart, and always mean well. They are not what those in Berlin told us they are like…" Hogan narrowed his eyes and asked his love what he had meant by that.

"Will what do you mean by that?" He asked him as Burkhalter noticed that Hogan called Klink the short version of his first name. Klink looked at his love with a soft look, and told him.

"Before I tell you Robert. I knew that you and the other's were never like that." Hogan smiled at the older man, then listened to what his love said next. What no one noticed was that Mary and Newkirk had walked up to the side of the car. They both listened to their Vater speak about the nonsense that he, and everyone else in Germany were told.

"We were all told that the British lacked emotion. That they were cold hearted and would come and kill our families then stop for tea. That they only cared about controlling others. Then we were told that American's were not that smart, but made up for this with their cold hearts, and that given a chance would kill everyone that was around them like a rabid dog. That both American's and British were not friendly and would rather kill you and your family then wish you a good day. We were also told that both American's and the British were bloodthirsty. So much that they would kill anyone that looked at them wrong. They would come to our town's and home's to rape our women and children then kill them in front of us. I was even told by another officer, that in America, some of you would kidnap men, women, and or children to make them run in the woods. So that whoever, could hunt them down like a stag. That it was a sport to all of you." As Hogan heard this his eyes widen. Klink saw that his love was shocked at this. "Robert, I know that you, nor anyone wouldn't do that. If anyone does do this, then they are what you call it, messed up in the head. I never believed any of it." He told him with a loving smile. The General saw the loving smile on the older Colonel's lips, then looked over to see the younger Colonel also smiling a loving smile. Burkhalter looked back over at Klink when he spoke to him again.

"Herr General if anyone here was going to kill anyone. Then it would be a visitor to this camp, and not any of the POW's or guards. Just like Hogan and his friends come to me and tell me that one of the guards is not feeling well, the guards do the same for all of them." As Klink spoke Burkhalter knew that this was not a good thing to brag about.

"Klink do you know that the POW's are trying to win over the guards so that they can escape!" He said in a strong loud voice that made Mary jump slightly. Newkirk saw this and placed an arm around her waist slowly. Then all of them saw Klink roll his eyes then speak again.

"You and everyone in Berlin put all of us in a pen to live together. You and they want us to go on hating each other and for me to treat them like rabid dogs. I treat everyone here with respect, and care. Their lives fall on my shoulder's, and you want me to do what the other Kommandant's do at their Stalag's? You then come here yelling and screaming at me to do the same thing that the other's do in my camp. Then you come here and bitch and complain about the other's having their POW's escape, or killing guards or the other way around. I treat every POW the same, and the guards the same as well. I have seen what happens when you treat other's with hate and cruelty. You and they put us all here and think that we will always hate and or kill each other. That we all have to live like this, well I hate to tell you but that is not how anyone should treat God's children nor live. No POW has ever escape from here and they know if they are found they will be killed or put in another Stalag that will treat them like a rabid animal. They know that as long as they are here they are safe and well looked after. They are fed with the best food I can get for them. And that is not always easy to do at times. I have paid out of my own pocket to make sure that everyone here is fed. If any of the POW's are having health issues, then they go to see a doctor and get the help that they need. I will not treat another human being like an animal that has to be put down just because of their heritage, or what language they speak, or their nationality, or what color their skin is. I was taught by my mutter as well as the Priester to treat all of God's children with love and respect, or have you forgotten about your learning in the church Albert?" Burkhalter was taken aback by the words that Klink spoke of. He narrowed his brows together and thought about what the slightly younger German man had said. It was true he had said over and over again for Klink to be more harder on the POW's and the guards. He would tell him what the other Kommandant's were doing at their camps, then when something went wrong he would come here and complain about them. He knew that being too soft was just as bad as being too hard on them. By doing this it would cause this whole camp to go down in flames. He had seen the cruelty that a lot of the Kommandant's do to the POW's and to some of their own guards in the camps. Burkhalter closed his eyes and knew that Klink was right that everyone should be treated with respect and not to be treated like rabid animals. He too had learned in church to treat other's like that was wrong to do so. The older man looked up at the slightly younger German man and sighed deeply.

"You are right Klink. I do remember my schooling in church, and it is wrong to treat other's like that, but I just worry that you can be too soft on them. And I also know that Corporal Newkirk would never kill any of the guard's or anyone unless Lady Mary's life was in danger." Newkirk smiled while the General spoke about him, but he was mostly happy to here the older man that saw him as a son, trusted him so much. He was also happy to hear that Klink had never agreed with the ways that the other Kommandant's, or those in Berlin had wanted him to treat them. Newkirk closed his eyes and tried to think back on the first time he and the older man had met. Opening his eyes quickly as the wrong memory came to mind with the previous Kommandant of Stalag 13. Meanwhile Hogan smiled as he looked over at his love again. He saw a smile on the older man's lips. When Klink had spoken about how he ran his camp with respect, and that he disagreed with the other Kommandant's on how they treated the POW's wrongly, he was proud of him. If this would have came up a few years ago, Klink would have nodded his head and agreed with the General. Then after the man had left the camp, Klink would go back to the way he had done things before the General had spoken to him.

"Good morrow Herr General." All three men looked over at Mary who was standing next to her father now. Hogan had jumped a little at hearing his daughter's voice beside him. Mary had heard everything that her Vater had said about how to treat other's with love and respect. When she had heard him talk about how to treat other's, this had made her smile wide.

"Oh hallo Lady Mary." The General greeted the young lady, then he narrowed his brows together. "What did you say just now?" He asked her. Mary giggled then told them what she had meant.

"Good morrow means good wishes on this good morning." She told him with a sweet smile. Burkhalter smiled at her.

"Well Good morrow too you as well Lady Mary." This made Mary smiled wide at him. Newkirk smiled at his love then glanced up to find the General's eyes on him.

"General." He said while nodding his head at the man.

"Corporal Newkirk, Klink has told me about the arrows that you have made." Mary and Newkirk felt themselves get nervous at this. Klink may have stood up for the young man that he saw as a son, but Burkhalter was still a General.

"Yes General what about them?" He asked him. Burkhalter narrowed his eyes at the younger man.

"You may use them if you only use them to protect Lady Mary and only Lady Mary." He warned him. Newkirk nodded his head at the older man.

"That is the only reason I have them. If anyone tries to hurt her I will bring them down. I will wound them, but only if they keep coming at her or I, is when I will have no choice but to kill them." After the young man finished speaking is when Burkhalter noticed that this young man spoke like Lady Mary did when she asked him for punishment. Burkhalter was not the only one to notice this, Klink smiled at his son as he spoke in a noble tone. Mary smiled as her love spoke as if he was standing in front of The King of England.

