Hello there everyone and Merry Christmas! Warmachine375 here and I have made another Edens Zero story called "Witch Eraser". I happen to have stumbled upon the Twitter post of Michel_d which features a really nice fan art of Witch Regret in Eraser's outfit which compliments her well and wielding his Erasing Ether Gear, and it came to my mind to write it.

Synopsis: "During the Aoi War, events have gone differently than expected which had led to Witch Regret of the Four Shining Stars and Eraser of the Oracion Seis Interestelar ended up merging into one being with two personalities: Witch Eraser. Edens Zero AU story."

Chapter 1
Within the Imperial Army military command center on Nero 66
As Shiki Granbell, the Demon King of the Edens Zero and his friends Rebecca Bluegarden the B-Cuber, and two bots, Happy and E.M. Pino run as fast as they can across the hallway to find and rescue Witch Regret, and take down Poseidon Shura.
"Master! I'm picking Miss Witch's life signature on the other side of that door!", the miniature female bot informed the captain of the Edens Zero.
"Witch! We're on our way!", Shiki shouted upon reaching to the entrance of the room where the Shield of Edens is in.
However to their shock, grief and horror, they were too late as Shura stood casually over Witch's broken robotic body on the floor and said. "You took too long, Shiki. I was playing with your toy... and it broke."
The grandson of Ziggy snapped in tears of rage. "SHURAAAAAAAAAA!", he bellowed and charged towards the prince of the Nero Empire.
Shura smiled sadistically and blocked his fellow gravity user's punch with his left arm, causing a massive shockwave of gravity around them. It knocked down Rebecca, Happy and Pino on the floor as a result. However the small female bot's scanning set off and realized, "Picking up life readings from Miss Witch! She... she's still alive!"
Rebecca immediately gets up on her feet and tries to reach for Witch but she was stopped by Shura's gravity and saw Witch's body floating in the air. "What the?!"
"Nuh-uh-uh! You shouldn't play with broken toys, miss. You might get hurt by its exposed wirings and electricity.", Shura mockingly stated as he held the Shield of Edens with his right hand.
"LET GO OF WITCH, SHURA!", Shiki angrily demanded as he tries to use his gravity to crush his enemy to the ground.
Unfazed while smirking, the prince of the Nero Empire shrugged, "Poor choice of words."
With a flick of his right hand and the full exertion of his Satan Gravity power, Shura easily destroyed the rooftop of the Imperial Army command center and sent Witch Regret flying into space where the ongoing battle between the Nero Empire fleet and the Interstellar Union Army fleet and Oasis forces rages on. Shiki, Rebecca, Happy and Pino watch helplessly as their friend flew up farther from their reach.
"WITCHHHHHHHHHH!", Shiki screamed out her name in grief, trying to reach out to her but failed.
Leaving Nero 66's atmosphere and drifting in space amidst the raging battle, Witch weakly muttered with tears in her broken helpless state, "... I'm so sorry, Great Demon King... I failed you... as the Shield of Edens..."
Meanwhile at the space battle outside Nero 66
Flying next to the Angel Feather with his personal starfighter, Justice is in contact with his subordinate Victory who is commandeering the Commando Carrier in his place. "Justice! It's no use! I can't get through to Creed or Jesse!", the burly man informed his superior.
"Powerful jammers must be in place.", the Celestial Judge realized.
Victory said with a concerned look, "I hope they are ok. What do we do? Do we go find them?"
"Perhaps...", Justice considers. "The battle has subsided considerably in this sector."
Suddenly, their ships' scanners detected a new arrival and it is revealed to be a titanic ship resembling a serpent with fins that dwarfs the Imperial Army ships such as the Kraken-Class cruisers and the Megalodon-Class mammoth battleships.
"Is that?!", Victory shouted.
"The Sea Serpent!", Justice confirmed which his subordinate commented, "I thought it was a Temple weapon!"
"This is not good news.", Eraser remarked with an unnerved look on his face.
However, a squad of Oasis starfighters led by Ibaraki charged fearlessly into battle while bantering with each other. Before their very eyes, the Sea Serpent unleashes a concentrated massive laser beam from its mouth cannon, annihilating several Interstellar Union Army ships under Justice and Eraser's command. Lizarre was caught in the blast and got killed in an explosion of his starfighter.
My Ether is not fully charged up enough but this will have to do!, the White Flash thought before he activated his incompletely charged Ether Gear immediately with his hair turning white and teleported outside on top of the Hot Eyes. He swiped his hand at the Sea Serpent, erasing it as fast as he can. It results with the most powerful weapon of the Nero Empire to break down to pieces much to the shock of the Imperial Army and the cheers of the Oasis rebel army.
