Oliver saw the attack on the City Hall and visited Laurel there and still doesn't want to go back to being the Vigilante. Once he arrived back home, he was met with by Walter, who was trying to reach someone on the phone.

"Walter." Oliver greeted happily.

"Oliver. Great to see you again." Walter said happily.

"Hey, thanks for taking care of Peter and the company for us." Oliver thanked him for his brother.

"My pleasure, Peter's not exactly always out looking for trouble and the company's in good hands." Walter said happily while joking on Peter's part.

"Well, there's a few traits I'm glad he didn't get from the family." Oliver added and noticed his brothers missing. "Where is Peter?"

Walter then raised his hand and shows his phone. "Your guess is as good as mine. I've been trying to contact him as he usually lets me know when he's going to be out this late. And last I heard of him; he was heading home."

"I'm sure he's fine. Probably hanging out with his friends, taking a long way home." Oliver guesses.

Oh, how wrong they both were.

Miles just swam out of the bay while carrying an unconscious Peter out of the water.

"I got him!" Miles called out to Anya and MJ who both ran over to him and grabbed Peter's shoulders and pried him out of the water as best they could.

"For a scrawny guy, he's pretty heavy." Anya commented as she dragged Peter onto the ground and MJ removed his mask so he could breath.

"Peter?" MJ asked and checked to see he's not breathing. "Oh god, anyone know CPR?"

"Uh, yeah, start with chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth." Miles instructed while MJ was doing as he said. "Pinch his nose, one breath, two breath, repeat."

MJ then did exactly that and just as they think it's pointless, Peter gasps and spat up the water he breathed in.

"Oh, thank god!" Miles cried in relief as Peter turned to the side so he could spit out the water.

"You okay?" MJ asks.

"Yeah...yeah, I'm okay." Peter promises as he finally got back on to his feet. "Oh, man...that was a lot of water."

"How did you end up in the middle of the river?" Anya was curious to know.

"There...there was this freak with giant metal wings. He came flying in, grabbed me while I was in the air and dropped me. Well, I made him drop me." Peter explained as he lied down and grabbed his mask and was curious on something. "How'd you guys know I was in trouble?"

"I...put a tracker in your suit." MJ confessed.

"You what?!" Peter asked in shock.

"Hey, I'm your eyes and ears, so I'm gonna be keeping an eye on where you are, so I'm gonna watch where you are." MJ defended.

Peter sighed and saw if she didn't, he would be literally sleeping with the fishes. "You're right. Thanks. Great thinking." He sighed as he laid back down when he suddenly jumped back up in fear. "What time is it?"

Uh..." Anya looked down at her watch and saw the time. "10:59."

"Oh, god, Walter's gonna kill me." Peter groaned as he smacked himself in the face.

"We can try to sneak you back in." Anya offered.

"No, it's better to just say we went out together or something, didn't notice the time." Peter said as he tried to get up and needed a bit of help from his friends.

"Okay, but we're gonna need to do something about your clothes." Anya commented, grabbing his left shoulder to help him stand.

Making it home, Peter tried to make as little noise as possible, currently wearing Miles' hoodie he allowed him to borrow for the night, with the hood raised. Luckily, he was just a tad shorter than Peter, so the hoodie just about fit. That was followed by a pair of jeans they were able to find at a nearby store that was still open.

Thank you 24hrs Walmart's.

Still limping due to the fall, Peter made his way into the kitchen to get something to gain more energy. When he opened the fridge, his senses went off and he noticed Walter was also awake and sitting on a barstool.

"You didn't have to wait up for me." Peter promised him.

"Yes, I did. You didn't answer any of my calls." Walter informed him. "I was getting worried. Where were you?"

"I went out for lunch with my friends, and we went to see a movie." Peter told him the lie that he and the others made on the way over. "I didn't notice how late it was until we left, my phone was off. I was gonna call, but I figured you'd be asleep and didn't wanna wake you."

"You didn't see your mother today?" Walter asks.

"Uh...no. It was a swamped day at F.E.A.S.T. and I didn't wanna go through the prison protocol today. I'll visit her early tomorrow." Peter promised and closed the fridge with an energized drink in his hand and scarfed it down fast, allowing his body to use the chemicals inside the drink to heal his body. "Well, goodnight." He then was on his way up, but Walter wasn't done yet.

"Peter." Walter called in a stern voice Peter knew all too well. It was that soothing yet commanding voice saying if he said one wrong thing, it could mean life or death. Figuratively. Hopefully. "You know you can talk to me about something that's bothering you."

"Yeah. I know." Peter promised and sighed as he rubbed his face.

"Your mother's trial is coming up, and you might not admit it, but I think it's having an effect on you." Walter stated. "Peter, will you please face me?" He doesn't flinch and is afraid of what he'll see. "Peter."

Knowing it'll be worse if Walter does it by force, Peter spun around and revealed his face, which was still bruised due to his fall and a few cuts due to being dragged down the street that never healed.

