Peter trailed through the vents to the vault where this Black Cat dragged the director. The vents lead him to the lower levels near the elevator, but he needed to abandon them and make his way through the downstairs where he saw the Director was laying down against the wall.

"Spider-Man." He groaned, getting Peter's attention as he walked over and kneeled down.

"Are you injured?" Peter asked her.

"No. She didn't do anything but rough me up. But she's after Norman Osborn's vault." Director informed Peter, confusing him.

"Why?" Peter asked.

"He likes to keep a few of his secret projects here." Director explained and Peter saw that definitely was gonna be a problem.

"Okay, I'll go and stop her, wait here, help should be here soon." Peter promised as he raced down the hall to the vault.

Down the way, Black Cat was just finishing with picking the lock to the vault and opened it. Once it was opened, she pulled out a small device that emitted fog and revealed the other security measures, that being only the laser points on the floor.

"A school has better security than this billionaire." Felicia commented.

She then shoots a grapple to the ceiling and attached it to her back, seeing her target across the room. Her target was what appeared to be a small vial of black goo that was moving around.

Reaching onto her belt, she takes a secondary grapple, which had the tip that resembled a cat's claw. She shoots it right above the container holding it and started to make her way across the room.

Peter swings in and lands on the outside of the vault. Seeing the traps himself, he shot a web on the ceiling and crawled down, trying not to spook the burglar.

Felicia made it to the container and used a device to pick the lock before revealing a vial, making Peter notice she wasn't here for the money but specifically the ooze.

"Come to Kitty." Felicia said as she raised the vial when Peter saw it was now or never.

Peter shot a strand of webbing, attaching it to the vial and yanking it out of her hands, landing in his own. "Geez, never thought that I'd be rescuing the scary looking ooze from the beautiful damsel."

Felicia took notice of him and just smiled. "Well, I do believe it's Spider-Man." She said as she released the second hook and left the one that was attached to her back, making her swing across the vault and landing face to face (all-bet upside down) to each other.

"Easy, cat lady. I don't wanna fight." Peter stated as the two ended up swirling around each other.

"Names Black Cat." Felicia informed him as she took one of her nails and slid it across his chin. "And cats don't fight spiders."

Before Peter could even react to what she said, Felicia kicked him in the chest, sending him flying across the vault. Peter ended up dropping the vial, it breaking against the ground, not tripping the sensors luckily.

"We just bat them around." Felicia stated as she landed on the wall and ran upward.

Peter landed on the wall and shot two strands of webbing at her, both of them missing after she dodged them both. Peter then ran and swung at her, but she seemed to have seen that coming as Felicia flipped, using the line to get some height over Peter's swing and kicked him against the wall.

As the two of them were fighting, they didn't realize the ooze was making its way out of the container and made its way across the room.

Felicia then pulled out her claws, going for a second attack, and Peter leaped and was able to web her hand to the ceiling.

"Oh, you better not get getting any of your goop in my hair." Felicia warned Peter, and he has no idea if that was a intended double entendre.

"Don't worry, it comes off easily with ice or peanut butter." Peter promised as he swung and hanged from the ceiling.

"Good to know." Felicia said as she was shanked back by her hook, and Peter landed on the ceiling above the line. "You've got a pretty good skill set there, Spider. You want in on this gig? We can split the take. Bet we could make it double with someone of your reputation."

"What? Little old me?" Peter asked as he lowered himself down from the line.

"A certain Captain of industry is offering a decent amount of cash for that little pile of ooze that Norman's hiding away." Felicia explained to him. "Said something about unlimited untapped potential."

"You sure he was a full captain of industry, or was he just some guy showing off for the girls?" Peter asked as he shot her hands, binding them together, and the force pushing her swinging away.

"Oh, I know when a man's showing off." Felicia stated as she was sent swinging back and spun around to kick Peter, who dropped and dodged the attack. "So what do ya' say, hot stuff? Want a slice of the mud pie?"

"I'd love to, but then I'd have to turn in my superhero discount card, and my reputation as savior of the city after the whole thing with Mister Negative might be damaged." Peter stated as he leaped and flipped over her this time.

