House of Fishes:

After hearing Fabian's voice, Amber was so shocked that she dropped horn out of her hands. And in the meantime, Caroline had come back into the room and grabbed the phone from Fabian and hung up and Fabian fell back asleep. Amber stood still and at the same moment Nina and Alfie came walking down towards her.

"Amber," said Nina.

Amber turned to Nina and Alfie and had a shaking expression on her face.

"Amber," said Alfie.

"Amber what is it? Who have you been talking to?" Asked Nina.

"Fabian," said Amber.

Nina's eyes went wide, Alfie's jaw dropped and both looked with stunned faces at Amber.

"It can't be,' said Alfie.

"I swear on it Hector and Molly my gold hamsters," said Amber.

Nina said nothing and walked towards Fabian's room.

"Nina, you don't believe me?" Asked Amber.

"No I don't," said Nina.

"But, it was his voice, it was the voice of Fabian," said Amber.

"Fabian is not here anymore, I don't want to hear it," said Nina.

Nina walked into Fabian's room and closed the door behind her.

At the same time. Aaron and Eddie were in Aaron's room and then Alfie walked into the room.

"What's going on there? What's up with Amber?" Asked Aaron.

"Amber's got a phone call," said Alfie.

"From who?" Asked Aaron.

"From Fabian," said Alfie.

"Fabian?" Asked Aaron.

"She swore it was really him," said Alfie.

Eddie was stunned and thinking back when Fabian appeared in his room. Eddie was deep in thought, that he did not hear Aaron and Alfie. Alfie grabbed the glass of water that was on the desk and threw it in Eddie's face.

"Dude!" Shouted Eddie.

"You've your head back in the real world again," said Eddie.

"Why did you do that for?" Asked Eddie.

"You were so far gone and it did help," said Alfie.

"You seemed to go into some sort of state of shock when you heard Fabian's name," said Aaron.

The conversation was interrupted by knocking on the door and KT entered the room.

"KT, why are you here?" Asked Aaron.

"I wanted to talk to you about something," said KT.

"Can you get out of bed yet? Do you want to sit down?" Asked Aaron.

"I just wanted to stretch my legs and I don't have to sit down," said KT.

"What is it?" Asked Aaron.

"I want to help, I want to join the club," said KT.

"No, that's not going to happen," said Aaron.

"Why can't she join?" Asked Alfie.

"It's too dangerous," said Aaron.

"What kind of nonsense is that, like your sister and Alfie are such heroes," said KT.

"Hey," said Alfie, feeling offended by what KT just said.

"Sorry, Alfie," said KT.

"The answer's no and you stay out of it," said Aaron.

KT walked out of the room angry and slammed the door behind her. Aaron sat down on his bed.

"Well that went well," said Alfie.

"Shut up Alfie," said Aaron.

In the meantime, Nina was in Fabian and Eddie's room. Nina sat on Fabian's bed and searched through his books and saw in the books property of Fabian's library and this gave Nina a little smile on her face. Then Nina came across and picture of her and Fabian, she picked up the picture and looked at it.

"I wish you were still here. I'm sure you would have come up with a solution," said Nina.

Back in Aaron's room. Eddie went over the plan again with Aaron and Alfie, only Aaron wasn't really thinking about it

"So Alfie can you take care of the equipment for tomorrow?" Asked Eddie.

"Yeah, I already sent my guy a message and I can pick it up right after school tomorrow," said Alfie.

"Perfect," said Eddie.

"I just need someone to go with me to pick it up, it's quite heavy," said Alfie.

"Aaron, can you do it? Asked Eddie, but Aaron was paying attention.

"Aaron," said Alfie.

"Yeah," said Aaron.

"Can you do it?" Asked Alfie.

"Do what?" Asked Aaron.

"If you want to help Alfie pick up the equipment tomorrow," said Eddie.

"Oh, yeah sure," said Aaron.

"What's on your mind?" Asked Eddie.

"Nothing," said Aaron.

"You were thinking about KT, weren't you?" Asked Alfie.

"Maybe," said Aaron.

"Do you think she's still mad?" Asked Alfie.

"She's not mad," said Aaron.

"I think she is, and I think it's because you don't want her in the club," said Alfie.

"It's for her own safety. And I'm just hoping that she will understand that," said Aaron.

