World 3 Map (Super Mario 3D Land)
"Aaaah, that hit the spot." Ibuki said, getting up while stretching. "How do you feel, Chiaki-chan?"
"Definitely feeling better after getting hit by all that acid." Chiaki said, rolling her shoulder.
"I think we all do." Laxus said as he got up. "I've never seen a hot spring with healing properties before."
"That's Lady Palutena for ya!" Pit smiled.
"Hup! I feel rejuvenated!" Sarge bounced on his feet. "I feel like I could strangle Grif in a million different ways!"
"Yeah, good for yo- WAIT WHAT?!" Grif yelled.
"If you want to strangle Grif, how about doing it outside of the hot spring?" Tai suggested.
"And not in front of the kid too." Summer added.
"Oh picky picky." Sarge mumbled as everyone else got out.
"Mmm, I can't remember the last time I've soaked in that kind of hot spring." Weiss said.
"Agreed. I feel a lot more energized." Blake nodded.
"Alriiiiiight! Where to next!" Ruby exclaimed with a grin as they walked off, where they would feel the atmosphere gettig colder.
"Is it just me or is it getting colder?" Yang asked.
"Well, it's still winter. It's be spring in a few days though." Ren explained.
"I don't think that's what she meant." Jaune said as they looked up at snowy mountains.
"Desert, beach and snowy mountain? Are we sure we're in the right area?" Weiss asked.
"Of course we are. We're still in world three." Chiaki responded.
"Oh, okay then." Weiss chuckled as they walked ahead.
"Great, the metal head taught the gamer a few of her shenanigans." Cloud mumbled.
"You say that like it's a bad thing~!" Ibuki winked as they walked into the mountains.

World 3-4 - Fuzzy Snow
BGM: Snowball Park (Super Mario 3D World)
"Brrr! It's a little chilly out here…" Donut said.
"Ugh, can't believe we didn't pick any clothing for a snowy region!" Tucker complained.
"It's not that bad." Weiss said.
"Says the Atlesian!" Tucker shot back.
"Fair." Weiss shrugged as they walked ahead as they saw tightropes across gaps.
"Tightropes?" Blake tilted her head.
"I wonder, is there anything on the bottom?" Daisy wondered.
"Probably just a lot of snow." Luigi said.
"Hmm…" Mario rubbed his chin and decided to hop down, where he found himself buried waist deep into the snow as he decided to melt it all around him.
"Find anything?" Luigi called out to him.
"Nope, just grass!" He responded as he wall jumped back up.
"Meeeeeeeeeeeeyork!"
Ruby turned her head. "Um… was that…?"
"Uh… I thought you said those things hibernate in the winter!" Blake said.
"…Don't tell me. Mario pissed them off." Yang said.
"I didn't see any of 'em down there!" Mario said.
Gloria turned her head. "Guys!" She exclaimed as they turned to see a few Fuzzies hopping off of some trees.
"Oh, it's just a couple of them." Laxus said, deciding to shoot them down with lightning bolts. "Nothing to it." He smirked as several more came up from behind the ledge, and then several more came out. Barret would shoot several of these down but more kept coming.
"These things are multiplyin' like rabbits!"
Rosalina, along with Xena, proceeded to telekinetically push all the Fuzzies away… but instead of them getting blown away, they would just come back with a vengeance. "How in…?" Rosalina wondered.
"Think it'd be a good time to run?" Xena asked.
"You don't have to ask ME twice!" Luigi exclaimed as he already ran off with everyone right behind him.

BGM: Fuzzy Time Mine (Super Mario 3D World)
"Okay, we got a massive Fuzzy Horde on our tails, what do we make of this?!" Ruby asked.
"Obviously, this has Dimentio written all over it!" Weiss said as they went through a tightrope while Cloud turned around and threw out a Firaga with Aerith and Yuffie throwing out a Blizzaga and Thundaga, which only killed at least a few, forcing them to turn around and run back to the group.
"So tell me, what do these guys do?" Laxus asked.
"They suck your blood!" Nora replied. "And they multiply!"
"That only happens with Green Fuzzies!" Chiaki said, turning around and summoning an NES Zapper as she shot a few down, then noticed one dodging as it decided to split itself up.
"Meeeeyork!"
"Oooor not!" Chiaki paled as she turned around and rejoined the group.
