To be honest at this point Gray really should know better than to accept a drink from Juvia. This one really was on him when he carelessly accepted the glass of juice Juvia had so sweetly offered him and instantly went into a trance as his eyes flashed pink.

Various other members of the guild rolled their eyes in exasperation while others immediately pulled up a seat to see how this attempt of a love potion could go wrong.

(Happy instantly fled the building just in case. He did not want to go through that hell all over again. He had been traumatised enough in his short few years of life, thank you very much!)

"So Gray-sama," Juvia giggled breathlessly, "how do you feel now?"

"I….I…I feel like I have finally seen you for the first time in my life," Gray replied sappily, "my God have you always been this beautiful?"

"Oh Gray-sama!"

Juvia lunged at Gray with her arms outspread, ready to engulf him in a crushing passionate embrace, but instantly landed face first on the floor as Gray brushed past her.

"EH?!" Juvia screeched as she jumped back onto her feet. "Gray-sama!" she wailed despairingly as Gray continued to move towards his new object of affections. "Who are you….?"

Juvia's voice trailed off as she took in the morbidly fascinating sight of Gray smiling flirtatiously at his own reflection.

"Has anyone ever told you that you are perfection carved into marble?" he purred out as he reached out to shyly brush a hand against his reflected chest. "I can't believe you're still available with a body like that."

"Oh believe us," Cana commented in dry amusement, "Juvia's tried her best to make you unavailable."

Juvia nodded fervently at that.

Gray ignored them both as he continued to gaze into his own eyes dreamily.

The rest of the guild could have carried on without ever realising this moment of hilarity was happening if it wasn't for the fact that Gray decided this was the right time to serenade himself.

"I've been really tryin' baby," he crooned huskily, "Tryin' to hold back this feeling for so long and if you feel like I feel baby. Then c'mon, oh c'mon. Let's get it on!"

Very slowly the rest of the guild settled down utterly transfixed as they watched Gray with his own reflection.

"Are you okay, Juvia?" Lucy asked worriedly as the water mage had turned bright pink and kept fanning herself with her hands. "You're taking this failed attempt really well," Lucy's eyes narrowed in suspicion, "too well."

"Ara!" Juvia swooned. "Juvia can definitely live with this Love Rival! This is fuelling a whole new set of fantasies that Juvia did not think she was capable of having!"

Lucy grimaced she could have lived her whole life without knowing that!

She could have also lived her whole life without ever seeing Gray grind up against his own reflection but unfortunately she now never had to.

"Aw man!" Cana sniggered. "I wish I had some way to record this moment for future blackmailing purposes!"

"…loving you, baby, no, no," Gray murmured as he fogged up the mirror, "and giving yourself to me can never be wrong if the love is true."

This was, of course, when Master decided to walk in.

He took one look at Gray dry humping the mirror and then one look at the rest of his brats entranced by the sight as they slowly fed themselves popcorn and promptly walked out of the guild to the nearest bar.

"…I'm not even going to ask this time," he grumbled to himself, "stupid brats and their damn hormones!"
