House of Melody:

Isaac walked into the dark living room of Anubis house and turned on the lights. Trudy and all the Anubis residents jumped up.

"Surprise," Cheered all the residents and Trudy.

"What's the occasion?" Asked Isaac.

"This is a goodbye party for you because I... I mean we are all going to miss you," said Trudy.

"How sweet of you," said Isaac.

"It was Trudy's idea," said Mara.

"Thank you, dear Trudy," said Isaac.

Isaac gave Trudy a kiss on her cheek and she started to blush.

"You're welcome," said Trudy.

"Let's party!" Yelled Alfie.

Alfie turned on the music and now the party was really on. Most of the residents were dancing. Victor Jr. sat at the dining table, with a grumpy mood. Trudy walked past him and put a party hat on his head. Aaron, Otis and KT were not dancing either, Aaron and KT sat together on the couch and Otis sat sadly on chair and stared at the floor.

"Poor Otis, I feel so sorry for him," said KT.

"So do I," said Aaron.

"He is just devastated that Joy left," said KT.

"I saw Joy yesterday," said Aaron.

"Yeah, she helped you get the mini house back, even though it didn't work out," said KT.

"No, I mean after she disappeared, she came back at night and she was in my room," said Aaron.

"What was she doing there?" Asked KT.

"Saying goodbye to Otis and giving him that letter," said Aaron.

"So you don't think she's coming back?" Asked KT.

"Honestly, I don't know, Joy betrayed us and had disastrous consequents," said Acorn.

"I don't know what to think of Joy now. I mean, I know why she did it," said KT.

"She did put you in danger," said Aaron.

"But not on purpose, She didn't tell Rufus and Omar directly that I was the last descendant of Robert Frobisher-Smythe," said KT.

"Speaking of Joy, I forgot something," said Aaron

"What?" Asked KT

Aaron took the bracelet that Joy gave him out of his pocket and showed it to KT.

"What is this?" Asked KT.

"If you wear this bracelet, Senkhara can't get to you," said Aaron.

"How do you know this?" Asked KT.

"Joy told that to me yesterday when she gave me that bracelet," said Aaron.

"And you're sure of that?" Asked KT.

"Now when it comes to Joy believing, I'm not sure, but she was wearing it and she was never cursed by Senkhara," said Aaron.

"Do you think this bracelet will protect me from whom ever attacked me and the snake symbol?" Asked KT, taking the bracelet from Aaron and putting it on.

"I'll find out what the snake means, I promise you that," said Aaron.

"I don't know what it means, but I my guess is that it's nothing good," said KT.

"I don't think so either," said Aaron.

"I still don't understand why I was attacked. I didn't do anything to him, did I? Why is this happening?" Asked KT.

"I'm here and I'm gonna protect you, KT," said Aaron.

"I love you," said KT.

"I love you, too," said Aaron.

KT smiled and rested her head on Aaron's shoulder.

A few moments later, Nina was in the kitchen pouring herself a drink. Isaac walked into the kitchen.

"Would you like a drink as well?" Asked Nina.

"Yeah, sure," said Isaac.

"What would you like to drink?" Asked Nina.

"Just some orange juice, please," said Isaac.

Nina poured some orange juice into a glass and handed it to Isaac.

"Here you go," said Nina.

"Thank you," said Isaac.

"You're welcome," said Nina.

"Cheers," said Isaac, raising his glass.

"Cheers," said Nina, raising her glass.

Nina and Isaac took and sip of their drinks. Nina put her glass down and looked at Isaac.

"I actually want to ask you something," said Nina.

"I was wondering when she'd bring it up," said Isaac.

"What do you know about the mystery?" Asked Nina.

"What I know is that everyone plays their part in this great play called fate," said Isaac.

"But ever since Fabian's fate, I've kinda lost mine," said Nina.

"Nina, you know better than anyone that death is not the end, Sarah has proven that like no other," said Isaac. "You can't give up."

"Sarah? How do you know about Sarah?" Asked Nina.

But before Isaac could answer, Trudy walked into the kitchen.

"Come, come we will now eat cake and unwrap the presents," said Trudy.