"Very well." The General said this with a nod of his head. He turned to speak to Klink when Mary asked him something.

"Herr General would you like for me to make you and your guards something to eat? I know that it is early, and I know that Papa and Vater has not eaten yet either, so I can go and make all of us something to eat?" She asked him with a large smile. Burkhalter smiled at her and nodded his head.

"Yes I think that would be a wunderbar idea." Mary smiled wide then turned toward her father and asked him.

"Papa would you like to come and help me?" Hogan went to answer her but Burkhalter cut in by saying.

"Your father will be there in a bit to help you. I have to speak to him and Klink for a moment." Mary nodded her head.

"Alright, I can wait for Papa while watching my handsome Huntsman practice his bow." Newkirk smiled wide as his love looked up at him.

"Alright, come on killer Snow." Mary laughed at this. They went to walk off, but stopped when Hogan spoke to his best friend.

"Killer Snow?" He asked with a large smile.

"Yes. The first time our Snow has ever shot a bow… and she hits the target dead center on the first time." Hogan's eyes widen at this. All three men looked over at Mary as she smiled a sheepish smile at them. Both Klink's and Burkhalter's mouths dropped at this news.

"You hit the target dead center?!" Hogan asked his daughter in disbelief.

"Yep she did. And I have to say that if something happens and I can't use my arm, then I know that Killer Snow here can use my bow." When Newkirk had called Mary by the new nickname that he had just given her, she looked at him with a playful upset look.

"Come on Huntsman, I want to see just how good you are." Newkirk looked over at his love who was beside him and saw her standing there with her hands on her hips, and a large smirk on her face. He smiled wide as he walked over towards the target. Mary turned on her heels and followed her love. Just as Mary started to follow her love is when Kinch, Carter and LeBeau walked out of the barracks.

"Shall we all go into my office?" Klink asked the General and his love.

"Just a moment Klink. I want to see just how good he is." Burkhalter stated and moved around the car to get a better view.

All of them watched as Newkirk moved his feet apart into a perfect stance. He let out a breath as he let his arms rest at his sides. Mary noticed that his head was down, and his eyes were closed. As he breathed in and out slowly, his hand gripped the bow. Without warning Newkirk raised both of his arms up quickly while grabbing an arrow, and putting it in place. He quickly drew back the bow and released the string. He did this four more times all with the same great speed as before. Within a few seconds Newkirk had fired five arrows at the target in a tight grouped kill shot. Mary stood there in amazement while staring at the target. She slowly moved her head over toward her love who was looking at her with a very large smirk on his lips. The three men by the Kommandantur were in shock at the rapid motions that the young Corporal had just demonstrated. Hogan looked over at the target, and saw that there were five arrows that would have been in the heart of a person. Klink also saw this and knew that if Newkirk was to fire five arrows in that amount of speed into anyone, than that person wouldn't even know that they were dead. Burkhalter knew at this moment that Klink was right. If Newkirk wanted to kill anyone here, he would have done it by now. Hogan looked over at the barracks where he saw Kinch, Carter, and LeBeau staring at their friend. Kinch looked over at Hogan with wide eyes and raised his hand up. He pointed at their friend and mouthed out 'What the hell.' Kinch and Hogan looked back over when they heard Mary yell out.

"Oh my god Peter! That was absolutely amazing!" Newkirk was now smiling a sheepish smile as his face redden some.

"Mary it's not that great." He told her. Mary moved closer to him and placed her hands on the sides of his face.

"Peter that was great. I have to say that is just another impressive thing that you can do." Still looking down at her with now a larger sheepish smile on his face as he felt his cheeks get a little more redder.

"Mary, that is not that great. I am a little rusty…" He admitted to her, but trailed off when he saw the look she was giving him. His eyes watched her smile grow even wider when he spoke, and her hands drop from his face. All of the men either smiled wide or laughed lightly at what she yelled out next.

"What do you mean that you are rusty?! That was not rusty!" Newkirk smiled wide at his love, then nodded his head.

"Yeah I can go a lot faster than that, but I will need to practice some more though." He told her. Mary smiled wider as the light hit her eyes. Newkirk smiled a loving smile as his love spoke to him.

"Papa was right about you. You can do anything that you set your mind too." Mary watched as her love smiled at her with a loving look in his eyes.

"I have to say Mary, no one has ever believed in me that much. Not even my own family." He admitted to her then added. "Well Hunter believes in me." He told her with a somewhat sadden smile. Mary noticed as he lowered his head that he was thinking of his little brother back home. He looked up at her when she leaned up on her tiptoes and kissed him once again on the lips. After she broke the kiss is when she spoke to him in the sweetest voice that he has ever heard her speak before.

"Hunter is doing alright. You raised him to be a good boy, and one day he will be a great man just like his older brother." Newkirk smiled at her as tears came to his eyes.

"Thank you my diamond heart. I have been worried about him here lately." He admitted to his love. Mary moved herself into his arms and hugged him.

"I know that you have my gold heart. I have seen it in your eyes whenever you talk or think about him." He wrapped his free arm around her in a half hug. 'She always knows when something is on my mind.' He thought to himself. As his love moved out of his arms, he stopped her from moving too far out from him by not letting go of her waist. Mary looked up at him with a questioning look, then smiled wide as he leaned down and kissed her on the lips.

"I love you." He whispered to her after their lips had parted. Smiling wide she whispered back to him.

"I love you too."

All the men smiled at the sight of the two in love before them. Hogan looked over at Kinch, Carter and LeBeau. All of his good friends were standing there smiling at the two in love as well. Hogan looked over at his love when he felt his loves hand brush against his own. Klink smiled a loving smile at his love then turned toward the General who was also smiling at the two in love.

"Herr General how about we go into my office, and you can tell us what you wanted to tell us before." Burkhalter looked over at the older Colonel and nodded his head. Klink noticed that the older man's smile turned into a worried frown.

"Yes lets go to your office. What I have to tell the both of you… might alarm Lady Mary." When the General said this Hogan looked over at him with widen eyes.

At Barracks 2, Kinch, Carter, and LeBeau were still smiling at the two in love. All three men watched as Newkirk and Mary walked over to the target. As Newkirk pulled the arrows out of the target, they all smiled wider as they saw Mary's face light up when Newkirk told her something. Carter watched his friend who was like an older brother to him smile down at the young woman who Carter secretly saw as a little sister.

"I'm glad that Newkirk found someone that truly loves him." Carter said with a smile on his face as the other two nodded their heads at this.

"Oui. I am glad of that too. I can speak for all of us that we were all worried about Pierre a week and a half ago." LeBeau said as he turned toward Kinch who spoke next.

