Dreams Coming True

Hogan woke up to see his loves sleeping face. He narrowed his brows, and tried to remember how he had gotten into bed. 'The last thing I remember was listening to Mary read…' With a large smile; Hogan then pieced everything together. 'I must have fallen asleep in the chair last night, and Will had helped me to bed.' His chocolate brown eyes looked at his sleeping love once again. He smiled to himself, and moved to get out of bed. Hogan stood up and looked down. He was still in the clothes that he war all the time. His eyes glanced over to the nightstand, and spotted his hat. With a shrug; he reached over, and grabbed his hat. Hogan looked down at the side of the bed to see his shoes. He reached over and picked them up, and put them on. He looked over toward his love with a smile; when he heard the older man start to wake. Hogan smiled an evil smile, and made his way over to his loves side of the bed. He leaned down close to where his face was only a few inches from the waking man. Baby blue eyes met chocolate ones when they opened. Klink pushed his head back when he realized that his loves brown eyes were a little too close. Hogan chuckled at this as he leaned back up.

"Guten Morgen handsome." Klink smiled at his loves words; than sat up.

"Guten Morgen my crazy fox." Hogan chuckled a little louder this time. Klink rubbed his face with his hand, and looked at his love when he spoke.

"I'm not crazy… just mischievous." He said with a large grin. Klink rolled his eyes at the younger man.

"That is true; you are very mischievous." It was Klink's turn to laugh; when he watched his love roll his eyes at him, and start to pout. The older man leaned over, and kissed the younger on the lips; then added. "But I love you no matter what… my witty fox." Hogan smiled and stole another kiss. As his love got out of bed; he asked him.

"Did you take Mary and Newkirk to bed?" Klink nodded his head as he stood up.

"Ja I did… but I have to tell you this Robert." Hogan stiffened up when his love said this. He had hoped he had already knew all that he had to know about his little girl.

"Tell me what?" He asked somewhat afraid to hear what his love was going to tell him.

"For Newkirk to be still wounded, and in a deep sleep; he can still protect our little girl." He told his love. Hogan looked at his love with a raised brow.

"What do you mean?" He asked him. The oldest man took off his night shirt, and looked at his arm. Hogan looked down at his loves arm, and saw the large bruise. Klink watched his love get up quickly from the bed, and make his way over toward him. The older man could see rage start to build within his loves eyes.

"Who did that to you?" He asked in a strong voice. Klink smiled at the younger man.

"I have to say Robert; that is the cutest thing I have ever seen you do, but it's not what you think. When I went to pick Mary up last night; Peter grabbed me by the arm… In a deep sleep mind you… He was still on guard, and grabbed my arm when I went to pick Mary up. Our son has a vice like grip too… as you can see." Hogan calmed down, and took in what his love had told him.

"Newkirk did that in a deep sleep?" He asked him. Klink nodded his head at the younger.

"Ja he did… Well at least we know; that he can still protect our little girl." He said with a smile. The older Colonel stepped closer to the younger, and raised his hand up to his loves face. Hogan looked into his loves baby blue eyes, and smiled. Klink leaned forward, and kissed the younger Colonel on the lips. When the kiss broke; Hogan smiled wider at what his love said next.

"I have to admit Robert… That I haven't had anyone be willing to kick someone's ass this early in the morning for me." Klink watched a blush come to the younger man's cheeks. Hogan looked away as his cheeks heated up.

"Well I don't want no one to hurt you is all, and I will protect you from anyone that wants to hurt you." Klink smiled wide at this. He stepped a little closer, and whispered to his young love.

"And I will protect you as well my witty fox." Hogan smiled a sheepish smile; then his smile grew larger; when he felt his loves lips on his once again.

Newkirk opened his eyes to his loves long coal black hair barely covering her face. With a large smile; he reached over, and moved her hair away from her face. When he saw that she was still in a deep sleep; Newkirk leaned forward, and kissed her on the forehead. He then slowly moved himself out of bed. He glanced back to make sure that he didn't wake his love. Newkirk moved over to the bathroom, and closed the door. He did what he had to do in the bathroom; then took a quick shower. When he opened the door; he could still see his love asleep. He made his way over to their closet, and took out one of the new outfits that his love had made him. When they were all in the sick bay; Mary had asked him what kind of clothes he would like her to make for him. He had told her whatever she thought would look good on him. Newkirk reached down to pick up the new boots that Mary had made him. Then quietly he walked out of the room with his clothes, and boots in hand.

He walked out of the bedroom, and stopped in the living room to put on his black leather trousers; that had a cotton underlining within the trousers. He smiled to himself when he put on the new black loose under shirt. The next piece of clothing was a dark red shirt that was thicker than the black one that he had on. The thicker shirt had a half raised collar, but was opened around his neck. He smiled to himself as he looked at himself in the half mirror that was near his and his loves bedroom. His hand ran over the black buttons of the outer shirt; once he had buttoned the shirt. Newkirk reached over, and picked up a long dark brown coat that stopped just past his knees. The coat looked like it had been war down, but it was made out of new fabric. He put the coat on, and tugged at the two inch long cuffs near his hands. He fixed the high collar of the coat with a smile. He moved his hands to start to close the coat with the brass buttons, but stopped himself. 'It looks better opened.' He thought to himself. Newkirk made his way to one of the chairs, and sat down. He pulled the long black boots on; that came up to his knees. He smiled to himself when he remembered his love telling him when he was in the sick bay; that she did like how their Vater's boots looked. She then had told him; that she would like to make a pear of boots just like them for herself. Newkirk was happy to hear that his love would be making herself some new clothes. He then told her that he had to admit; that he did like the knee high boots that Klink and the others war. A large smile came to his lips; when he remembered her telling him that she would make him a pear too.

Newkirk looked over toward the bedroom door of the two Colonel's as it opened. Hogan walked out of the room, but stopped in his tracks; when he saw the outfit that his best friend had on. His commanding officer smiled at him, and pointed a finger at the clothes that the young man had on; then at the door that his sleeping daughter was behind. Newkirk smiled and nodded his head at his friend. Hogan smiled and nodded his head back. Klink walked out of the bedroom while looking down at his uniform jacket. As he was buttoning the last button; he ran into his young love. The older man looked at his love who smiled wide at him. Klink went to ask him why he had stopped, but Hogan raised up a hand and pointed a finger in front of him. Klink looked over, and saw the outfit that his son was wearing.

"Peter, you look great in that." He told him. Newkirk blushed a little at this, and told the older man.

"Danke Tad… Mary made this for me when I was in the sick bay." He told him. Klink looked down, and saw the boots that the young man had on.

"Those boots look a lot like mine." He stated. Hogan looked down at them and nodded his head.

"Yeah they do." He stated as well.

"Well Mary and I said that we both like the way your boots looked, and she made me a pear; as well as herself a pear too." Both Colonels looked at the young man with a smile. Newkirk got up from the chair, and walked over to his commanding officer.

"I think that we should talk to the guys about Mary's party, and come up with an idea how to pull it off." Hogan nodded his head.

"Your right. We do need to do that… Is Mary still asleep?" He asked. The young Corporal nodded his head.

"Yeah she is…" The two looked over toward the German Colonel when he spoke up next.

"You two go to the Barracks, and talk to them; while I make breakfast. I think that we should let Mary sleep as long as she wants too this morning." He told them with a smile. Both of the younger men nodded their heads, and walked toward the front door. Klink smiled at the two, and walked toward the kitchen to start cooking their breakfast.

-MN-

"You do know that Mary has made you and Wilhelm a lot of outfits." Newkirk told his best friend as they walked toward the barracks. Hogan looked over and shook his head.

"No, I didn't know that. Why has she not given them to us yet?" He asked him. With a sigh; Newkirk told him.

"She is afraid that the both of you will not like what she has made you. Mary got this idea for my outfit that I have on now; from history. All of the dresses that she has made for herself are from history, but just has a modern twist to them… She just doesn't know if you two will like the clothes or not." He told his friend the truth. Hogan sighed and chuckled.

"Well I will just have to tell her in some way; that I would like whatever she makes me. And we both know that if she gave Will a jacket, or a coat; that would make him look like a badass pirate. He would wear it, because she had made it for him… Plus no matter what Mary makes; it would look amazing on her, or on whoever is wearing it." Newkirk smiled, and couldn't help himself.

"Yeah… and you would be more than happy to take those clothes off of him… matey." Hogan's cheeks grew red after his friend had said this. He looked over at his friend with large eyes, and redden cheeks. When Newkirk saw the look on his friends face; he couldn't help himself; he had to laugh.

"Shut up." Hogan looked away when he felt his cheeks get redder.

Hogan and Newkirk made their way over toward the barracks. Both saw the two guards that had went with ones daughter, and the others love into town only three days ago; standing outside of Barracks 2. Bischof and Habicht smiled and nodded their heads at the two men walking toward them. Hogan pointed a finger at them, and went to ask them why they were at Barracks 2, and not Schultz. Habicht saw the older man go to ask the question, but smiled and said.

"Herr Oberst asked us yesterday; to help Schultz out today." Then the two looked over toward the other German guard when he spoke up next.

"Ja he did. Schultz had asked Herr Oberst; if he could go into town today to find, and order something for Mary for her birthday." Said Bischof. Hogan nodded his head at this. Newkirk looked down at the ground and smiled; then looked up when Habicht spoke to him.

"I knew that she was getting that fabric to make you something." Newkirk smiled at the man's words.

"Well that is my diamond heart; she will go without to make sure everyone else is happy, and well looked after." Both men nodded their heads.

"If you two want to come into the barracks with us; you can. We are going to make a plan on how to do Mary's birthday, and how to pull it off." Hogan looked over toward Newkirk when he said this. Newkirk smiled at him, and opened the door for the two men. Hogan watched his friend open the door for the two German guards. When the two young men were in the building; Hogan went to tell Newkirk that this wasn't a good idea, but stopped when Newkirk added. "We will need their help with pulling all of this off." With that said; Newkirk walked into the small building. Hogan knew that this was true, but he was not sure about the two guards being in the barracks for so long. With a sigh; he walked into the building.

Carter, LeBeau, and Kinch were at the table drinking coffee when they saw the door to the barracks open. They raised a brow when they saw the two young guards walk in. They looked behind the two men to see their friends walk in behind them. Carter's eyes widen at his friend's clothes. He and the other two knew that Mary had made the clothes for their friend, and her love. Newkirk walked over, and grabbed two cups and poured some of the hot coffee into them. He handed a cup to both guards. The young men thanked him, and took a drink of the hot coffee. Hogan walked in, and saw the two young guards standing near Carter. He looked over to his left when Newkirk handed him a cup of coffee. After his commanding officer had took the cup; Newkirk poured himself a cup as well. As Newkirk walked over, and sat down next to LeBeau; Carter spoke up.

"What are you two doing here?" He asked. Kinch watched their commanding officer sit down in his usual seat. They all looked over toward Newkirk when he spoke.

"We all need to talk about how, and what we are going to be doing for Mary's birthday party." He informed them. The three men now knew why the two guards were in the barracks. They all looked over toward Hogan when he said.

"We all have to make this birthday the best one that she will ever have. This is the first birthday that she will get to spend with me, and the people that love her." Kinch nodded his head and said.

"Yeah General Burkhalter told us that this was the first birthday that Mary has ever had…" The young Sergeant looked over toward Hogan when he asked.

"Burkhalter said that? When was he in here?" He asked. Hogan and Newkirk looked over toward LeBeau when he spoke up next.

"He came here the night George had gotten into camp. He told us all what Mary had told him, Klink, and Hochstetter." Hogan was shocked at this news. Newkirk pushed his lips together at this news.

"Burkhalter never said that he was over here; when he came over to the sick bay to see me. It was on the day I was able to go back to the house. He and I talked about what he was getting Mary for her birthday." Hogan and his three friends looked at their friend with shocked faces.

"What's he getting Mary?" Asked Carter. Newkirk smiled and told his young friend.

"He is getting her horses."

"Horses?!" Asked Bischof. Newkirk looked up at him, and nodded his head.

"Yeah, he is getting her four horses. He told me that he had asked her what she had always wanted, and she told him that she would love to have horses. She told him that she would love to ride one threw the meadows in the early mornings. Then when Mary had found out that Tad… Klink was a master horseman and that he had won many trophies, and awards for competing in many Eventing." Hogan looked to the side. 'Why has Will not told me about this?' He asked himself. Carter raised a brow and asked.

"What is Eventing?" He asked. Newkirk smiled and told him.

"It's where a rider; like Klink would go out with his horse, and do different things.. Like seeing how well he and the horse got along, and how well they would work together. That is called dressage; then there is cross-country. That is where they do an obstacle course; where both rider and horse would have to trust each other, and be able to work together. Then the last one would be showjumping; where rider and the horse jump over fences, or logs. Both the rider and the horse get judged on different things. An Eventing; is usually in a three day timeframe." Newkirk smiled wide when he saw all the men looking at him with shocked eyes, and opened mouths. He chuckled then added. "A friend back home; had a daughter who did Eventing." Hogan closed his mouth; then looked over at LeBeau when he spoke up next.