A few minutes later and Isaac had unwrapped almost all the presents and Isaac picked up the last present. The presents were beautifully wrapped, Isaac unwrapped it very carefully. The present was a framed picture of Trudy together with her new goldfish.

"Fantastic, beautiful. With this I always have something that reminds me of you, thank you," said Isaac.

"You're welcome," said Trudy.

"Thank you all. Thank you for this warm gesture. And for your fantastic care, I'm really going to miss you," said Isaac.

"We're gonna miss you, too, Uncle Isaac," said Alfie.

Isaac was happy to hear Alfie say that. Trudy the cake out and everyone ate a piece of cake and then they partied for a while.

After the party the club gathered in Nina and Amber's room. And Victor sr. appeared in Amber's mirror and spied on the club.

"That was a fun party," said Amber.

"It really was and Uncle Isaac thought so too," said Alfie

"Yes and the party is now over, it's time to focus on the next task," said Eddie.

"But know what we're really are supposed to do, said Patricia.

"But I do," said Nina, holding up the magnifying glass.

"A magnifying glass?" Asked Patricia.

"Yes, this magnifying glass is going to help us on the next task," said Nina.

"It would be nice if you could explain," said Eddie.

'Better yet, I'll show you," said Nina.

Nina walked up to Amber and held the magnifying glass up to her eye.

"Make all that is small big," said Nina.

And then Nina held the magnifying glass to Alfie's mouth and his teeth turned red.

"Make all that is white red," said Nina.

"Good job," said Eddie.

"Do you guys understand?" Asked Nina.

"Totally," said Amber.

"Really, yeah," said Alfie.

"Actually, I don't," said Amber.

"Not a clue," said Alfie.

"And that's the reason that you two are staying here tonight," said Eddie.

"Who's going to the tunnels?" Asked Patricia.

"I think Aaron, Eddie and I should go," suggested Nina.

"I was thinking the same thing," said Eddie.

"All right, tonight when everyone's asleep, we'll go to the cellar and do the next task," said Aaron.

"And tonight that artifact is going to be ours," said Eddie.

"Sibuna," said Nina, while she did the Sibuna gesture.

"Sibuna," said the rest of the club, while they did the Sibuna gesture.

At that same moment, Mara, Jerome and Otis where cleaning up the last of the party stuff. Jerome saw the picture of Trudy lying there and held it in front of his face.

"Oh my dear Isaac, kiss me, kiss me," teased Jerome.

"Don't do to that, she'll hear you," said Mara.

"She went to Delphi with Isaac," said Otis.

"Do you think those two are going...?" Asked Jerome and making kissing noises.

"That they are going to kiss?" Asked Mara.

"You see the way she looks at him, Trudy is so in love with Isaac," said Otis.

"Well, at least we know who gets to take the money we raised to Kenya," said Jerome.

Victor Jr. walked into the living room and didn't look happy when the room hadn't been cleaned up yet.

"Aren't you guys done yet?" Asked Victor jr.

"Almost Victor," said Otis.

"In 20 minutes I want to able to hear a pin drop and if it is not cleaned up by then, I will wake you up tomorrow at 5 am," said Victor jr.

"It'll be cleaned up in no time, don't worry," said Jerome.

Victor Jr. walked away and he didn't noticed that he had a garland with him that was stuck to the back of his jacket. Jerome, Mara and Otis started snickering. Victor Jr. turned around and they stopped. As Victor Jr. continued walking they began to laugh again. Victor Jr. walked into the cellar, took off his party hat and threw it on the floor. Victor jr. walked up to Corbierre's picture and got tears in his eyes.

"I was too late feathered friend and for that I must now pay the price, a life without you," said Victor jr.

"Are you sniveling again because filthy beast? asked Victor sr. as he appeared in the cellar mirror.

"Corbierre, is he all right?" Asked Victor jr.

"He is dead," said Victor sr.

"No, he can't be," said Victor jr.

"That worthless beast has been dead for years," said Victor sr.

Victor Jr. sighed out of relief and Corbierre appeared in the hands of Victor Sr.

"Corbierre," said Victor jr.

"If you want him back, you'll have to get closer Victor," said Victor sr.