"Yeah I really thought that Newkirk was going to end himself, but I am glad that he met our new little sister." He said with a large smile. Carter turned his head to look up at the older man. 'Kinch sees Mary as a little sister too.' He thought happily.

"Yeah, Mary is like a little sister to us isn't she." He said with a large smile. "I always wanted a sister." He said to himself out loud while looking back at the two in love.

"You know Mary's birthday is in a few weeks." When Kinch said this, both the young American and the Frenchmen looked over at him. "I think that each one of us should make her something." Kinch added looking over at the other's.

"I think that is a merveilleux idea." Carter looked over at LeBeau with an odd look. LeBeau rolled his eyes and said it again. "I think that is a wonderful idea." Carter nodded his head.

"Yeah that is a great idea. But what should we make her?" Carter asked the other two men. They all looked back at Mary and thought on what each one could make her for her birthday.

Once all of the Officers were all in Klink's office, and the door was shut was when Burkhalter told the two Colonel's about the news.

"A German Captain was killed in Rostock three days ago. His uniform was stolen off of his dead body, and his papers were gone as well. The man who killed him is now walking around calling himself by the Captain's name. Three young guards picked this man up at the train station last night." As Burkhalter told them about this; Hogan could feel himself grow pale. Klink looked down at the floor as the General went on.

"This so called Captain is to go to all the Stalags to do an inspection of them." The General stopped speaking when he looked over at Hogan's face. The young man was pale and looked like he was about to pass out at any moment. Klink looked up when the older man paused then glanced over at his love, and saw what the General was seeing. Klink took a step over to his pale love as he placed his arms around his loves torso. Hogan quickly grabbed onto the older Colonel's arm with a death grip.

"No, that means that George is coming here or is here." He breathed out in shock.

"What makes you so sure that he would come here first?" General Burkhalter asked the young pale man. In the same shocked voice Hogan told him.

"George will not waste time to get to Mary or myself. He hates me with a passion, and now he has his eyes on Mary too. He will come here first, and kill us… then leave like nothing happened." After Hogan spoke his knees gave out on him. If it wasn't for Klink holding him up, Hogan would have fell to the floor. Burkhalter moved to help the younger man as well.

"Klink I will go and tell the guards not to let anyone in this camp with out a photo ID." Klink nodded his head at this then said.

"I will triple the guards. No one is to go in or out of this camp without you or myself looking them over." The older man nodded his head, as Klink looked back at his love.

"Robert, it will be alright. You and Mary are safe here. You go and tell Mary about this, but try to hold yourself together while you do. If she sees you are upset or about to break then she will panic, and none of us want that. You go and tell her and I will go and tell Peter. Everything will be alright Robert, don't worry." As Klink spoke to his love Hogan calmed down and some color started to come back to his face. Burkhalter saw this and knew that the younger Colonel needed the older one in his life. Hogan stood up and calmed down some more. He looked over at his love and nodded his head. He then leaned over and gave his love a quick kiss on the lips then walked out of the office in a quick pace. Klink smiled a small smile as Burkhalter smiled one as well. 'I was right. These two need each other, and I say can't live without each other.' Burkhalter thought this to himself. When Klink looked over at the other German Officer did both of them quickly make their way out of the office to get everything in order.

Hogan walked down the steps of the small building and over to Barracks 2. There he found his friends still standing there watching their friend and his daughter. Carter saw his Commanding Officer walking over toward them. He saw that the man's face was still slightly pale, and shock was in his eyes. Carter quickly stood up and walked over to him. Kinch and LeBeau saw the young man get up quickly and walk over to there Commanding Officer. Once they both saw what their younger friend did, is when both did the same.

"What is it Colonel?" Carter asked him. Hogan rubbed his face with his hand and told his friends.

"George killed a German Captain and took his clothes. This Captain is suppose to go to every Stalag and look things over, but I know that George is going to come here first. Kinch go down to the radio room, and get in touch with London. Tell them that you need to talk to General Butler, tell him what is going on. Klink and Burkhalter are tripling the guards and if anyone that comes to the gates will be ID." Hogan paused for a moment. Carter moved beside him and placed a hand on his back, and the other one on his arm.

"Colonel you alright?" He asked him. Hogan didn't answer him, but told him and LeBeau what to do.

"LeBeau, you and Carter watch the gate. If you see anyone come to it, go and tell Klink that there is someone here. Kinch after you talk to Butler, go and find Schultz. Tell him what is going on. Remember Mary's life is in danger and…" All three looked at their friend when he paused again. "My life is in danger as well."

"We will do that Colonel, don't worry you can count on us." Carter reinsured the man that he saw as a father. Hogan smiled at the younger man. Hogan turned to walk over to Newkirk and Mary. As he walked up to them, he saw Mary smiling at her love, his best friend. Hogan started to walk a little slower as a horrible feeling came over him. 'Please don't let anything happen to either one of them.' He prayed as he walked closer to the two. Newkirk saw Mary looking around. She saw all the guards walking up to the gate and to her Vater and the General. Newkirk looked back to see what his love was looking at, but turned his head when he heard Hogan walk up to them.

"What is going on?" He asked his Commanding Officer. Hogan tried to smile a reinsuring smile, and tried to speak in a calm voice.

"Nothing really." Mary narrowed her brows at her father.

"Papa there is something going on. Please tell us." Hogan looked over at his daughter and sighed deeply.

"George is in Germany." When her father said this Mary felt her heart stop beating as her breath caught in her throat. Newkirk heard this and moved closer to his love.

"It's alright Mary. We are all here to make sure that nothing happens to you." Mary looked over at her love and nodded her head. They both looked over when Hogan spoke again.

"Mary we have to get you inside." He told her. Mary nodded her head, and went to walk off but stopped. She turned toward her love with a scared, but loving look on her face and in her eyes. Newkirk saw this as he narrowed his brows at her. His love walked closer to him, and leaned up on her tiptoes and kissed him on the lips. After the kiss broke Mary walked toward the house in a quick pace. Newkirk looked over at his Commanding Officer when he spoke to him.

"Klink will let you know everything that is going on here soon." They both nodded their heads. Hogan quickly took off running toward his daughter and their small family home. Newkirk lowered his head. 'Please don't let my diamond heart, or anyone else get hurt today. If anyone does get hurt or killed…'

"Let it be me." He said out loud as he looked up at the sky to send the prayer up to the heavens.

Hogan reached the house and stood on the small porch. He looked around and saw the guards walking together then walking apart. With his eyes he scanned the woods around the camp. Hogan turned his head as Mary walked out of the house and stood beside him. Hogan sighed heavy then told her.

"Mary please go back inside. George may have a sniper rifle with him." He told her. Mary's eyes widen at this. She had never thought about that.