"But what does Klink have to do with Petite Soeur birthday present?" He asked the Englishman. Newkirk looked over and told his small friend.

"Well Burkhalter told me that Mary would love a horse, but when she had found out that Klink could ride; is when she said that she would love for him to be able to go riding again… as well as myself and Colonel Hogan." Hogan's eyes widen at this news. They all looked over toward him when he spoke up kind of loudly.

"I don't know how to ride a horse!" Newkirk chuckled at his friends reaction.

"Don't worry, I can teach you, or Klink can… It's not that hard to learn really." Hogan closed his eyes, and sighed.

"So… Herr General Burkhalter is getting Unser kleiner Heiliger a horse?... Is he getting just one or… more?" Asked Bischof. Habicht looked over toward his friend with a raised brow.

"Well he did say that all of them would go riding; so there will be four…. Wait why do you care how many she gets?" He stated and asked his friend. Bischof looked over and told him why.

"Because I would like to know how many we will be looking after… You know that we will be the ones that have to look after the horses…"

"Yes I say that you will be." Bischof narrowed his eyes at his friend. Habicht smiled and added. "You were the one that grew up on a farm; not me… so you know what to do." Bischof turned his body more toward his friend.

"Just because I grew up on a farm that had horses; doesn't mean I know how to take care of them!" He stated. The five men watched the two guards go back and forth with their argument. Carter leaned over and asked Hogan on what Bischof had called Mary.

"What did he call Mary?" Hogan leaned over and said with a smile.

"Our little saint." Carter smiled as did the others. They looked at the two men as they went on with their argument.

"How can you not know how to take care of a horse?" Then Habicht smiled a large smile, and added. "Are you scared of them?" Bischof narrowed his eyes, and raised up his hand to point a finger at his friend.

"They are big, and they are dangerous at both ends… and crafty in the middle." Newkirk couldn't help himself he had to laugh.

"What?" He asked still laughing. Both guard's eyes widen at the sound of his voice. They turned their heads, and looked at the five men that were looking at them.

"Oh… kind of forgot that all of you were here." Bischof said with a sheepish smile. Newkirk shook his head at him. 'Well that confirms what I had thought earlier about these two.' He thought to himself.

"I don't think you have to worry about who will take care of them. I will tell Burkhalter that I will take care of them." The guard smiled at what the Englishmen had said.

"Danke." Newkirk shook his head, and looked at Kinch when he spoke up now.

"So what are we going to do for Mary's party?.. I mean are we all going to do the usual, or no?" He asked. They all looked over toward Carter when he spoke up next.

"I think that we should go all out." He said with a large smile on his face.

"What do you mean?" Asked LeBeau.

"I think that we should have some balloons, and flowers; all in different colors… like pink; you know because she's a girl and all…"

"No pink." Said Newkirk. All the men looked over toward him with raised brows.

"Why not pink?" Asked Carter.

"Mary can't look at pale pink, or light pink." He could still see the looks that he was getting from all the men. With a sigh; he told them why.

"The pink coat that Mary had on when George got into camp… The coat had hers, mine, and your blood on it." Newkirk pointed his finger at Hogan. Hogan sighed and looked down at the table. He didn't look up when Habicht spoke.

"When I was with her in the fabric store, and the owner asked her if she wanted some of the light pink colored lace; she had quickly told her no… I guess that Unser kleiner Heiliger will never be able to look at pink without remembering that day." As he spoke; Habicht looked down into his coffee. He glanced up when Newkirk added.

"No, Mary will never be able to look at the color pink again. She told me that Kreizler had told her to make the same coat that she had on that day, but in a different color. She is making one now, but it is a light blue color." None of the men spoke for awhile. They all knew that at one point Mary would have a bad flashback on that day, and none of them would know how to help her. It was Kinch who broke the silence of the room.

"Well what do you think we should do? I don't want to do something that will send sis into a bad flashback." He asked the Englishman. Newkirk looked down at the table, and pushed his lips to the side. He thought back on what he and Mary had talked about in the past. He smiled a wide smile that was seen by all in the room. He looked over when he heard Hogan's voice.

"I take it you have an idea?" He asked with a smile. Newkirk nodded his head, and told them what he and Mary had talked about not too long ago.

"When I was trying to find out what design to do Mary's ring. She had told me that when she was little; she would sit, and watch the snowflakes fall on the window seal in her room. So why don't we give her a winter birthday. We can make paper snowflakes, and hang them from the ceiling. We can drape white cloth over tables, and chairs. Habicht and Bischof can go out of the camp, and get some branches, or some small trees. We can paint the trees white, and hang some of the snowflakes on them…" Habicht and Bischof nodded their heads when Newkirk had pointed at them while he was talking.

"That's a lot of white." Stated Carter. Newkirk closed one eye, and thought on what other colors they could have as well.

"Well how about a very light teal, and a light purple here and there." They looked over when Bischof spoke up with an idea.

"There is a florist in town, and I'm sure that we can get some flowers in those colors from there." Newkirk snapped his fingers and pointed at him.

"That's a good idea…"

"How will you two get the flowers? Both of you will be with me and Mary on her birthday." Said Hogan. Habicht raised a brow at this; then looked over when Bischof stated.

"We will be, but Schultz can take a truck and pick up the flowers." All the men nodded their heads; then looked over toward Habicht when he asked.

"I thought that you were going with her?" He pointed at Newkirk.

"No, I will be here making Mary's dress for when I ask her to marry me later on that day…" He looked over when he heard Carter yell out.

"YOUR GOING TO ASK HER TO WHAT?!" He loudly asked. It was then that both Hogan and Newkirk had forgot to tell the others what Newkirk was planning. The English Corporal smiled wide at his friend and said.

"Yes… I am going to ask Mary to marry me on her birthday. I drew out what her ring will look like, and gave it to Hochstetter to get it made…"

"You gave it to him?... And he is going to do this for you?" Asked Habicht. Newkirk nodded his head.

"Yeah I did; he said that I could pay him back later on…"

"How?" Asked Kinch a little worried. Once again Newkirk shook his head and replied.

"I don't know. He said that he would think of someway for me to pay him back later on." It was Carter who brought back the subject of what they were talking about.

"What does her ring look like?" He asked his friend. Hogan smiled at this, and remembered what the ring looked like on the paper.

"Well the metal is rose gold, and the flower is a Tudor Rose; like the one that Mary had put on my birthday cake. The outer rose is solid yellow gold, and the inner rose is rose gold with diamonds. Then in the middle of the inner rose is a white opal stone… Mary said that she liked opal; so I wanted to put it in the design."

"So how are you going to ask her? I think that you should ask her in a big way; you know make it special." LeBeau asked and stated. Newkirk smiled a loving smile and told his small friend.

"I have that covered." All of the men smiled at him. They all started to talk more on how they were going to make Mary's first birthday; a day to never forget.

Mary opened her eyes to see that she was in bed. She narrowed her brows and sat up. 'Did Peter bring me to bed? If so I will kick his ass if he did. I am too heavy for him to lift right now.' She thought to herself. Mary moved and got out of bed. She took off her dress that she was still wearing, and laid it in a chair to be washed later on. She went into the closet, and pulled out a dark green shirt; that she had modeled after her father's, and the dark brown pants. She put on the pants, and the dark chocolate brown boots; that were sitting near the dresser in the room. Mary reached over to the dresser, and pulled out a dark green undershirt; that had small strips for the sleeves. Once on; Mary put on the button down dark green shirt. She smiled to herself when she rolled up the sleeves to just below her elbows. Her boots clicked as she walked across the wooden floor. She walked to the small table that was in the room, and glanced over the rings that her new Uncle had bought her. She picked up a beautiful long knuckle ring; that had a dark jade stone. She placed it on her middle finger on her right hand. Mary then reached for a small brown ribbon that was on the table, and pulled the front of her hair back. Once her hair was back; Mary walked over to the bathroom, and looked inside. She narrowed her brows when she didn't see her love in the room. 'I thought that I had heard Peter in the bathroom before I woke up.' Wondering what time it was; Mary walked out of the bathroom, and looked at the clock that was on the nightstand. Her eyes widen at the time. 'It's eight in the morning!' She thought to herself. She quickly turned, and ran out of the bedroom to the kitchen where she found her Vater cooking breakfast.

"Vater, I am so sorry that I didn't get up early enough to cook breakfast. Here I will do the rest." She told him, and walked over to take a plate out of his hand. Klink smiled at her, and raised the plate up to where she couldn't reach it. Mary looked at him and raised a brow.

"My sweet Snow, you don't always have to cook breakfast, and besides; we were going to let you sleep as long as you wanted too this morning." He told her. Mary frowned at this and lowered her arm.

"But I am suppose to get up and cook for all of you." She told him. Klink raised a brow at her words.

"What?" He asked lowering his arm, and sat the plate down on the counter. He watched as nonblood daughter sigh, and lower her head.

"I am the woman, and that is my place to cook for the men." With a sigh, and a frown; Klink moved over to her, and hugged the young woman who he saw and called his daughter.

"My sweet Snow, just because you are a woman; doesn't mean that you have to cook for us. We can cook our own food, and there will be times that all of us will want to cook for you. Peter will want to cook for you, and do things for you; like clean, or wash clothes for you…"

"But a man is not suppose to do those things." She told him leaning back in the hug. Her eyes watched her Vater smile a loving smile.

"Mary, the men here cook, clean, and do their own clothes. I do that myself. It is always a good thing for a man to be able to do what a woman can do… And I also think that it is a good idea for a woman to be able to do some of what a man can do. Not all, but some; just to where she doesn't get hurt, or killed… Mary my little snowflake you have lived a life of hell, and we all want to show you that not everyone is like that, and besides…" He smiled a large smile at her. "We all like doing things for you. It makes all of us happy when we help you." Mary smiled at hearing her Vater's words.

"Alright, but I will be cooking supper tonight, and making those cakes too." Klink nodded his head then said.

"That sounds good to me." He smiled and leaned down, and kissed Mary on the forehead. Mary smiled wide as the older man moved out of her arms. She walked over to the table, and sat down in one of the chairs. Her eyes watched the older man move around the kitchen. Mary raised a brow, and looked around the room.

"Where is Papa, and Peter?" She asked him. Without turning around; Klink told her.

"They went to the barracks to talk to your brothers about a mission." He lied to her.

"Oh okay, but Peter is not going on it though. He is still too hurt to go out." Klink smiled at her words.

"Your right. He's still too injured to be out and about… I will be calling Burkhalter later on to tell him to bring his wife and sister over to the camp today. Hilda and Regina will be here soon, and we should be done with the paperwork at noon, or a little past it." As he spoke; Klink walked over to the table, and sat down a cup in front of his daughter. Mary smiled as he poured her a cup of tea.

"Danke Vater, and I am sure that they will all love the dresses Peter made. I know that uncle and Levi liked them." Klink turned around, and looked at her with a raised brow.

"Hochstetter said that he liked the dresses?" He asked. Mary nodded her head at him.

"Ja he did, and Ritter… Levi also liked them too. They are very beautiful, and Peter did make sure to tell me, and to remind me; that all of the dresses are in my size." She said with a giggle. Klink smiled and chuckled at this.

"Oh I say he will remind you many times." Mary watched her Vater narrow his brows and look to the side.

"Vater?" She asked. Klink looked back at her and told her what had came to his mind.

"Maybe you should wear one of them; when the ladies come to look at the dresses." Mary smiled wide at this.

"Oh Vater that is a wunderbar idea." She told him with a smile. Klink smiled at her then went back to cooking.

Hilda walked down the stairs of hers, and her mother's home. She had heard some noises during the night, and wanted to know if her mother had heard them as well. Hilda walked into the living room, and saw her mother sitting on the sofa reading a book. Hilda raised a brow at what her mother was wearing. Regina was wearing a dark ruby red dress with black poke a dots. She also had on a half jacket to match the dress. The dress had a small black belt that went around her waist. Hilda's eyes moved from her mother's dress to her hair. Regina had her hair down, but was curled. The jewelry that her mother had on was a black choker necklace; with a simple pear of diamond earrings. With a shake of her head; Hilda spoke to her mother.

"Guten Morgen Mutter." Regina looked up from her book, and smiled at her daughter.

"Guten Morgen sweetheart." She said as she sat down her book.

"Did you hear that noise last night? It sounded like someone beating something." Regina shook her head and replied.

"No… I slept like the dead last night." Regina stood up, and walked over to her bag that was by the door. As she picked up her bag; Hilda asked.

"Mutter?... Were you flirting with Sergeant Kinch yesterday?" Regina smiled at her daughter.

"Now Hilda, what makes you think that I was?" She asked her with a smile. Hilda walked over toward her mother with her own bag in hand.

"I don't know, maybe the fact that you were acting oddly around him." She stated. Hilda watched a large smile come to her mother's lips. Hilda's eyes widen at the sight of the smile.

"You were flirting with him!" Regina turned and opened the door, and walked out of their home. Hilda quickly followed her.