"Too bad." Felicia said as she spun and kicked Peter again, sending him falling and landing in between the lasers, missing the fact he stepped on the goo, and then ripping the webbing off her arms. "I like the two of us together."

"We've only just met, and I'm not that kind of spider." Peter stated as his senses went off again, and he wonders what it is this time.

"Give a cat a chance," Felicia said as she took advantage of his distraction and kicked him on her swing back, "and she'll make you that kind of spider.

Peter just ended up laughing, this girl being exactly what he needed after his terrible start of the day. "Stop, you're making me blush."

That's when the vault was then shielded off by George Stacy. "Freeze! Both of you!" He demanded the both of them as Peter was distracted again, this time getting kicked far enough to slam into the wall.

"Twos a party, there's a crowd." Felicia commented as suddenly the top of the vault blew up, a hole being formed, and she escaped before the smoke even cleared.

Peter groaned as he saw the ooze was gone, figuring she must've taken it. "No, you don't."

Peter then quickly shot two strands of webbing, using himself as a slingshot and got himself out of the vault before George started to open fire.

Peter made it up to the main floor of the vault and saw that there were several smoke grenades that went off before he made it up.

Quickly using his suits sensors to find where she could be gone, he sees the only way out without an army of cops was the roof, which had a broken window.

Once he made it to the roof however, he looked around and saw that there was no sign of her anywhere.

"Ugh, bad Kitty." Peter snarled as he looked around. "No sign of her anywhere." Before he could go swinging off anywhere, his phone went off and he saw it was Miles. "Miles, not a good time."

"You better make time." Miles stated, and Peter could hear his voice meant this is serious.

"What's up?" Peter asked.

"You're not currently robbing the bank across town, are you?" Miles asked, and Peter was offended to hear that.

"I'm at a bank, which was just robbed. But, no, I'm not robbing it." Peter promised.

"You sure?" Miles asked.

"I think I'd know if I was robbing a bank." Peter stated, getting more offended.

"Then you better check the Daily Bugle website." Miles warned him.

Peter shrugged, wondered if someone already leaked the footage from the fight, and the Bugle is just twisting the truth like they always do.

But when he saw the footage itself, he was left in shock when he saw it wasn't this bank, but the other one across town, which was showing that Peter was indeed robbing the place.

"And that's why I'm on your show. To urge your viewers and the public in the area to stay inside." Yuri stated to the news

"Here's the real question, detective Watanabe, will you finally arrest this menace?" The voice Jameson overlaps hers.

"We've had many eye witness accounts of Spider-Man saving innocent lives, and he saved the city from Martin Li's terrorist attack. Not to mention, there have been several accounts on a secondary Spider-Man recently. So as of now, anyone branding that mask is officially a wanted criminal."

Yuri stated and Peter immediately saw he needed to get away from the army of police downstairs and swung away.

"Okay, so, my day went from 'bad', to 'okay', to 'who the heck is contradicting my life?'." Peter stated as he was swinging and immediately got another call from Yuri. "Yuri. Just caught you on the news." He stated sarcastically.

"Sorry about what I said on there, but I knew you would never do something like this." Yuri stated as he landed on a roof to take the call. "You didn't do it, did you?"

"What?! Of course not." Peter stated. "Just ask George Stacy, the bank director downtown, and the Black Cat. Wait, scratch that last one."

"Sorry. Just had to hear it." Yuri quickly apologized. "Just stay out of the way, tell your sidekick to do the same, and we'll find out who's really behind it. All the cops everywhere are going to be after you. Both of you or anyone wearing your mask."

"Yuri, I can't just stand by while some imposter is going to be posing as me and committing robberies." Peter stated, wondering who's behind this. "And I still need to find where Cat sneaked off with that ooze from Norman's vault." He then sighed and rubbed his head. "This day isn't doing me any favors."

"Well, just remember, if I see you...I need to attempt to capture you." Yuri warned him as she hung up, leaving Peter alone with his thoughts on what to do next.
