Another Beginning
Chapter 3
"To tell the truth, I wasn't allowed to tell you anything. That was up to your commanding officer. Now the world as we know it has ended. I guess it's okay," said Ron
"Is Mai and this ship the reason you and Tara pushed us into joining the airforce with you?" asked Kim.
"Yes, we couldn't believe that the airforce didn't send you to Stargate Command, but at least you received some sort of experience," said Tara
"They had to hold up the allusion that the airforce is a normal arm of the military. Then we were given permission to recruit you for a little exploration into the galaxy, but things changed with the invasion," said Ron
"Is there any more news about what is happening on earth?" said Tara.
"Some, the exchange of nuclear missiles has stopped, and it's starting to look like they are in a ground war. The raiders are due to begin operations against the Alliance and Rebel Jaffa in 30 minutes," said Alpha
"That is good news?" said Tara
"So what do we do now?" asked Kim
"Nothing yet. We are not ready for a fight. How long before the first androids are ready, Mai?" said Tara
"The first 500 thousand will be ready in two days," said Mai
"Androids?" said Kim
"Yes, Miss Possible. They are to help the build up the human forces against the super soldiers of China and Russia if they are needed?" said Alpha
"Super Soldiers?" said Bonnie
"Yes, Bon Bon, at the start of the stargate program, China and Russia began experiments on dead and captured Jaffa. They have succeeded in creating a genetically-engineered soldier that is stronger, faster, and able to obey orders without question," said Mai
"And they are attacking all fronts from Europe to Asia. These soldiers have even invaded Canada through Alaska," said Ron
"What's the difference between the centurions and these androids?" asked Kim
"You met the centurions," said Tara as she pointed to Alpha, "This is an android," a door slid open, and what looked like a man about seven feet tall walked in.
"This is an android. They are the same construction as a Centurion but are more human-like on the outside to fight on human worlds without too much hatred," finished Mai.
"Okay, I have seen all those science fiction movies where the humans or even the androids turn on each other," said Bonnie
"We all have lived through this as well. But before we explain further! It may be better if we continue with our stories to catch you two up. Many years after the invasion of my world, Global justice asked Kim, Shego, and myself if we could do one more job for them to stop Drakken one last time. After the usual fighting of his henchman! I blew up the machine he had created. Not much was known about the machine he created, but the effects of the explosion on everyone within 100 feet radius were devastating. Drakken had used his brains this time, setting the machine to activate when the destruct button was pressed, with no countdown. He placed two big red buttons to do the same thing, to blow up his lair and activate the machine," said Mai
"So it didn't matter which one you pressed," said Kim
"Right, this time, he wanted to kill everyone if he failed. The subsequent explosion affected everyone differently. Drakken was the first victim of the explosion. He was the closest to the machine, and what the police found that was left of him, only DNA testing by Gj was able to identify the coop as him," said Mai, as he showed them what was left of him.
"EWWWW!" said Kim
"Shit," said Bonnie
"It wasn't pretty. The rest of us were affected differently. Shego started to lose her powers, and at the same time as Kim was receiving them," said Mai.
"You mean I received her powers?" said Kim
"Well, My Kim did. By the time she lost all her powers, Shego had become a scared little girl, always hiding in the dark, crying uncontrollably, and jumping at every sound. With her powers gone, any noise affected her sensors, and she just couldn't control them. The last time my world learned about Shego was when Kim found her body on the beach of their holiday island with half of her head blown off. Everything had become too much for her, and so she had committed suicide," said Mai as he showed them the scene photos
"That is so sad," said Kim as tears began to flow
"It must have affected your Kim badly," said Bonnie
"It did. We didn't know until it was too late that the explosion affected Kim in the worst possible way. Shego was her rock until then, but after she found Shego on that beach, it turned her against Global Justice and the world. She then became one of the worst villains my world had seen and began the destruction of my world," said Mai
"No! Why would I do that?" said Kim.