"I think I can knock most of these down!" Laxus said as he jumped ahead and turned around. "LIGHTNING DRAGON… ROOOOAAAAAAAR!"
The resulting lighting roar was enough to decimate two thirds of the Fuzzy stampede. "Still got it." Laxus smirked, only to see the Fuzzies remultiplying their kind in a heartbeat. "…You gotta be shitting me." He deadpanned as Nora grabbed him and pulled him away. "Okay, got any other ideas?" He asked.
"We could just purge the Fuzzies after this adventure, make a whole mass extinction event that only affects the Fuzzies!" Simmons said.
"With these multiplying like rabbits? I don't think it's possible!" Tucker exclaimed.
"It worked in one universe!" Ibuki chimed in.
"That probably took years." Chiaki mumbled.
"Nah, only a week."
"Really?" Chiaki asked in surprise as they worked through the tightropes as the Fuzzies gained on them. Mario, Pyrrha, Lea and Dorothea quickly threw fire to create a massive firewall to block the Fuzzies, but they just climbed over the flames to get past it.
"These things are persistent!" Dorothea said.
"I could throw a black hole at them, but I wouldn't want to risk spaggetifying everyone!" Rosalina said.
Chiaki's eyes widened. "Black hole… that's it!" She immediately went into her Mega Man armor and turned around. "Eat Black Hole Bomb, you parasites!" She yelled, firing a large black hole that would suck up several Fuzzies and disintegrated them, but it would only last a few seconds before it disappeared, and said Fuzzies would just regenerate. "You gotta be kidding me!"
"You're just gonna waste your energy if you keep trying that!" Weiss told her.
"Yeah, good point!" Chiaki turned around, dismissing her armor.
"Crap! There's a dead end!" Raven groaned.
"No, there isn't!" Maia said as she jumped off where there was a downward slope, then she started to slide down.
"When in doubt!" Qrow jumped down too as everyone did the same, where Shield Knight used her shield as a sled with Shovel Knight holding on while Ibuki used her own guitar as a makeshift snowboard, while Chiaki summoned the Hylian Shield to shield surf down the slope, and was joined by Pyrrha and Jaune.
"Told you shield surfing's fun!"
"It is!" Pyrrha smiled.
"Waaah! I'm okay!" Jaune said once he regained his balance.
Luigi turned his head to see the Fuzzies having stopped just at the lip of the slope. "Hahahaha!" He laughed, mockingly pulling his eye socket down and blowing a raspberry… until the Fuzzies hopped down and starting to roll, creating a snow packed Fuzzy avalanche. "Oh… mama mia!" Luigi groaned.
"Seriously?!" Daisy complained. "Will you assholes leave us alone!"
"How did that saying go again… taunt to get bodied?" Chiaki guessed.
"That's pretty much it, yes!" Ibuki nodded, giving Luigi a dirty look.
"How was I supposed to know that'd make them angrier?"
"I'll give 'em credit. They're persistent!" Xion said, shooting a Triple Firaga at them.
"I know what'll appease them!" Sarge said.
"NO. YOU ARE NOT SACRIFICING ME TO APPEASE A SO-CALLED FUZZY GOD." Grif yelled.
"Party pooper!"
"Look, there's a cave up ahead!" Summer said, giving the armadillo Faunus a piggyback ride.
"I'll seal it off the moment we all enter!" Rosalina said as they went inside the cave, and once they were all in, Rosalina quickly shot out cosmic ice to form a cosmic ice wall.
"Will that hold?" Shield Knight asked.
"This maiden is the protector of the cosmos. That will hold." Shovel Knight said.

"…I hope."
Rosalina confidently stood in place, her hand aiming at the ice wall she created until the pounding of the ice wall ceased, with several cracks having formed on the ice.

"We're good." Rosalina smiled as everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
"Thwarted you, Dimentio! SUCK IT!" Daisy laughed.
On the other side of the ice wall…
Dimentio appeared on the other side of the wall. "Funny, I didn't have a Fuzzy Horde scheduled…" He mused. "Though that does give me a good idea for later."
"Hahahahaha! That was all my doing!"
Dimentio turned his head to see Hades sliding in via a bobsled that crashed into the ice. It didn't shatter the ice, but it was enough to crack it some more. "That was you?"
"Yes. Damian came back alive and was about to climb the mountain to face the heroes. However, I sicced a Fuzzy Horde on him. I recorded the whole thing on tape!" He said, pulling out a video camera for Dimentio to see.