Eraser's actions had saved Furena's life from being caught by the Sea Serpent's massive energy blast and it relieved Dylan that she is alright. Although Goodwin and the other rebels grieves for Lizarre's death and yet they thanked the White Flash for protecting their comrades in starfighters.
However, no good deed is left unpunished. Despite falling apart to pieces by Eraser's power to erase anything in his path, the Sea Serpent still firing its blast and redirects it towards the Hot Eyes. With his Ether Gear quickly deactivated, Eraser can widen his eyes in horror and surprise and cover his arms to protect himself. The energy beam strikes the White Flash and his Command Carrier, destroying the ship and its crew in the process.
"ERASEEEEEERRRRRRRRR!", Justice screamed upon witnessing his fellow Interestelar seemingly vaporized before his eyes.
"No...", Goodwin muttered in shock to see the man who was willing to hear them out, respects their passion and conviction, and team up with them was struck down so unceremoniously.
To the Imperial Army, they cheered with great jubilance because one of the Oracion Seis Interestelar have been taken out and their comrades' deaths by erasure have been avenged. They have intensified their ships' forward firepower at the Interstellar Union Army and Oasis with intent to wipe them out and clean up the space debris afterwards.
"Grand Chariot!", the Celestial Judge with tears of anger on his eyes reactivated his Star Drain Ether Gear and unleashed omnidirectional lasers with incredible penetrating powers via Ether Link of his personal starfighter.
Many Nero Empire ships got destroyed by Justice's retaliatory attack, and the remaining Interstellar Union Army forces opened fire to bombard them in turn. Oasis followed suit to take the Imperials down as much as they can to avenge their ally's demise.
Victory ordered the Angel Feather to continue firing until his scanners picked a barely faint life signature where he zoomed in the image and realized with wide eyes. Amidst the debris of the destroyed Hot Eyes, Eraser is still alive but barely and his O-Tech body was dissolving and deep fry cooked alive by the recently destroyed Sea Serpent's attack. It was horrible to look at and the Interestelar member was almost unrecognizable.
"Justice! I found Eraser! Life signature is weak and fading!", the burly man reported to his superior.
"Get him to the Angel Feather, Victory! To any ships on our side hearing this! Form up on me and keep the Imperials away from reaching Eraser!", Justice declared, which the squad of Oasis starfighters followed by his side much to his surprise.
"Iffen so! We'll help you out!", Ibaraki declared.
"I owe Eraser for saving Furena! He's not dying on our watch!", Dylan yelled.
"They won't get past us!", Furena stated.
"Let's kick some Imperial ass!", Russo agreed.
"Oasis has got your back, Cosmic Government officer!", Gomakichi nodded.
Despite his early distaste at the idea of working with civilian organizations, Justice can only smile and tells them. "Thank you. Now let's go!"
The Interstelar's personal starfighter leads the Oasis starfighters to take out as many Nero Empire ships as possible with synergy despite they have just met him. While the Angel Feather comes closer to retrieve Eraser's body and managed to succeed its task despite taking a few stray blows to its side. The crew members of the Angel Feather rushed the White Flash to an emergency medical room where its doctors begin their work to stabilize and try save his life.
Victory sighed in relief but then his scanners picked up another life signature. Curious, he zoomed in for a closer and saw a broken body of a green haired woman floating driftlessly in space. That is a female bot and judging from the direction, she was thrown away like trash from Nero 66. I heard Shura possesses Satan Gravity like Ziggy and the boy who inherited his power Shiki... It looks like he used it to send her flying away after breaking her apart..., he thought in disgust.
Although, the burly man was unaware of Witch's true affiliation with the Edens Zero due to the fact her face is covered by her Battle Dress' helmet and that he didn't think too much into investigating more of the Crew of Edens compared to Creed. Nevertheless, he ordered his men to also retrieve Witch from space and have her stabilized as soon as possible.
Back on Nero 66
After Shura sent Witch flying away to space, Shiki finally had enough and immediately goes into his Overdrive form to viciously attack the son of Poseidon Nero. However, Shura reveals that he too possesses Overdrive and fought back viciously in return. On the other hand, Rebecca, Happy and Pino had to get out of the way from the crossfire and find the All-Link System to shut it down.
Making a stance, Overdrive Shiki unleashed a massive amount of gravity on Shura and the entire city around them. "Magimech Attack: Gravity Center!"
It causes Shura to be nearly flattened by the enraged grandson of Ziggy's gravity and the city and its underground quake violently. Meanwhile, this inadvertently causes Jesse to loose his footing from pulling the trigger of his handgun and allowed Creed to use his Ether Lock to imprison the mentally unstable Galactic Intelligence Agency member.