"But Papa you are outside. He may kill you… and I can't lose you." When Hogan saw the tears come to his daughter's eyes, is when he told her in a loving voice.

"Mary… my little Snow. You will not lose me to a madmen." He told her. Mary smiled a weak smile then turned, and went back into the house. Hogan watched his daughter walk back into the house. He turned his head and looked ahead into the woods just outside of the camp. His eyes narrowed as he saw what looked to be someone in the woods looking at him. Hogan was about to walk off of the porch and take a better look, but stopped as his love walked up to the house. Klink walked up the steps and placed his hands on his loves arms. Glancing around with his eyes, Klink saw that no one was around to see what he was about to do. He leaned in and quickly kissed his love on the lips.

"I love you, and Mary. Everything and everyone will be alright Robert." He told his love with a loving smile. Hogan nodded his head.

"I love you too, and I hope that you are right Will." Hogan smiled a loving, but weak smile. Klink rubbed his left hand up and down on his loves arm.

"If you are right about George coming here, than he will be killed before he gets into this camp." Hogan smiled at his love.

"You better go and talk to Newkirk. I told him that you would tell him how we know this." Klink nodded his head and kissed his love quickly again, then turned to go to his son. Hogan's eyes watched his love walk off, then went into the house. His eyes spotted his little Snow sitting on the sofa with large shocked eyes. Hogan sighed and walked over to her. He sat down beside her and took her hands into his.

"Don't worry sweetheart, everything will be alright." He told her in a loving fatherly voice. Mary smiled then looked up at him. Hogan sighed again as he saw the tears flowing down her cheeks.

"I hope you are right Papa." She said in a low unsure voice.

In the woods outside of the camp stood the man that everyone hated, but had never seen. George watch the two German Officer's triple the guards around the camp. He pulled his lips up showing his teeth at his bad luck. George had left the two young guards behind at the hotel, while the other was in the hospital. They had slowed him down by many hours. They had kept telling him that going to Stalag 13 was not the first Stalag to go to. He had gotten angry at them, and beat one of them. The one that was in the hospital had tried to stop him from beating his friend, but George turned and took his rage out on him. Both of the young men had to pull him off of the youngest man when he had broke one of his arms. This morning he had to leave them behind there at the hotel as he took the car. George had followed the map to the camp that The Devil, and his soulless Demon was in. Moving around to get a better view at the camp, he saw the man that he hated standing on the small porch of the small house. He scowled as he saw the soulless Demon walk out of the house to her creator, and stood beside him. The Devil turned toward his Demon, then told her something. As the female Demon went back into the house is when he saw The Sorcerer look ahead into the woods. George knew that he couldn't see him. This Sorcerer's powers were not that great, and he would not hook him like before. His eyes then spotted the man that was dressed in a German Colonel's uniform that he had watched walk around the camp awhile ago, now walk up to The Devil. His eyes widen as he saw the older man place his hands on The Devil's arms, then leaned in and kissed him quickly on the lips.

"No it can't be. He has bewitched him too." George tightened his fists as he saw this. The older fool stood there with The Devil for awhile talking about something. George's eyes watched the older man turn to walk off of the small porch to a young man that was shooting arrows at a target with great speed. George moved around in the woods around the wires to where the two men stood. He closed his eyes to tried to hear what was being said, but he was too far away from them. George saw two men walk near him, and the wire. He quickly laid down on the ground as the fat guard and this German General walked closer to where he was hiding. There he heard them start to talk to each other.

"You think Lady Mary will be alright?" Asked the fat guard. The General looked over at him.

"Sergeant Schultz, Lady Mary will be safe, and so will Colonel Hogan. Klink and I had told all of the guards to watch for anyone coming near the camp." The German General said.

"But Herr General we don't even know when this devil George is coming here…" The Sergeant was cut off by the General saying.

"Lady Mary has all of the guards, the POW's, Colonel's Hogan and Klink, as well as myself, and of course her love and bodyguard Newkirk to keep her safe." Said the older man. As the two men walked off George moved back into the woods. He ran to the road, and quickly got into the car that he had taken. Once in his car George screamed out in rage, and started to hit the wheel of the car. As he hit the wheel with open palms, he yelled out.

"How is it that Devil can charm everyone he is around!" Slamming his hands on the wheel then gripping it as he went on.

"And that soulless Demon of his… she did it as well…. HOW CAN THEY BE SO BLIND!" Gripping the wheel as he moved his hands upwards with a white knuckle grip.

Before George's eyes came the first time he had met the man he now calls Devil. He was only walking down the hallway of the air base when this Devil walked out of a office, and walked into him. The Devil smiled at him and told him in a sweet voice that he was sorry for doing that. Then he turned and walked off down the hallway. His eyes watched the man walk away from him. George could feel the feeling coming back to him as he remembered this happening. He started to watched the man more closely after that. He saw the dark chocolate eyes that he could look into for hours come to his mind. The full smile the man would smile showing his teeth that was so white it looked like fresh snow on the ground. His lips were full and…

"NO!" George yelled out as this feeling came back to him. He couldn't let this Devil get into his soul and mind again. Shaking his head quickly, he brought his hands up to his face and covered it.

"How can he do this again? I wasn't even near him!" Lowering his hands from his face he began to calm down.

"I have to find away to get to that demon girl, so that I can send her back to hell first. That will teach that Devil a lesson for enchanting me. Then I will find another way to send The Devil himself to hell for good. Once they are back in their realm, everyone will wake up from their spells. I say that the man… this Kommandant of the camp will thank me with a load of money for killing them two." He smiled wide as he began to rock back and forth in his seat within the car.

"Oh yes they will all thank me." He smiled an evil grin as he started to think of away into the camp.

Klink walked over to the young man that he called son. He smiled wide as his son let go of the string of the bow, and the arrow hit the target dead on once again. Newkirk looked over at the man he called father as he walked over to him. His Vater told him what Burkhalter had told him and Hogan. As the older man went on Newkirk lowered his head, but looked up when he heard the older man's voice.

"Son what is it?" He asked him.

"I don't know… I have a feeling that I may not live past today." This alarmed Klink. He stepped closer to the younger man and placed a hand on his son's arm.

"What makes you say that?" He asked him. He watched as the younger man shook his head.

"I don't know. I just have a feeling that everyone will live through this, well all but me. Wilhelm if something is to happen to me… make sure that Mary and Robert will be alright. They will both need you… mostly Mary." Closing his eyes, Klink didn't want to think of this. The image of the young man that he called son laying in a coffin came to his mind. The older man opened his eyes and looked at his son.