"You disgusting parasites think you can challenge me! Don't make me laugh!"
"MeeYOOOOOOORK!"
"Off! Off, I say! Get off of me, you leeches! Rrrgh! There's too many of them! AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!"
"My word, they're sucking him dry like he's a fruit smoothie!" Dimentio mused. "At least he tried to fight them off."
"Indeed. That makes death number forty one."
"…Forty one?"
"Remind me to send you the link to that PSA." Hades grinned.
"So, you sicced them on that Damian fellow, then you sent them after the heroes?"
"Oh, I overheard the heroes were nearby so I thought "Why not? I'm bored, let's pull a prank on 'em"."
"Ah, I see!"
"Plus, they won't know it's me. They'll just pin the blame on you!"
"Except Ibuki has super good hearing, Hades-chan!"
"…Oh, right, I forgot metal head has that ability. Oh well, catch you on the flipside, clown!" He said and disappeared.
"Ahahaha, definitely a prankster…" He mused before disappearing himself.
Back on the other side…
"So this was Hades' doing?" Byleth raised an eyebrow.
"Wouldn't put it past him." Ruby rolled her eyes. "So uh… how do we get out of here? I'm not trusting the other side, the Fuzzies might come back."
"Well, we just simply explore." Chiaki said as they walked through the cave until they came across two holes on different walls, where they would see a stream coming out of the left.
"Maybe this is the exit?" Umber wondered as they walked across, only they would see a huge nest with a Rathian sleeping in it.
"Wrong turn!" Nyx whispered.
"Wait… I see something glowing out of that nest." Jade said.
Weiss stared at the nest before she slowly approached the nest. "Weiss, what are you doing?" Blake whispered.
"I just need to take a look." Weiss whispered back as she slowly approached it. Once she climbed into the nest, she would see a blue egg lying next to it. On close inspection, she would see the egg having a large red dot in the middle, followed by eight yellow dots above it, seemingly acting like a crown.
It's beautiful… Weiss thought as she reached for it, but the Rathian's tail moved and covered it up. "No no no no…" She whispered as she carefully lifted the tail and put it to the side. She then reached with both hands, delicately hovering them above the egg. Her hands shook, her heart raced, sweat rolled down Weiss's face.
All she could picture now was a giant rolling boulder coming down on top of her the moment she took the egg. She gulped and slowly started to move it away. The Rathian turned around in her sleep, wrapping her tail around Weiss around her body as if it was snuggling her. She paled, held her breath and froze.
"This is bad… what do we do?" Ruby whispered.
"Hold on, let's see what she does." Blake said as everyone dared not to make a move, lest the Rathian wake up and slaughter Weiss for daring to take the egg away from her.
Weiss exhaled and calmly tried to squeeze her way past… until the Rathian moved again and wrapped its wing over Weiss and nudged her closer to her stomach. This did not pan out the way it did in my head! She thought as the Rathian would then, with her eyes still closed, nuzzled its face against the back of Weiss's neck and licked her, thinking she was holding a young Rathian.
Weiss shivered. Ew! She thought as she looked at her friends. "HELP ME!" She quietly mouthed.
"Time for the ninja to do her stuff." Yuffie smirked, quickly jumping up on pillars as she pulled out a grappling hook and shot it at the top of the ceiling, where it wrapped around a stalagmite. She then swung overhead before she eventually stopped just above the two. She then climbed down and held her arm out. "Need a lift?" She whispered.
"Yeah." Weiss nodded as Yuffie lifted the wing up as Weiss moved out of the way and then climbed onto the rope, holding onto the egg with her other hand, and started to climb up, but she slipped. "Wah!" She yelped.
Yuffie leaned down and grabbed Weiss's ankle. "Got ya!" She whispered.
"Phew…" Weiss sighed with relief, still holding on to the egg while closing her eyes. She would open her eyes… to see the Rathian waking up. "Mmmph!" She whimpered as the Rathian yawned and then looked up to see the duo.
"Aheheheh… how you doing?" Yuffie waved nervously.
The Rathian roared angrily at the two and lunged at the two, until Cloud came swooping in and blocked with his Buster Sword.
BGM: Those Who Fight (Final Fantasy VII Remake)
"Yuffie, get Weiss out of here!" Cloud ordered.