"What was that?", Homura asked in wonder after regaining her footing.
"It must be an all-out clash between your captain and Shura. The battle between Satan Gravity users is going to literally bring down the whole city if this keeps up.", the bespectacled soldier stated while holding a shrunken Jesse within his Ether Lock cage.
"Do not worry, Lord Seiji. Shiki will defeat Shura and stop his plan.", the Sword of Edens reassured.
"I trust you, Homura. Right now, we will have to go and destroy the All-Link System ASAP. Your captain will have to focus on everything to take him down.", Creed stated which Homura agrees and they proceed on their destination towards their target.
Hilariously, they ran into Weisz who showed up with an assault rifle and got the wrong idea. Homura had to quickly explain that Creed is on their side. Deciding to just roll with it and that she has a crush on the Interstellar Union Army soldier, the spiky haired blonde followed the two Oedoans.
Back to the intense fight between gravity users, Overdrive Shura gets up from the floor to face an absolutely livid Shiki who is glaring at him. "Those were all the lights out in space. Every time one of them went off, a life went out...", he said before smashing him hard on the head and sending him crashing into the floor that breaks apart to pieces.
Overdrive Shiki yelled, "Those lights won't go away! Not as long as you're around!"
Normally, the prince of the Nero Empire would want to explain to his fellow Satan Gravity user about the 20,000 Imperial Antimatter Bombs and how each of them can turn a small planet into dust, and that he intends to use the All-Link System to activate them and kill off Nero and Ziggy and everyone who is fighting at Nero 1: The Temple in one fell swoop.
But at this point, he would rather relish in making Overdrive Shiki suffer and fall into deeper despair, which he finds it fun and continues his battle.
At the medical room of the Angel Feather in space
Despite the battle raging on outside Justice's Commando Carrier with Victory commandeering it to keep it intact, the doctors under the Interstellar Union Army employment are working as hard as they can to stabilize Eraser and Witch Regret and keep them alive. However it was a futile effort as the White Flash's O-Tech body is too heavily damaged beyond repair and his life signs are fading.
"We're losing him fast!"
"Dammit, we can't fail him!"
"The Sea Serpent's energy beam cooked every single part of his O-Tech body and the metal parts melted with him!"
"His Ether is still here! We need to transfer it!"
"But how?! None of the combat training bots on the Commando Carrier can handle the White Flash's power!"
Then the doctors hear a weak mutter and turned to see Witch calling out to them. "Please... Transfer him... to me... I can save him...", she pleads.
Compared to Eraser's horrible state, the Shield of Edens' body is mostly intact and her broken exposed parts can be fixed and covered up until she gets proper repairs when the Aoi War is over depending who the victor is. But she is still dying of her accumulated injuries after all the torture Shura had inflicted on her nonetheless.
"Are you sure, miss? If we do this, this could override your personality core, your very own psyche and personal identity! Once that happens, Eraser will remain dominant in your body! You will cease to exist!", the female doctor named Dr. Ariel Hanson asked.
"... I am... sure. Do it." Witch nodded with firm resolve of her decision in response.
Accepting the female android's decision, Dr. Ariel Hanson and her team of doctors prepare an Ether Transfer Machine to link between the Interestelar member and the member of the Demon King's Four Shining Stars, and begin the operation.
Within the white colored mindscape
Eraser woke up groggily from the white colored ground he laid down on and looked down to see his body back to normal as if he was never directly struck by the Sea Serpent's power. "What? Where am I? What happened to me? And what is this place?", he wondered.
A womanly voice called out, "It appears we are within the mindscape we shared together."
The White Flash turned to see a beautiful green haired female android in a classic witch outfit before him. "I see. I didn't expect a witch of great beauty to greet me like this. No offense.", he remarked with a uneased chuckle.
"It's alright. My name is Witch Regret. I serve the Demon King as one of the Four Shining Stars and the Shield of Edens.", she greeted him.
"Eraser of the Oracion Seis Interestelar from the Interstellar Union Army and I am known as the White Flash.", the black-haired young man professionally spoke in turn before asking. "Which Demon King did you serve exactly? I hear that it was Ziggy who was said to be responsible for causing the Foresta bots' revolt and others."
Witch replied politely, "I serve Shiki Granbell, the grandson of Ziggy and captain of the Edens Zero. He is a good man with a kind heart and soul but I fear he has lost himself to anger after what Shura did to me."
After a bit of awkward silence between them for a moment, Eraser asked. "So what happened to you?"
