This story is going to take place ten years after the RWBY series. This is my first attempt at writing a story set in the RWBY universe, so basically it will revolve around Neo who takes in an orphaned child, the child will bring Neo out of her shell and Neo will be able to finally be able to find peace and be able to atone for her past crimes.

When Jaune loses everything in the final battle with Salem, she grants his accidental final request. His own personal hell is fraught with perils and a school remarkably like Beacon. The only downside? It's home to these terrible Grimm hybrids that look a lot like his loved ones. But are they still his friends or are they mere monsters?

She had nothing. Not a name, not a voice, not a soul to call friend or family. All she had was the clothes on her back, and a rusty pipe to guide her forward. But that was fine. That was all she needed. And so, the girl forged on towards the next destination, the next objective, the next place her pipe pointed her to. And she let nothing stand in her way.

When Cinder Fall deigns to rescue Roman from his botched Dust Shop theft, she briefly duels one Glynda Goodwitch to escape. Something stirs within Cinder then, a yearning, for the first time, towards something other than power. It's because of that feeling that she and her 'Team' travel to Beacon Academy a semester early, chasing that which Cinder can't help wanting to understand.

Vale is in ruins after the Grimm attack, and the Huntsman are doing what they can to try and keep Remnant safe. Winter Schnee wants to do more than just stay in Atlas like General Ironwood ordered.