"Right!" Yuffie nodded as she climbed up while still holding on to Weiss.
The Rathian roared at Cloud as Aerith, Barret, Tifa and Red came to aid him as the Rathian roared at Cloud. "I've fought your kind before." Cloud said as the Rathian swung her tail at him, but Cloud blocked and easily countered as he Cross Slashed it as Tifa Thundaga Punched it in the face as Aerith aimed her staff and fired a beam of light at it.
"Eat some of this!" Barret yelled, unleashing a barrage of bullets at it. The Rathian flew up to claw Barret, but he rolled out of the way as Red jumped in and clawed at the Rathian while Tifa threw a shoryuken at the Rathian.
The Rathian breathed fire at Cloud, but he rolled out of the way and threw another Cross Slash at her. "I'll make this quick." He said, lunging at the Rathian and unleashing Omnislash on it before slashing downward to finish off his move, sending the Rathian flying into a wall. "Go! Now!" He yelled as the others made a run for it. "Barret, shoot at the ceiling!"
"What, are you crazy?!"
"Trust me!"
Barret nodded and then fired at the ceiling, which would cause it to cave in. The Rathian snapped out of its daze and roared at Cloud, who simply smirked and ran off as the Rathian chased after him. The rocks started falling as Cloud slid underneath right before the boulders slammed into the ground. The Rathian slammed into the boulders, roaring and trying to get through the blockage.

"That'll keep it busy for a while." Cloud said.
"What were you thinking?!" Blake yelled. "You could've been Rathian chow!"
"Says the girl who walked into a Nargacuga nest." Weiss shot back.
Blake blushed. "O-Okay… fair point…"
"Wait a second…" Chiaki took a closer look at the egg. "Holy crap, that's a Manaphy Egg!"
"What?" Gloria took a look. "Holy shite, it is!"
"What was a Rathian doing with a Manaphy Egg?" Pit wondered.
"If I had to wager a guess, it probably saw the egg lying on a beach and decided to take it back to her nest." Palutena spoke up. "Hmm, hold on a sec."
A heavenly light appeared in front of Weiss, as an incubator appeared in front of her. "Ta-dah~! An incubator! I even gave it straps so you can wear the incubator as a little backpack!"
"Aww…" Weiss smiled, gently putting it inside and putting it on. "Palutena, can you do me a favor and take it with you in case we're engaged in battle?"
"This incubator is specially designed to tank hits to the point that even a very powerful hit won't even dent it."
"Soooo, could it withstand a blow from a Lightsaber?" Chiaki wondered.
"Of course. I'm pretty positive that something made by a god can withstand a sword that acts like a glow stick."
"Why do I feel like you just pissed off some sort of fanbase…" Aerith sweatdropped.
"Eh, that fanbase is never happy." Tucker waved it off. "Hmm… Weiss, take the egg out. I wanna try something with that incubator."
"Tucker, I swear, if you're going to use this incubator for some pleasure filled fun time…" Weiss glared
"Whoooooooa! Why would I do that? There's a child present!" Tucker said, referring to the armadillo faunus.
"So you'd do it when he's not looking."
"Oh, just give me the damn incubator! I won't do any of that stuff!"
"…I just realized we forgot Sister. Again." Grif said.
"Eh, probably for the best. Her innuendos would drive us all crazy." Epsilon said as Weiss took it off and took out the Manaphy Egg.
Tucker took out his Energy Sword right after and then cut through the incubator. "Swish!"
The incubator fell over. "Well, how about that!" Tucker said.
"Alright, my turn." Chiaki summoned the Lightsaber and activated it.
"I'm telling you, it's fine." Palutena reassured as Chiaki cut through it before she deactivated it. "See? It's in one piece!"
Weiss picked up the incubator… where she only picked up the top half of it. "You were saying?"
"What?!"
"Not bad for a glow stick, eh?" Chiaki smiled, hearing Ibuki snicker.
"You know what, Weiss, I'll gladly bring it over to Skyworld when you're in battle." Palutena said, sending over a new one.
"Good call." Weiss put the Manaphy Egg in and strapped it to her back. "Let's roll."
"You okay, Lady Palutena?" Pit asked.
"Yeah, I'm… gonna need a moment." Pit could hear Palutena mumbling to herself. "Note to self: Ask Dyntos to create Lightsaber-proof incubators…"
"Just for the record, I softened it up for you." Tucker grumbled.
