SIX YEARS AGO:

Oliver had accidentally fallen asleep on the couch and was currently being tricked as Sara Lance and a ten year old Peter were placing shaving cream in his hand.

Sara let out a giggle as she and Peter got ready to run. "Get ready." She whispered to Peter before grabbing a pencil off the desk and running it across Oliver's face.

Oliver then reached up to scratch his face, but it ended with the cream on his face and the two of them running off.

Oliver then opened his eyes and saw what happened and just rolled his eyes and laughed, knowing who's responsible.

NOW:

Peter and his friends exited the bowling alley and were on their way to see a movie. Them finally deciding after all this time to just go and see Frozen. Because the alternative was about a superhero who fights a maniac, and I have a feeling you can see after their recent events on why they do not want to see that.

"I just don't see anything about this movie that makes it look like it's gonna be a good movie." Miles admits to his friends. "It looks like a run of the mill Disney movie."

"Oh, come on. Name one recent Disney movie that was terrible and you didn't like." MJ dared Miles.

"Planes." Miles stated.

"Meh, I liked that one fine." Anya confesses.

"Monsters University?" Miles added on.

"Okay, I'll give you that one." MJ agreed. "But it wasn't all bad."

"You know they did cancel a sequel to that movie?" Peter informed his friends. "Trust me, you are happy to have gotten a prequel that that sequel."

However, unknown to them all, they were being watched over by someone who had been watching the group for a while now with a smile on her face.

But then she turned around and heard something whizzing through the air and moved out of the way just as an arrow came past and almost hits her as she ran off and leaped onto another rooftop.

But there seems someone predicted her path and set traps as the second she made it to the roof, two crossbows shot and tied around her, entrapping her.

Oliver then marched over to her, all in his Arrow gear and approached just as the masked woman dropped a device that lets out a sonic scream that doesn't faze Oliver.

"Does it get any louder?" Oliver asks as the device finally turned off. "Why are you following Peter Queen?"

"I guess it's because I figured someone's gotta keep their eyes on the kid." The masked woman said with a shrug. "A mother in jail. A stepfather constantly working. A sister who won't talk to him, and a brother who vanished on him. Someone had to keep an eye on the kid, considering he had several people gunning for him without him even noticing."

"And you're just following him everywhere?" Oliver asks.

"I could accuse you the same thing." The masked woman retaliated. "But I guess some things never change...always the helicopter brother."

That surprised Oliver as she apparently knows who he is. "Who are you?"

"Once you know, your life will never be the same." The masked woman promised.

"I can take it." Oliver promised.

"Not this time...Ollie."

That stuck Oliver as he reached over and removed the mask and wig she was wearing to reveal to him Sara Lance.

"Sara?" Oliver asked in shock.

"I'll give you some time to let it sink in." Sara promises just as her sonic device explodes, allowing her a chance to escape, leaving a very confused Oliver.

The next day, Peter and his friends all made it to school and Peter...well, he was having a good morning.

No bullies trying to run him over as he came up to the steps. Nobody tried to push him into his locker. And nobody painted on his locker.

Something was seriously wrong.

"Hey, Pete." MJ greeted as she walked over to him. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." Peter confesses as he just kept looking around. "Which means something is seriously wrong."

"You mean one day you're not getting picked on by Flash?" MJ asks.

"Basically." Peter said as an answer.

"Just enjoy it. Maybe Flash is having a sick day." MJ guesses before walking off to class, leaving Peter very confused as to where the man is.

After school, Peter was working on fitting everything he needs out of his locker. He couldn't believe his good day when his senses actually did go off.

"And I was having such a good day." Peter sighed as he looked and saw it was Brian McKeever and Jason Ionello, Flash Thompson's friends.

"Hey, Queen!" Brian called as he marched over and pushed Peter into his locker. "Flash's been suspended because of you."

"What did I do?" Peter asked, no idea what they're talking about.

"It was because of your stupid father." Jason informed him, confusing Peter.

"We'll, you know, maybe this is a chance for Flash to realize that bullying someone smarter than him is dumber than he realizes." Peter tried his best to joke as Jason then pushed Peter down and was tripped by Brian who used his foot and caused Peter to fall.

A few halls down, Gwen looked at the picture of her and her mother in her locker and became upset. She then closed the door and made her way out of the school but overheard the slamming locker and grunting before walking off towards where it's coming from.

"What you need your mommy to save you?" Brian mocked.

Gwen overheard that and was suddenly filled with rage in her body. Walking faster, she saw the two of them kicking Peter and she immediately picked up the mop left by the janitor next to the bucket.

"Hey!" Gwen called and Brian turned around just for him to be smacked in the face by the mop end and sent flying. Before anyone could react, Jason was then hit with another swing of the mop. "Oh, man. Sorry to hear about your stomach. And your face. I know this wasn't really fair, but again, you fought with two against one. Not really fair from the get-go, is it?"

Peter was shocked to see someone actually helping him, much the less it being Gwen as she picked him up and picked his supplies as he was still too shocked to even think.

"You okay, Peter?" Gwen asked him and Peter was surprised she was even talking to him.

"Uh...yeah. Thanks." Peter thanked her.

"Don't mention it. You sure you shouldn't see the nurse?" Gwen asked Peter as they walked away and started to make it out of the high school.

"Nah, I'll be fine. Walk it off. I gotta get going." Peter said as they walked out. "But thanks again for the help. But what if they tell?"

"What are they gonna say? The two jocks got beaten up by the science nerd who's half their size?" Gwen stated with a smug smile.