"During a mission to stop the All-Link System and save all the bots in the Aoi Cosmos, I was captured and tortured by Shura, Nero's son before he threw me to space in front of Great Demon King Shiki and my friends.", Witch explains before sighing in sadness. "I failed my duty as the Shield of Edens. No doubt everyone on Edens Zero will be sad of my demise."
Feeling sympathy and sharing his story, the White Flash stated, "Well for me, I got blasted in the face by the Sea Serpent's blast range. It was after I used by Ether Gear to save the Oasis rebels even though one perished in its range and my power was not fully charged up at the time."
"Fully charged?", the green haired android asked in curiosity.
Eraser explains about his power, "You see my Ether Gear is incredibly powerful. Capable of erasing everything in a blinding white light, hence my epithet "The White Flash"... However, there is a huge drawback: I have to charge it up for long periods of time until it is full after every use... In hindsight, if only I should have waited for Justice and Jaguar and their fleets before we go to Nero 66 together."
Slumping down in shame and regret of his actions, he said. "I thought I could end things a lot quicker if I took initiative by myself and I boasted to those two that I will have our enemies erased before they even arrive. Look where that got me, many troops under my command are dead and I'm on death's door and meeting you here."
Patting on his shoulder, the Shield of Edens reassured with a warm smile, "There is nothing you could have done, Eraser. You did what you thought it was right. If it weren't for you, the Edens Zero would have serious trouble breaking through the blockade and enter Nero 66 even with the help of Oasis. All we can do now is to move forward."
The Interestelar member simply nods in agreement with her and he will have to deal with it and move on. Unless there is time travel is involved, he can never undo his mistakes. But such kind of Ether Gear sounds preposterous and farfetched. On the other hand in the real world, Rebecca is sneezing and wondered who is talking about her.
"So what happens now?", Eraser wondered.
"You were dying and from what I heard, your body was too heavily injured to the point the Interstellar Union Army's doctors couldn't save you.", Witch stated before adding. "If Sister Ivry were here, she could have fixed us both up with her Heal Atomizer that heal living machines and people."
Eraser raised an eyebrow with interest and commented with a quip, "Now that's quite a useful power for machines and O-Tech. Doctors would love and hate her at the same time."
"Yes but Sister is not the type to care about it so long there are others who are in need of healing.", the female android remarked with a fondness and sadness at the same time.
Suddenly, their bodies started to static as if they were malfunctioning holograms and they are drawn to each other. "What's going on?", Eraser wondered in alarm as he tried to resist.
"I believe that the doctors are using the Ether Transfer Machine to transfer your Ether to my body and merge our souls together. To save your life.", Witch explained much to Eraser's shock.
"What?! That equipment?! It was used on robot members of the Interstellar Union Army in case their metal bodies are heavily damaged and in need of a replacement! But it was never tried on O-Tech members before!", he shouted at the audacity of such stunt.
Raising her left hand to Eraser, Witch proposed. "Then perhaps we should do this together."
"But you will be overridden! You will lose yourself! You will be gone for good!", the White Flash protested.
"Trust me. I won't die. We will live together.", the green haired female android reassured.
Against his better judgment and hoped for the best, Eraser raised his left hand and grasped hers as their bodies glow simultaneously as one. "Oh well, what do I got to lose anyway? Here we go!"
Then the White Flash and the Shield of Edens are engulfed together in a bright white light, and in the real world, the body of Witch Regret opened her eyes and started glowing white with her green hair turning pure white and Ether marks appear on the left side of her eye.
The bright white light nearly blinded the doctors who covered their eyes including the Interstellar Union Army soldiers who are watching over them and reporting to Victory of any changes in the operating area of the medical room of the Angel Feather.
At the All-Link System room
Rebecca, Happy and Pino reached the room of the All-Link System where they meet Homura, Creed and Weisz, and encountered a platoon of Imperial Army soldiers charging at them. They dispatched them with little effort through Ether bullets, Ether swords and Ether Lock cages. Suddenly, the large portion of the All-Link System room is blown away to reveal Overdrive Shiki being pushed back and crashing on the floor, apparently unconscious and dying.
He lost his left eye to Shura and he is bleeding in pain.
"SHIKI!", his friends called out in concern.
As for the Imperial soldiers, they were crushed to bloody paste by Shura without mercy. Only those who are stuck inside the Ether Lock cages they were shrunk into were saved from being eliminated by the prince of the Nero Empire and they are the lucky ones. Then the Crew of Edens and Creed were pinned down on the ground by Shura who reverts back to his base form and floats in the air with his Satan Gravity.
"This is real gravity.", he boasted to them before floating towards the All-Link System.
"As I just showed you a second ago... it's not hard to crush people. But you did come all the way here, so watch this.", the son of Poseidon Nero stated as he presses the button. "Watch me destroy every bot in the Aoi Cosmos!"