Victor jr. knew what his father was up to, but walked towards the mirror anyway. Victor jr. put his hand on the mirror and a many flash appeared and Victor jr. and his father had switched places again. Victor Jr. walked to the closet and grabbed a large black cloth and covered the mirror with it.

"Where is Corbierre? What have you done to him?" Asked Victor jr.

Victor sr. ignored Victor jr. and was busy with something else. From one drawer Victor sr. took out a magnifying glass and from the other a piece of red cellophane paper. Victor Jr. could see out of a piece that was not covered and saw Corbierre standing on the table.

"Corbierre", said Victor jr.

"The Mask of Anubis will be mine," said Victor sr. walking towards the secret.

"You can't go into the tunnel without an amulet," said Victor jr.

Victor sr. stopped walking and realized that Victor jr. was right. So Victor sr. now had to come up with something to get into the secret tunnel anyway. But first he put moving box over the chest.

A few hours later and almost all the residents of Anubis house were asleep, except for the members of the Sibuna club. Nina came out of the girls' corridor and walked downstairs and headed straight to the kitchen, where Aaron and Eddie already were waiting for her.

"Are you guys ready?" Asked Nina.

"Yes," said Aaron.

"Did you bring the map?" Asked Nina.

"Here," said Eddie, holding up the map.

"Did you bring your magnifying glass?" Asked Aaron.

"Got it," said Nina, holding up it up.

"Then we're ready to go," said Eddie.

Nina opened the secret passageway with her locket and she, Aaron and Eddie went in. Nina, Aaron and Eddie entered the cellar and looked around the cellar.

"There's no one there," said Aaron.

"Good, then we can head right for the tunnels," said Eddie.

Aaron and Eddie walked straight to the secret room. Nina shone her flashlight at the chemistry table of Victor Jr. and saw the moving box. Nina got a strange feeling for it and walked up to it.

"Nina are you coming?" Asked Aaron.

"Yes," said Nina.

Nina walked away from the box and entered the secret room. The bright light appeared and Nina, Aaron and Eddie entered the tunnel. At that same moment Victor sr. came out of his hiding place. From the closet he grabbed a dark flip-up welding safety googles and put it on, he also grabbed something else from the closet and put it in his pocket.

In the meantime Nina, Aaron and Eddie had arrived at the task.

"I see the artifact already," said Eddie.

"Yeah, but I don't think we can just take it," said Aaron.

"That's what I thought when I was here with Patricia," said Nina.

Eddie moved closer to the artifact space and suddenly light beams appeared in front of it.

"Whoa," said Eddie.

"I told you it wasn't gonna be that easy," said Nina.

"What's this?" Asked Eddie.

"I'm supposed to represent a fence to secure the artifact," guessed Aaron.

"And if we play the right notes, it'll make the fence disappear," said Nina.

"And then we can get to the artifact," said Eddie.

"Then let's do this," said Aaron

Nina, Aaron and Eddie walked toward the bamboo instrument. Nina grabbed her magnifying glass and held it over one of the keys and the symbol got bigger and it colored red.

"Okay, which one should we press first according to the map?" Asked Aaron.

"This symbol," said Eddie, pointing his flashlight at the map.

"Then we have to press that one," said Nina.

"Here we go," said Aaron

Aaron wanted to press the key but Nina grabbed his wrist and stopped him.

"What if we're wrong. Then what? What are the consequences?" Asked Nina.

"I don't know either. The light beams won't disappear. We could get electrocuted," guessed Aaron.

"We need to hurry," said Eddie.

"Nina, I don't see what else we can do. Do you?" Asked Aaron.

"No, I also don't know that," said Nina.

"Nina, you've to at least let go of me, or we might both get electrocuted," said Aaron.

Nina let go of Aaron. Aaron pressed the key with the first symbol and a sound came from one of the bamboo staffs. Nina, Aaron and Eddie looked at the room with the artifact and one of the light beams disappeared.

"It works," said Nina.

"The artifact is ours," said Eddie.

The trio focused on the map to look up the next note and didn't realize Victor Sr. was in the tunnel too.

Who will get the artifact first? Will Nina, Aaron and Eddie succeed in the test?
