(Authors Note: Hello dear readers! First of all, I am so sorry for not updating this story in a while. I have been rather distracted by my Transformers movie verse FF lately, but I've still been working on my other stories on the sidelines. I just haven't uploaded new content for them in a little while. Also, my sister FINALLY had her baby on the 2nd of September which was a little over a week past her original due date, so that's another reason why I haven't uploaded new content. Now, I can't guarantee that I'll be consistent with new chapters, but I'll try to work on that when I find the time. Babies are rather distracting :) Anyways, feel free to read at your leisure and leave a comment if you'd like, for I enjoy your positive feedback :) Until next time, stay safe, stay sane, stay hydrated and stay awesome!)
(Warning! This chapter is a little risque here and there, but not quite rated M for Mature or NSFW, so you needn't worry. However, if you're iffy about such things then skim over the risque parts :) Regardless, enjoy the chapter and stay awesome!)

-Morning-
Marianne excitedly fluttered around her room while her pixie handmaidens attempted to help her with her wedding dress. Unlike her previous dress, this one was more regal with long sleeves and an off-the-shoulder hemline that exposed her collar, neck and the top of her chest. The back of her dress resembled a corset with small openings that framed around her wings and were cinched up around them. This meant that she'd still be able to fly, but her back was now mostly covered whereas the majority of her outfits had an exposed back.
Rather than leggings, she had on a pair of white knee-high stockings and heeled slippers as opposed to boots. In truth, she looked like a queen. Reality settled in as she stared at her reflection in the mirror: she was going to become Queen of the Dark Forest. In truth, she was both nervous and excited.
As her pixies finished cinching up her dress, there came a knock at her bedroom door: "Come in."
King Dagda stepped inside wearing his regal robes as opposed to his armor, "I see you're almost ready for the ceremony." He smiled as he looked upon his eldest daughter and felt happy tears sting his eyes, "You look beautiful Marianne. If only your Mother was here to see you now. She'd be proud of you."
"Thanks Dad," she hugged her Father before feeling her body tremble.
"Marianne? Are you alright?"
She nodded as her pixies adorned a crown of blue roses atop of her head, "Yea, I'm fine. I'm just nervous...but I'm also excited to see Bog again and finally become his wife and Queen."
"And a fine Queen you'll make. I'm proud of you my dear."
"Thank you," she tearfully smiled while taking up a bouquet of blue roses in her left hand while her right arm looped through her Father's as he then led her out of her room and off towards the chapel where Dawn and the other wedding party members were waiting.

Meanwhile, Bog nervously stood at the altar before the officiant while awaiting for his bride. He wore a royal blue sash and his boutonniere while his subjects wore their finest attire in honor of the occasion. As he waited, soft music suddenly started to play which indicated that the ceremony was about to begin.
Once the doors opened, Dawn made her way down the aisle wearing the royal blue gown Marianne wore during the midsummer gala, while carrying a small bouquet of blue roses in her hands. Following Dawn was Sunny, who carried the wedding rings inside his coat pocket. Next came Stuff and Thang who began spreading petal pieces everywhere. And finally, King Dagda appeared with Marianne on his arm.
Bog's heart skipped a beat upon seeing his blushing bride: she looked absolutely breathtaking. As Dagda kissed her cheek and gave her hand over to him, Marianne met his gaze and for a moment, time stopped.
Moments later, the music stopped, the guests sat down, and the officiant spoke up:
"Fae folk and Goblins, we are gathered here today to bear witness the union of the mighty Bog King and our beloved Princess Marianne." He then turned to the goblin ruler, "Bog, do you take this woman to be your wife and Queen? Will you love her, cherish her, honor her, and comfort her in good times and in bad times? And will you walk with her through life's journey until the end of your days?"
"I will," he proudly replied as he kept his gaze upon Marianne while lovingly squeezing her hand.
The officiant then looked over at her, "Marianne, do you take this man to be your husband and King? Will you love him, cherish him, honor him, and comfort him in good times and in bad times? And will you walk with him through life's journey until the end of your days?"
"I will," she tearfully answered as she smiled up at Bog while also squeezing his hand.
With that, the officiant took the rings from Sunny and handed them to the pair before having them slip them on each others fingers: Bog lovingly slid the beautiful gold band over her ring finger and nestled it above her engagement ring, which sparkled in the light. And Marianne tenderly slipped the larger gold band over his ring finger.
"With the exchanging of the rings, therefore sealing your vows, I now pronounce you Husband and Wife. You may kiss the bride."
Bog wasted no time in sealing their marriage with a kiss, to which Marianne happily reciprocated his action. The crowd then erupted in applause as well as 'Ohhs' and 'Awws' from various fae folk and goblins alike. The married couple then made their way down the aisle and out the door before Marianne tossed her bouquet, which was caught by a redheaded fairy by the name of Joleen. She glanced over to see Julius standing beside her, to which she gave the hulking goblin a shy smile.

