Oliver was back in his cave and watching the news as it talked about the recent battle with Vulture and the Spider-Men.

"The ferry was then attacked by the weapons dealer only known as 'the Vulture' who, until now, has avoided being seen in public. After a battle with our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man's, the Vulture ended up splitting the ferry in half, where it was put back together by the Web Slinger. After the ferry docked, the police were able to take possession of his weapons." The news reported in.

"How did Spider-Man know where he was gonna be?" Diggle wondered.

"Must've been turning over some rocks until he found a worm who squealed." Felicity guesses, pulling up footage of the ferry and found the Vulture before he put on the wings. "But now because of that I've got a picture to go off of, borrowing the FBIs facial recognition. We've got a match. His names Adrian Toomes."

"Did he serve in the military?" Oliver wondered.

"No military history." Felicity denied.

"Family members?" Oliver wondered.

"No living relatives, his wife died in the Glades...and his daughter, Liz Allen, is in a coma." Felicity said. "And it seems he's been hacking into the government's schedule in order to know when he can strike."

Meanwhile, at the Queen mansion, Peter, Miles, and MJ were looking at Adrian's photo and were shocked when they discovered Liz was in a coma.

"He's doing this to pay off her hospital expenses." MJ said as she looked to Peter who's stuck with a dilemma.

"There's Gotta be something we can do to stop him." Miles says to him, wanting to stop weapons like those for being taken to their city.

"He's doing this to save Liz. And the reason he's doing this to save Liz is because Malcom dropped a building on her head." Peter muttered to himself before getting determined. "But those weapons will end lives. We need to stop him. Where's the weapons scheduled to past through?"

"In an hour." MJ informed him.

"Then let's suit back up." Peter tells Miles.

Back in the Vulture's hideout, Adrian was watching as Herman was packing his things and getting ready to leave.

"So that's it? You're just gonna run? Adrian asked him.

"The feds we're waiting for us. The Arrow's already aware of our existence and took down one of our hideouts already. And now we've got two Spider-Freaks after our tail." Herman listed the reasons for him to run. "Yeah, I'm running, you should too."

"You know I can't do that." Adrian stated, not willing to run away from his daughter.

"So now what?" Herman asked, willing to hear his grand scheme.

Adrian thought for a minute and sighed before turning to face Mason. "Mason, can you amplify the suit for that armor upgrade thing?"

Mason then looked shock and stood up. "Are you serious? Yes. You will not regret this."

Adrian then looked towards Herman. "You in?"

That night, both parties of Arrow, Black Canary, Spider-Man, and new Spider-Man were waiting near the convoy to get ready for a fight with the Vulture, expecting him to show up any second.

But as the minutes passed, they noted there were no signs of the mechanical winged fiend.

"Uh...I'm not sure if I should be asking this, but shouldn't there be a freak with wings coming at us by now?" Miles asked Peter.

"Somethings not right." Peter said, getting a bit worried they got it wrong.

"Somethings not right." Oliver told Sara, unsure what's happening.

At the SCPD, the night was going on a normal routine night and Yuri looked to see that a man was arrested and was currently being processed.

But then it strikes her that it's the same man who was with the Vulture. Herman. And he seemed to be a little too happy to be here.

"Hey, Michel, where'd they pick him up?" Yuri asked a passing officer who looked to Herman.

"Oh, funny thing. He turned himself in." Michel tells her and walks off, confusing Yuri.

But what was even more confusing was when she looked and saw that the building was slightly beginning to shake, as well as the water in the bottle ahead of her was shaking uncontrollably.

Getting a bit worried, she quickly pulled her Spider-Phone out, just in case. And seemed that she was right to worry as the exact same second she did, there was a sonic vibration that shattered all the glass and caused all the cops to grab their ears and drop to their knees.

Then the entire roof began to cave in as Vulture came prying his way through and saw that the cops were down for the count.

Yuri did her best to reach out for the phone again, but she couldn't do it with the ear piercing noise.

MJ was just wondering what was wrong and why the Vulture hadn't shown up when she got word of the SCPD getting attacked.

"Peter, we were wrong, it seems the Vulture upgraded his game." MJ warned them.

"What do you mean?" Peter asked.

"The SCPD's under attack." MJ informed them.

"Oh, god!" Miles said and the two of them quickly began to swing off towards the police department.

Vulture made his way down to the evidence room where he found the holy grail of weapons. Everything from street thugs weapons, all the way up to the Scorpion's armor.

"Hot dog." Adrian said as he saw that this would set him up and Liz for life easily alone.

Outside, Peter saw the roof of the building caved in and heard the noise from across the street. He quickly leaped across the street and landed inside the police department, praying that this doesn't come back to bite him, and discovered the small sonic device and crushed it.

Miles was on his way inside to help Peter when he was suddenly punched in the head, sent flying across the parking lot. Once he got back up, Miles looked to see it was Herman with his glove.

"Oh, great, you again." Miles said in annoyance.

"Did you miss me?" Herman asked with a chuckle.