"Peter that will not happen. You will not die today, you or anyone. There is no way George can get into this camp…"

"Not yet. You don't think that he will wait until we are all sure that he has moved on and the guards have been removed. He will come here when we all least expect it. He will come here, and one of us will die. Just make sure that Mary is alright and if love comes her way again, then make sure that she goes for it. She can do better than me anyway." He said in a sadden voice. Newkirk went to get his arrows, but was stopped by strong arms pulling him into a strong hug.

"You will not die nor anyone. You are the only one Mary will ever love and will ever want to be with. She loves you deeply, everyone here cares for you and loves you… even myself. I love you son don't ever think that you are not worthy for her." The younger man smiled as he hugged the older man back. As the hug ended he looked into the man's eyes. He could see the fatherly love that the man had for him.

"I hope you are right about that." He told him before turning to walk off. Klink sighed heavy as he watched the young man walk off. He too had a bad feeling that someone was going to get badly injured, or even die this day. He just hoped and prayed that it was not the man he called son. Closing his eyes Klink prayed again that his son, his daughter, and the man that he loved more than anything was not to be killed this day. Opening his eyes he looked over and saw Burkhalter looking at him with a frown on his face. The older Colonel walked over to the older General. Klink saw the man about to ask him what he had seen, but Klink told him before he could.

"I see Peter as my son, and he thinks that he will die this day. I told him that he was not going too, but he knows that someone will be killed this day." The General saw the sadden look on the slightly younger man's face and told him.

"If anyone is to die this day it will be this George." Klink smiled and hoped that the older man was right. Burkhalter turned and walked into the Kommandantur. Klink looked back and saw his son walking to Barracks 2. 'They must have told London about what is going on.' He thought. Klink turned and walked into the small building as well.

Newkirk was putting the target away when LeBeau ran up to him. The small Frenchman could see that his friend was in deep thought on what may happen this day. Newkirk turned his head, and saw the small man standing there.

"What is it LeBeau?" He asked him in a uneasy voice.

"Kinch has General Butler on the radio and he wants to talk to you." He told him. Narrowing his brows together Newkirk started to walk to Barracks 2, with LeBeau right behind him. Once he was down in the tunnels. Newkirk walked into the radio room, and saw Kinch sitting there waiting on him. The Sergeant leaned into the microphone and told the other person that he was there. Kinch took off the headphones and handed them over to Newkirk. Newkirk took them and sat down then picked up the microphone and spoke into it.

"Huntsman here." He said the code name that Mary had given him.

"Huntsman? I thought that I was talking to Corporal Newkirk?" Came the British voice over the headphones. Newkirk smiled and said.

"Yes, it's me. Snow gave me that code name." He chuckled lightly. Kinch smiled at his friend.

"Oh of course she did. Little Snow and that book." The voice chuckled lightly as well.

"You wanted to talk to me Sir?" Newkirk asked.

"Yes I did. I was told that The Evil King is near the castle. I was also told that you have weapons to be able to protect Snow. How did the Kommandant there allow that?" General Butler asked.

"He was not the one to come up with the idea, his boss The General did. He was the one to come up with the idea after we had a little problem with a Succubus. Which our little Snow killed by the way. She saved me from the Succubus by having her stab herself in the chest, but Snow did slit the Succubus's throat though." Kinch's eyes widen at what he heard his friend speak of. 'This whole time I thought that Newkirk did that.' He thought to himself as he now learned the truth. On the other end of the radio General Butler sat there in shock that Mary would ever do a thing like that. He was brought out of his thoughts when this Huntsman spoke again.

"She saved me from her, then she went to The General to ask for punishment. Don't worry the punishment that he gave her was to cook him supper and make him a big ass cake, which she did. She is a great cook and baker by the way." Newkirk smiled wide as he talked about his love. Kinch smiled at his friend again as he talked.

"Oh alright. Well I had to speak to you to tell you what to do with The Evil King if or when he shows up at the castle." Newkirk leaned forward and listened closely to the man.

"What do you want me to do? Let him live or…" The General's voice cut in by telling him.

"No. Do what you have too, even if it means killing him. Snow and her father, The King must be safe, as well as the rest of you." He told him. Newkirk nodded his head at this. He knew that he had to tell Klink this after he left from here.

"Alright I will do what I have too." He told the General the truth.

"That man has to pay for what he did to that girl. After Snow was safe with you and The King, I went to the house to see if it was still standing. It was with luck. There was some damage, but only to the windows. Myself as well as Captain Flint went into the house and looked around…" When the older man paused, is when Newkirk got nervous.

"And what?" He asked him.

"Well Huntsman, what we found in the house was unbelievable." Newkirk gripped the microphone tightly as he asked in a unsure voice.

"What did you find?" Kinch looked over at his friend with narrowed brows and worry on his face. He moved over to his friend, and picked up the other set of headphones to hear what the General said next.

"We found pictures of Snow when she was ten, and up too now. She had no clothes on, and looked very thin in many of the pictures. There were even some of her in the bath. The look on her face was that of fear, but she also had no emotion in her eyes. Captain Flint who sees Snow as a little sister found in her room, which was the attic. Old small thin cushions for an old sofa. We both knew that was Snow's bed. I say that when she laid down on them that she could still feel the hardwood floor. There was a small pot in the room for her to use the restroom. The windows were nailed shut as well as bars across the inside of the windows. We found one of her dresses that looked like something from the 1400s. There was no shape to it at all, but would have been easy to take off if need be. The color was a pale color at one time, but it was so old that we couldn't see the color of it now. The room would have been hot in the warmer months, and very cold in the winter months." As the General talked tears flowed down Newkirk's cheeks. Newkirk closed his eyes as the older man over the radio told him more.

"Captain Flint… poor man he… he found the whip as well as other things that we know that… that fucking man used on her."

"What other things?" Newkirk asked while trying to hold in his sob. Kinch closed his eyes as his own tears fell down onto his cheeks.

"Well… there was the whip, a bamboo cane, and a cut electrical cord. I think that The Evil King used it to…" Butler didn't finish on what he was about to say. He couldn't picture the sweet girl that he knew and watched grow up, to always be smiling, laughing, and caring for other's being electrocuted by a madmen. Butler cleared his throat then started to speak again.

"I had found pictures of my son as well. Most were from where he was here in England, but there were a few of him being in his apartment in America. There were about fifty of them all together. There were even some of him in New York. I know that The Evil King hates my son for an unknown reason, but the things that he did to Snow were uncalled for." Newkirk closed his eyes and told the older man.

"Yes they were uncalled for, and when he gets here I will make him pay for all that he has done to the young woman that I love dearly. But I know that you had to find more things in that house?"