"I thought you wanted her involved," said Alfie.

"I wanted to tell her she's a descendant of Frobisher-Smythe and that's it," said Aaron. "Can we drop it now and get on with the plan?"

"I think you're a little upset about your fight with KT, said Alfie.

"We're not fighting, I've already said that, so shut up about it, Alfie, said Aaron.

"Guys focus, we've got bigger things to worry about than Aaron and KT's love problems, said Eddie.

A few moments later. Nina was cleaning the frame in which the picture of her and Fabian had been framed, because it had some smudge on it. Isaac entered the kitchen through the back door and he had fishbowl with him.

"Hi," said Isaac.

"Hello," said Nina.

Isaac put the fishbowl down on the counter and Nina saw a goldfish swimming in it.

"Spiritual fish?" Asked Nina.

"No, it's an ordinary fish. A little present for Trudy," said Isaac.

"What for?" Asked Nina.

"A farewell gift and also a little to comfort her because she can't come with us to Kenya," said Isaac.

"Trudy wanted to go to Kenya?" Asked Nina.

"Never mind," said Isaac.

Then Isaac saw the picture in Nina's hands and looked at it.

"Nice photo," said Isaac.

"Yeah," said Nina.

"Is that Fabian?" Asked Isaac.

Nina nodded her head. Isaac walked over to Nina to get a better look at the picture.

"He looks like a nice boy," said Isaac.

"Yes, he really was," said Nina.

"Nice mustache,"' said Isaac.

"Mustache?" Asked Nina surprised.

"Sort of," said Isaac, pointing at the smudge

"Oh, that's a smudge I'm trying to get off, that's not a mustache," said Nina.

"So you see, things are not always as they seem at first glance," said Isaac.

When Nina heard Isaac say those words she was a little stunned, it was exactly the same as what Sarah said to her. Trudy came into the kitchen.

"Hi," said Trudy

"Hi, Trudy," said Isaac.

"I'll leave you two alone," said Nina.

Nina took the cloth and walked out of the kitchen. Isaac picked up the fish bowl and handed it to Trudy.

"Is that supposed to be tomorrow's supper? That's quite a small fish to eat," said Trudy.

"You're not supposed to eat it, it's a present," said Isaac.

"Oh, that's sweet. And he's so cute," said Trudy.

"Yes, he is," said Isaac.

"But I can't take him to Kenya like that," said Trudy.

"No, you can't. This fish is meant to keep you company while I'm away," said Isaac.

"When you're away? But I'm going to Kenya, right?" Asked Trudy.

"I'm sorry Trudy I'm sorry I can't get you out of here, you have no idea how important you are to this house. You can't live without them and they certainly can't live without you," said Isaac.

"Yeah, yeah, maybe that's true," said Trudy.

Isaac gave Trudy a kiss on her forehead and looked at her.

"I'm sorry," said Isaac.

"But can't you stay a little while longer? Just for a little while? Please?" Asked Trudy.

"I really can't. My village needs me too much," said Isaac.

"Your village will have to wait a bit longer," said Mara.

Trudy and Isaac turned their heads and saw Mara, Jerome and Otis in the kitchen.

"You can't leave yet," said Otis.

"I don't understand," said Isaac.

"The head of the school board," said Mara.

"Mr. Shepard," said Jerome.

"Has given us and Mr. Sweet a chance to prove that Mr. Sweet is a good principal," said Mara.

"So the school needs to do something positive and we thought the best thing to do would be to get the school into the national press," said Otis.

"But we didn't know how we were going to get their attention," said Jerome.

"Until we got this card in the mailbox of the school paper, said Mara.

"Save Uncle Isaac's village, said Jerome.

"We're gonna have a campaign," said Mara.

"We're gonna raise money," said Jerome.

"We're gonna call newspapers," said Otis.

"And if all goes well, we'll kill two birds with one stone," said Mara.

"Your enthusiasm and drive really moves me, I really have to go back, my village needs me too much," said Isaac.

"But that's no problem," said Otis.

"We only need two days and we'll take care of everything ourselves," said Mara.

'But I'm all packed, my tent," said Isaac.

"But that's no problem, There's a bed free in the attic or I'll prepare one in the living room," said Trudy.

"Just for two days?" Begged Mara.