"Oh my god..." Walter said in shock as to what he's seeing. "Peter, what's happening to you? Who's doing this to you?"

"Walter, please, I know it might not seem like it, but I know what I'm doing." Peter promised him. "Please, just trust me."

"How do you want me to trust you, Peter, when you never talk to me?" Walter questioned him and approached the child and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Whatever's happening to you, you can talk to me. Secrets have a cost attached to them. They're never free."

Peter sighed and turned around before walking up the stairs, ignoring any more calls from Walter. But he didn't even call back and thinks Peter just might be having a harder time than he believes.

That same night however, Thea was working at Oliver's bar Verdant which she now runs and was talking to Roy.

"So have you go see your mom yet?" Roy asked her.

"I thought about what you said." Thea starts off.

"And?" Roy asks to know more.

"And...I'll go see her when you stop going out at night to clean up the streets." Thea compromised sarcastically.

"What does one thing have to do with the other?" Roy asks.

"I guess they're both things that are never gonna happen." Thea stated and walked off.

Just then, the Vigilantes all never the club and shoot the DJ stand, silencing the room.

"We're looking for Oliver Queen! He's back in town, he owns this dump. Where can we find him?" One of them asks and nobody has anything to say. "Okay, then Plan B. I'm gonna start shooting people until Oliver Queen grows a pair!"

He then got ready to shoot someone as Roy leaped in and tackled one of them, and when they fought back, they ended up losing his glove where Roy noticed his hand was missing.

Roy then looked and saw they took Thea hostage and aimed at him.

"Back off, hero. I'm just as happy to kill this Queen as her brothers." He dared Roy and then lead the others out.

Peter was currently lying in bed, resting off his injuries just as he was awakened by his senses when he saw his window opening.

He quickly sneaked out of bed and towards the window to attack, but he then noticed it was Miles and sighed in relief just as Miles jumps in shock.

"Miles, I almost got ready to pounce you." Peter stated before freezing in what he said. "Okay, you know what I mean."

"Yeah, I tried calling you, but you weren't answering." Miles explains and Peter looked to see he missed twenty calls from him, Anya, and MJ.

"Because I was sleeping." Peter stated.

"Fair enough, but have you seen the news?" Miles asked and handed him his phone where he watched a video about Thea's club and her abduction.

"Oh, no..." Peter whispered in fear. He hasn't talked to his sister since his mother was arrested, and now she's been kidnapped by these people.

"We thought you'd want the help." Miles said and walked back to the window.

"We?" Peter asks just as Miles helps Anya and MJ who were dangling on a nearby tree inside. "What are you guys doing here?"

"We have something that can help us find your sister." Anya explains as MJ walked over and typed in the password into his computer which revealed the Spider's Nest to them. "Whoa. That's cool."

MJ moved in and took a seat in front of the screens. "So, we got a text from Yuri, said you might have the resources to find this guy."

"One of the Vigilantes was missing part of his hand." Anya told him.

"Might be a veteran." Miles guessed as MJ activated the screens.

"MJ, can you check hospital records for anyone that had surgical amputations on their fingers?" Peter asks her.

"Watch me." MJ dared and found one. "Jeff Deveau. An African-American, in his late thirty's."

"Anything else?" Peter asks.

"Yeah...he's an ex-marine." Anya looked at another one of the screens that pulled up information on him. "Explains why he could handle himself in a gun fight."

"And he lost his hand and wife in the attack from the Demons." MJ said solemnly. "During the attack on city hall. She didn't make it."

Miles looked sorry for the man as he also lost his father the same day, and mostly everyone they knew lost someone.

"Let's see who he's been in contact with." Peter says and uses the screens to pull up phone records. "What's this church in the Glades?"

"Oh, that's Standing Strong." Miles tells them. "It's a support group for people who lost people during the quake."

"How do you know that?" Anya asks.

"I live half a block away from it." Miles shrugged. "It's definitely the type of place you'd be able to find others who want just as much revenge as you do."

Peter then strolled over to the case that's currently holding the suit. "Miles, lock on the location into the computer's GPS. It'll link to my suit." He then grabbed onto the suit and yanked it off of the manikin. "I've got some vigilantes to beat up."

In the said church, Thea was currently tied up to a chair in the middle of the rows of seats with the four Vigilantes circling around him.

"So...what do we want to do with her?" One of them asks.

"We could knock her out, drop her off somewhere." Another suggested.

"Come on. Why don't you buy her a new pair of Prada's while you're at it. She's seen our faces." Their leader stated.

"Offing Oliver Queen is one thing, but his sister?" The first one asked. "She's not much older than my sister when she was killed in the earthquake."

"She wasn't killed, she was murdered. By her mother." Their leader went on. "What we're doing here is justice which makes us the heroes."

"She didn't kill anyone." Thea stated through her fear. "My mother didn't kill anyone. Malcom Merlyn destroyed the Glades."

"With Mommy's help."

