I am so mad at that bitch. I knew all this had something to do with her, here we thought he had cut her out of his life and he's been talking to her all along. She manipulated Christian since he was still a child that even now he's still not able to recognize how she is controlling him, it was a shock to listen to him and his so-called therapist who kept confusing him basically insisting he did not see anything wrong with Christian and Elena continued "friendship"

"Christian sit down, and please explain what is going on with you?" Carric says
After several minutes of pacing and pulling at his hair, Christian finally sits and says
"I don't know what you want me to say? I am fucked up I don't deserve Ana, or the kids and I needed to protect them from me. And I knew Anastasia will never give up on me unless I got her to hate me, so I did"
"That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard," Elliot said
"Me too, sounds to me just like a ridiculous excuse to pretty much do whatever you want without having to take responsibility like the rest of us. I know you had the most horrible first 4 years of life, but you are not 4 anymore get over yourself. No one can change what happens in our lives but you don't see us using that as an excuse to be selfish and irresponsible right?" Mia explodes
That gets everyone's attention until john Flynn intervene

"Enough John, this is not about you and right now I need to talk to my family, I'll make an appointment if I need you some other time for now you may leave"
"Now that he's gone Christian we need to know how is it that you concluded that destroying your marriage was good for Ana and your children?" I asked
"Mom, you know I love Anastasia and the kids. But Elena is right, I am too fucked up and staying with them will only cause them pain and sadness"
Hearing that bitch's name makes my blood boil "What? Have you been in contact with that disgusting woman Christian?"
He realizes what he said and hangs his head and with a resigned expression he confesses
"Yes, mom. We continued our friendship after Teddy's birth, I had to go to Portland for a meeting that run really late and we decided to stay the night and come back in the morning. Ross and I went out to dinner with the owner of the company we just finished negotiations with to celebrate, after dinner we all went to our rooms but I missed Ana and Teddy and couldn't sleep so I went down to the bar to get a drink when I run into Elena having a drink by herself. I ignored her but she came to sit next to me and apologized for everything that happened and we started talking. Nothing happened, but I realized I needed someone to talk to once in a while so we started meeting for lunch once a week. At first, she mostly listened, but later on, started telling me she was wrong when she told me Ana was not what I needed because the reality was she was too good and innocent for me and would end up paying for my fucked upness once I couldn't restrain myself and needed to find a submissive to beat and fuck to find release"
"And you believed her?" I asked
"Not at first, but after I had a huge fight with Anastasia because she wouldn't come with me on a business trip that was going to keep me away from her and Teddy for days, in which I met and engaged in a sexual relationship with Megan I finally realized Elena was right and I needed to let them go. But when I got home Ana gave me the news that she was pregnant again, I couldn't leave her but at the same time once I started having Megan as my submissive I couldn't stop I needed the control"

"Karry, we have to do something to help Ana and Christian, I know he asked us not to get involved but this is just crazy. She needs to know the whole truth and if she still decides to separate from Christian we'll respect that"