"Mutter, that is looked down on; I mean I don't care who you love, but some will not like it. You, or him could be killed for it." Regina stopped and turned toward her daughter.

"Hilda honey, I have been alone for a long time, and I want my chance at happiness. I don't care what others say or think. Besides James seems to be a nice man, and I want to get to know him. I have to admit sweetheart… when I saw him… my heart jumped in my throat, and I couldn't breathe. Then when James was standing that close to me… my heart raced, and he felt the same way." Hilda raised a brow at this.

"How do you know?" She asked her. Her mother smiled wide and said.

"He wrote me a note that was wrapped around the chocolate bar. He said that he was glad to meet me, and would like to see me more often… And he said that I looked amazing in the green dress." With that said; Regina walked toward their car. Hilda smiled and looked down at the ground. As she walked near the car; Hilda looked up. With widen eyes; she asked.

"What happened to the car?" Regina looked at the car as she fixed her glove.

"I don't know… I say it was some kids acting out." Hilda looked over toward her mother; then at the car again. The car had been beaten badly. The back window was broken, and the doors in the back had been smashed in. She glanced over, and saw her mother get into the car.

"Mutter, I don't think that the car is…" The car came to life as Hilda spoke. "Drivable." She added with a sigh.

"Come dear or we will be late." In the car Regina smiled as her daughter closed her eyes, and walked over to the car. Once her daughter was in the car; Regina drove the beaten up car toward the camp. As she drove; Regina's smile grew bigger.

Hogan and Newkirk walked into the house. Newkirk looked over to see his love walking out of the kitchen. Mary looked up and saw her love smiling at her. Mary sat the tea pot that was in her hands; down on the table. Newkirk walked over to her, and kissed her on the lips. Hogan smiled at the two in front of him. He looked at his daughter's outfit, and knew that she had modeled it after his in away. His eyes looked over when his love walked over toward him, and kissed him on the lips. Hogan smiled and kissed his love back. Klink broke the kiss and asked.

"Did all of you talk about the mission?" He asked him. Hogan raised a brow, and knew that his love had told their daughter that; so that she would not know why they were really gone.

"Yes we did, and no Newkirk is not going Snow." Hogan told his daughter this before she could ask. Mary smiled and nodded her head.

"Good because you are still too hurt to run out, and blow up anything." Newkirk laughed at his loves words. As the two older men watched their daughter, and son walk into the kitchen to get the rest of their breakfast ready; Klink said.

"You will have to tell me about it later on in my office." Hogan nodded his head, and they walked over toward the table. As they sat down; Klink told his love what he had done last night.

"Oh and by the way; I called Kreizler last night, and he is bringing the books over." Hogan looked at his love with a raised brow.

"Oh you called him last night… Are you just telling me that, or did you really call him?" He asked him. Klink smiled at him.

"Would I lie to you?"

"Yes." Klink smiled, and shook his head as he remembered both of them saying something like this before.

"Not about this my witty fox. I did call him, and Kreizler did say that he would bring over the books later on. I don't know when, but I will call him after I call Burkhalter, and ask him to bring over his wife and his…"

"His sister." Hogan finished his loves words with a smile. Klink frowned, and told his love something that may happen.

"Robert… Gertrude may try to flirt with me while she is here… I don't want you to get upset over it. I will not flirt back; just be nice to her like I always am." Hogan nodded his head at his loves words.

"I know, and I will not turn green over it. Hochstetter is right; we do have to hide our love a lot better." Klink nodded his head in agreement. They both looked over as Mary and Newkirk walked into the living room with their breakfast. Mary smiled at her father.

"Good morning Papa." Hogan smiled at his daughter, and replied.

"Good morning Snow." His daughter smiled at him; as she sat down the plates that were in her hands. As they all started to eat; Klink told Newkirk what he was going to do later on today.

"Son, I will call Burkhalter later on today to ask him to bring over Berta, and Gertrude to look at the dresses." Newkirk sighed and nodded his head. The two men, and the young woman saw this.

"Peter what is it?" Asked Mary. Newkirk took a drink of his tea, and glanced over toward his love. As he sat the teacup down; he spoke.

"You seeing the dresses and loving them are one thing, but… what if they don't like them?" He asked showing his nerves. Mary smiled and reinsured him.

"My handsome Huntsman, they will love the dresses. Uncle and Levi both loved them, and they are very beautiful… If you want I can call Aylee at the fabric store in town, and she can come over to look at them too. She will be able to tell you what all of us have been telling you…" Newkirk raised a brow and went to ask, but his love added with a loving smile. "That you are amazing at what you make, and that you have a great future of being a designer." Newkirk smiled and nodded his head.

"I would like for your friend to come out here, and I know that she will love to see what both of us have made with the fabric that you had bought from her." Mary smiled and told him.

"Well after breakfast I will call her… If that is alright with you Vater?" Mary looked over toward Klink who nodded his head.

"Ja that is alright with me." He told her then took a bite of his breakfast.

"Good, I will call her while… whoever is doing the dishes." She said with a giggle. The three men looked at each other. Klink and Newkirk quickly pointed a finger at Hogan. Hogan sighed; while Mary laughed.

"Fräulein Kaspar what happened to your car?!" Asked Schultz when he opened the car door for Regina. When Regina had pulled the car up to the Kommandantur; she had smiled at the look on Schultz's face.

"I don't really know. I say some children acting out did this. Hilda heard noises last night, but I didn't hear anything.. I was dead to the world." She said with a smile.

"Well I will have some of the prisoners take your car to the motor pool, and work on it right away." The fat Sergeant told her with a smile. Regina smiled, and replied.

"Yes please… I'm sure that Sergeant Kinch wouldn't mind fixing it. Would you be a dear, and go get him; so that I can ask him?" Hilda raised a brow at her mother; then rolled her eyes. Hilda walked up the steps of the Kommandantur while Schultz went to get Kinch. When the German Sergeant went into the barracks; Regina turned and looked at herself in the car window. She fixed her hair, and looked up to see the door to the barracks open again. She smiled as both Sergeants walked toward her. Kinch looked at the car with widen eyes. He stopped in front of the car; then looked over toward Regina. Regina smiled at him; as she took two steps closer toward him.

"James could you please fix my car for me? I will pay you for it…" Schultz stepped closer to the two, and informed Regina.

"Prisoners are not allowed to take money." He told her. Regina smiled, and said without looking away from the young American Sergeant's eyes.

"Who said I was going to pay him with money. I was going to pay him by fixing him dinner in the VIP Quarters." Kinch smiled to where he showed his teeth. When Regina saw him do this; she did the same.

"I don't know if the Kommandant will…" Schultz started to speak again, but heard someone yell out.

"What the hell happened to the car?!" Schultz looked up when he heard Hogan's voice. He saw both Colonel's walking toward them.

"I don't know; Fräulein Kaspar said that some naughty children did this." Said the fat man. Hogan looked at the car then up at his friend. He raised a brow when he saw that his friend was in an eye lock with the woman that was in front of him. Hogan smiled; then looked over toward Schultz when he spoke again.

"Herr Kommandant; Fräulein Kaspar said that she would pay Sergeant Kinch back; by making him dinner in the VIP Quarters. I don't know if she can do that or not." He stated. Klink looked toward the young woman to tell her that she couldn't, but saw the two beside him in an eye lock. Klink smiled; then replied.

"That will be alright Schultz." This caught the older Sergeant off guard.

"Thank you Kommandant, and I will get started on your car right now." Said Kinch. Regina smiled, and felt her cheeks heat up. Kinch smiled when he saw the slightly older woman's cheeks turn red. He stepped closer toward her, and held out his hand.

"I will go ahead, and take the keys. If you want to come out to the motor pool, and check on the car later on; that will be alright. That way; you can make sure that I am working on your car, and not just standing around." He told her. Regina placed the keys in his hand, and felt her heart race when her flesh touched his.

"I will do that… and I might have to stand out there to make sure that you do work on it, and not stand around and talk for hours." She told him with a wink. Kinch smiled, and took the keys. The American Sergeant got into the car; as Regina turned around, and walked up the steps of the small building. As Kinch drove the car toward the motor pool; Hogan looked over toward his love and said.

"I think those two are in love." He said with a smile. Klink smiled and nodded his head.

"I think you are right." Hogan smiled at his love; then walked toward the barracks. Klink watched his love walk away; then he turned, and walked up the steps. He made his way into his office. There was not that much paperwork left to do, and he was very happy about that. As Klink sat down; he looked up to see that Schultz had followed him. With a sigh he asked.

"What is it Schultz?… Wait, I thought that you were in town trying to find Mary something for her birthday?" Schultz stepped closer toward his commanding officers desk, and replied.

"I was Herr Kommandant, and that is why I am here. I wanted to ask you if I can get Lady Mary a pet? Now I know that prisoners are not allowed to have pets, but I don't know if Lady Mary is a prisoner or not." Klink went to speak; then looked to the side.

"You know Schultz… I don't know the answer to that question… That is a good question." Said Klink as he reached over for the phone. He picked up the handset, and called the only man that he hoped would know the answer to this question.

"General Burkhalter, I have a question that Schultz had asked me." On the other end of the line Burkhalter leaned back in his chair, and waited for the question that was probably going to raise his blood pressure.

"What is it Klink?" He asked.

"Is Mary a prisoner of war, or no… I mean she was brought here for her protection and she is not a spy; so is she?" He asked. This made Burkhalter raise a brow.

"You know Klink; I don't know… I don't think she is, because like you said; Lady Mary was brought here for her protection. And we all know that Mary couldn't be a spy; so I don't think she is… Why?" He asked. Klink leaned back in his chair, and told the older man.

"Well Schultz wants to get her a pet for her birthday, and he came to my office to ask me. But even if Mary is not a prisoner; I didn't know if she could have a pet while she was in the camp, or not." Over the other end of the phone; Burkhalter smiled and nodded his head.

"What kind of pet was the Sergeant wanting to get her?" Asked the German General. Klink looked over, and asked the man who was standing in front of his desk.

"What kind of pet Schultz?" The older man smiled wide, and replied.

"A cute little puppy dog. It is a small breed, and will not get too big… It is a Dapple Dachshund." He said with a large smile. Klink couldn't help but smile wide, and chuckle.

"What are you laughing at Klink?" Asked the voice over the phoneline.

"Sorry Herr General. Schultz wants to get Mary a Dapple Dachshund." With Burkhalter; the older man smiled at hearing this.

"Very well he may get it for her. Of course I will be getting Meine Enkelin four horses." Klink's eyes widen at this.

"You are getting Mary four horses?"

"Yes Klink; is that a problem?" He asked in a strong voice; that used to scare the slightly younger man. Klink turned his lips to the side; while narrowing his brows. He moved his lips back in place, and told the older man the truth.

"A little bit yes, but not a big problem. The horses will have to have a barn, and lots of food. I would need you to order a lot of lumber for the barn to be built. And I hate to say this, but I will need a little bit more money just for their food as well. Horses can eat a lot of food, and need a lot of things for their care. They can eat the grass outside of the camp, but they will also need hay as well. I can buy the rest of what they will need, but the lumber and the food I will need help with." He told the older man. Burkhalter at first didn't like what was being said, but stopped and thought. 'Klink knows what he is talking about. He was a champion horseman at one point.'

"Very well I will order the lumber… I will order double the lumber, just in case Mary would want something in the future." He told the German Colonel with a smile. Klink smiled at hearing this.

"That does sound like a good idea Herr General… Oh and since I have you on the phone; would you like to bring your wife, and sister out to the camp? Newkirk has finished the dresses, and will be showing them to Hilda and her mutter Regina. He is nervous about showing them the dresses. This would be the first step of him becoming a designer." Burkhalter nodded an unseen nod; then replied.

"Very well, I will tell them; then we will be over around dinner time." Klink rolled his eyes at what the General had said. 'Of course he will be bringing them around dinner time. Mostly because he knows that Mary will be cooking… No wonder the man is fat.' He thought to himself.

"Very well Herr General we will see you then." Klink hung up the phone, and looked at Schultz who was still waiting to know if he could get Mary her gift.

"Well Herr Kommandant.. can I get Lady Mary the little puppy, or not?" He asked. Klink smiled and nodded his head. The fat Sergeant smiled wide; then quickly walked out of the office. Klink shook his head; as he leaned back in his chair. He smiled wide at that the thought of his daughter getting to ride horses, and that he would get the chance to go riding again. His happy thoughts were interrupted when the door to his office opened again, and Hilda walked in with a arm full of folders. The young woman smiled when she heard the older man sigh.

Hogan was sitting in his office. He had a pencil in his hand, and was staring down at the blank pages of the book. He looked up at the wall, and thought on what he should write about. Nothing came to his mind. With a loud sigh; Hogan dropped the pencil on the table, and placed his head into his right hand. 'I don't know what to write about.' He told himself. 'Well you could write about Mary.' Said his inner voice. 'No, I'm sure that Mary wouldn't want people to know what all had happened to her in the past.' He told the voice.