"Please?" Begged Otis.

"Anything for Uncle Isaac's village," said Trudy.

"Okay, I'll stay a bit longer," said Isaac.

Jerome and Otis gave each other a high five and then Jerome got a hug from Mara. Trudy was also happy and gave Isaac a hug.

In the meantime. Nina was in her room, hanging the picture of her and Fabian on her wall. Amber entered the room.

"Nina," said Amber.

"Yes," said Nina.

"I need to talk to you about something for a minute," said Amber.

"About what?" Asked Nina.

"Fabian," said Amber.

"Amber...," said Nina.

"I know you don't want to hear it, but you're my very best friend and I have to say it," said Amber.

"I want to talk about Fabian, but not about weird phone calls," said Nina.

"Yeah, but I'm not crazy, I've heard him," said Amber.

"I don't know what you heard, but it wasn't Fabian. Fabian is gone," said Nina.

"But Nina," said Amber.

"Please stop it, Amber," said Nina.

Amber saw the pain and Nina's eyes and decided not to talk about it anymore.

A few moments later, Mara, Jerome, Otis sat around the table with Trudy and Isaac to discuss the idea they had to help the village of Isaac.

"And tomorrow we'll do the interview for the school newspaper," said Mara.

"And then I'll take pictures too," said Otis.

"Pictures? I'd rather not have pictures," said Isaac.

"But we need a clear face for our action and you represent your village," said Mara.

"All right, then," said Isaac.

"And we'll try and raise as much money as we can," said Mara.

"We'll have an auction where students can sell their old stuff," said Jerome.

"And we'll open a store, where they can buy things," said Mara.

"We're gonna try very hard to help you," said Otis.

"What is this?" Asked Victor jr. as he entered the living room

"Isaac's village is in big trouble and the kids are going to help him," said Trudy.

"Well, good luck," said Victor jr. walking away.

"Yeah, but you too," said Trudy.

"Me?" Asked Victor jr. as he stood still and turned around.

"Yeah, just wait a minute," said Trudy.

Trudy stood up and walked over to Victor Jr.

"Victor everyone was devastated when you didn't show up at the funeral and this is the time to make up for it," said Trudy.

"Fine, I'll help," said Victor jr.

"Thank you Victor," said Trudy.

Trudy wanted to give Victor jr. a hug but he quickly walked over to the table and sat down with the rest.

A few hours later. Patricia was lying in her bed and then Joy walked into the room and locked the door.

"Hi," said Joy.

"What do you want?" Asked Patricia.

"Can I sleep here, I've nowhere else to sleep," said Joy.

"It's your room too," said Patricia.

Joy walked over to her bed and lay down. Joy looked at Patricia, but she didn't look at her.

"Thanks," said Joy.

"For what?" Asked Patricia.

"For saying you wanted me to stay when Amber wanted me gone," said Joy.

"I didn't do it for you, I did it because Eddie needs you to help him make his plan work," said Patricia.

"I'm sorry. I'll do everything I can to make it right," said Joy.

"You'll have to prove it tomorrow," said Patricia.

"Patricia?" Asked Joy.

"Yes," said Patricia.

"Do you think we'll ever be friends again?" Asked Joy.

Patricia said nothing and turned off her light and went to sleep. Joy sad because Patricia didn't respond, but of course couldn't expect to be forgiven either. Joy turned off her light.

One hour later. Nina was lying in her bed a suddenly a white light appeared. Nina opened her eyes and saw Sarah standing next to her bed.

"Sarah," said Nina.

"Nina the forces of evil are only getting stronger and you're the only one who can stop it," said Sarah

"What do you mean stronger?" Asked Nina.

"This is the last time you'll see me, Nina," said Sarah.

"No, Sarah, please no. Please don't you leave me too now," begged Nina.

"You're the key keeper now," said Sarah.

"Key keeper? Sarah, what do you mean?" Asked Nina.

"You must restore the balance with the Mask of Anubis," said Sarah.

"But Sarah," said Nina.

"The door to the future is the key to the past," said Sarah.

Sarah disappeared and Nina woke up.

"It was just a dream," said Nina.

Nina wanted to lie down again and then she saw a key on her bed.

Wasn't it a dream after all? But what is the key for? And what did Sarah mean by key keeper?