"Right right, keep telling yourself that." Chiaki chuckled, patting him on the shoulder.
They would eventually come across a warp box as they went inside and found themselves in an area where everything was covered in Yoshi cookies.
"Oooooh my goodness!" Ruby's eyes sparkled.
"…Are we in heaven right now? Because I think we're in heaven right now!" Grif exclaimed.
World 3-5: Cookies Galore
BGM: Wildlands (Super Smash Bros Brawl)
"Goodness, that's a lot of cookies." Byleth scratched her cheek.
"We should've brought Yoshi with us." Mario said with Luigi nodding.
"Mine too." Nyx nodded as they walked across, hopping over a gap as they jumped on some graham cracker platforms and hopped down, where they would see friendly Shy Guys wandering around.
"Hmm… ya know, I wonder if there are any Shy Girls around?" Xion wondered.
Shy Gals? I never gave that much thought. Chiaki thought.
"I've thought about that for a while." Weiss said.
"If there are, then they're probably even more shy." Cloud guessed.
"Eh, let's not dwell on that." Summer waved it off as they walked ahead, jumping over platforms while Rosalina picked up a cookie and bit into it.
"Mmm! I can see why Yoshis love these so much." She said.
"I feel like there's something missing…" Grif scratched his chin in thought. "Ah! We just need some creme filling and voila, Yoshi Oreos!"
"…I'd actually buy those." Simmons said.
"Same on that front!" Donut agreed.
"Personalmente, creo que todo está sobrevalorado." (Personally, I think it's all overrated.)
"How can you eat? You're a robot!" Epsilon said as Laxus picked one up and took a bite.
"…Eh, it's alright." He shrugged.
"Oh good, I'm not alone on that." Maia said.
"I could see Demyx enjoying these." Isa said.
Lea turned his head, seeing Xion and Ven eating a few. "Save some for Roxas, knuckleheads!" He teased.
"I'm gonna save some for Peach." Daisy said, stuffing them in her pockets as they continued on, watching some Shy Guys ride along on some Biddybuds, where one of them wore a cowboy hat.
"Howdy." He greeted before he proceeded to lasso up an unsuspecting Stingby while a few Shy Guys did acrobatics on the platforms, waving toward the heroes.
"I wonder what they look like behind their masks…" Blake wondered.
"I've seen it. Not worth it!" Luigi shuddered as they jumped over on some white chocolate platforms.
"…I'm suddenly in the mood for s'mores." Sarge said.
"Tum tum te tum~" Caboose snapped off a few pieces of white chocolate. "Are there any marshmallow platforms?" He wondered.
"I doubt it." Tucker said as some Fly Guys flew overhead along with some Sky Guys who were practicing their aim by shooting at targets, then they would hop off of the platforms as they would see a flagpole up ahead where Mario took a running start and did a triple jump as he grabbed the top of the flagpole.
"Got it!" Mario happily said as he climbed down.
"Oh man, these are so good!" Ruby smiled, finishing a cookie.
"You said it!" Pit said as he finished a few cookies as well as they all walked off, but then Luigi spotted a Yoshi Cookie on the ground.
"Oooh, come to papa!" He said, picking it up as he was about to take a bite, but felt a tug on his sleeve. He looked down to see the armadillo faunus looking at him with pleading eyes. "…Oh, the ol' puppy dog eyes…" Luigi chuckled, giving him the cookie. "Here ya go."
The boy smiled, taking the cookie and hugged Luigi. The plumber simply patted him on the head and hugged back, then they walked off together.
"Caboose, I don't even WANT to know where you found those marshmallows!" Tucker said, watching him eat the whole thing. "…And you didn't even put graham crackers between those and the white chocolate!"
"There weren't any around!"
Tucker sweatdropped. "There were plenty of-… oh never mind." He sighed as they continued to walk off.
A few minutes later…
Shadows overlapped them as they would look up to see airships above them. "Looks like we're doing airships again." Mario said.
"Hmm… we can't just take him with us to the airship." Summer looked over to the boy and had an idea. "Hey Palutena, you think you could-"
"You don't even have to ask. I was planning on taking him off your hands for safety reasons. Those airships are very dangerous…"
"While you're at it-"
"Of course!" Palutena interrupted Weiss as heavenly lights surrounded the Manaphy Egg and the faunus. The Faunus looked frightened when the heavenly light surrounded him, but Summer took his hand.