Hogan sighed again, and got up from his desk. He walked out of the barracks, and over to his loves office. The young Colonel opened the door, and saw the woman that was Hilda's mother standing at the desk. She looked up at him and smiled. Hogan smiled at her, and went into his loves office. Hilda walked out of her bosses office, and shut the door behind her; when Hogan had walked into the older man's office. Hogan had smiled; then looked at his love who was looking at him. Klink raised a brow, and watched his love walk over to a chair that was beside his desk.

"And what are you doing in here? I thought that you were going to write?" He asked him. The younger man sighed heavily, and replied.

"You had told me to come to your office, and tell you about the ideas we had for Mary's party… And plus I don't know what to write about." The younger Colonel told the older man the ideas for their daughter's party. Klink smiled at the ideas. He knew that Mary would love everything; that everyone had came up with. He then looked at his love when he spoke again.

"I was going to write about Mary, but I don't think she would want people to know what all she has been threw." He told him the truth. Klink smiled, and leaned over to take his love by the arm. He pulled the younger man's arm slightly; to make him stand up, and move into his lap. Hogan smiled a loving smile as he laid his head against the older man's forehead.

"Well you can write about her, but not write about her." The older man smiled, and chuckled; when his love leaned up to look at him with narrowed brows.

"Do what?" He asked.

"Have her in mind, but write about our little Snow in a new light. Kind of like a modern day Snow White. She doesn't have to be a princess in the book, or a queen. Write about how she found her father, her love, and others in her family." He told him with a loving smile. Hogan smiled, and nodded his head.

"That's a good idea, but how would I start it?" He asked. Klink shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't know; I'm not the writer." Hogan went to say something, but was cut off by the phone ringing on Klink's desk. Hogan jumped a little when his love smacked him on his backside; making him get up. The younger man moved off of the older man's lap. Hogan eyed his love with lustful eyes. Klink's smile widen as he reached over to grabbed the phone.

"Stalag 13, Kommandant Klink speaking… Oh hallo Laszlo… Oh okay I will see you this Sunday." Klink went to hang up the phone, but stopped and added. "Oh Laszlo could you tell Robert that I did call you last night." Klink handed the phone over to his love. Hogan took the handset, and spoke.

"Did he really call you last night?" He asked. Over the line he heard.

"Yes he did, and woke me up too. I will be bringing the books over this coming Sunday. And while I am there; I would like to talk to you, Mary, and as well as Newkirk to make sure that all of you are doing well." He told him.

"Alright that sounds good to me." Said Hogan. The younger man handed the handset back to the older man who took it, and said goodbye to his old friend. After Klink hung the phone up; he looked over to see his love looking at him with narrowed eyes.

"What?" He asked him.

"I have to say that I did like you smacking me just now." Klink's smile widen even more; as he stood up to be eye to eye with his love.

"Well I will have to remember that for later." Hogan grinned widely at his loves words.

Mary had called her new friend Aylee, and had asked her to come over to the camp. Aylee was very happy to come to the camp to look at the dresses, and other outfits that both Mary and her love had made. Mary had told Newkirk that her friend would be there an hour before dinner. Newkirk had smiled, but Mary could see that her love was still nervous. She had told him that the dresses would be a hit with the women, and not to worry about it. Newkirk had told her that he was going to look over the dresses while she made lunch for everyone. She had smiled, and kissed him; then left to go to the Mess Hall to make lunch for everyone.

Mary had walked over to the guards near the gates. She handed them their lunch, and told them that her friend would be coming to the camp an hour before dinner. The guards smiled and thanked her for their food. They told her that one of them would come, and get her; when her friend was here. Mary thanked them, and walked around the camp handing out the food that she had made for the guards. She walked over to Kingston, and told him to tell the other POWs; that their lunch was in the Mess Hall waiting for them. She laughed when all the men around her, and Kingston had taken off running toward the Mess Hall. Mary now made her way over toward the Kommandantur. She opened the door, and saw both women at the desk sitting down. They looked over toward her, and smiled.

"I brought lunch; I hope that all of you are hungry." She said with a smile.

"Oh we are. We just finished all of the paperwork." Said Regina. Mary smiled, and gave the women their food; which was Chicken Marengo. Both women smiled wide at the smell of the food.

"Oh Mary this smells wonderful." Hilda said as she took a bite of the food.

"I hope all of you like it. I made some to give to the guards, and they all said that it is very good." She told them.

"Oh this is very good Mary." Mary looked over toward Regina; when she spoke. Mary smiled, and looked toward her Vater's office.

"Is Vater in?" She asked them. Hilda nodded her head, and Mary walked into the office. Mary walked threw the door, and saw her Vater laid back in his chair with his eyes closed. Mary moved quickly over to his side, and said his name quickly.

"Vater are you alright?" She asked him. Klink opened an eye, and looked at her. He smiled at her as he opened the other eye. He sat up in his chair, and told his scared daughter.

"Ja Sweet Snow, I am alright. I was just relaxing is all." He told her with a smile. Mary smiled as the worry left her eyes.

"I brought you lunch." She told him, and sat down her basket on his desk. Klink smiled, and looked into the basket. Mary handed her Vater his plate with a smile.

"This smells wonderful." He told her. Mary smiled at him. Klink took a bite of the food, and hummed at the taste; then added.

"This is very good. You should give some to LeBeau. He will love it." He told her. Mary smiled, and nodded her head.

"I am going to give my brother's their lunches now. Do you know where they are?" She asked him. Klink took a bite of his food, and told her.

"I think that they are helping Kinch fix Regina's car in the motor pool." Mary smiled and nodded her head.

"I will go and give them their lunches now." She said and turned to walk out of the office, but stopped when the older man spoke.

"I think your father is in his office in the barracks. Oh and I did call Burkhalter, and he, his wife, and his sister will be here around dinner time." He told her. Mary smiled wide at her Vater's words.

"I will tell Peter after I give Papa, and my brothers their lunches." With that said; Mary smiled, and walked out of her Vater's office to give her father his lunch. Mary walked into the barracks, and smiled at the men; then made her way to her father's office. She looked in to see that her father was not there. Mary turned around when one of the POWs spoke to her.

"Your father went to the house. He said that he was going to look threw the files that the Major had gave him." Mary smiled at the man.

"Thank you, I will give him his lunch after I give my brothers theirs." Mary went to walk out, but stopped and looked at the man.

"You should go to the Mess Hall, and eat before the food is all gone." She told him with a smile. The man smiled at her, and nodded his head.

"I have ate already. I just got back from the Mess Hall." He told her. Mary smiled and turned toward him.

"I hope that you liked what I had made for all of you…." Mary stopped, and waited for the man to tell her his name.

"John Riggs, and it was very good." Mary smiled at him.

"Well I am glad that you liked your lunch. I told the cooks what to make all of you for supper too." She told him.

"Oh really? What did you tell them to make?" He asked her.

"Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, and some vegetables too." She told him with a large smile.

"Well, I will have to make sure that I am the first one in line for dinner." He told her with also a large smile. Mary nodded her head, and walked out of the barracks. She made her way over to the motor pool, and into the tall building. She smiled to herself as she watched her brother's work on Regina's car. Her eyes then looked at the car and widen.

"What happened to Regina's car?" She asked making Carter jump who she was standing behind.

"Holy shit!" He yelled out as he turned, and fell back onto his backside. Mary laughed lightly, and walked over to him. She knelt down, and placed a hand on his arm.

"Oh Andrew I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." She told him. Carter placed his hand on his chest and breathed in.

"It's okay sissy." He said with a smile now. Mary stood up, and looked at the car again.

"What happened?"

"Regina said that a group of kids beat up the car." Said Kinch as he walked around the car. Mary raised a brow, and looked at one of the doors that was off of the car. Her eyes then looked back at the back of the car floor, and saw a tire iron. She smiled wide and told her brothers.

"Or she beat her car up herself." LeBeau raised a brow along with Carter and Kinch.

"What do you mean she beat up her own car?" Asked Carter.

"Oui what do you mean?" Asked LeBeau. Mary took a step closer to the beat up car, and leaned down. With her free hand; Mary picked up the tire iron.

"See the tire iron has black paint on it… and I say that the car was locked. Did Regina say if the car was unlocked when she got in, or no?" She asked. Kinch looked away and thought back.

"No she didn't say that the car was unlocked or not…"

"Well if someone beat her car up; then why would they use the tire iron in the back of a locked car?... Then put it back after they were done?" She asked. Kinch smiled and looked down at the ground.

"But why would she beat her own car up?" Asked LeBeau. Mary looked at Kinch and smiled.

"I don't know… maybe she was upset about something, or…" Two of the men raised a brow. "Or she wanted someone to fix her car; so that she could talk to them?" She asked as she leaned down, and turned her head to catch Kinch's eyes; that were looking down at the ground. Kinch smiled and told them.

"I did write her a note yesterday; saying that if she wanted to talk to me; that I would be in the motor pool." He smiled a sheepish smile that could be seen by the other three.

"You wrote her a note?... When?" Asked LeBeau.

"Yesterday… I wrapped the note around the chocolate bar that I put in your basket." He admitted to Mary. Mary smiled at him, and handed him the tire iron.

"Well then I should give all of you your lunches; so that you can go back to fixing Regina's car, and later you can come to the house for supper. Regina, Hilda, and General Burkhalter along with his wife, and sister will be there to look at the dresses that Peter made yesterday." She told them.

"He finished the dresses?" Asked Carter. Mary nodded her head as she took out their plates.

"Yes he did, and he is very nervous about everyone looking at them. I had called my new friend Aylee to come, and look at the dresses. She was the woman that I bought the fabric from here in camp, and in town." She informed them. Carter smiled, and replied.

"I'm sure that the dresses will be amazing. Newkirk is very good at making clothes; just like you." Mary smiled at him, and looked over toward Kinch when he spoke up next.

"That's a nice outfit. It looks like a mix of Colonel's Hogan and Klink's." Mary nodded her head.

"Yes, I wanted to combine Papa's and Vater's uniforms. I am working on one that is kind of like uncle's." She said with a smile.

"You really like Hochstetter don't you?" Asked Carter as he took a bite of his food, and hummed at the taste. Mary nodded her head at her nonblood brother's question.

"I do. He is so sweet, kind, and very smart. I would like to after the war; to meet his family." All three men smiled at her words, but knew that she would not be able too.

"Do all of you like your lunches?" She asked them.

"Oh boy do I. This is very good sissy." Said Carter.

"This is good; a lot better than LeBeau's." Said Kinch as he looked over toward the small Frenchman. LeBeau narrowed his eyes at his friend then said.

"I work with what I have, but this is better than mine." He said with a smile. Mary smiled then asked him.

"Are you sure that I got all the flavors just right?" She asked.

"Oui, vous l'avez fait, c'est parfait." LeBeau told her with a smile.

"Oh, je suis content. J'avais peur de ne pas bien faire les choses et je vous contrariais." Mary said with a smile. Her smile grew when LeBeau told her.

"Tu ne pourrais jamais faire cette petite sœur." With a sweet smile; Mary then replied.

"Merci grand frère." LeBeau smiled then looked over toward Carter, and went to tell him what they had said, but Carter spoke first.

"I really don't care what the both of you said; I'm eating." Mary laughed and shook her head.

"Well, I better leave all of you to your lunch, and fixing Regina's car. But I will tell you two this." She said as she pointed her finger at LeBeau and Carter then added. "When Regina comes to look at her car; I want both of you to leave, and to give James and Regina time alone." Both of the men nodded their heads. Mary smiled and looked at Kinch who was trying to hide his sheepish smile. Kinch glanced over toward his nonblood sister who smiled at him.

"Good luck, and if you lie again… let me know ahead of time." She told him. Kinch smiled and nodded his head.

"I wont lie this time, and thank you." The three men watched Mary walk out of the motor pool.

Mary walked up the steps to her family home. She opened the door, and saw her father sitting on the sofa looking threw the folder; that her new uncle had gave him. He looked up at her and smiled. Mary walked over, and sat down her basket on the coffee table. She smiled to him when she took out his plate, and handed it to him. Hogan smiled at her as he took the plate. As he started to eat; Mary looked at the folders that were on the table. She saw one that made her smile. While picking the folder up; she said.

"I didn't know that uncle gave you a folder about himself." Hogan raised a brow, and looked at the folder that was in his daughter's hand.

"I didn't know that he had put his own in there." He admitted. Mary smiled and opened the folder. She read what the paper said; then frowned. Hogan saw this and asked.

"What is it?" He asked her.

"Uncle's family doesn't want nothing to do with him." Hogan sat his plate down, and took the folder out of his daughter's hands.

"What do you mean?" He asked again.

"Uncle writes that his family doesn't want nothing to do with him because he is Gestapo, and that they are upset that he is still a Major." As Mary spoke; her father read what else was wrote down.