"Activating All-Link System.", the voice within the console of the All-Link System announced and starts to glow brightly.
"Even your little robot friends there are gonna fall into pieces!", Shura added which grave a lot of distress to Happy and Pino.
"Stop!", Rebecca shouted.
"No!", Homura tries to get up.
"This can't end like this!", Weisz grits his teeth and tries to reach for his Arsenal Suit watch.
"Even the O-Tech will be affected! Eraser is going to break too!", Creed said with wide eyes of horror as he remembered the White Flash is still fighting outside Nero 66 and he was unaware of the Interestelar member's current fate.
Basking in his impeding triumph, Shura declares with a smirk. "Every single planet in the Aoi Cosmos is connected to a huge space network. Oh but first I'm going to blow up The Temple. I win!"
But an elderly but powerful voice interjected, "You win? Surely you jest."
A holographic screen transmission opened before Shura and the Crew of Edens and Creed where it shows a tall elderly alien being with features of aquatic animals, having a mass of tentacles for hair and a matching "beard" and fins in place of his ears.
"My son.", said Poseidon Nero.
"Nero?", Rebecca wondered.
Creed confirmed, "That's him. Poseidon Nero. The Emperor of the Oracion Seis Galactica."
Weisz commented, "That is one ugly old man."
Homura stated, "He looks nothing like Shura."
"The word "victory" exists only for me. There is no victory for you.", Nero bluntly stated to his adopted son.
"But... But I thought Ziggy had attacked The Temple!...", Shura protests only for his adoptive father to lift up the head of the Demon King in response.
"Are you referring to this?", the Emperor asked much to the shock of Shura and the heroes who witnessed the decapitated head of Ziggy.
"You... You beat Ziggy?", the prince of the Nero Empire could not believe it himself.
Then the Emperor informs everyone on the All-Link System room that it is over for his insolent son as he saw his plan from the very beginning and that he used his Ether Gear Wormhole to transport 20,000 Imperial antimatter bombs to Nero 66 instead of The Temple. Creed is horrified and states that if they are activated, it will not just destroy Nero 66 but the entire surrounding sector much to the horror of Homura and her friends.
Even the Imperial soldiers who are stuck inside the Ether Lock cages are shocked that their emperor is going to kill them.
Upset of being outwitted, a spluttering Shura tries to retort, "But... you can't-! You're bluffing! I never heard anything about you having an Ether Gear!"
"Do you truly believe I would reveal my hand to you?", Nero shot back.
"But it's 20,000 bombs! You can't just move them to a whole other planet!", Shura retorted.
Daring his adopted son, Nero stated, "If that's what you believe then, hit the switch. Will you obliterate The Temple? Or Nero 66?"
Taking the dare, Shura tapped into the All-Link System's console. "You're bluffing! You have to be! Don't mess with me, you lousy old geezer! I'm the winner! Me! Now die, old man!"
Suddenly, the console began to crumple and fold like paper and reduced itself into a giant lump of trash and metal, shocking Shura, Nero, and Crew of Edens and Creed. Turning to the one responsible, it was Overdrive Shiki who clenched his right fist and destroyed the All-Link System.
"Shiki!", Rebecca and Homura called out with relief.
"Master!", Pino and Happy shout with happiness.
"Well, at least the All-Link System has been neutralized.", Creed sighed with ease.
"That's one way to put it.", Weisz commented.
"No... No... No! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!", the adopted son of the Emperor screeched in rage at Shiki who have foiled his plan right at his supposed moment of triumph.
"Our fight isn't over yet, Shura!", Overdrive Shiki declares before blitzing towards Shura and powerfully struck him in the face with his gravity-empowered fist. It sent the prince flying and crashing into the already crumpled All-Link System, destroying it beyond repair.
Noticing the boy who not only destroyed the All-Link System but also thwarted his plan to make Shura trigger the 20,000 Imperial antimatter bombs on Nero 66, the Emperor wondered who he is. And that is before he got pierced from behind by the headless body of Ziggy. The Demon King states that Shiki is his boy in a manner of speaking and states that their fight is not over yet.
Shura grits his teeth and transforms into his Overdrive, surprising Shiki's friends and Creed. Shiki charges his Ether at the end of his fist to create a gravity sphere, which becomes a giant meteor of gravity. "Magimech Attack: Meteor Breaker!", he shouted and struck the prince directly on the chin, heavily injuring the latter who coughed out blood as a result.
Sneering, the prince screams like a petulant spoiled manchild he is in response. "GARBAGE! YOU'RE ALL NOTHING BUT GARBAGE!"