"Hey, it's going to be okay." Summer said gently as the boy's fears slowly disappeared as he smiled back at her before he was whisked away to Skyworld.
"Let's see what these airships hold." Ruby said.
World 3-Airships: Puncture Them All!
BGM: Bowser Jr's Airship Armada (Super Mario Galaxy)
Everyone landed on the airships via cannon as they would see Grimm Bob-ombs walking around. "Great, now they're explosive." Ruby sweatdropped.
"I thought the Grimm Bills were bad enough…" Tai mumbled as they walked ahead.
The Grimm Bob-omb spotted them and rushed ahead while lighting up. Ibuki swiftly kicked one into a wall as it exploded and sent shrapnel everywhere. Rosalina put up a force field to block them as they climbed up as a spiked pillar shot out at them, but Xena telekinetically stopped it as they walked further along.
A few cannons locked onto them and shot out spiked balls, only to be reflected back by Umber with a few reflective mirrors where the spiked balls went into the cannons, causing them to explode within seconds as they went on, where a few Grimm Bob-ombs charged at them, only to get sniped away from a safe distance courtesy of Nyx.
They climbed over a few platforms, stopping a spiked pillar from puncturing them, and then they would see a whole line of spiked pillars ready to skewer them. "Okay! That's overkill!" Lea sweatdropped.
"We got this." Xion said as they ran ahead as the spiked pillars launched ahead, but Rosalina and Xena put a stop to them as the pillars up ahead retracted, then they kept going as Rosalina and Xena stopped the rest of them as they all went into a Warp Pipe shortly after.

Once they hopped out, they would see conveyor belts on the ground and then they would see Mercury landing in front of them, this time having armor on his chest, robotic arms and he would have a helmet that covered half of his face. "My Oum… what did they do to him?" Ruby asked in concern.
"Rrrgh… mmph…" Mercury grunted, seeming like he was fighting it.
"Mercury, whatever's controlling you, fight it!" Nora yelled.
"Graaah… aaargh!" Mercury clutched his head before he stopped, he looked straight at them where they would see his gray eye turning red. "Must destroy all losers." He said.
"Now now!" Dimentio appeared before them. "Let's destroy them in a few waves. Let's randomize again~!"
Ruby growled. "NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!" She yelled, immediately using her semblance to get to Dimentio, only she disappeared alog with everyone except for Byleth, Tai, Tifa, Laxus and Xion.
"Temper temper, Rubes~ We'll have our fight eventually." He chuckled. "Now then, Merc, destroy these fools!"
"I have a feeling your "randomizer" chose poorly." Laxus smirked, cracking his knuckles.
BGM: Flash Man Stage (Super Smash Bros Ultimate)
Cyborg Mercenary - Mercury
The conveyor belts turned on as Mercury flew up as he also had jet boots as he flew down and kicked Byleth, but she blocked with her arms and countered with the Sword of the Creator, knocking Mercury back as Tai jumped over, activating his semblance as golden fire came out of his fist and punched Mercury away.
Mercury aimed his arm cannon at them and fired as Xion swiftly zipped across the field as she was behind in a snap and slashed him with the Omega Weapon, swinging her Keyblade down as Mercury was covered in a pillar of light. Mercury would respond by firing at the conveyor belts as electricity surrounded Xion and struck her. "Mmmph!" Xion winced as Mercury slugged her in the gut and kicked her away, but she quickly recovered and used Strike Raid, zipping over to her Keyblade and then used Sonic Blade right after.
Mercury fired at both walls, revealing cannons as they fired cannonballs at them, forcing them to dodge while Tifa grabbed a cannonball and threw it at Mercury. He swiftly ducked as Byleth ran over, only to see an axe swinging from the wall. Her eyes widened as she slid down to avoid it as Mercury raised his leg and shoved it into Byleth's gut and then aimed his arm cannon at her face, only for Tai to come in and slugged him in the face to send him crashing into a wall as Byleth sprang back up.
"Useless!" Mercury said, jumping over and axe kicking Byleth, but she blocked with her arms and grabbed a hold of his metallic ankle as she suplexed him into the ground as she slashed him away right after as Mercury snapped back to attention and aimed his foot at Byleth, smirking and shooting out fireballs, where she rolled out of the way as the walls opened up to reveal spikes.