"And he wrote down that they don't like the fact that he is not married, nor has any children. He writes; 'They find me unsuccessful because of the fact that I am not married, and have no children. And that I am still a Major after so many years, and they hate the idea of me being in the Gestapo. They wouldn't mind it if I used my job to get myself, and them whatever they wanted. It upsets me that they only talk to me when they want something from me.'" Hogan lowered the folder, and looked down at the floor. He then looked up when he heard a noise come from his side. Hogan looked over to see Mary crying at what was read.

"Snow?" He said her nickname as he stood up. Mary looked at her father with watery eyes.

"That's awful that they want to use him, and that they are treating him like that. A man's success should not be measured on the fact if he is married, nor has children, nor what rank he is." Mary lowered her head, and let her tears fall onto her cheeks. Hogan frowned, and moved his arms outward to hug her tightly. He looked to the side when he heard Newkirk walk into the room.

"What happened?" He asked as he moved over toward his love.

"Mary read what Hochstetter had wrote down in his own file." Newkirk raised a brow, and picked up the file. He read what the Major had wrote down in his own file. Newkirk frowned at what he read.

"That's wrong for them to do that to him." Said the young Corporal. He looked over toward his love, and knew why she was upset. With a smile; Newkirk made Mary look at him.

"Eira, Hochstetter has a family that loves him." He told her. Mary raised a brow at her loves words. Newkirk chuckled and told her what he meant.

"You love him, and he knows that. You see him as an uncle and call him that. He has a family with all of us…"

"Newkirk's right." Mary looked at her father when he spoke now.

"Hochstetter and I use to lock horns, and we would hate to see the sight of each other, but now… now we can talk and laugh. I have told him about my past, and instead of using it against me; he helped me. I do see him in away as a friend now… wow never thought I would say that, but I do." Hogan said the last part while looking toward the floor. Mary giggled when her father had done this. Her eyes looked back at her love when he spoke next.

"I know… When he wanted to look at the dresses that I had made, and had said that they were beautiful… I almost fell over. I have to say that I like this nice side of him now, and not the screaming until blue in the face Hochstetter." Newkirk said with a chuckle. Mary smiled wide and giggled at her love. Mary then looked over toward her father when he told her.

"And you can go see him at work too. He and I came up with an idea of you taking messages to him; if I ever needed to get a hold of him. He liked that idea on two parts. One; he will know what is going on, and two; is that he will get to spend time with you. The only thing I ask of you; is not to read the messages… just in case." Mary nodded her head at this.

"I will not read them, and I am glad that you came up with the idea Papa." She said with a smile. Mary raised up her hands, and wiped her cheeks and her eyes. After her eyes were dry; Mary turned toward her love, and told him what their Vater had told her.

"Oh Vater told me that Burkhalter and his wife and sister will be coming to the camp around supper time." Newkirk smiled a nervous smile. Mary smiled and told him.

"Don't worry. They will like the dresses." She leaned up on her tip toes, and kissed him on the lips. As Mary leaned down; she saw her love smiling wide from the kiss.

"I can't help but be a little nervous. I have never made something that was not to be used for a mission before." He told her the truth. Hogan nodded his head at this fact.

"That's true. You usually make something for us to use later on for a mission." Said Hogan. Mary smiled and thought of something that could help her love.

"Well think of it this way… You are making clothes for a mission." Newkirk looked at her with a raised brow.

"What?" He asked with a chuckle.

"Well you are on a mission to become a designer, and that takes time and planning. Then when the time comes to fulfill the mission completely; you will be ready. So think of this as stage one of your mission." She told him with a smile. Newkirk smiled at his love.

"I have never thought of it that way before." He said with a smile.

"That is one way to think of it." Said Hogan as he sat back down to finish eating his food.

Regina walked out of the Kommandantur. She looked around, and saw Sergeant Schultz talking to two of the POWs. She went to ask him which way was the motor pool; when a small man had walked up to her, and asked her if there was something wrong. Regina smiled at the small Frenchman, and asked him where the motor pool was. He smiled and told her. He then said that his friend was there working on her car. She had thanked him, and walked over toward the motor pool. When Regina walked into the building; she saw the American Sergeant that had stole her heart; now fixing the mirror on the drivers side. Regina walked over, and stood beside the car. Kinch saw someone standing behind him in the mirror. He smiled to himself as he stood up when he saw the red dress. He turned around to see the woman who had stolen his heart.

"Your car will not be done before you leave." He told her; then added. "You may have to stay the night here." He said with a smile. Regina smiled and nodded her head.

"That will be alright. I can stay in the VIP Quarters tonight. I am sure that Herr Oberst wouldn't mind." She said as she moved closer to him. Kinch sat down the tool that he had in his hand; into the drivers seat, and moved closer to the woman.

"You beat the hell out of your own car." He stated with a large smile. Regina's smile widen at his words.

"What makes you think that I did that?" She asked him sweetly. Kinch moved closer to her, and leaned down to just a few inches from her lips.

"Because there is paint on the tire iron that was in the back of the car." He told her. Regina smiled, and lowered her head some.

"Alright you caught me… I did it." She said; then glanced up to look into his eyes. Kinch smiled then asked.

"And why did you do it?" Regina stepped closer; to where she was now only a inch from his lips.

"So that I could spend time with you." Kinch smiled at this; then went to say something else, but found lips on his. He smiled into the kiss that the woman was giving him. They both stepped closer, and deepen the kiss that they were sharing.

It was now close to dinner, and Mary had went to change into one of the dresses that her love had made. The dress that she had put on was the one with the blue roses. She smiled as she walked out of the bedroom, and saw her love placing the wedding dress on the sofa. Her eyes watched him look at the dress with unsure eyes. Mary walked over to him, and wrapped her arms around his waist. Newkirk smiled at her, and saw the comfort in her eyes. He smiled at her and nodded his head. He looked back at the dresses and smiled. They looked over when they heard the front door open. Hogan walked into the room, and smiled at the two in front of him.

"Burkhalter is here with his wife, and sister." He told them. Newkirk sighed heavy, and nodded his head.

"Alright." He said in a low voice. Mary smiled, and stepped away from her love.

"I think that we should wait for them out on the porch." Newkirk and Hogan smiled at her words.

"I think that is a good idea." Hogan smiled wide, and turned to walk out of the small house. Mary reached over, and grabbed her loves hand. She pulled him outside onto the small porch. Newkirk smiled, and let his love pull him out onto the small porch.

Klink stood out on the small porch of the Kommandantur. He watched as the car pulled up, and stopped near him. He walked down the steps to opened the door for the General, his wife, and sister. Deep down Klink was not too happy about Gertrude being here. He knew that she was going to flirt with him in front of Hogan. As the oldest Colonel in the camp; watched General Burkhalter help his wife out of the car; Gertrude had already gotten out, and was standing beside him. Everyone looked over as another car pulled into camp. Burkhalter raised a brow, and looked over toward Klink. Klink smiled at him, and said.

"That is the woman from town. She was here not too long ago with the truck load of fabric; that you had bought for Mary. Mary had asked her to come here, and look at the dresses that Newkirk had made as well." He told the older man. Berta looked at her husband.

"You bought this Mary a truck load of fabric?" She asked him. Burkhalter nodded his head at his wife.

"Ja I did. Lady Mary needed some fabric to make herself clothes, and I was more than happy to buy them for her." He told her with a smile. Berta narrowed her brows together. Klink looked over, and saw Gertrude smiling at him.

"Wilhelm, it is nice to see you again." She told him with a smile. Klink smiled at the woman. He then looked over toward the woman that was the General's wife. Burkhalter smiled, and introduced his wife to the Colonel.

"Berta this is Colonel Klink." Klink smiled at the woman, and shook her hand. Berta smiled, and said.

"It is nice to meet you."

"It is nice to meet you as well Frau Burkhalter." Klink then glanced over to see his daughter's friend walk up to them. Aylee smiled at him, and the others.

"Fräulein Amsel, it is nice to see you again." Said Klink. Aylee smiled at him.

"It is nice to see you as well Herr Oberst. I am glad that Lady Mary called me here." Burkhalter smiled, and thought to himself. 'Even she knows that Lady Mary is a perfect young lady.' The General looked over toward Klink when he spoke again.

"Shall we all go to my Private Quarters?" He asked, and pointed toward the house with an open palm.

"Yes lets." Said the General. The small group started to walk to the house, but Burkhalter noticed that Klink was walking back into the Kommandantur. He raised a brow, and watched the slightly younger man walk into the building; then walk back out. Once he saw Hilda, and another woman walk out of the building; the General now knew why Klink had went back inside. Hilda smiled at the older man.

"Herr General this is my Mutter Regina." Regina smiled at the man, and nodded her head.

"It is nice to meet you." Said Burkhalter.

"I had told Newkirk; that Hilda and her Mutter would be coming over to look at the dresses as well." Klink explained. The older man nodded his head, and turned toward his wife who was standing beside him.

"This is my wife Berta, and my sister Gertrude." Regina smiled at the two women. Both women did the same; then all looked over toward Klink when he spoke again.

"This is Fräulein Amsel; Mary had called her here to look at the dresses, and I say to look at the other outfits that she and her love had made?" He asked the young woman. Aylee smiled at the Colonel.

"Yes she did. I can't wait to see her again. When she had came into my store last Sunday; she was wearing a beautiful Victorian outfit..." Everyone looked over when Gertrude spoke up.

"A Victorian outfit is no longer in fashion. How would she make something old and not warn anymore; look beautiful again?" She said dryly. Klink looked over toward the woman who was speaking ill of his little girl. Klink went to tell the woman off, but looked over at Burkhalter when he spoke in a strong voice.

"That is enough Gertrude! Lady Mary has made many old fashion clothing before, but has brought them up to date. She is a wonderful young woman who has many talents. Not only can she make her own clothes, but makes everyone in camp something as well; even the guards. She is a wonderful cook and baker. She has cooked for everyone in camp many times. Lady Mary is a wonderful, and talented young lady. She will make her love Corporal Newkirk very happy one day." The General looked over toward Klink when he spoke now.

"On Mary's birthday; Newkirk is going to ask her to marry him." Burkhalter smiled wide enough to where his teeth showed at this wonderful news.

"Her birthday is in twelve days is that right?" He asked. The slightly younger man nodded his head.

"Ja Herr General that is right. This will be the greatest birthday that my little girl will ever have." Klink said with a smile. It was Gertrude who spoke up once again.

"Your little girl?" She asked. Klink looked over toward the woman and nodded his head.

"Yes. I see and call Mary my daughter." He told her in a strong voice. Before Gertrude could say anything back; Klink added.

"Shall we go; I know that Mary will be very happy to meet the both of you, and to see you again Herr General."

Everyone once again started to walk toward the small house together. Regina looked over toward Barracks 2, and saw Kinch standing at the door smiling at her. Regina smiled and winked at him. Kinch's smile grew wider as he did the same to her. Hilda had saw this, and rolled her eyes at her mother's actions. As they reached the house; they all saw Mary, Newkirk, and Hogan standing on the small porch. Mary had a large smile on her face. Klink smiled when he saw that she was wearing one of the dresses that her love, and his nonblood son had made. As everyone walked onto the porch; Mary couldn't help herself; she had to hug the German General.

"Grandfather Albert it's so nice to see you again." She said with a large smile. Burkhalter smiled wide, and hugged the young woman back.

"It is nice to see you again Meine Liebe Enkelin." Both Berta and Gertrude raised a brow at this.

"Grandfather? Enkelin?" Asked Berta. Her husband looked over toward her when Mary ended the hug.

"Yes Berta. Lady Mary calls me Grandfather, and I call her Enkelin… Lady Mary this is my wife Berta." Burkhalter moved to the side so that Mary could see his wife better. Mary smiled at her and stepped closer.

"It is very nice to meet you Frau Burkhalter. When Herr Oberst had told me that you, and your husbands sister was coming to the camp today; I have to admit that I was very happy to hear it. I have been wanting to meet the both of you for a long time." She said with a smile, and did a perfect curtsy. All the men there smiled wide as Mary lowered herself down to just a few inches from the ground. When Mary stood back up; all the women there were shocked; at how perfect the curtsy was.

"Well my dear that was a perfect curtsy. Where did you learn how to curtsy like that?" Asked Berta. Mary smiled and told her.

"When I was five years old; I had went to the air base to see Papa, but he was not there at the time. He was in America at the time. The King and Queen of England had came to the base on that day. I saw the Queen, and when she looked at me; I had tried to curtsy…" Mary giggled then added. "But I fell backwards. The Queen saw this, and walked over to me, and helped me up. She asked General Butler if she could go to his office, and he said yes that she could. She led me by the hand into his office, and closed the door. There she was nice enough to teach me how to curtsy. She even taught me how to speak diction, and articulately. I have to admit that she taught me how to speak, and act properly. And I do try to act, and mostly speak the way she had showed me." As Mary said this all there were shocked. Hogan, Klink, and Burkhalter remembered back to when Mary had asked for punishment from the General for killing Betty. The way that she talked, and acted then had mystified them, but now they knew where she had learned it from. They all looked at Berta when she spoke again.

"That is impressive." Mary smiled at her; then looked over when Burkhalter spoke again.

