The Dark Diamond glowed, and the shadow once again appeared, Taylor soon closed her eyes, held out her arms, and was ready for the shadow, which soon grabbed her so he can show her a vision of the next world.
At first, Taylor saw nothing, but then heard a whispery voice of a young boy, who said this:
If you must blink, do it now.
Soon, Taylor saw a moon, which was shining at a hole of some clouds and rain, then a wave of water went up, and Taylor saw some more waves and, despite it was small, a boat, the waves rose again, and Taylor soon saw what was in that boat. A young woman, wearing a kimono dress, holding in her hands a Japanese instrument called a shamisen, then the boy spoke again, saying:
Pay careful attention to everything you see and hear,
Taylor soon sees the woman was holding in her righthand a bachi, in case she wants to play the instrument, then sees the wind blow the woman's long hair, as the boy continues:
no matter how unusual it may seem.
The woman soon looks up with worry, then Taylor saw something that was on the woman's back, which was red, but had a symbol of what looks like a black beetle. Taylor soon sees the woman again, but soon was darkened a bit by a shadow, the woman looks up, and was shocked, as a giant wave rose up almost blocking the moon. The woman soon gasped, lifted the hand that had the bachi up, showing a blue aura, and brought it down to strum the shamisen with a grunt, after making a sound, blast of blue aura split the wave, it fell down. Taylor soon saw what looks like a mountain. The woman sees the mountain, and felt a bit a relief that she might've found shelter, but the boy soon spoke again:
And please be warned,
Taylor sees some clouds being cleared away to see the moon, which caused the wave to appear again, this time behind the woman, as the boy continued:
if you fidget, if you look away,
The wave crept slowly toward the woman, as the boy continued:
if you forget any part of what I tell you,
The wave was nearly on top of the woman, as the boy continued:
even for an instant,
The woman looked behind, and was shocked at the wave while the boy said:
then our hero will surely perish.
The wave soon crashed down onto the woman, causing her to sink deep, headfirst into the water, but soon bonked her head on some rocks and bounced up, leaving a small trail of blood, which caused Taylor to wince at that. Soon, Taylor saw the woman lying on the beach, with small waves lapping at her, she laid motionless, despite she was still breathing, but then Taylor heard a baby crying, while soon seeing the woman having a cut that goes down in the middle of her left eye. The woman soon went up, and looked at her left, and Taylor soon saw the red thing that was on the woman's back, which had something moving, letting Taylor know that it was actually a baby in there. Taylor soon sees the woman crawling arduously towards the bundle. Eventually, the woman makes it to the bundle, and pants in a sad look, while placing a hand to the bundle, then the boy soon said:
His name is Kubo.
His grandfather stole something from him.
The woman soon lifts up the bundle, to see the baby, which was covered in bandages that even covered his left eye, which had a bit of blood where the eye is, as he continues crying. The woman, who Taylor thinks is the baby, named Kubo's mother puts her hands around his head, and kissed him on the side where his other eye is. Taylor soon was moving away from the two, then the boy said:
And that really is the least of it.
Taylor soon was at a different location in a flash, the place looked like a destroyed Japanese fortress, which might've had signs of fire due to burned wood and smoke from the fire that was put out by the rain. Taylor soon saw someone strutting through the smoke, which was an anthropomorphic rooster with armor and a shield. Taylor soon knew that it was General Tsao. He soon looks up and said, "Seems your twin daughters have caused such damage, my dear Moon King."
"Yes, that fool of a Samurai shouldn't have crossed the line when for what he did to me," a thunderous voice said, causing Taylor to jump. Then the voice soon said, "But I have a feeling something is coming to try and defeat me, a girl, who so far defeated five of my fellow members of my group, and now I begin to feel that I am next."
"Ha, a woman should never do such damage, they should be used to wed, clean, and bring proud honor, just as I should've got until that fool, Sly Cooper tricked me, and stole my treasure and bride from me, and got me arrested," Tsao said.
"Don't underestimate the girl, that might've been the same mistake the others did as well," the Moon King replied, paused, then said, "All we have to do is wait, and when the time comes, we will fight her."
"Very well, Moon King," Tsao said.
Taylor soon saw the shadow and closed her eyes to go back as the shadow grabbed her.
Taylor soon opened her eyes, and soon explained everything to her friends.
Bentley soon said, "So, Tsao is the next person, well that's a problem he was one of our worst criminals we had to face."
Taylor soon said, "Well, I think it's time I knock him down a few extra pegs, which might cause him such humiliation for him to be lose another fight, this time by a girl." Taylor soon heard Tess giggling, and Carmelita snicker a bit, she turned to them and said, "Girls get ready, for we're going to have a true daring adventure."