"Your right Huntsman we did. We found in The Evil King's bedroom many different kinds of books. One was on how to send a Demon back to hell, and there was another one on how do you know if you have been touched by The Devil. The last two books are of that, I really don't understand why The Evil King would have them."

"What do you mean you don't understand why?" Newkirk asked.

"Well one book is on sorcerers, witches, and enchantments. There are even spells in it to send devil's and demon's back to hell. There was another book that I don't understand why he would have either. This book is on homosexuality." Newkirk turned his head and thought on why this George would have these books. Then he remembered what Mary had told him awhile back.

"Snow told me that The Evil King would call her Demon, and he even got her mother to call her that too. She told me that he called her that because of her eye color. Maybe he really thought that Snow was a demon and that her father The King is a demon as well, or The Devil himself." Newkirk paused then got what was going on with this bastard.

"General this bastard thinks that The King bewitched him. That he made him fall in love with him, and when he did and The King got with Snows mother the Harpy. He felt like he had been tricked into loving him after our King didn't choose him. The Evil King put himself in front of the Harpy to get her to see him. He baited her with what she loved most, and that was money. Then after the Harpy had left our King for The Evil King. The Evil King took her as his wife to be somewhat close to our King. So in his mind the Harpy leaving our King heartbroken like she had. He thought that it was a good punishment for our King. He wanted to make our King feel heartbreak like he had when he was not the one our King wanted. Then when Snow was born, and he saw that she looked just like her father, but the eye color. Is when in his mind that was proof that our King was The Devil. This man was, or is in love with our Good King. But in this bastards messed up mind, your son casted a spell on him to make him fall in love with him. All the time he hated the fact that Snow looked like the one that he was in love with, but couldn't have. That's why he hurt Snow, it was all to get back at our King, because in his mind he was the Devil that enchanted him." When Newkirk took a breath in is when General Butler realized that all of this was indeed true. George had always looked at Hogan from a far with loving eyes, and then once he was with Lizzie, George would look at him with hate in his eyes. On the other end of the radio, Kinch looked up and saw his friends eyes go wide with fear. "OH MY GOD!"

"What? What is it?" Butler asked with fear in his voice.

"That bastard thinks that if he kills them, then he will be free from this so called spell that he is under. That he has these feelings for our King, but our King never showed him the feelings in return. He's in love with Robert! And this man is too stupid to know that he would rather be with a man than a woman! That is why Snow said that when he would tell her that he was making love to her which by the way he was actually raping her! He was not seeing her, he was seeing her father!" Kinch sat there in horror at what his friend was saying.

"What are you talking about?" General Butler asked him.

"Snow told me that when he would make love to… no when he would rape her that this fucking bastard never touched her or held her like a man would do to a woman. He only fucked her, that's it! He never kissed her, held her, or even called her a lovey-dovey nickname. He would just rape her, but in his messed up mind he was having sex with our King! This bastard would watch her in the shower and tell her that a good father was to do that, so that she didn't fall. Which is bullshit! He was looking at her, but in his sick mind he saw our King bathing not Snow! All of this was because he couldn't have our King, and went for the next best thing, and that was The King's daughter. Then if Snow messed up by doing or saying something that she was not suppose to, then in that sick bastards mind that was not what our King would do! He was trying to turn Snow into her father. Then when she acted differently than her father, he would have her mother beat her. He hardly ever hit her, and if he did it was to where he wouldn't get any marks on his hands. This fucking bastard was reading all of this witches and magic stuff, and thought that our King had made him fall in love with him. That is why he is after Snow. He let her get away so that she would lead him to her father. The one in his mind that started all of this. He is here to kill both of them and send them back to hell in his mind." As Newkirk finished speaking he quickly took off the headphones and ran down the tunnels toward the house. Kinch who still had on his headphones heard Butler asking if anyone was there.

"Sorry General, but the Huntsman has left the room. I say to go and tell Snow all of this." He told him.

Mary sat on the sofa looking ahead at the wall. She was scared of what would happened this day. Hogan was sitting beside his daughter with his arm around her shoulder. Mary sighed deeply and leaned into her father, laying her head on his chest. She smiled wide as she heard his heart beat. Hogan laid his head on top of hers. He too had a bad feeling about this day. 'Please don't let anyone that I love get hurt or killed.' He prayed in his mind. Closing his eyes, he listened to his daughter breathe. It was when Mary spoke did he open his eyes.

"Papa do you think there is enough guards outside?" She asked him. Hogan smiled and told her.

"Yeah honey. There is so many guards here that it actually looks like a POW camp." He joked to lighten the mood. Mary sighed again as she moved closer to her father.

"Is there anyone that can be here to take him somewhere besides here? I know that he will be caught, but as long as he is in this camp he could still get to us." Mary made a point. Hogan turned his head to look away. If George was caught then they would put him in the cooler or in a cell. He could still get out, if he found a tunnel entrance. Closing his eyes Hogan thought of someone that could be here, and could take George away from the camp. This person that he had in mind would make sure that George would stay gone for good. As the image of the man's face came to mind Hogan made a face. 'I don't want to call him.' He thought to himself. 'But I guess I have too. He is the only one that can help with this.' He added in his mind. Hogan moved to sat up which cause Mary to look at him.

"Papa what is it?" She asked him.

"I know one person that can take George far away from this camp, and all of us." He told her. Mary leaned up and asked him.

"Who Papa?" She watched her father sigh heavily then got up to walk out of the house, but stopped to tell his daughter who was about to follow him.

"No Mary, you stay here. I will only be gone for three minutes tops." He told her, and turned and walked out of the house. Once out of the house, Hogan ran to his loves office. Mary stood there in the house alone. An odd feeling washed over her that the next time she saw her father, it will be after something bad had happened. She closed her eyes and lowered her head and out loud she prayed.

"Please don't let anyone I love get hurt or killed today."

George watched as the Devil ran from the house. He looked closer at the porch and saw a small opening to the side near the steps. Smiling wide at the hiding place that he was going to use, George watched the guards more closely. He watched as the guards walked around the wire of the camp. When the three guards near him walked together then turned to walk far apart is when he slipped under the wire. He quickly made his way to the side of the house, and slid into the small opening. George laid there and waited for the right time to come out of the hiding place. His eyes watched the guards walk together then walk apart for a few minutes while he caught his breath. As the guards walked apart he quickly moved into the house.

Hogan ran into his loves office. His eyes spotted Burkhalter and his love standing at the window. Klink looked at his love and ran over to him.

"Robert what is it?" He asked quickly.