Mercury would then jump in and shoot at Tai, but Tifa came in with a Dolphin Blow to knock him into the air as she jumped up and punched him into the ground where Xion was ready for him and swung her Keyblade to knock him into a wall.
Mercury got up, looking at Laxus who had his arms folded while he kept casually stepping away from the spiked walls. "What's the matter… afraid to fight?"
"No, I was just giving these guys a chance to hit you." Laxus responded.
"You're afraid to fight! Show me what you're made of!" Mercury launched at Laxus.
"Okay." Laxus pulled back his fist and slugged him hard in the gut, which was enough to send him flying into a wall and destroyed his entire armor.

"Oooh!" Byleth winced.
"Damn!" Tifa and Tai flinched.
Dimentio dropped a few popcorn kernals in surprise. "…Oh my."
"What? That was just me holding back." Laxus shrugged.
"YOU HELD BACK?!" Xion yelled in disbelief. "…I'd hate to see you when you're actually serious."
"I guess you Fairy Tail folk were just built different back in the day." Tai guessed.
"What, that's a problem?" Laxus shrugged.
"Rrrgh…" Mercury got back up, his eyes back to normal. "What… just hit me…?"
"A bullet train. Let's get you patched up." Dimentio brought everyone back while also teleporting away, having a very concerned look in his eyes while he and Mercury got away.
"What's with those looks?" Ruby asked.
"Let's just say… the folks back in the old days were just… built different." Byleth said as they all looked at Laxus.
"That's my ancestor for ya, he's got them Valkyrie genes in him!" Nora grinned.
"…Shouldn't it be the other way around?" Laxus chuckled, ruffling Nora's hair as Rosalina teleported them out of the ship and back on the ground while the airships exploded nearby, then the Faunus and Manaphy Egg returned.
"I have to say, the kid is REALLY cute up close. He's definitely an inqusitive little guy." Palutena chuckled.
"He sure is." Summer smiled as they walked off, where they would see a forest up ahead.
Meanwhile, in the forest…
"Heheheh… those losers are coming closer. As soon as they come by, I'll ambush them and kill that Ruby bitch!"
"Excuse me." A voice said as she turned around to see a Warrior of Light. "I couldn't help but overhear you were wanting to ambush someone?"
"Oh, piss off bitch. Who do you think you are, anyway?"
"Name's Carmen, a Warrior of Light. Decided to do some exploring after I came to this world about a day ago and… you are?"
"Your worst nightmare if you don't fuck off! Beat it… or else I'll kill you."
"You're gonna ambush those people? Yeah, not gonna happen."
"Ohohoho! You're gonna challenge me? I'm going to make you eat the ground after I'm done with you!"
Carmen readied herself, but then she found herself in a vision. Huh? She thought as she witnessed the birth of Dark Ruby and her constant fights with Ruby. Oh my… she's really kicking this girl's butt. She thought as she then witnessed Dark Ruby laying Ruby out and almost killing her, only for Byleth to intervene. Uh-huh… okay, this girl's really dangerous.
She closed her eyes, reopening them as Grimm Ruby attacked her, but she backflipped out of the way. "Come to me, Bahamut."
Nearby…
"Hmhmhmhm~" Ruby hummed, when suddenly there was a loud explosion, complete with a mushroom cloud forming over the trees. "What the?!"
"…That's not good." Summer said as they all readied themselves and cautiously approached, with Ruby's instincts kicking into high gear.
Back in the forest…
"Hah… hah…" She smirked, already sprawled out. "You… hahahaha… now I know what you're capable of…" She chuckled as she started to fade away. "You will regret that when the time comes!" She said and disappeared in front of her.
"…Why do I get the feeling that was just a clone?" Carmen wondered, rubbing her head. Just what the hell was all that? She thought as she heard footsteps approaching as she turned around to see the whole group.
"Was that you who caused that explosion?" Pit demanded, his bow at the ready.
"Oh that? Yeah, it was me. I defeated a monster for you guys. You're welcome!" She smiled, flashing the peace sign.
Meanwhile…
"Hmm…" Grimm Ruby opened her eyes. "It seems I have to adjust my strategy with the new bitch in town."
"And you said clones were overrated." Ghirahim smirked.
"Hmhmhm." Grimm Ruby chuckled. "Don't worry, she's going to fall… while I will enjoy destroying that faker for good."
