I only own my OC, Taylor, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Qwark, Carmelita, Mz. Ruby, or any of the ParaNorman characters.
Taylor selected the Ghost Symbol
The Dark Diamond glowed, and the shadow appeared again. Taylor closed her eyes, and braced herself, as the ghost grabbed her so she can see what is in the next vision in the next world.
Taylor opens her eyes, and soon sees a brain with a small chunk of it bitten off. She soon sees some high heels back up into it, and it caused her to wince in disgust as the brain was stepped on with a squeak. She soon sees a woman, who gasped and looked down to see the brain, and screams in horror, and soon ran towards a door, with the brain still on her foot.
She soon opens the door, and waiting for her was a groaning zombie, and she screams at it, then closes the door before it can get in, but the zombie broke through the door with its hands, and its feet, as she runs screaming, while the zombie's head burst through the door, saying, "Brains!"
The woman turned around, but tripped over something, and the zombie was exposed from the shadows from a clap of thunder and lightning through a window. The woman got up, turned a bit, and gasped as the zombie groans as he approaches her. The woman then screams her head off as the zombie approaches, but stops screaming, while the zombie stopped moving, then they both looked at what they think is Taylor, but the woman soon looked back at the zombie, and resumes her screaming as the zombie approaches. As she screams, the zombie grins at her since he was close, she was still screaming as a microphone appeared from her left, which she soon pushes back with squinting eyes, then widened her eyes again, as the zombie growls, and lunged at her with an open mouth and everything went black with a crunch, and some chomping.
"What's happening now?" asked a new voice, that sounded like an elderly lady.
Taylor soon sees the said elderly woman, who was knitting something, but she soon sees a strange green aura around her. Taylor also sees a boy with stuck up hair and was eating something, this now showed that they were watching is what is described a very low budget horror movie that had producers and crew that had no idea about keeping things good. The boy soon replies, "Well, the zombie is eating her head, Grandma."
The elderly woman stops knitting, and replies to the boy, who is her grandson, "That's not very nice. What's he doing that for?"
The boy chuckles, and replies back, "Because he's a zombie. That's what they do."
The boy soon puts in what Taylor thinks is popcorn into his mouth, as his grandma said, "He's going to ruin his dinner." She soon went back to her knitting, and continued, "I'm sure if they just bothered to sit down and talk it through, it would be a different story." The boy was confused look at his grandmother, but then smiled at what she's saying.
Suddenly a door opened, and a man's shadow was on the boy, and asked the boy, "Norman, didn't I tell you to take out the garbage?"
"Yeah, coming, Dad," the boy, Norman, replied, as he got up, to do the chore.
Norman looks at his grandmother, and she said, "Tell him to turn up the thermostat, too, will you?" She leaned, and said, "My feet are like ice." Norman soon left the room.
Taylor soon sees the man working on something while standing on a stool, while saying, "Come on, fit you stupid..."
"Hi," said a woman, who Taylor thinks is Norman's mom, who turns to him, and asks, "What are you watching in there?"
"Sex and violence," Norman replied, this caused Taylor to chuckle a bit, since that isn't what he was watching.
His mother soon said in an annoyed tone, "Oh, that's nice."
Norman's father groans, and asked while Taylor sees what he was doing, which was screwing in a lightbulb, "Can't you be like other kids of your age, and pitch a tent in the yard or have a healthy interest in carpentry?"
Norman soon ties up the garbage bag, while Norman's mother said, "Perry..."
Norman soon replied, while taking the garbage out of the garbage can to his father, Perry, "I thought you said kids my age were too busy shoplifting and joyriding."
"Norman," Norman's mother replied.
Soon Taylor sees a girl, which she believes is Norman's sister coming into the house with her phone near her ear, and she said, "He's, like, R-I-double-P-E-D. Like, a seven-pack at least." Norman was grunting while carrying the bag of garbage, while she still talks, "Uh-huh," she soon looks at the bag of garbage, and said, "Ew!" She soon pushes the bag, and said, "Watch it!" The girl soon closed the door, while Norman falls over with a 'Whoa!'
"Courtney, be nice," Norman's mother said to the girl, whose name is Courtney.
Courtney soon sits on a booth, which is near the dining room table, and continued to talk to her friend, "Yeah, she totally doesn't deserve him. I mean, she's nice and I really like her, but she's a complete loser." Norman soon opened the door, and glared at Courtney, as she continues, "Yeah, I know."
Norman soon looks at Perry, and asked, "Hey, uh, Dad?" he paused, then asked, "Grandma says, can you turn up the heating? Her feet are cold."
This caused some bubblegum Courtney was popping, while Perry gasps, and slipped off the stool, this caused the bulb the shatter, and Perry to groan.