"Heavy Collision!" He manipulates gravity to raise up the ground beneath Shiki's feet and have it collide with his body, launching him into the air and causing serious damage at the same time.
Recovering, Shiki dashed forward and his leg begins to glow and, while in midair, the gravity enhanced leg is aimed at Shura. "Magimech Attack: Gravity Windmill Kick!"
It struck the prince of the Nero Empire in the face and pushed him back. Shura manages to get back on his feet and charges at his enemy. "I'm gonna be more powerful than my old man!", he shouted.
"But do you really have to hurt others to get there?!", Shiki questioned in turn as he blocked his enemy's attack and headbutts him.
Spitting out blood, Shura retorted. "You'll never make it to the top if you're not willing to step on people, you naive little brat!"
The Demon King of the Edens Zero interjected, "We're not going to the top! My friends and I- We're going forward!"
Shiki makes a stance as he raises his right hand to the sky and charges up a dark ball of gravity that grows bigger and heavier than ever, causing the floor around him to crack into pieces. Shura questions it while Rebecca and her friends recognizes it as a technique of Xenolith back at Foresta.
"Xenolith? As in, the Xenolith of the Heavenly Knights of the Dancing Sakura? But he was dead a thousand years ago.", Creed questioned.
"Lord Seiji, he turns out to be alive and in a robot body. He was the one who caused that huge gravity back on Foresta to stop everyone from fighting.", Homura explained to her fellow Oedoan.
Sweatdropping, the soldier realized. "Oh I see. That explains a lot."
Remembering his teachings from Xenolith and strengthening the weight of his heart, Shiki sees the faces of a destroyed Miimi, the Imperial robot who was forced to detonate the bomb, Lizarre being engulfed in an explosion, dying Witch before Shura sent her to space, a badly burnt Eraser floating amidst the debris, and the deceased Jaguar lying on his pool of blood despite he never really met the two men himself. "It is knowing the weight of life!"
"No... Don't! Heavy Fist!", Shura shouted and tries to stop it with his own gravity-imbued punch.
"Super Ultimate Magimech Attack: Black Sky!"
Shiki slams the Magimech's Ultimate Secret Technique on Shura, easily overpowering the latter's last ditch attack and defeated him. The prince of the Nero Empire reverts back to base form as his unconscious, bloody and brutally bruised body collapsed on the floor, crashing on impact. The Crew of Edens are happy to see their friend and captain have won in the end.
"Ether Lock!", Creed raised out his left arm and imprisoned Shura to be shrunken and sealed inside the Ether cage.
Grabbing the said cage containing the defeated son of Nero, the bespectacled soldier declares. "Poseidon Shura, you are under arrest in the name of the Interstellar Union Army."
Suddenly, a holographic screen transmission appears again and it is revealed to be Ziggy who turned out to be alive and revealed to have slain Poseidon Nero much to the surprise of Shiki and his friends, Creed, and also the Imperial soldiers still stuck inside the Ether Lock cages. "Well done Shiki.", the Demon King of Edens One congratulated before frowning. "Although did you really have to destroy the All-Link System?"
"Yes, and all bots in the Aoi Cosmos are safe from you, Grandpa!", Shiki retorted with a glare as he is still in his Overdrive form.
Ziggy looks absolutely upset that things didn't go exactly as he had predicted and stated, "Oh well, that's disappointing. Anyways, I have obtained Nero's power after slaying him by my own hands. At least, it was a consolation gift for my birthday. This is your win, my grandson. But know this, you may have won the battle... BUT I WILL WIN THE WAR!"
Matching his evil grandpa's glare with his own and his empty eye socket that briefly flared out in flaming aura, Overdrive Shiki dared. "Bring it."
With that, the holographic screen transmission from Ziggy is switched off and everyone let out a breath of relief that it is over. Rebecca and Homura came over to support Shiki who reverts back to base form and is about to collapse after the adrenaline and energy from fighting Shura left him. Weisz checks out with Pino to see if there is no surprise backups from what's left of the All-Link System.
The imprisoned Imperial soldiers are happy to be alive and slumped down within their Ether Lock cages in relief.
Checking his communication device to learn that that he can finally contact his allies in space, he announced as loudly as possible. "If there's anyone who can hear me, this is Creed of the Interstellar Union Army! Poseidon Shura has been defeated! I repeat! Poseidon Shura has been defeated! And there is more! Poseidon Nero of the Oracion Seis Galactica has been slain at The Temple! The Emperor is dead! The Aoi War is over! We have won!"