"Mary this is my sister Gertrude." Mary looked over toward the other woman, and smiled. She turned her body, and curtsied again.

"It is nice to meet you." She told her as she stood back up.

"Nice to meet you as well." Mary smiled at the older woman; then looked over toward Aylee.

"I am so glad that you are here." She told her. Aylee smiled, and walked over to hug the young woman. Mary looked over toward her love, and spoke to all that was there.

"Shall we all go into the house, and look at the beautiful dresses that my Huntsman has made." She asked them. They all nodded their heads, and walked into the house. All saw the dresses laid out on the sofa, and stared at them with widen eyes. It was Regina who spoke up now.

"You made these?" She asked him. Newkirk nodded his head then told her.

"Yes I did, and I made the one that Mary is wearing also." They all looked at the dress that Mary had on. Mary smiled, and moved away from her love for all to get a better look at the dress. Newkirk smiled wide as Mary turned around for them to see the back of the dress.

"That is beautiful." Said Aylee.

"Thank you. I hope that all of you like what I have made." Mary smiled, and looked over toward her love; when he spoke. She could still hear the worry in his voice. All of the women, and even Burkhalter walked over to the sofa, and looked at the dresses. Newkirk felt himself get nervous again as their eyes looked over what he had made. Mary walked over, and took his hand with one of hers. She raised her other hand up to make him look at her. Newkirk looked into her snowy blue eyes, and felt the worry leave his body. Hogan moved closer toward Klink, and looked at his love. Klink felt his loves eyes on him, and looked over. Hogan smiled at him; then leaned over to where just the two of them could hear what he was about to say.

"Our son is so nervous." Klink smiled at his love when he had said their son. The older Colonel leaned over, and replied in a low voice.

"I think that our daughter will ease his nerves." They smiled a loving smile at each other. Gertrude raised a brow at the look that the two men were giving each other. 'It can't be.' She thought to herself. The two older, and the two younger in love looked over when they heard Gertrude speak.

"These are beautiful. The wedding dress is very beautiful; don't you think Wilhelm?" She asked him. Klink smiled at her, and nodded his head.

"Ja it is. You would look very lovely in the dress when you find the right man to marry." Gertrude raised a brow at him.

"Oh really? Did you just ask me to marry you?" She asked him. Klink smiled, and told her in a nice voice.

"No I did not… I have someone in my life that I love very much, and will marry someday soon." He told her. Gertrude went to ask who it was; when her brother cut in.

"Gertrude.. Klink is with someone now, and yes I know who it is, and no I will not tell you. So you will not be marrying him." He told her with a strong voice. Mary saw the older woman start to get angry at her brother. Gertrude went to yell at her brother; when Mary spoke up first.

"You will find someone soon; I know that you will. He will love you, and will not be able to leave your side… I know that you may feel like you may not meet someone, but you will… I felt the same way.. Then I met Peter, and I am very happy with him. I love him more than anything in the world.." Newkirk smiled wide at his loves words.

"And I love you too, and one day I will make you my wife, and I will be your husband." He told her with a smile. Klink and Hogan smiled at what the young man had said.

"I know you will, but wait until your business is up and running first. Then we can get married." She told him with a loving smile. Newkirk grinned at her.

"And what if I don't want to wait until then?" He asked her. Mary narrowed her brows at him, and placed her hands on her hips.

"We can wait until later for that…"

"But I don't want too." He told her, and placed his hands on his hips. Hogan chuckled at the sight of his best friend copying his daughter's movements. Mary narrowed her eyes at the slightly older man that she loved.

"You can wait until you have money coming in… then you can ask me." She told him, and stuck her tongue out at him. It was at this point that Hilda had an idea. She leaned over, and whispered something to her mother. Regina smiled at her; then spoke up.

"The dresses are very beautiful. Could you make somethings for me?" She asked. Newkirk smiled wide, and nodded his head while still looking at Mary.

"Yes I can. Let me go and get my notebook." He went to move, but stopped when Mary told him.

"I will get it for you." With a smile Mary pretty much ran into their bedroom, and got his notebook. Newkirk smiled when Mary didn't come out of the room as quick as he would have.

"The last drawing isn't there." He yelled out. A larger smile came to his face; when he heard his love say from the room.

"Damn it!" Hogan and Klink chuckled at their daughter. Mary walked out of the room, and handed the notebook to her love.

"You knew that I was going to get the notebook; didn't you?" She asked him. Newkirk smiled, and said as he took the notebook from her.

"Yes I did, and I hid it somewhere where you wouldn't find it." He told her. Mary narrowed her eyes at him, and stuck out her tongue at him again. She laughed when her love did the same to her. Her eyes watched her Huntsman walk over toward the women, and start to design the dresses, and outfits that they wanted. It was Berta who looked at her husband, and asked him.

"Albert? Can we pay him to make us the dresses, or is that against some kind of rule?" She asked him. Burkhalter turned his head, and thought on the question.

"I don't see no harm in it." He said with a smile. Mary smiled at the older man; then looked at her love.

"That's wonderful; Peter you are on your way to becoming a designer." Newkirk smiled at her words; then smiled wider at what Mary said next.

"I am so proud of you." With that said Mary leaned down, and kissed him on the lips. When the kiss broke; she watched her loves eyes shine with happiness.

"Well now I can buy you something for your birthday." Mary now frowned at what he had told her.

"No, you use that money for your business. I don't need gifts from you, nor anyone else for my birthday. Just spending time with all of you will be the best gift of all." She told him with a loving smile. Newkirk sighed, and sat his notebook down on the coffee table as he stood up.

"Mary, I want to get you something for your birthday…"

"But you don't have too. I don't want anything, but to spend it with you, Papa, Vater, and everyone else." Burkhalter frown slightly at hearing this. Mary looked over toward the German General when he spoke to her now.

"Lady Mary, we all want to get you something for your birthday. It will be our way of showing you how much you mean to all of us." The older man spoke to Mary in the strong, but sweet voice. Berta looked at her husband, and went to tell him that there was no need for that tone of voice; when Mary spoke again.

"I understand that but I…"

"Lady Mary." He said again in the same voice. Berta stood up, and went to yell at her husband; then stopped when he spoke again.

"Lady Mary… you have lived a hard life with your mother who not only didn't want you, but had brainwashed your step father into doing unspeakable things to you. You have endured high levels of abuse from the both of them. You took most of the abuse so that they would not kill your father. You only got to spend time with your father when they had left you alone to die in an attic, and you have not seen him in three years… This is your first birthday you will get to spend with him, and not only for you to celebrate, but for everyone that loves you to be there with you. We all will get you gifts regardless… I have already ordered your gifts, and can't wait to give them to you… I know that everyone here; is either making, or has bought you a gift… or trying to find the right one for you." Mary went to say something, but the General's words cut her off again.

"Lady Mary, you cook for everyone in the camp. You make sure that all of the guards, and POWs are healthy. You slept in the sick bay when your sweetheart was injured; after he had saved you from your step father. And from what I have been told; have took care of him as well as your father. You worry about everyone around you, and you work so hard to make sure that they are happy; either with food, or just saying kind words to them. You bought truck loads of food for the camp; so that you could cook for everyone… You are a saint, and we all want to show you how much you mean to us… We all enjoy seeing you, and hearing you speak. Everyone you meet falls in love with you. Klink sees you as a daughter; Schultz sees you as a niece. The guards here see you as a heavily Engel. You have not only saved your sweetheart from taking his own life, but have nursed him back to health. You have kept your father in check as well, and trust me that alone is accomplishment." Hogan looked over toward the older man with narrowed eyes; which caused the older man to chuckle. Klink smiled, and looked away; to stop himself from laughing out loud at his loves actions. He looked back over when he heard what was said next.

"You have gave Klink something to talk about; besides himself." Hogan started to laugh lightly at the look on his loves face. Klink was looking at the older man with widen eyes, and opened mouth. Burkhalter smiled at him, and went on.

"And the biggest accomplishment you have done; is to calm Major Hochstetter down. He is not yelling, nor screaming his head off… When I called him yesterday; I actually had a pleasant conversation with the man. He told me more about what has been going on here, and what all he has found out about your mother, and how she got your step father to do those things to you. He told me about your step father teaching you how to read and write; which I have to say shocked me more than anything." The General chuckled at remembering the conversation with the Major.

"What else did he say?" Asked Hogan. Burkhalter looked over toward Hogan and told him.

"He talked for hours about you Lady Mary." Mary smiled at hearing this.

"He did?" She asked with a sweet smile. The older man nodded his head, and told her what all he and the Major had talked about.

"Ja he did. He told me that you are going to open a restaurant as well as a bakery. He also told me that you will be making clothes along with your sweetheart. He also talked about your intelligence, and all that you have learned, and still wanted to learn. Hochstetter did ask me if it would be alright for you to come to his office, and read some of the books that he has there; as well as spend time with you. That man only talked about you my dear. He is proud of you and wants to help you in life, and I don't blame him. I would also like to help you in life as well… Hochstetter also told me that you are the reason why he wants to be a better person." Mary had blushed at what the General was telling her, but was still smiling. She then took in everything that the German General had told her. She knew that he was only talking to her in the strong, but sweet voice; because she wouldn't listen to him if he was talking to her calmly.

"I understand why all of you want to get me gifts; I really do, and I know that all of you will get me gifts, but… but you don't have too. I already have the main gift that I always wanted." Mary looked over when Regina asked her.

"And what is that sweetie?" Mary smiled, and told everyone.

"The only gift I have ever wanted for my birthday; is not only to spend it with my father, but to have a family… I have a family now, and true not everyone is of my blood, but we are still a family. That's all I want, but I know that all of you will get me gifts for my birthday… so when it comes to all of your birthday's; I don't want anyone of you to say that I didn't have to get, nor make you anything." Mary smiled as she placed her hands on her hips. Burkhalter smiled and nodded his head.

"Very well, but you will not give back the gifts, nor say that you can't take them when all of us give them to you." Mary lowered her hands and smiled.

"Alright I will not do that." She said with a smile. It was at that moment is when not only Berta knew, but the other women now knew why Burkhalter had spoke to her in that voice. Mary looked over toward her love when she heard him speak next.

"You will not try to give the gifts back?" He asked while raising a brow. Mary smiled a sheepish smile, and said.

"I will try not to."

"Yeah alright. You will try to give them back to us later on." He said with a smirk. Mary rolled her eyes at him then smiled. Newkirk hugged his love, and kissed her on the head. Mary hugged him back, and smiled wide when she felt his lips on her head. When they ended the hug; Mary glanced down at his watch, and saw what time it was.

"Oh my god!"

"What is it?" Hogan asked moving closer to her.

"It's an hour pass supper time. I need to go and cook, and build the cakes!" Hilda saw Mary start to get worried. She walked over, and took Mary's hand into hers.

"Mutter and I can help you cook." Mary smiled at the woman who she saw as a mother.

"Oh thank you. I will need all the help I can get." She said with a smile.

"Gertrude and I will help as well." Said Berta. Gertrude looked over toward her sister-in-law.

"I will?" She asked. Berta looked over toward her, and smiled wide.

"Yes you will, and I know that you were going to help anyway."

"True I was, but I have a voice you know." Gertrude said dryly.

"Oh thank you… both of you." Both women looked over to see Mary smiling wide at them. Mary then looked over toward Aylee when she spoke next.

"What are you going to be making for dinner?" She asked. The young woman smiled, and told them.

"It's a surprise." She said as she raised her hand up while stretching out her pointer finger, and winked. Newkirk smiled a loving smile at his love. 'God I love you.' He thought to himself.

"Alright ladies let's get in the kitchen, and start cooking." Said Regina. The women walked to the kitchen; while Mary looked over toward her love and asked him.

"Peter will it be alright if I…"

"Yes you can take off the dress. I will not get mad, and besides…" He said with a smile. A large smile came to Mary's lips when she heard her love answer the question she was going to ask. Then when he didn't finish what he was going to say; Mary raised a brow.

"Besides what?" She asked him. Newkirk's smile then turned into a large grin; then he told her what he was going to say next.

"Besides I kind of like that outfit you had on earlier." Mary raised a brow, and saw a mischievous look in his eyes.

"Really, and why is that?" Newkirk's grin turned into a larger one when he spoke again.

"Because you have a cute little butt those pants." Mary closed her eyes, and held in her laugh. She knew that her father was making a face right now. The two older men in the room looked over toward Hogan; to see the look on his face.

"Really? Why?" He wined out; as Klink and Burkhalter chuckled at the young Colonels reaction. Newkirk laughed at the look on his friends face; then looked down when Mary spoke to him.

"Well my handsome Huntsman…" Mary moved around him, and smacked him on his backside then added. "You have a nice one too." With that Mary walked into the bedroom to change clothes. Newkirk felt his face get red. He looked over when he heard Klink start to laugh louder. Hogan's face was red, and his eyes were closed.

"Okay I am going outside to get some air." The youngest Colonel told those that were still in the room; then turned to walk out of the house. Both Burkhalter and Klink laughed at the young man's action.

