Clemin, a former General of Amestris who was arrested for siding with Father and the Homunculi, appeared in front of a desk on a show called Thunder Surge. He began his broadcast.
"Amestris." Clemin said. "A once great nation rich in technology and the world's one true superpower has now become a shadow of its former self thanks to one man." He paused and straightened out his papers.
"Edward Elric." Clemin continued. "He has destroyed the source of alchemy underneath Central, indoctrinating alchemic discharge in the water that turns the alligators into emo goths!" Clemin was getting mad.
"Edward Elric now has Cretan Alchemy he learned from abroad, colluding with our enemies, Creta and Xing. No wonder Creta and Xing are kicking our asses on the world stage, because Edward Elric is ruining this country!
He even uses that ice and lightning alchemy to indoctrinate Amestris's youth to believe that he is a hero, when the actual truth is that he is nothing more than a menace!" Clemin pulled out some supplements from under the desk.
"Try this Thunder Gel, put it in your hair to shield yourself from Edward Elric's alchemic brainwashing!" He pulled out some vitamins from under the desk. "Or try these Lighting Vitamin Chews, made from no illegal ingredients whatsoever! They can be yours for 500 Cens each! What the devil are you waiting for, call 555-1205 today, or you're a dumbass like Edward!"
Brotherhood Ed was watching the show on TV while 2003 Edward was behind him, putting up the Easter decorations.
"Is there anything else on?" 2003 Edward asked. Brotherhood Ed switched off the TV.
"Listen." Brotherhood Ed said. "We gotta send you and Manga Ed back to your worlds, or else the Eastern Multiverse will break."
"Can we do that with a transmutation circle?" 2003 Ed asked.
"Indeed." Brotherhood Ed said. Manga Ed got over.
"I am sending you guys back to your worlds, but I need Winry and the others to say good bye."
"What about defeating the Lightning?" 2003 Edward said.
"The Lightning can wait." Brotherhood Ed said. "The multiverse is going to break, and we can't afford the multiverse to rupture when we fight the Lightning."
Outside, Edward Elric borrowed Trisha's chalk set and drew a transmutation circle. Winry, Leon and the kids were waving good bye.
Ok, 2003 me, time to go back to your world!" Brotherhood Ed said. The 2003 Ed vanished through the circle, using his red stone as an offering.
"Manga Ed, it's time for you to go back!" Winry said. Brotherhood Ed drew another transmutation circle, and sent Manga Ed off to his world. When Manga Ed passed through the gate, he lost his arm again.
"DAMMIT!" Manga Ed said. "I lost my arm again! Well, at least my Winry can give me discounts."
"Well, the multiverse problem is fixed, now to focus on taking back Amestris." Edward said.
"How are we going to do that?" Leon asked.
"We need help from Xing and Creta to create a two pronged assault on Amestris." Edward answered.
"But I heard Drachma is Amestris's ally." Winry mentioned.
"No matter." Edward said. "Xing is about as large and powerful as Drachma, so they can engage Drachma on another front. We will meet with Xing first, since Alphonse and Mei are in Xing with Emperor Ling and Empress Lan Fan."
"So kids, we will be heading out to Xing, so pack your things and we will head out tomorrow."
"Aww I hate Cousin Nina." Rosie whined. "She always thinks she's better than me because she has a royal title."
"Rosie, I am sure Nina will be delighted to have you in Xing, as well as Cousins Fu and Alfred." Winry told Rosie. The kids went to pack their things and be prepared to head out on their way to Xing. Ed, Leon and Winry went to pack their things also.