"My Kim's mind was not her own anymore. It was so full of grief that she wasn't thinking of a hero anymore. Some of her goons said that Kim had started showing signs of having Shego's powers about the time when Shego started to lose them. But Global Justice ignored the warnings. After Shego died, her mental reasoning worsened, and after the authorities captured her goons, they said that it was as if Shego was still alive within her mind telling her to kill everyone. They reported that she was seen arguing with herself in empty rooms, and if anyone questioned her, she would use those powers and kill them," Everyone saw the Hologram of Kim killing soldiers, police, and civilians by the hundreds. "What everyone saw when they confronted her was an extremely dark Kim. Her eyes glowed black every time she shot her new plasma from her eyes, and even her body had this strange black halo around her. She mostly wore black clothes and was called a demon by many people. She was even branded the antichrist that had been foretold in the bible," said Mai
"Oh no!" said Bonnie as Kim buried her head in Bonnie's chest and cried.
"My Kim began and committed the worst crimes my planet had ever seen. The world's governments had even placed on her head a reward of a billion dollars for her death. Global Justice created a device to weaken Kim's powers, and every law enforcement in my world started to hunt her down. They thought that they were able to stop her, but they couldn't. It was around then that we also found out that not only did she have Shego's powers, she also had Drakken's scientific powers as well," said Mai
"No!" said Kim
"Did Drakken planed that?" said Bonnie
"My world will never know that. Kim started to invent all sorts of weapons. Then Kim created her worst weapon yet! It was a biological weapon, and then she released it into the atmosphere of my world. It spread worldwide quickly, killing everyone and thing that it touched. Billions died, and this placed her name at the top of the most wanted and hated people in the history of my planet, even above Hitler's mass murders of the last century," said Mai. Kim started to cry in Bonnie's chest even more after this.
"Babe, that was not you," said Bonnie
"I know, but all those people she killed, what happened to her?" asked Kim.
"She was cornered and hacked into pieces by a gang of villains with a modified global justice weapon. This put an end to Global Justice years later, after my world found out that it was Global Justice that helped Drakken and then Kim all along," said Mai as his Kim death was shown, it wasn't quick or a pretty site either.
"No!" said Kim
"So they set all this up from the beginning, and it all backfired on your world," said Bonnie
"Yes," said Mai
"So what happened to you?" asked Bonnie
"I was far enough away from the blast and wasn't injured. What I didn't know then was that it slowly changed my brain. After a time, I became my world's most brilliant scientist about the time my Kim was killed. I was ten times better than Wade before he became a Cyborg," said Mai
"Wade became a cyborg! How?" Asked Kim
"Yes, my mystical powers and new intelligence helped Wade and me to develop an antidote to Kim's biological weapon. With the damage done and billions dead. In desperation, Wade developed cyborg parts to replace his affected body," said Mai
"That's freaky," said Kim when Mai showed a picture of Cyborg Wade
"After the plague was eliminated, the world's ecosystem began to die out, but this time there was no one that could save it. The very microbes and organisms that kept the world alive were gone. It was only a matter of time before my world would end. As soon as this news got out, several countries worldwide panicked, mostly because of the madness that Kim's disease had coursed. World War Three started worldwide, and billions more were killed in nuclear fire. That was when I lost my Tara and family," said Mai
"Family?" said Kim
"Yes, after we were married, we had three children. Those who survived the war began to die of horrible tumors and cancer. It may be the reason many turn to cybernetics," said Mai
"I am so sorry. Was that another reason you built this ship?" asked Kim.
"One of many, Wade, and others started replacing his body parts with cybernetics after the war so that he could survive longer. He became mostly an android, and the only thing considered human was a small part of his brain. The world then started to change, and those that survived had to sort out this new technology to survive. Most of those who survived came to Wade and became a Cyborg," Mia then showed his Wade as a Cyborg, and he looked terrifying.
"He looks more dangerous than Alpha!" said Bonnie
"More like terminators?" said Kim
"Maybe worse, he wasn't programmed, just went insane," said Mai
"What about your Cylons? Are they programmed?" asked Kim.
"My Cylons and androids are sentient beings. They are responsive too! or conscious of sense impressions. They have the same feelings as humans, and if you treat them as free people, they won't become terminators like my Wade. I will tell you their story later, so let me continue. I didn't escape the plague as I first thought. My flesh body reeked of cancer tumors that forced me into a wheelchair like my old friend Felix, who was also killed early in the war," said Mai as he showed the girls what he looked like many years ago.