"Yeah, what was that about? I've never seen you act like that." Peter was curious to know.

"I...it's a long story." Gwen sighed before seeing she needed to go before her dad exploded on her being late. "Listen, I gotta get going, too. But I'll see how you're doing tomorrow, okay? Maybe, I'll tell you everything then."

"Yeah, sure." Peter agreed and walked off.

Once she was far enough away, Peter went over to the gate and leaped over the fence and then walked through the streets before making it into the alleyway next to F.E.A.S.T. where he immediately changed into his suit and sighed.

"Okay...time to get some answers." Peter stated, still looking for this Tinkerer and Vulture. "Miles? You there?"

"He, Pete. Wondering how long you'll be." Miles commented as he's already gotten change and was swinging around.

"Sorry, I got held up at school." Peter apologizes as he then towered the F.E.A.S.T. building and began to swing off to look for trouble. "But now I'm out here, and it's time to see if anyone knows anything about the Vulture."

"Yeah, but it seems to be a slow day." MJ warned him from inside the Spider Nest hideout.

"Well, let's see what we can find out." Peter said as he swung off to find something to fight.

"We've got to stop meeting like this." Lyla informed Diggle as they sat on a bench overlooking the waterfront. "What wound your girlfriend think, Johnny?"

"Lyla, I'm checking the box marked single these days." Diggle informed her.

"Sorry to hear it." Lyla apologizes before they got to business.

"Anything on those stolen army weapons?" Diggle asked her.

"We'll, they were recovered last night when Spider-Man and...what do they call the other guy?" Lyla was curious to know.

"I think they just refer to him as either the Other Spider-Man or just another Spider-Man." Diggle answers her.

"What, are they gonna become an infestation soon?" Lyla was curious to know. "An entire city of Spider-People."

"Oh, Waller would love that. An army of Spider powered people at her disposal." Diggle sighed before getting back to the real problem. "About the weapons?"

"A couple of crates of experimental weapons went missing from Camp Kirby two months ago. Prime suspect is the Vulture." Lyla informed him. "Every crate were fitted with a GPS so they could be remote tracked, but it seems Vulture already considered that and turned them off." She then reached over and handed a device to track them. "And your interest in this is what?"

Lyla, I'm just trying to protect my city." Diggle promised before getting up and walking off.

"Hey, Johnny, these days I mark single, too." Lyla tells him as he just walks away.

Back downtown, in the quieter streets of Starling, a man used bolt cutters and broke a chain keeping a bike in place before riding off on it.

Peter then came swinging in and landed just ahead of the thief as he hits the brakes while still holding the web he swung in on.

"Hey, could you hold this for a sec?" Peter asked as he shot a bundle at his chest, connecting him to the web and he was sent catapulting upward and left the bike as Peter caught it. "Hey, so this anybody's bike?" He asked the surrounding people whilst the thief cried out and hang onto the web for life. "No? Does anyone have a pen?"

Meanwhile, Miles was swinging around the opposite side of the city looking for any signs of trouble and landed on top of a building.

"Hey!" He heard someone call and looked to see someone outside of a newspaper stand calling him with some elderly man carrying a boombox. "You're that new spider guy on YouTube, right?"

"Yeah, I'm the new Spider-Man!" Miles confirmed, still trying to find a better name for himself.

"Okay, Spider-Man. Do a flip." The man dared and Miles was very confused about just did what he asked and did a backflip. "Yeah!"

"Not bad." Boombox guy announced as Miles just dropped off the building and swung away.

Peter was still looking for any danger, wondering why it's so quiet as he gave directions to a lost lady.

Miles just used his webs to create a hammock and was playing some games on his phone nothing, better to do.

Peter was having just the same amount of boredom as the sun began to set. Then he saw he should get going, wanting to see his mom, and swung off towards the prison.

Miles just began to swing around, trying his best to get used to the constant swinging and shot out a web above a smaller building, and he ended up slamming into the ceiling.

"I'm good!" Miles announced to nobody in particular.

"So, how's your day been going?" Moria asked Peter from their new arrangement no longer behind a glass and sitting at the same table across from one another now.

"Well, I thought I was having a good Monday back to school as Flash wasn't bugging me, but then I learned that he was suspended." Peter said as he eyed his mother suspiciously.

Moria's sighed as she knew her son would've figured it out. "Yeah, I might've had something to do with that."

"What did you do, mom?" Peter asked her.

"Well, let's make one thing clear, if it weren't for my current predicament, I would've dealt with Eugene long beforehand." Moria informed her son in her matter-of-fact voice. "But when Walter saw the bruises after your fight with this...who was it again? Vulture?"

"Yeah, Vulture." Peter confirmed.

"Well, after that, I knew I needed to help you to keep your secret. So...I threw Eugene under the bus." Moria stated. "Not like it wasn't false."

Peter chuckled a little as that's true. "Well, after that, I was rescued by another classmate of mine, Gwen Stacy."

"The same Gwen you rescued during the Mr. Negative thing?" Moria asked.

"Yeah." Peter stated casually. "It seems my life is mixing in with Spider-Man and that's something I didn't want."

"Come on, you're able to keep it together pretty well. You've got plenty of friends to help you." Moria reminded him.

"Yeah, that's true." Peter suppose.

Miles was taking one more circle around his block before calling it a night when he notice a bunch of masked men enter an 24hr Bank with ATMs.

"Finally, I might have something." Miles said, happy to finally get some action.