"Merlyn killed my father. Thought he killed my brother, and he'd actually kill me or my younger brother. She must've been so afraid." Thea stated in shock at her own words.

Their leader then pulled out his gun and aimed it at her. "Just like my wife when our house collapsed on top of her."

Thea turned away and readied for what's to come, but before anything could happen an arrow comes flying in and they turn to see Oliver.

"Get away from her!" Oliver demanded as they opened fire on him, but then was stopped by webbing coming in and yanking the guns out of their hands.

"Hey, fellas. Miss me?" Peter asks as one pulled out a pistol and opened fire on Peter as he just dodged all the bullets. "Aw! You did miss me!" He then shot a web at his face, yanking on it and leaping into the air and kicking him in the face. "But I didn't miss you!"

While they were distracted by him, Oliver came up to another one and twisted his arm before beating him unconscious.

Peter's senses went off just in time for him to dodge an attack from behind and grabbed the man before tossing him into the wall. Oliver just shot an arrow into the last of them, but then the two of them heard Thea whimpering and saw she was being dragged off by Jeff Devaue.

"Help! Please." Thea cried and Peter leaped and started crawling up the walls.

Oliver made his way across the church quicker and aimed an arrow at his head. "Let...her...go."

"You wanna save her?" Jeff asks. "There was no just for people like the Queens until you showed us how to get it. You showed us."

Before Oliver could release the arrow, Peter grabbed onto him from behind and shocked Jeff with a taser web that caused him to let go of Thea. Jeff then began to feel nothing in his legs and fell back off the balcony where Peter causation him by the vest.

Peter held onto Jeff before he could drop as he had a question for them. "The dude with the wings...who is he?!"

"I...I don't know who he is...he..." Jeff said in fear as he dangled there. "He...calls himself t-the Vulture!"

"Where can I find him?" Peter asks.

"I...I don't know! His stuff is delivered to us by the Tinkerer." Jeff promised and Peter then dropped him, causing Jeff to fall, but he caught him at the last second with a web and knocked him out.

Looking back up, Peter noticed the Hood's already gone as well as Thea. Now he needs to find out about this Vulture and this Tinkerer.

Later, Peter made it home as he's watching the news about the Vigilantes arrest and is happy he stopped them from killing his sister.

"Nice work out there, man." MJ told him from the couch. "Think your sister might just come around?"

"Time will tell." Peter guessed. Just as he was saying that there was a knock on the door, and he looked to see it was Thea walking in.

"Look at that, I'm psychic." MJ commented.

"Thea...been a while." Peter said in a bit of shock.

"Yeah, it has..." Thea agreed as she slowly approached him. "How you've been? I mean, I saw you were hurt on the attack during city hall...didn't think you'd want to see me after that."

"Thea...I don't know what our relationship is anymore. You threw mom under the bus, and it seems it took a kidnapping from some freaks in masks to get you to see how I saw it." Peter informed his sister.

"Yeah, I know." Thea agreed with a sigh. "I just got back from seeing her. I...do you think maybe we can start over?"

Peter looked happy and hugged his sister who easily returned it. "That's all I ever wanted."

Oliver then walked in and saw the little moment between the two of them. "Looks like you guys have made up."

"Shut up." Thea demanded of Oliver as she continued to hug Peter who just laughed at his siblings.

That night, Miles was walking around the Glades on his way home when he started hearing a girl whimpering and saw four guys harassing someone around his age.

"Not on my watch." Miles declared as he marched over to them and placed a makeshift mask on, which was nothing but a ski mask with holes cut in it.

One of the four men tossed the girl against the wall. "We just want to be friendly. Do we scare you or something?"

"I thought the screaming and whimpering would have given that away." Miles did his best to quip like Peter. "Why don't you let her go and pick someone your own..." he then looked and noticed half of these guys were literally a head taller than him. "...my size!"

The girl then broke off and started to run off just as one of them go in to punch Miles as he dodged it and punched him in the back. Just then, another one of them came in to attack him and Miles gave him a right hook than sent him toppling. Another went into punch, but Miles kicked him, sending him flying into the pedestal for the bridge.

Miles went to turn around, but his spider-senses suddenly kicked in and gave him a splitting headache and gave the attackers enough time to punch him and take him down.

"That all you got, man?" One of them asked Miles just as a metal staff smacked one of the attackers and Miles watched in shock as a blonde carrying a bow-staff that takes down the group.

"Who the heck are you?" Miles questioned her as the blonde jumps up onto the bridge and vanishes.

This city's getting a bit crowded when it comes to masks.

The man that Spider-Man caught the previous day, the one with the scorpion tattoo, was brought to his lawyer for his trial when he didn't recognize the woman.

"Who are you supposed to be?" The man asked.

"Wrong question, Mr. Gargan. The real question is...how would you like to get out of here and get revenge on the man who threw you in here?"

"Spider-Man?" Gargan asked her.

"The exact same. And not only that, but how would you like the taste of real power?"

"I might be interested." Gargan supposed.

"Good."
