Sesshomaru finally arrives and continues to tease Rin as he put her luggage into the car.
"Did you enjoy yourself?" He asks as he buckles his seatbelt.
"Despite my drunken stupor, I got some clarity on things."
"Is that right?"
Rin nodded.
They sat in a comfortable silence until Rin turned the radio on to her favorite station.
Rin went over some things in her head. She wondered how she would tell Sesshomaru that she decided to move in with him. It wasn't like he didn't have anything prepared for her arrival. She was pretty much set. She just needed to physically be at his home.
She wondered if she should outright tell him or surprise him. She chose to surprise him.
She clasped her hand with his and smiled. Sesshomaru looked over at his happy mate and wondered what put her in such a good mood.
Within the next couple of days, Rin planned out her schedule. Even though it was overwhelming, it was only temporary.
She met up with her landlord to discuss if there was a penalty if she was to move out early. There was, but Rin was able to bargain. She presented the rest of her rent plus...one thousand dollars to keep things on the hush.
The landlord was more than happy. "Are you leaving within a couple of weeks or at the end of the month?"
"I am trying to leave before the end of the month. Once I get everything settled, I will be leaving. I will be sure to let you know beforehand."
"Thank you, Rin. It has been a pleasure."
Rin called her girls up on a video conference call. "I need your help. Remember what I said about moving in with Sesshomaru…well I need help packing."
The girls agreed to help Rin.
Kagome speaks, "I will tell Inuyasha and make sure he keeps his mouth shut."
She would have to do this discreetly as possible because Sesshomaru was very nosy. She would stay at Sesshomaru's to keep his mind from wondering what she was up to and while on her free time pack.
Now, to set the appointment for birth control. She would have to go to a specific doctor which Izayoi helped her out with.
So far, she will be surprising Sesshomaru by moving in and consenting to have sex. Having sex didn't seem much of a surprise. But she was sure he would be surprised while in the middle of their other sexual acts, she would suggest more.
And then they would be in their bedroom chambers…it excited her and made her aroused.
Until then, she packed her overnight bag and made her way to work. When Sesshomaru would pick her up tonight, they would go directly to their home.
Sesshomaru arrived promptly. And as the gentle-demon he is... he gets out of the car to walk Rin from the doorway to the passenger side and helps her in.
Rin was so excited about the changes that were coming. She had a goofy smile on her face.
"What has my mate in such a good mood?" He kisses her knuckles. "Are you happy to see me, mate?"
"Yes." The mood made it a lot easier to say she wanted to go to his house tonight. "Let's go straight to your place."
Sesshomaru squeezed her hand. "This is different. Are you sure?"
"Yes, I am fine with your place."
Sesshomaru loved when Rin stayed over at his home…soon to be their home. He loved seeing Rin in her element. He loved to watch her look over her wardrobe and accessories. It pleased him to see her dress up in things he provided for her.
She was already his lady, but when watching her twirl in their chambers, ordering servants around, changing things in the home. He knew she was the one most deserving to be by his side.
He places a hand on her thigh. "Let's go."
Rin manages to convince Sesshomaru the reason she was staying over so many days was that he mentioned they spent little time together. He seemed to buy that.
Rin finally was able to close out her lease with her landlord. The girls did amazing packing but Ayame, of course, hired movers so Inuyasha wasn't involved in the scheme, and it help things move along smoothly.
Next on her to-do list was to make this appointment with the Doctor, which Izayoi recommended. Rin asked if she could accompany her and Izayoi agreed.
As she sat waiting for the doctor, she shook her leg and bit her nails. The door opens, and a very large demon greeted her. She squinted at the name tag, .
Hello Rin, I am Dr. Jinenji. "He reaches his hand out to shake. Rin shook his hand, "Good Morning, Dr. Jinenji."
He bows "Lady Izayoi."
He seems nice .
"So, you want to try the birth control made specifically for demons or have demon mates, correct?"
Rin blushes, "Yes."
Jinenji hands Rin some pamphlets. "Before we can decide that, we will have to run some tests. Because when this became an option, we realized not all humans can withstand the hormones in the pill or injection."
Rin nodded in understanding, and Jinenji continues. "I will take your vitals to make sure they are within normal limits. Then we will go to the lab and draw some blood. We should have this information within a couple of days."
"Okay."
As her vitals are being taken, she thinks. Damn it! I already got everything settled for my apartment. I want to officially move in with Sesshomaru ASAP, but it looks like there will be a delay. This puts a monkey wrench in my plans. I wanted us to have that special moment.
Dr. Jinenji led her to the lab. He failed to ask what her preference was for birth control. "Oh! Let me ask you. Would you want the pill or the injection?"
"What's the difference?"
For the pill, you will have to have self-control. You will need to take it every day around the same hour each day. For the injection, you will come here and get a shot every three months. We will give a courtesy call."
"I would prefer the injection." She had too much going on to remember something like that to take every day.
Rin gets her blood drawn and leaves the office.
"Are you okay with the answers you received?" Izayoi asks.
"Not really. I had something planned for Sesshomaru, and that was just one of them. I will surprise him with what I have so far and work on this situation later."
"Lovely Rin, I am glad we had our talk in Tahiti. I love the progression between you two."