A few minutes later, Mary walked into the kitchen. All the women were standing in the kitchen waiting for her to tell them what to do. Mary walked over to the stove, and placed some pans on the burners. She then walked over to Hilda and Regina, and handed them some potatoes. Mary asked them if they wouldn't mind cutting the potatoes up for her. Both women said that they didn't mind, and the young woman told them how she needed the potatoes cut. Mary then walked over toward Berta and Gertrude, and asked them if they could cut up the vegetables; that she would be using. As the two women started to cut the vegetables; Mary started to work on the main dish for their dinner. The women watched the young woman cut fresh rosemary, and fresh thyme; then she sat the herbs to the side. Mary reached over to grab some garlic, and started to cut the garlic into a fine cut. The women watched her take out a large pan, and put the lamb in side of it. Mary reached over to get the oil; then smiled when Regina handed it to her. Mary thanked her; then drizzled the oil over the meat. After she rubbed the oil into the meat; Mary then took the rosemary and the thyme, and sprinkled the herbs over the meat. After the herbs were on the lamb; Mary then sprinkled salt, and pepper on the meat as well.

Once the meat was ready; Mary placed the large pan into the oven. The women handed her the vegetables, and the potatoes. The young woman took what the older women had handed her, and placed them in the pans. Mary had asked Aylee to watch the food that was on the stove; as she grabbed the pans with the cakes that she had made earlier. The women watched Mary start to work on the cakes. Hilda smiled wide; when she saw a large smile on Mary's face. The first cake was the apple cake. Mary took the icing, and placed it on the cake. She smoothed out the white icing until it looked as solid as a white wooden box. They watched a larger smile come to Mary's face; as she placed some of the white icing that was left over; into two different bags. She colored the first bag of icing a pale blue. Moving the bag with the pale blue icing to the cake; Mary started to decorate. The four women at the table, and the one behind her watched with widen eyes; as the young woman moved the bag with icing around the cake. They watched as Mary made the borders around the two tiers of the cake with the pale blue icing. Mary leaned back, and looked at what she had done to her and her Vater's apple cake. With a large smile, and a nod of her head; Mary reached over for the other bag, and colored the icing within it a beautiful royal blue color. Still smiling to herself; Mary picked up a small medium glass, and started to make some kind of flower to put on the cake. Hilda smiled when she saw what kind of flowers her young friend was making.

"Are those flowers cornflowers?" Asked Berta. Mary smiled, and nodded her head.

"Yes they are. I saw some of them on my way into town last Sunday. I thought they were very beautiful. I had asked my two new friends what they were called, and they told me the name of them." She said as she started to make another flower. After Mary had made ten more of the flowers; she started to place them on the cake. Regina smiled wide, and watched the young woman place each flower on the cake with care.

"You truly love doing this; don't you?" Asked Regina. Mary looked at her, and smiled wider.

"Yes I do. I have always loved to decorate cakes, and other desserts. I love taking something old, and making it new again…"

"Like the Victorian outfit you war to my shop last Sunday. That was so beautiful, and I had never seen one like it before. My grandmother had warn something like it, but it didn't look like what you had on. That was so beautiful Lady Mary." Mary smiled at what her friend had called her.

"You have been around my grandfather Albert too long." She joked. Aylee smiled; then replied.

"Well you are like a true lady." She told her. Mary looked at her friend, and smiled a sweet smile.

Once the apple cake was done; Mary placed the white cake with the blue flowers, and the pale blue border on the counter. She then looked at the chocolate cake. Looking over toward Regina; Mary narrowed her brows. The red dress that the older woman had on; gave her an idea. Mary smiled wide; as she took the white icing that was in a large bowl, and colored it a deep red. They watched as Mary placed the deep red icing around the cake, and smoothed it out once again. Aylee took the pans off of the stove; now that the food was done. She walked over to see Mary pick up a bowl with the last of the white icing, and color it black. Mary then placed the black icing into a bag, and started to make small dots on both tiers. She then took the icing, and did a small black border on the bottom tier. On the second tier; Mary took the black icing, and made a large band around the top tier.

"Frau Burkhalter, could you please reach in that drawer behind you, and get me the new deck of cards please." The General's wife looked behind her, and pulled the drawer out. She reached in, and took out the new deck of cards.

"What do you want these for?" She asked the young woman that her husband called granddaughter.

"You will see." Mary said with a large grin as she took the cards from the older woman. As Berta closed the drawer back; Mary opened the cards.

"Did you get that deck of cards from a Red Cross package?" Asked Hilda. Mary did a sheepish smile as she replied.

"Maybe." Hilda laughed as Mary giggled.

"Just don't tell Papa, nor Vater that I took them." Mary replied; as she took only one card out of the deck. Regina smiled when she saw the card that Mary was using.

"Why the queen of hearts?" She asked her. Mary looked at the card, and thought if she should tell the women, or not.

"Well everything I make is out of love, and maybe it will bring good luck to anyone who eats this cake." Mary winked at the older woman when she said this. Regina smiled; at hearing the young woman say this. The women were now shocked at what Mary did with the card. Mary took the card, and smoothed out the large band of black icing.

"Where did you learn how to do that?" Asked Aylee. Mary smiled as she sat the card down, and picked up the bag of black icing once again.

"I learned that trick from the woman at the bakery that I use to go to; when Lizzie and George were out of town. She showed me many little tricks like this one." She told her.

"Who is Lizzie and George?" Asked Gertrude. As Mary put the last decoration on the cake; she answered the General's sister.

"Lizzie was my mother, and George was my step father." The older woman looked over toward her sister-in-law when she spoke next.

"So what Albert had said was indeed true." She stated. The young woman sat the bag of icing down, and looked at the older woman.

"Yes… It is true unfortunately, but I have to say; that your husband as well as everyone here…" Mary smiled; then added. "And those that are not here at the moment; care about me. I have so many people that care about me now. I call Herr General Burkhalter grandfather, because he is like one to me. You should have seen him after my step father had gotten into camp. He was right there for me, and for my Papa… He cried along with everyone else when Peter died, but was happy just like myself, and everyone when he was brought back to me… I do see him as my grandfather, and Herr Oberst as my father. Herr Major Hochstetter is my uncle; as well as Sergeant Schultz. The two guards that went into town with me; Habicht and Bischof.. they are like brothers to me, and so are my father's friends. Sergeant's Kinch and Carter, and Corporal LeBeau. And of course Herr Captain Ritter is like an older brother to me too. I do see everyone in this camp, and all that I meet as my family…"

"That is why you just wanted to spend time with everyone you see as family on your birthday." Stated Aylee. Mary looked over toward her new friend and smiled.

"Yes that is why." It was at this time Hilda noticed that the cake looked like her mother's dress.

"Mary that cake looks like my Mutter's dress." Said Hilda. Gertrude looked over, and saw that Hilda was right. The cake that this young woman had just made; did in fact look like Regina's dress.

"I have to say Mary that you are wunderbar at this." Mary smiled at the General's sister.

"Danke Frau Linkmeyer. I have to say that I can't wait to open up my restaurant, and bakery after the war." As she said this; Mary placed the chocolate cake on the counter with the other cake. Mary walked over, and checked the meat, and to warm up the food that had been sat aside. As Mary took the meat out to check it; Berta asked her.

"What will your restaurant and bakery be called?" Their eyes watched the young woman place the pan back into the oven, and close the door.

"Well the restaurant will be called Silver Wings, and the bakery… well I have not really thought about a name for it really." She admitted.

"How about the name LeBeau came up with?" Asked Newkirk as he walked into the kitchen. Mary looked over toward him, and smiled at him.

"What name did LeBeau come up with?" Asked Hilda.

"He came up with Snow's Sweets." He stated.

"I do like that name." Mary said with a smile; then added. "Alright I will call it Snow's Sweets." Newkirk smiled wide at hearing this.

Once dinner was done, and on the table; Mary walked out, and told her fathers as well as her grandfather to come and eat. She smiled wide; when she saw her brothers had came to the house; as well as her uncle Schultz. Hogan was the first one to walk into the dining room. He smiled wide when he saw the rack of lamb with a side of potatoes. His eyes glanced over, and saw the glazed carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. He smiled to himself, and couldn't wait to eat. Everyone sat down to eat dinner, but Mary. Mary started to fill everyone's plates for them. Newkirk looked at her with narrowed eyes. She smiled, and asked.

"Is there something wrong Huntsman?" With a sigh; her love told her.

"Eira, we can fill our own plates." Mary smiled at him as she handed him his plate.

"I know, but I wanted to fill everyone's plates up." She told him then reached over for her Vater's plate, but saw her father had taken it. Hogan started to fill his loves plate up for him. Gertrude saw this, and raised a brow. 'Why is he?' She asked herself. Gertrude then looked over toward the older Colonel, and saw the loving smile on his face. 'Well I guess that is why Wilhelm would not marry me.' She thought to herself with a smile. As everyone started to eat; Mary looked at everyone that was around the table. She smiled wide when she saw her brother James sitting next to Regina. She looked back over when she heard her name being said.

"Lady Mary, this is better than the last dish you made." Said Burkhalter. Mary smiled at the General.

"Danke Grandfather Albert." Berta smiled when she saw her husband smile wide at what the young woman had called him.

"Corporal Newkirk." Newkirk looked up when he heard Aylee say his name.

"Yes?"

"Did you make the clothes that you have on?" She asked him. Newkirk smiled, and shook his head.

"No I didn't. Actually Mary made these, and the clothes that she is wearing. She has made many dresses and outfits; for herself, and for all of us as well… Mostly for myself." He told her. Aylee smiled, and looked over toward Mary.

"You should also be a designer." She told her. Mary smiled, then said.

"Well I will put some things that I make here and there into Peter's line. We talked about it yesterday. But I will be opening up a restaurant, and a bakery after the war." She told her. Mary looked over toward Berta when she asked.

"What kind of food will be in your restaurant?" The young woman smiled, and told them.

"I would love to have a bit of everything really. From American to French; as well as English and German."

"That does sound good, but is there anything else you would like to add into it?" Asked her father. Mary nodded her head, and replied.

"I would like to make food from pretty much everywhere, but… but I don't know if people will want to eat food from Russia, Japan, or even China." She looked over toward her Vater when he spoke next.

"You can make food from those countries?" He asked her. Mary nodded her head.

"Ja I can, but I don't know if people will eat the food. The food will be different to them. I know that they will eat Spanish food, but I don't think that they will eat those kind of foods though." She admitted with a frown.

"Well maybe you should make them for everyone in camp, and we can tell you what we think of them." Said Kinch. Regina looked over, and smiled at him. She then looked over toward the young woman.

"Ja I think that you should. That way you will know if you should put in those dishes into your restaurant or not. I have to admit that I would love to be able to try Japanese food." Mary smiled at Regina's idea.

"That is a great idea. I only wish that I could find someone that knows what the food was to taste like though." She admitted again. Burkhalter saw Klink smile wide, and knew what the slightly older man was about to say.

"I could tell you." He told her. Mary looked over toward her Vater with a raised brow.

"How would you know?" Asked Hogan looking over toward his love.

"I was in Japan for a short while before I had to come back here." He told his love and daughter. He looked over when he saw his loves mouth drop.

"You were in Japan?" He asked him. Klink smiled and nodded his head.

"Yes I was. I was there for only a few weeks, but I did love the food there, and I did get a few things when I was there."

"LIKE WHAT!" They all looked over toward Mary as she yelled out. They all could see the excitement in her eyes, and could hear it in her voice when she had yelled out. Klink chuckled and told her.

"I got a coffee table from there, and a few beautiful pictures. I have them in storage right now though." He said with a smile. The older Colonel's smile turned into a large grin; when he saw his loves eyes widen.

"That's where you got the table from?" Hogan asked now remembering the table that used to be in his loves living room.

"Ja Hogan that is where I got it from." He shook his head, and knew that he would have to tell his love more about it later on. Klink and Hogan looked over; when they heard Mary speak again.

"Vater I would love for you to taste some of the food that I make! There are so many that I want to try to make!" Both men smiled at their daughter as she pretty much yelled out. Mary then looked around, and saw everyone looking at her. She smiled a sheepish smile, and lowered her voice; then spoke again.

"What I mean Vater; I would love to get your opinion on the food that I will make. There are so many different kinds of recipes that I want to try to make. Japanese is just one of them. I would love to make food from pretty much all over the world." She told them in a calm voice this time. Newkirk smiled, and shook his head. He looked over toward Carter, LeBeau, and Kinch. His friends were smiling at his love, and were trying so hard not to laugh. His eyes looked over at the women; that were sitting around the table. He saw them all doing the same. Newkirk's eyes glanced over toward the fat General, and saw him trying to hide his laugh with his hand. The young man looked over toward his best friend when he spoke.

"Why don't you get all that you will need this Sunday, and make the different foods in the Mess Hall. Klink and I can tell everyone to go try the food, and to tell you what they think." Mary smiled at her father when he said this.

"That is a great idea Papa. We will have a lot of fun this Sunday." As she said this Mary took a bite of her food. Hogan looked over toward Newkirk who was looking at him with a smile. Mary saw this, and raised a brow.