"Call Hochstetter. Tell him to come to the camp." Both men looked at the younger man with raised brows. Hogan grunted out and told them why. "I saved his ass not too long ago and he said that I can call on one favor and this is it! If George gets into the camp and is captured then you will put him in the cooler. He will get out of there somehow. So if Hochstetter is here he can take him to Gestapo HQ, and we don't have to deal with…" Hogan was cut off by a gun shot ringing out near by. Both Hogan and Klink took off running to the porch of the Kommandantur.

"COLONEL! IT CAME FROM THE HOUSE!" Kinch yelled out as he and the others ran to the house. Both men took off running as Burkhalter quickly called Hochstetter.

As Hogan and Klink made their way to the porch, they saw Kinch and Carter trying to break the door down. LeBeau was at the side of the house yelling at Schultz to hurry up and help break down the door. Everyone stopped as they heard Mary's voice scream out her loves name from behind the door, then the sound of another shot rang out. Hogan's and Klink's eyes had widen at hearing their daughter scream out her loves name then at the sound of another shot. Hogan's heart stopped as he feared that his little girl, his little Snow was now dead.

Mary stood there with her head lowered praying for everyone she loved to be safe on this day. She looked over at the stove as it was pushed to the side. Newkirk popped out of the whole and moved the stove back. As he pushed the stove back, both didn't hear the front door open and close softly, then lock. Once the stove was in place Newkirk turned toward his love with his bow now in hand.

"Mary, I know why George did all of that to you." He told her. Mary narrowed her brows together and asked him.

"Why?" Her love stepped closer to her. He placed his hand on her arm and told her.

"Mary, George is in love with your father. When he couldn't have Hogan is when he went for you. All the time he was raping you, having you bath him or watching you shower. It was not you he saw in his mind… it was Hogan!" Mary's eyes widen at this.

"Oh my god that makes sense. That's why he never held me or kissed me. He was always imagining my father."

"Why would I imagine that Devil." Mary's eyes widen the largest that they had ever been before at the sound of his voice. Newkirk quickly moved his arm up to get an arrow while the other arm held his bow. George who was now standing behind the sofa had his arm up with a gun in his hand. When Newkirk reached for an arrow, George pulled the trigger of the gun. The shot rang out within the room. The bullet hit Newkirk in his arm that he held his bow with. Mary's eyes watched her love drop to his knees and yelled out in pain. She went to move toward him, but George's words stopped her.

"Don't even think about it Demon." Mary turned her head toward George then looked over at the door as she heard her father's and her loves friends try to break the door down. Newkirk hissed in pain as he placed his hand over the wound.

"PETER!" His love went to move to him but stopped as the gun went off again. Newkirk's heart stopped as he heard his love let out a loud scream. He snapped his head up to look at his love to see if there was blood anywhere on her. Mary stood there looking at the wall beside her.

"MARY!" She heard her father yell out her name.

"YOU WAIT YOUR TURN DEVIL!" George yelled at the door. Hogan told Carter to move out of the way so that he could help Kinch break the door down. As George heard this he pointed the gun at the door. Newkirk saw that the madman was going to shoot at the door. He quickly reached down and pulled out a knife from his boot and threw it at the gun. The knife hit the gun moving it slightly to the side as it fired. The bullet hit the side of the door going threw it. Mary and Newkirk heard Hogan yell out in pain.

"PAPA!" Mary yelled out, and went to run to her father.

"MARY NO!" Newkirk yelled out as Mary ran to the door. George moved from behind the sofa, and quickly grabbed Mary by the arm. He jerked her arm back throwing her to the floor. Mary fell onto the floor on her back while hitting her head on the hardwood floor. When Newkirk heard the sound of his loves head hitting the floor is when rage rose within him quickly. George looked over as the younger man was half way running at him. Newkirk moved his hand with the bow in it upwards hitting the other man in the right jaw. Newkirk struck the other man in the jaw many times. This caused George to take several steps backwards with every hit.

"Don't ever touch her again!" Newkirk yelled out as he moved his left hand up to hit George once again but this time in the stomach many times. George finally got his footing and started to fight back. He soon had the injured man in an arm hold. His right hand was close to the wound as his other hand was on the hand covered bow. George tried to pull the bow out of the younger man's hand because if not he knew that he would not win this fight. As Newkirk tried to fight to get control of his bow, he felt the man's other hand going to his wound. He knew that if George hit his wound then he would lose this fight. With all of his strength Newkirk pushed George back against the sofa causing the sofa to move back a great deal.

Outside Hogan grabbed his arm and held it out of pain. Klink ran over to his love and looked at his loves arm. The bullet had went in and hit the bone. Hogan looked up at his love when they heard Mary call out her father's name then heard Newkirk yell out Mary's. They all looked over as they heard something hit the hardwood floor hard. Both Colonel's stood up and tried to break the door down together. Burkhalter ran to the house and saw both Colonel's and Kinch trying to get the door to open some how. They all stopped when they heard Newkirk yell out.

"Don't ever touch her again!"

Then all heard the two fighting within the house. Then when Newkirk and George started to yell at each other, everyone stopped to hear what was being said.

-MN-

"I am trying to save you from that soul sucking Demon and that…."

"I don't need you to save me from an Angel from the heavens." George's eyes widen some as Newkirk said this. "Mary is no demon, she never was. You, YOU ARE THE DEVIL HERE GEROGE! NO ONE ELSE BUT YOU!" Newkirk yelled this at the top of his lungs. George pulled his lips back showing his teeth at him.

"I AM NO DEVIL! HE IS THE…."

"NO GEORGE! You are the devil here! You are the psychopath that raped a ten year old girl to get back at a man that you fell in love with! Robert didn't make you fall in love with him. THAT WAS ALL YOU!" Newkirk didn't have time to brace himself when George lunged toward him. George wrapped his arms around Newkirk's mid torso and tackled him to the ground. When Newkirk fell back onto his back some of his arrows where thrown out of his quiver. George now saw the opportunity to knock the bow out of the other man's hand. Newkirk moved to punch the other man in the jaw, but found that he was now having a hard time with his arm do to the pain. George wrapped his hands around the younger man's neck and started to choke him. Newkirk tried to find away to get the stronger man off of him, but he was too weak from the loss of blood and the pain coming from his arm.

"I guess I will have to send the Demon's lap dog to hell before I do her!" George said with a evil grin on his lips as Newkirk felt his lungs burning for air. His arms dropped to the side of him making a loud noise. Mary snapped her eyes open when she heard the loud noise of two people falling back onto the hard floor. Setting up quickly her eyes took in the sight of George on top of her love. When she saw the madman's hands were around her loves throat, and her loves arms on the floor. Her eyes then widen in horror as she now saw her Huntsman's face now turning from red to a blueish purple color. Without thinking Mary got up and tackled George off of Newkirk. They both landed above her love. When George's hands were off of Newkirk's throat is when he gasped for air. Newkirk tried to catch his breath as well as tried to stop himself from passing out. George looked up and saw the girl he called Demon looking down at him. He went to throw her off of him, but he didn't expect her to lift up her fist. Mary thrusted her fist down repeatedly hitting him in the nose breaking it.

