Seaside Hill was pretty peaceful as it was night time, with Orbot and Cubot strolling the sandy shoreline as they watched various killer whales jumping out of the salty ocean.
"You know, Cubot, I wonder if those orcas ever try and attack the animals that keep thwarting our dorkish doctor." Orbot stated as he moved his hands around.
Cubot blinked in confusion as he scratched the top of his cubish head with his left mechanical hand. "Animals? You mean Sonic and his pals?"
Orbot blinked as he stared at Cubot, shaking his head as he placed his hands on his orb shaped body. "Yes, my dear Cubot, I'm talking about them. How are they not animals?"
"Because they don't really look like the real deal to me." Cubot commented as he rolled his right hand around. "They just seem so humanoid, you know?"
"...That's kind of the point, my dear Cubot." Orbot stated as he patted Cubot on the back of the head. "Don't feel bad, though. The universe we live in is totally weird enough for stuff like Sonic and his colleagues."
"Is it? Is it really?" Cubot asked as he tilted his head to the right, pondering about life and its many secretive secrets.