"What is it?" She asked both of them while holding her hand up over her mouth. Newkirk smiled; then looked over toward his love.

"Eira, I will be going with you this Sunday, and Colonel Hogan will go with you next." He told her. Mary raised a brow at this news.

"What? Why?" She asked. Her eyes watched a smile come to her loves lips again.

"Well, Colonel Hogan and I talked about this, and we both think that he should go with you next Sunday…" Mary looked from her love to her father.

"I wanted to spend your birthday with just the two of us at first; then with everyone else when we get back. I know that this sounds selfish of me, but… Mary, I have never spent any of your birthdays with you, and I was hoping that I could this time. It will be just me and you at first; then when we come back to the camp… You can spend it with everyone else." He told her with a small smile. Hogan watched his daughter look from him; over to his best friend and her love.

"And when your father told me this; of course I told him; that I would switch days with him. We all want to make sure that the gifts that we have made, or have gotten you are just right… And we all want this to be a birthday that you will never forget." He told her with a loving smile. Mary smiled wide at hearing this. They all watched a tear fall from her eye, and onto her cheek. As she wiped the tear away; she spoke.

"I understand, and I want to spend my birthday with all of you too… But I hate to say this,… but I do want to spend half the day with Papa. I have never gotten to spend my birthday with him… with you." Mary looked over, and into her father's eyes. Hogan smiled at her, and got up from his chair. He walked around the table, and over to her. He knelt down in front of her.

"Mary honey, don't be upset about wanting to be a little selfish. I, Will, and Newkirk has told you that you are not like your mother, and you never will be. If you want to be a little selfish at times; then be a little selfish…. Besides…"

"Besides what?" She asked her father as he wiped her tears away.

"Besides, I have not spent any of your birthdays with you, and I have seventeen years to make up for. I want to buy you seventeen gifts for each birthday I had missed. And I don't want you to tell me not to buy you anything, because I am. I want to do this." At first Mary didn't like the idea of her father buying so many gifts, but after hearing him say that he wanted to; she changed her mind.

"Alright Papa, but that means that I get to buy you sixteen gifts too."

"Mary." Klink said in a low voice. Mary smiled, but didn't look at her Vater when she spoke again.

"The sixteen gifts are for the years that I have missed your birthdays… I have already gotten you one, and I want to do this for you too." Hogan smiled at his daughter. He glanced over toward Klink who was giving him a strong look. Hogan smiled, and told her.

"Snow, my sweet little girl; you can do that on my next birthday. That Sunday will be about you, and no one else." He saw her about to disagree with him, and quickly added. "Your birthday will be about you, and only you… And I as well as Klink would like any of the clothes you would make us… or have made us." He told her with a loving smile. Mary smiled, and nodded her head. Hogan raised up some, and hugged his daughter.

-MN-

After dinner; Regina had asked Klink if she and Hilda could stay in the VIP Quarters for the night. Klink had went to ask her why; when Kinch had told him that Regina's car was far from done, and will be done in a few days. The older Colonel had smiled, and said that it was alright with him. Aylee told Mary that she would see her and her love this Sunday. Mary had told her that she was very happy that she could come out, and see what she, and her love had made. Berta and Gertrude had told Newkirk what kind of dresses they would like for him to make them. Berta had told him that he could call when the dresses were done, and they would be over to get them. General Burkhalter had told the young man that he would pay him then. Newkirk had smiled at the older man; then looked over toward his love; who was smiling a loving smile at him. Mary was very happy to hear that her love was getting to do what he loved to do.

Mary was now in bed in her loves arms. She smiled as he moved closer to her. Mary smiled and looked up to see his blue flamed eyes looking down at her. Newkirk smiled, and leaned down to kiss her on the lips. He was caught off guard; when he felt her tongue run over his bottom lip. He smiled in the kiss, and opened his mouth to let her tongue in. They both moaned as their tongues touched each other. They had both missed showing each other this kind of love. Mary ran her hand over her loves bare chest. Newkirk let out a surprised moan; as he felt his love push him onto his back. Mary moved herself on top of him, and started to kiss down his jaw bone; then down his neck, and chest. Newkirk smiled as he felt her lips on his hot flesh. Her lips placed hot kisses on his flesh; while her tongue licked where the hot kisses had been placed. Newkirk raised himself upwards; at the feeling of both the kisses, and his loves hot tongue on his body.

"Mary." He wined out her name. Mary smiled, and made her way back up to his waiting lips. Once at his lips; she asked him.

"Yes gold heart."

"Mary, I don't think that we should do that." He breathed out. Mary smiled then told him in a low voice; that made his blood, and heart race.

"I have not been able to pleasure you for a long time, and I want to. We have not done this since before you had gotten hurt." She told him. Newkirk smiled, and looked into her loving eyes with his.

"But you know that I can't do anything to you though." He told her. Mary smiled down at him; then moved to his right side.

"You don't have too… I… want to… pleasure you." As she said this; Mary ran her hand down his chest and stomach, and to his harden member. Newkirk gasped as he felt her hand rub him threw his shorts. Without knowing it; his right arm wrapped around his loves waist.

"Oh fuck..." He breathed out. Mary smiled as she took her loves harden member out of his shorts, and started to stroke him in a slow pace. Newkirk groaned out as he felt himself harden even more at his loves touch.

"Mary…" He pulled her closer to him as he breathed out her name once again. Her smile grew into a large grin as she watched the look on his face. Her love had his eyes closed, but his mouth was open. Mary listened to her Huntsman softly say her name over and over again. She was caught off guard when he told her.

"Stop." Mary narrowed her brows and did as told. She watched his chest raise and fall.

"Peter what is it? Did I…"

"Take off your undergarments." He breathed out. Mary now raised a brow, but did what he had asked of her. She sat up some, and took them off. She moved back into his arms once again. Newkirk grabbed her softly, and rolled himself onto his right side. Mary giggled lightly when he did this.

"Peter what are you doing?" She asked him. Newkirk smiled and told her.

"I want to pleasure you; while you pleasure me." He told her. Mary looked into his lust filled eyes. His blue flamed eyes burned in the moonlit room. Mary smiled wide; then leaned closer to him, and started to kiss him once again. Newkirk kissed her with hunger. He took her hand, and guided it back to his harden member. She heard him moan when she took him into her hand once again. Newkirk ran his hand up her arm, and to her leg. He slipped his hand under her leg, and lifted it up; then placed it over his hip. Mary broke the kiss, and looked at him with narrowed brows.

"Peter, what are you doing?" She asked him. His flaming eyes looked into her bright snowy blue ones.

"This way I can pleasure you, but… I will place my fingers inside of you… If you feel uncomfortable.. just tell me, and I will stop.." He breathed out. Mary smiled and nodded her head.

"I will." She told him, and started to stroke him in a medium pace. This earned a low moan from her loves lips.

As his love stroked him; Newkirk moved his hand toward her womanhood. He started to rub the place that had gave her such pleasure the last time that they had done this. Mary moaned a bit too loudly. Not wanting anyone to walk in on them; Newkirk placed his lips onto hers. As he rub the spot with his fingers; she stroked him in a fast pace now. Both moaned into the kiss as they could feel each other start to rock their hips. She felt her love move his hand to the opening of her womanhood, and slip one finger within her. Mary gasped at the feeling. Newkirk broke the kiss, and asked quickly.

"You want me to stop?"

"Don't you dare pull out… ohhh… of me." She told him in a low voice. Hearing his love speak like this made him groan.

"Alright." He groaned out; as he tried to hold his own moan in. Mary's hand was now going even faster, and he knew that he couldn't last much longer.

"Fuck Mary… I'm about to…" He moaned out as he hit his tipping point. Mary smiled wide, and listened to her love moan her name out as he came. After Newkirk had calmed down; he started to move his finger in and out of his love. Mary started to rock her hips back and forth trying to get him to go farther into her. She gasped as she felt another finger slip into her. Newkirk smiled as his love started to wine out.

"Peter… right there… oh god yes." Mary leaned forward, and placed her lips onto his once again. She knew that she would have to find some way to stop herself from moaning, and screaming out. Newkirk kissed his loves lips as she removed her hand from his now hardening member, and wrapped it around his shoulder. He smiled wide to himself; as he curled his fingers upwards, and hit something within her. Mary pulled him closer to her, and moaned loudly into his mouth. Within the one sided kiss; she moaned out.

"Oh Peter…. Right there… god yes…" Newkirk could feel himself getting harder; at hearing his love tell him that she was loving what he was doing to her body. He broke the kiss, and started to talk to her.

"You like that?" Mary said nothing, but nodded her head.

"You want me to go faster?" He asked her.

"Yes… please… go faster." She begged him. Newkirk started to move his fingers in and out of her in a medium pace. He could feel her nails go into his hot flesh of his shoulder. He smiled to himself, and started to build the pace to a fast one. Once he did this; he hit the spot that made his love almost scream out with pleasure.

"Fuck." Was all that came out of his Snow's lips.

"You like that?" He asked her again. Mary nodded her head, and wined out.

"Yes… yes… oh god." She moaned out as she could feel his fingers hitting something within her. The feeling that she was feeling was something between a wonderful feeling, and a burning one. The burning feeling was not bad at all; in fact Mary noticed that when his fingers would rub against whatever this was inside of her; she would feel the pleasure like she had when he had used his tongue. As Newkirk moved his fingers in and out of his loves womanhood; he smiled to himself. He watched the look that was on her face. Mary had her eyes closed tight, and she was rocking her hips to meet his thrusts. Her mouth was opened, and was moaning a low moan that was making him want to release.

"Oh fuck Peter… I'm going to…" Mary didn't finish her words; when she hit her tipping point hard. Mary slid her arm around Newkirk's shoulder, and pulled him into her. Her other hand had grabbed the pillow, and now had the fabric in a tight fist.

"Oh god Peter…" She said as she felt herself hit her tipping point once again; when her love pressed his fingers against the spot once again. When her loves fingers hit the spot again; the burning feeling was ever more mind-blowing than before. Newkirk smiled at his love, and kissed her on the forehead. He let out a moan when he felt her hand around his harden member once again. Mary stroked him in the fastest pace that she had ever done before.

"Fuck Mary…" Newkirk moaned out; as he hit his release even harder then ever. After they had both calmed down, and was now breathing normal; Newkirk looked over toward Mary.

"You alright?" He asked her. Mary was still on her side, and was breathing hard. Her snowy blue eyes locked onto his blue flamed eyes. At first she said nothing, and that started to worry him. 'Did I do something wrong?' He thought to himself.

"Mary… did I remind you of…" He went to ask, but saw his love smile a loving smile at him. Mary sat up on her right elbow; then leaned over to kiss him on the lips. Once the kiss broke she spoke.

"No my Huntsman… he never did that to me, and I have to admit that… was fucking mind-blowing." She grinned widely at him. Newkirk smiled at hearing this.

"You liked it?" He asked her. Mary smiled, and nodded her head.

"Yes I did. I have to admit… that before when I would feel that burning feeling… it would make me sick to my stomach… But with you it felt amazing. I loved it, and you.. I love you Peter." As Mary said the last part; she leaned forward to kiss him on the lips once again. Newkirk smiled wide, and kissed her back. The kiss broke, and Newkirk looked into his loves snowy blue eyes.

"I love you too… and before you ask; yes I did love what you did to me." Mary narrowed her eyes together, and pressed her lips together as well.

"How did you know that I was going to…" Newkirk chuckled then said.

"I know you my sweet Eira. I know you like the book that you love to read." He told her. Mary smiled, and looked at the bed.

"We need to change the sheets, and get cleaned up." When she looked back over toward her love; she saw a large smile come to his lips.

"We could take a bath together?" He asked then added. "You said that once I was healed enough; that we could take a bath together." Mary bit her lower lip, and closed her eyes.

"Yes, we can take a bath together." Mary laughed as her love quickly got out of bed, and went to get the clean sheets. Mary got off of the bed, but when she went to stand; she almost fell to the floor. Luckily for her; Newkirk was standing next to her, and caught her before she could hit the floor.

"Well I guess you were better than what I thought." She smiled up at him. Newkirk felt his face get red.

"I guess I was." He said in a low voice.

They changed the sheets to the bed, and placed their clothes in the basket to be washed. Mary noticed that she would have to wash their clothes herself. She looked over, and saw her love getting the bath ready. She smiled at him, and watched him get in the tub. Once Newkirk was in the tub he looked over at her. With a large smile; Mary thought to herself. 'I better get into the tub; before he walks over here, and picks me up.' With a shake of her head; Mary walked over to the tub, and got in. Newkirk smiled, and wrapped his arms around her once she was in the hot water. Mary's smile grew as she laid against him, and heard him say.

"I have to say that I had missed this. You and I in a hot bath; you laying against me." Mary looked up at her huntsman.

"I have missed it too." She admitted. Newkirk smiled down at her and told her the truth.

"I love you." Mary smiled at his words; then replied.

"I love you too."