"You will pay for everything you have ever done to me, and to anyone I love!" She screamed out as she hit the man that had tormented her so many years. George groaned out and quickly grabbed her hands, and threw her on her back. Mary tried to fight the man off of her, but George had the upper hand now.

"You fucking whore! How dare you come at me like that!" He yelled as he moved his hands from hers to quickly place them on each side of her head. George then lifted Mary's head up and started to slam her head on the floor.

"You are a demon! I will take a blade and run it threw your heart little DEMON!" As George yelled this out the door busted open. Hogan ran in and saw his daughter. Running to her, he tackled George off of his daughter. As Hogan grabbed George by the collar and started to punch him in the face, Klink ran over to Mary who was about to pass out.

"MARY!" He yelled as he looked down at her. Mary opened her eyes and went to lift herself up. Klink tried to stop her by pushing her back down, but Mary told him.

"I'm fine, Papa!" She yelled out as she saw her father now on his back and George over him. Klink looked up and was about to go to his love when he saw three arrows hit this madman in the right shoulder. The older man looked over and saw his son standing there with bow in hand. Newkirk ran over to George as he let go of Hogan. Klink watched the two men wrestle until his son grabbed the man putting him in a head lock. George pushed himself and Newkirk upwards to where they were standing again. George's face was starting to turn blue. 'I CAN'T LOSE!' He yelled in his mind. Newkirk was not expecting for the man to elbow him in the ribs several times. Newkirk let go of the madman, then found himself in a head lock.

"You will pay for this Demon, and me killing your lap dog is your punishment!" He screamed at Mary while looking at her.

"You are evil! A demon from hell and I will pierce a blade threw your heart after I kill him. That is the only way to kill EVIL LIKE YOU!"

"Peter." She said her loves name in a low voice. Hogan and Klink went to move to help their friend and son, but George stopped them by saying.

"Don't move I will break his neck!" As he spoke Newkirk dropped to his knees. George moved himself down with the dying young man in his arms. Newkirk looked over at his love with tear filled eyes as once again he felt his lungs crying out for air. Mary looked into his eyes then noticed that her love moved his eyes over to his arrows that were on the floor. Mary looked behind her Vater, and grabbed an arrow.

"You will live for now, but he won't. I killed your heart DEMON! Then your love is next DEVIL!" George yelled out at Mary. He then turned his head toward Hogan, and smiled a wicked smile at him. He didn't see a arrow slide across the floor to the young man in his arms.

"This will teach you a lesson…." George's eyes went wide as the pain hit him in the chest.

Everyone's eyes in the room widen as they now saw an arrow in Newkirk's lower chest, and coming out of George's back.

"PETER!" Mary yelled out as she went to move over to her love, but stopped when he spoke to the now dying man behind him.

"You said that a blade to the heart can send a demon to hell. So George that is what I have done to you, even if I do die along with you." George's eyes grew wide then softened as he let go of the young man. Newkirk pulled the arrow out of himself and the dead man on top of him. George's dead body fell back onto the floor. Mary ran over and grabbed her love as he fell forward. Mary rolled him over, and placed her loves head in her lap. Hogan got up and ran over to his daughter and best friend. Klink moved over to his son and placed his hands on the wound on his son's chest. Hogan placed his hand on the back of his daughter's bleeding head as Mary looked down into her loves dull blue eyes. Tears started to fall down her cheeks as her love coughed up blood.

"Mary…" Newkirk said her name in a low voice. She looked into his dull blue eyes that were still full of love for her, and her only. Mary sob softly as her love talked to her.

"Mary… you have to love again." He told her.

"No… I can't, you are the only one I will ever love." She told him with hot tears flowing from her snowy blue eyes. A tear fell from his eye, as he saw the heartbreak in his loves snowy blue eyes.

"Mary… you have too. I am glad that I got to love someone as wonderful as you. Don't let what all he has said and done get to you. You are wonderful and by far the sweetest woman I have ever met…" Klink squeezed his eyes shut as hot tears fell from them. Hogan laid his head against his daughter's shoulder as her blood trickled between his fingers.

"Peter you can't leave me. I need you now more than ever. You can't leave me…please stay with me please." She begged her love. Newkirk smiled a bloody smile as he told his one and only love.

"Mary… I am dying and I don't want to leave you. You saved me more than once, I…" He took a deep, but short breath in.

"I love you my diamond heart."

"I love you too my gold heart." Her breath caught in her throat as her love let out his breath, and closed his eyes. Mary shook her love to try to wake him.

"No Peter… no please wake up." She begged him. Hogan leaned his head up and whispered in her ear.

"Mary… he's gone."

"NO!" She screamed out as she begged her love to wake up. Hogan looked up and saw Kinch, Carter, Schultz, and Burkhalter standing there watching his daughter beg her love to live again. They had came inside when the fighting had stopped. They all knew at that time if they would have came in then more would be hurt. Hogan heard from outside LeBeau let out a loud sob as he tried to hold his cry in. Every man there let their tears flow as Mary started to beg god, and all the angels in heaven to bring her love back to her. Soon Hogan knew that he had to get his daughter from her love, and his best friend to get her help. Hogan placed his other free hand on her shoulder and told her.

"Mary, Peter is gone. You have to let go of him." Mary looked up and saw her Vater's tears fall from his eyes. He nodded his head at her. She looked back down at her love and asked her father one thing.

"Can I kiss him goodbye?" Hogan held back his sob the best he could.

"Yeah you can." Mary leaned down to where she was a centimeter from her Huntsman's lips. Hogan looked at his hand, and saw his daughter's blood running down his hand to his arm. He looked over when he heard her say in a low sadden loving voice.

"I love you Peter." With that she touched his lips with hers. The kiss she gave him was one of great love. As the kiss broke, Mary sat up quickly and said.

"He's still breathing." Klink narrowed his brows then leaned down to his son's lips. He sat up and looked at Hogan.

"He is. He's still breathing, it's faint but he's still breathing." Hogan turned his head and told Carter.

"Carter go tell Hilda to call a Dr. Laszlo Kreizler NOW!"

"Right." Carter nodded his head then took off running to the Kommandantur. Everyone looked at Mary as she started to speak to her love.

"Don't worry gold heart, you will be alright." She told him then kissed him on the lips once again.

A/N sorry again that this was so late. So much had been going on here, and I was having a hard time with thinking of a good fight between George and our love birds.