Miles sighed and didn't have time for this as he raced back inside to help Peter, but when he did, Herman took the time to punch a SWAT truck, sending it flying at Miles and smacking him into an ambulance.

"I wasn't sure about this thing at first, but...Damn!" Herman stated as Miles has had enough of this guy and shot a web to pull himself up and go flying at Herman who backhanded Miles, sending him flying into the brick wall and through the building.

"Ow." Miles groaned, hoping Peter's having better luck.

Peter made it down to the locker where he was expecting to see Vulture, but he saw that most of the stuff we're already missing.

Determined to not let him get away again, Peter leaped out of the hole he left behind and saw he was getting ready for takeoff.

"No, you don't!" Peter cried as he leaped up and shot a strand of webbing onto Adrian's wings and was yanked from the grounds down into the sky.

Vulture then looked down and saw that Spider-Man was attached to him. "You just don't know when to give up, do you, kid?!"

Peter would've said something witty, but he's currently trying to hold onto his wings without falling off. Quickly working fast, he sees an opening and shot a strand of webbing into his turbines.

Sadly, he didn't seem to think that through enough as the two of them ended up falling and crashing just on the beach of Starling City.

Peter was sent scrambling and toppling like a rag doll through the sand and the gear Adrian tried to get off with was sent toppling through the sand.

Herman then went to finally finish Miles off, walking into the hole that he was punched through, and that's when he saw Miles wasn't even there.

"What?" Herman asked as he began to look around. "Where the hell are you?"

That's when he was immediately punched in the face by apparently thin air, and then webbed to the remaining brick wall.

Miles then began to slowly reappear in front of Herman, where both of them were shocked to what just happened.

"What...what the hell was that?" Miles asked, shocked when he looked down at his invisible hand. "MJ, where's Peter?"

"You're not gonna believe it." MJ said with a sigh.

Peter groaned as he tried to breath and ripped off his mask, finally getting the sand out of his mask. His ears were giving off a high pitched whine, making it almost impossible to hear and for him to even stand up right.

Looking at a puddle of himself, he looked and saw he has a cut on his face that's causing blood to pour from his head. His entire half face was covered and he didn't even notice that Vulture was back up and charging at him.

Before his senses could even buzz enough for him to notice, he was smacked and sent flying back again as he got up to see Adrian, and his wings weren't looking too well.

"Hey, Web Slinger." Adrian greeted him.

Peter groaned as he got back up, and this time when Adrian went in for another swing, he rolled out of the way and shot a web at Adrian, but it seems he wasn't planning on escaping as he flew down and slammed his going mechanical talon like feet and stabbed his chest and shoulder.

Peter let out a cry of agony when Adrian then punched him in the face, followed with Peter sending a swing, of his own but ended missing.

Adrian then took to the skies and flew above a few rocks and dropped Peter, but this time he worked fast and webbed Adrian, using him as a slingshot and kicked him in the helmet, followed by Peter landing on his chest.

The wings spun around and smacked all of the gear that he stole, followed by Peter slipping and falling off the bird man and into the sand, face first.

Before he could even get back up, Adrian flew down and grabbed onto his back, immediately followed by him raising Peter a few feet off the ground before slamming him into the ground one more time before kicking him.

Peter was able to roll off of his face, which was followed by Adrian stabbing a part of his wings into Peter's shoulder, causing him to cry in more pain.

Peter tries to pry the wing out of his shoulder, but his entire body was feeling like it didn't have any strength left in him to do anything.

He began to raise Peter up and was ready for the final strike to finish him off. But that's when a miracle happened in the form of an arrow coming in and stabbing him in the back of the pack and dropping Peter. Adrian groaned as he looked to see his suit was getting too damaged.

And then spotting some leftover gear, he drops everything and goes to take it and began to fly off. As he was getting ready to take off, Peter was getting back up and he looked to notice that his wing pack was glowing, similar to the gun back on the ferry.

Gaining all of the strength he could, he shot a strand of webbing

"Your...your wings are going to explode!" Peter cried to Adrian, but he didn't seem to be listening.

Adrian then ripped his destroyed mask off and looked to Peter. "Think it's time you called it quits, kid."

"I'm trying to save you!" Peter stated, and that's when his wings began to spark and Peter's web shooters were short circuited in the process.

Adrian then dropped and fell down into the fire as his wings fell apart. Peter quickly got to his feet and raced into the fire himself and found the shredded wings. He tried to pry him out, but only managed to burn his hands a little before going in for a second go.

A while later, the police showed up on the scene where Quentin was leading them. They found all the stolen items all webbed together and so was Adrian.

On the boxes was a message: Found; Flying Vulture guy. Curtesy of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

A small while away, Peter was laying down and healing from his battle, no idea what to say to Walter regarding all of this. He sat there, waited for either Miles to track him down, or for his body to heal enough to get himself back home.

Sadly though, he ended up falling asleep on top of the roof, his exhaustion reaching its limit. Luckily he wasn't discovered by anyone other than a certain leather wearing masked vigilante.

"Nice going, Squirt." Sara said in a proud tone to the sleeping child. "Let's get you home before your brother finds you."