Unknown to Creed however, Hermit intercepted his message from the Edens Zero and decided to give the bespectacled soldier a little boost by starting up a broad range open transmission for his voice to be heard loud and clear. It has been received by the Interstellar Union Army, Oasis and the Imperial Army who all stopped fighting together at once.
Both forces of the Interstellar Union Army and Oasis cheered for their victory, while the Imperial officers despaired and lost their will to fight. They even knocked a stubborn admiral who tried to rally them that they will fight to the bitter end.
At the bridge of the Angel Feather, Victory smirked, "Well done, Creed."
In the aftermath of the Aoi War
With the defeat of Poseidon Shura and death of Poseidon Nero spreading across the Aoi Cosmos, the Nero Empire has collapsed almost immediately as a result due to its overreliance on Nero's ultimate authority and everyone is now free from the Emperor's tyranny. The Imperial Army fleet on Nero 66 surrendered en masse after they have suffered a huge blow to their morale. That also includes the Imperial forces on The Temple too as well.
However, the Jaguar Unit of the Interstellar Union Army discovered the corpse of Jaguar the Beast Lord whose head is pierced by the Emperor's Empire Dice. Grieving, they retrieved the captain's body along with the bodies of their many fallen comrades post-siege of The Temple.
Justice learned from Creed that Jesse attempted to shoot him and he is emotionally compromised after Elsie found out his spying attempt on the Skull Fairy. The Celestial Judge ordered Jesse to be sent back to the Galactic Intelligence Agency where Amira will be handling him personally. He trusted his closest friend and subordinate from Oedo more over some incompetent GIA agent who remains inside the Ether Lock cage.
The Interstellar Union Army occupied both The Temple and Nero 66 where they seized its military assets and Shura who was unconscious, heavily brutalized and shrunken within the Ether Lock cage. That includes the 20,000 Imperial Antimatter Bombs that were on the process of being disarmed so that they won't go off somehow.
However, four members of the Oceans 6: Callum Steelford, Lyra, Milani Lucra and Nasseh escaped from Nero 66 amidst the chaos and are considered wanted fugitives in the Aoi Cosmos to be hunted down and captured.
On the other hand, the Oasis rebel army and the Crew of Edens have left Nero 66 discreetly to return to Sandra where they are going to rest and recuperate and mourn the loss of their comrades.
Within the bridge of the Angel Feather, Justice, who dressed up in his formal military attire, attends a Prayer Council with the other members of the Oracion Seis Interestelar via holographic screen transmissions to report to them the situation on the Aoi Cosmos.
"Then Jaguar's dead? And poor Eraser too?...", Holy muttered with a solemn look.
The Celestial Judge reported, "Only Captain Jaguar perished. Eraser is still alive but the doctors are doing their best to save him. Not only that, the numbers of lives we lost in that battle exceeds one thousand."
Cure reassured, "But you defeated the empire... You defeated Nero. Let us offer a prayer for our allies who have joined the stars."
Opening her pair of eyes that reveal a four diamond pattern, Feather spoke for the first time. "There are 4 left in the Oracion Seis Galactica."
Holy noted with surprise, "This is a change! To think Feather is talking and it must be serious business. It didn't help that we have lost 2 Oracion Seis Interestelar members, leaving 4 just like our lawless counterparts. The Cosmic Government is going to have to find new candidates as replacements after the Aoi War."
The young woman with wavy white hair in a gray skintight outfit with feather themed headdress explained, "As for the Armored Space Pirate Elsie Crimson, she is not a significant threat at this point."
An annoyed Justice demanded at Feather, "What are you saying?"
A door of the Angel Feather's bridge opened and someone called out in a womanly voice with a familiar tone. "We're saying, like we've said a million times, Justice. She just happens to be really powerful. Elsie caused almost no damage to our citizens other than looting them or committing cosmic travel law violations and other multiple crimes. They pale in comparison with the other 3 who are a bigger problem."
Cure asked the green haired woman upon seeing her wearing Eraser's signature skintight outfit with a cape, "Who are you?"
"No way, Eraser!", Holy said with a look of shock upon laying her eyes on the female android who bears the left eye's Ether marks.
Nodding as she stands next to Justice, the White Flash stated. "Indeed, that's me, Holy. Apparently the doctors performed an emergency Ether transfer on me with this body of an android named Witch Regret. Victory told me he found her drifting to space and took her inside the Angel Feather, saying that it was Shura's work. And Dr. Hanson told me that she offered her body to save me and agreed to it."
Spreading her arms, she finished, "As a result, the original personality of Witch is gone and I am in charge now."
"You mean "erased", hehehehe.", the purple haired female Interestelar member mischievously quipped. "That means you, me and Feather are now officially 3 female members of the Oracion Seis Interestelar."