Bog and Marianne wasted no time in vacating the vicinity and flying out of the Fairy Kingdom and into the Dark Forest. Upon arriving at the castle, he scooped her up into his arms and gave her a smile, "Welcome home my Queen."
Marianne emitted a soft giggle and caressed his cheek, "It's good to be home, my King." They shared a passionate kiss as he carried her through the threshold and down to the hibernation tunnels where their marital bed awaited them. With winter swiftly approaching, Bog figured it'd be better for them to consummate their marriage down here where it was warmer.
Upon entering the private chamber and closing the door behind him, he set Marianne down and sensually asked, "Need some help removing your dress?"
She blushed and caressed his cheek, "If you don't mind? But only if you don't mind me removing your sash."
"Go ahead," he chuckled, to which she slowly removed it from his body while also removing his boutonniere and setting it atop the nearby desk, to which he removed her floral crown and set it atop the desk as well while she slipped out of her slippers and kicked them aside.
Turning around, Marianne exposed her back to her husband, to which he slowly began unlacing her gown while lovingly kissing the back of her neck, causing her to emit a moan of desire: "Mmm, Bog…"
He smiled against her neck while continuing to free her from the dress. As he finished, he then slowly ran his fingers down her bare back, which caused her to shiver in anticipation. "Bog?"
"Hm?"
She turned her head to look up at him with a flirtatious smile lining her face, "Could you close your eyes and turn around while I remove my clothes? Please? I wanted to try something afterwards."
"Oh? And what is it that ye wanted to try, my ravishing Queen?"
"You'll see," she winked, to which he chuckled before complying with her request.
Once his back was turned and she was certain that his eyes were closed, Marianne stripped out of her dress and carefully draped it across the desk chair before removing her stockings and undergarments, leaving her completely naked. Afterwards, she stepped before her husband and gently took a hold of his hands where she then placed one around her waist and the other atop one of her breasts, while her hands rested on his chitin-plated chest.
Upon feeling her bare skin underneath his fingertips, Bog opened his eyes to see his beautiful wife smiling up at him. His gaze then turned to her naked form and he felt his heart racing within his chest, "...Marianne…"
They immediately closed the gap between one another and shared a deeply passionate kiss before he swept her off her feet and carried her over towards the large moss bed where they soon gave into their baser instincts and consummated their marriage and love for one another.

-Midnight-
Both Marianne and Bog laid upon the marital bed partially spent and exhausted from spending the last several hours engaging in multiple rounds of sexual intercourse. Their breathing was heavy and their bodies were sore and sweaty, but they were happy and content. Rubbing the back of his fingers across her cheek, Bog smiled at his wife as he held her close to his frame, "I love you Marianne."
"And I love you Bog," she sensually replied as they shared a tender kiss before it escalated into something more passionate. "...Mmm, are we ever going to get out of bed," she playfully teased, to which he emitted a chuckle:
"I was thinking we'd stay like this until spring."
"Oh really?"
"Aye. Besides, after everything we just did, I'm not in a rush to stop just yet."
"Hmm, I agree. You seem to have enough stamina to last us all winter."
"Perhaps. We goblins have naturally high stamina, so it's no surprise that I find myself wanting to indulge myself in your body again," he slowly ran his tongue across her chest, "And again," he moved down to her stomach and kissed her navel, "And again," he nipped her hip, to which she moaned while raking her nails across his shoulders. He then kissed his way back up to her lips where they soon became one once more. Cries of passion and sweet moans of ecstasy were the only words exchanged by the loving couple throughout the remainder of the night.

-The Next Day-
While Marianne was soaking in a warm bath, Bog was heading up to the kitchen to fetch them something to eat. Having nearly spent the last twenty four hours consummating their love left them feeling rather hungry. Sure, they had taken short breaks between rounds to use the adjacent washroom facilities and hydrate, but they hadn't actually consumed anything since before the wedding.
Upon entering the kitchen, Bog spotted his Mother brewing some tea: "Good morning my precious boy! Did you and Marianne sleep well or were you both too busy making me some grandchildren?"
"Mother," he groaned while she emitted a chuckle:
"There, there, I'm just teasing you."
"I somehow doubt that," he replied with a slight roll of his eyes.
"Well, regardless, did you want me to fix you both something to eat? I imagine you two must be famished seeing as how you both disappeared after the ceremony. Besides, with winter just around the corner, you both need to eat before your bodies enter hibernation."
"Aye, I know," he sighed as he helped his Mother prepare a small meal for himself and Marianne.

Upon returning to his and Marianne's hibernation chamber, Bog placed the tray of food and drinks on the desk before glancing over at the bed to see his beloved wife and Queen lying peacefully upon the soft mattress while a warm, downy blanket covered her slender frame. Approaching her bedside, he leaned down and softly kissed her cheek.
"Mmm, Bog…," she fluttered her eyes open to see her husband smiling down at her.
"Aye my love, I'm here. I'm sorry to wake you, but we need to eat something before we sleep for the winter."
*yawn* "I know. I was just taking a little nap."
"Well your wee nap could have coaxed you into hibernation. And I would prefer that we enter stasis together."
"Hmm, as do I," she smiled before pulling him down for a long, passionate kiss, to which he happily obliged. Afterwards, they headed over to the desk where he sat in the chair and held her on his lap while they consumed their first meal as husband and wife.

-Later-
Before closing their eyes for the last time this season, Bog and Marianne shared one final kiss and declared their love for one another as he tenderly held her in his arms while she rested her head atop his chest. Minutes later, a deep sleep overtook them and blanketed their bodies as they entered into stasis. While they slept, a magical purple-colored chrysalis enveloped their bodies which would provide added warmth and protect them from any outside elements. Now, goblins didn't form chrysalis when they hibernated, so this magic came from Marianne. It was her way of protecting her husband as they slept, as well as a means of keeping him closer to her. Having spent nearly a month apart from him, she refused to sleep without him by her side. Granted, she knew he'd be by her side regardless, but this was to further assure herself. Plus, if anything were to happen to either of them, both would be alerted and awoken from their deep slumber.
