Seaside Hill was full of activity, as everyone would come to expect, with Dry Bowser and Toadette dashing through the tropical beach.
"Hey D-B, why are we running through here?" Toadette asked as she pumped her arms.
Dry Bowser turned his skeletal head to Toadette as he rolled his right skeletal hand about. "Well, I have been sensing this weird sensation that I haven't really felt in a long while, and I suspect that it has something to do with the waves coming closer in land than normal."
"Gosh, that's quite a shock!" Toadette exclaimed as she nodded her head.
Meanwhile in the northern reaches of Seaside Hill, Shadow and Espio were both enjoying a walk together as they were spending the day away from their usual associates.
"So, how's Vector doing?" Shadow asked as he folded his arms together.
Espio moved his hands about as he then placed them on his hips. "Well, we just found out that there's going to be an opening for a new shop at the Casino Park, so we're trying to find our way there in order to make more funds to support our agency."
"Pizza Hut in Station Square isn't cutting it?" Shadow joked as he smirked, rubbing the back of his head with his right hand.
Espio sighed as he shook his head, pointing at Shadow with his right hand. "You know that's not a good think to joke about, Shadow. Anyway, I'm going to find a way of making duplicates so that I can finally leave the Pizza Hut while technically still being present."
"Good luck with that." Shadow commented, only for both him and Espio to fall into a pitfall as they both landed on their faces in pain, moaning loudly.