"Now, Perry..." Norman's mother said.
"How many times do we have to go through with this, son?" Perry asked Norman, he soon approaches Norman, and yells, "Your grandmother is dead!"
Taylor soon now knows why Norman's grandmother had a green aura, for she's a ghost.
"I know," Norman replied.
"Then why do you keep on talking to her?" Perry asked.
"Because she talks back," Norman replied.
"OMG, you are such a liar," Courtney said, while moving, then putting her arm on Perry's shoulder.
"Man, I'm not making this up, I swear! She talks to me all the time," Norman replied.
"Oh yeah? Prove it," Courtney replied.
Norman soon smirked, then said, "She said, it's not very ladylike to hide photos of the high-school quarterback with his shirt off in your underwear drawer." Taylor soon covered her mouth, just to keep from laughing, despite no one will hear her.
Courtney gasped, while Perry also looked surprised, pushed him aside, and yelled, "I knew it! Uh! You've been sneaking around in my personal... Ugh!"
Norman chuckled, and said, "No I haven't. Grandma told me."
"You are the worst!" Courtney yelled, then turned and left the kitchen.
Norman's mother knelt down to Norman's level, and said, "Norman, I know you and Grandma were very close, but we all have to move on." She paused, and then continued, "Grandma's in a better place now."
"No, she's not," Norman said, while gesturing his hands and said, "She's in the living room."
Perry soon moved to Norman, and said, "Your grandmother was old and sick, and she died." As Norman's mother got up, Perry said, "That's all there is to it!"
"Okay," Norman's mother said to her husband, "Perry, this is part of the mourning process."
"Oh, stop indulging him," Perry replied to his wife, and continued as Norman left the kitchen, "I'm nothing if I'm not liberal, but that limp-wasted hippie garbage needs to be nipped in the bud." Taylor follows Norman to his room as Perry continued, "This behavior might be okay with your side of the family, but I'm not putting up with it anymore! Not me!"
"Not this again," Norman's mother said.
"This isn't the West Coast, Sandra," Perry replied, Taylor sees Norman holding some zombie action figures, and made mouth talk as if it was Perry while he moved the figure on his left, as he continued, "People talk. They do."
Norman then moved the zombie figure on his right, as his mother, Sandra replied, "He's just sensitive, Perry."
Norman made the same thing again with the first figure, as Perry replied, "Oh, please! Sensitive is writing poetry," Norman tossed the figures, and moved around his room which Taylor sees has lots of zombie pictures on the wall, as Perry continued, "and being lousy at team sports. Not this." Norman was close to the door, as Perry said, "I won't have him turn out like that uncle of yours." Norman was about to close the door, but stopped, as Perry said, "If that crazy old tramp has been around here, putting ideas in Norman's head..."
"Perry, no one has had anything to do with Uncle Prenderghast in years," Sandra replied, while Norman crossed his arms and hear thee argument, while Sandra continued, "I bet he doesn't know what Norman looks like."
Taylor soon was in a different location, and saw a picture of Norman, but saw the photo dropped, and a man cough, which Taylor thinks is Prenderghast, and he soon said, "Not much time. Not much time." He soon wheezed, then groaned while holding his chest, he soon grabbed some pills while coughing, then gulped them, then he mumbled.
Taylor was soon in a different location, this time a clearing in the forest. In the middle of the clearing is a tree, and near it was an anthropomorphic alligator. Taylor knew it was Mz. Ruby, she looks at the tree, and said, "The time is almost here, my dear friend Agatha, and vengeance will be yours."
"Yes, Mz. Ruby," replied a voice of a child, but was nowhere to be seen, then continued, "Despite I am still sleeping, when I wake up, those who executed me will soon be enduring my curse." Mz. Ruby nodded in agreement, but the voice, Agatha said, "However, there is a problem."
Mz. Ruby soon asked, "What is it?"
Agatha replied, "There is a girl who is after me, but mainly for revenge of her own, she already defeated Dr. Bumby, The Dark Gentleman, Lorenzo Belli, and now the Beldam. I have a feeling I am next."
Mz. Ruby replied, "Well then, we'll just have to wait until she comes, and we will be ready for her."
Taylor soon sees the shadow again, and she closed her eyes as it grabbed her.
Taylor woke up and explained everything to her friends.
Bentley soon said, "So Mz. Ruby is helping out the next member, you better be careful with her."
Taylor soon said, "Don't worry, Bentley, I am planning to do something for her that should've been done a long time ago." Everyone was surprised, then Taylor said, "If you're thinking I will do something bad to her, then no, it's not it, what it is you will find out." She soon looked at two of her friends, and said, "Tess, Qwark be ready, for this is going to be something of an adventure."