"Either way, I am glad you have returned to the fight, Eraser.", Feather said with a small smile while Cure simply nodded in silent approval.
Eraser in Witch's body smiled, "Same and where was I? Oh yes, there are 3 other members of the Oracion Seis Galactica who are a bigger problem than Elsie Crimson: Deadend Crow, the Titan of Eternal Darkness..., Archbishop Saintfire Nox,... and finally God Acnoella, the Mother of Dragons..."
Cure declared in agreement with his fellow Interestelar member, "Our fight will not end until we have eliminated all six of them. Now let us pray... May our sacred powers... bring peace to the universe."
With that, the Prayer Council ended and the other Interestelar members turn off their holographic screen transmissions to continue their duties for the Cosmic Government. Justice turns to his comrade and asked, "Are you alright Eraser? Are there any side effects to the Ether Transfer Machine?"
"None so far Justice. It feels weird to hear a different voice coming out from my mouth... but I can get used to this.", the female White Flash answered as she checked out her skintight outfit that compliments her voluptuous body. "And I look good in it too."
"To think Ziggy's android would offer herself to save you, it was unbelievable to be honest.", the Celestial Judge pondered with a frown after investigating with Creed about the Crew of Edens and found out who Witch Regret was affiliated with.
Sighing in a solemn look, Eraser tells her comrade, "I am aware Witch Regret was one of the Demon King's Four Shining Stars and she served Ziggy's grandson whom you deemed a threat, Justice... But she saved my life at the cost of her own. She could have left me to die on the operating table next to her while she lived... But she didn't. So... I've decided to honor her memory."
She then declared, "From now on, my name in the Oracion Seis Interestelar is going to be: Witch Eraser."
Justice simply contemplates with a conflicted look of understanding despite his flaws and tunnel vision. "I see. Very well, then. I will make sure the Cosmic Government will recognize your new designation.", he said.
"Thank you, Justice." The newly christened Witch Eraser said with a soft smile before she turned around and left her fellow Interestelar alone in the bridge of the Angel Feather to walk on the hallway of the Commando Carrier.
Floating on the left and right side of their shared body together, the soul of Witch remarked, Not a bad name. A bit tacky but fitting. I like it.
The soul of Eraser shrugged, It is the best I could come up with. It is like how the Cosmic Government give names of the Interestelar members that correlate with their Ether Gears. Our new name is gonna stick around after that thanks to Justice. So what now?
Hmmm... Perhaps we should contact the Edens Zero and tell them about our new status. Currently, they are with Oasis at Sandra., the female personality of Witch Eraser requested.
As long as we stay out of Justice's vicinity and board on one of what's left of my fleet at Nero 66 to visit Sandra, we can arrange that. Despite his dedication to fight evil and bring peace to the cosmos, he can be detrimental sometimes whenever Elsie or anyone associated with her is involved. We're going to make sure he won't come near Shiki and his crew., the male personality of Witch Eraser nodded.
Let's go, we have a reunion to look forward to., Witch's soul declared, feeling a bit anxious of how will Shiki and his friends react.
Indeed, I owe Goodwin a drink after Nero 66. He is a pretty swell guy., Eraser's soul commented with anticipation.
The two personalities of Witch Eraser made a mutual agreement and heads off to their destination to Sandra.
Author's Note: Alright then, the first chapter of "Witch Eraser" is done and I hope you like this Edens Zero AU story. This sets on Edens Zero Chapters 158, 159, 160 and 161 where in this story, a dying tortured Witch gets sent flying to space by Shura and Eraser receives the full brunt of the Sea Serpent's attack after saving the life of Furena, including a fully enraged Shiki going Overdrive and start shaking the Nero 66 domed city that results to Creed still alive and Jesse, the weasel bastard, end up being locked up.
Unfortunately, Jaguar and Nero are still dead, while World No. 31 didn't happen because Shiki was never suddenly on a road that leads to two paths Xiaomei presented for him and chose "the wrong one" that pissed off Ziggy.
As you can see, Witch and Eraser in one body are like the Brain and Zero from Fairy Tail's Oracion Seis, minus the whole eviler than thou personality. The Oracion Seis Interestelar's Commando Carriers are based from Fairy Tail's Oracion Seis members after all:
a.) Justice's Angel Feather = Sorano (Angel)
b.) Eraser's Hot Eyes = Richard Buchanan (Hoteye)
I hope that Mashima reveals the real names of the Oracion Seis Interestelar members including their Commando Carriers. It sucks that Jaguar died after he showed off his power and epithet of the Beast Lord. We don't even know his real name and the name of his Ether Gear. Especially Eraser's Ether Gear too as well.