"I am glad too. We are moving along wonderfully."
Rin enters the home. "Hey, babe!"
Sesshomaru smirked from his home office. He could get used to Rin calling him these little pet names and coming into their home.
Sesshomaru rises and opens the door. He watches as Rin looks in different rooms for him. "Babe! Are you here?"
Sesshomaru crosses his arms and leans against the door. "Rin."
Rin stops in her tracks. "Oh there you are, why didn't you say anything?"
"I enjoy watching you. It makes me imagine how it would be if we lived together."
Soon…
Rin got on her tiptoes and grabbed his chin and shook his face. "You are so silly."
Sesshomaru leans in and kisses Rin's lips. "You have something you want to talk to me about?"
"Yes, if I get all my homework done. Maybe we should go out for dinner tomorrow." She wraps her short arms around Sesshomaru's waist. "What do you think?"
"I think that would be great." He kisses her forehead.
Rin let's go to retrieve her school work. She had a busy day, and she wanted to finish as much work as possible.
Sesshomaru returns to his desk, and soon as he sits in his chair, the door opens.
His little mate was toting all of her things in his office. He thought it was adorable how she threw her things on the small desk in the corner.
She wanted to be near him, and he liked that.
She laughs nervously and waves her hand to Sesshomaru. "I will try to be as quiet as possible."
"You are fine, Rin. Finish your homework. I want to take my mate out."
She agrees. "Mmph."
He watches as she started reading a book and jots down notes.
He could get so used to this. The noise, her untidiness, her jabbering, and her currently slobbering all over the desk.
She was precious.
He picks Rin up bridal style and walks her to their chambers.
The next day, Sesshomaru lets Rin sleep in. He watched her work hard last night and she fell into a deep slumber as soon as she started putting in work. But of course, he didn't know she was putting herself in overdrive by getting things packed and put in storage. So, they could live happily ever after.
When she finally awakes, she gets up and takes a shower. When she returned to the bedroom, Sesshomaru had breakfast waiting for her.
"Complete what you haven't finished. I am holding you up to what you said last night."
Rin smiled and slid the breakfast tray towards her. "I will." Sesshomaru kissed her forehead and left for the day.
As soon as she heard the door close, she looked at her email to see if her results came back. She hoped she would see something, but nothing came back yet.
But tonight she could at least celebrate her sneaking moving in with him.
Sesshomaru reserved a table on the balcony area of the restaurant so they could enjoy the beautiful serene of the ocean.
"I love when you take me places where we can see the ocean. It is so peaceful."
Sesshomaru nodded. "It makes me think of our time in Tahiti. We were surrounded by water and we confessed to each other."
"Well, aren't you romantic."
The couple orders their food and enjoys the simplicity of just being in each other's presence.
Once they ordered their dessert, Rin thought this would be the best time to let him know her little secret.
"Honey…."
Sesshomaru raised an eyebrow. "What do you have up your sleeve?"
Rin smiles and laughs nervously. "Well, I have to reveal a secret I have been keeping from you."
Sesshomaru puts his utensils down and gives his mate his undivided attention. "Go on."
"So…." Rin fiddles with her food with her utensil. "You know how… I have been staying at your place?"
Sesshomaru nodded slowly.
She didn't know why she was nervous about telling him about moving in together. "Well…I terminated my lease, and I got the girls to help me put all of it in storage." She pointed to her and then to Sesshomaru. "And now we officially live together." She laughs nervously.
Sesshomaru was intensely staring at Rin until he chuckled. "I knew you were up to something. I have never seen you so content with staying with me." He put two fingers on his mouth and spreads them, sticking his tongue in between. "I always have to use my charm to get you to stay."
Rin blushes. "Would you quit it?"
Sesshomaru shook his head with a devilish smile. "It seems I would taste what I love more often."
You may get more than what you think , she thought mischievously.
"What is that look?"
"Nothing," she said as she stood. "You get the check while I go to the ladies' room."
"If you do not hurry back, I will come looking for you and who knows what I may do."
Sesshomaru felt most at ease about Rin deciding to move in with him.
He wanted to touch her all over…and that didn't matter where.
As Rin walked away, she glances behind her. Sesshomaru seemed to be admiring her backside. He waggled an eyebrow when he saw she took notice.
Rin enters the bathroom and holds her chest. She couldn't believe she finally said she wanted to move in with him…out loud.
She opens her clutch and added another layer of her pink-tinted lipstick. She would be peppering kisses all over her demon tonight. It was only right.
She fantasized about their first real night together as a lived-in couple…making passionate love to each other.
She looked in the mirror and smiled. As she was about to leave out of the restroom, she hears her phone vibrate.
She reads the notification:
"From the office of Dr. Jinenji." Her eyes lit up.
She opens the email to find her labs were all in the green. She could start the contraceptive, she was ecstatic. Not only was she approved for the demon contraceptive, but she could take the higher dosage Plan B for demons. Luckily, that med was over the counter, so she could pick it up tomorrow.
They could have their special night together, after all.
She thought about how Sesshomaru teased her entrance and how her body tried to accept him inside. She felt herself becoming wet.
So, she may have to rush Sesshomaru out of the restaurant so she could make her fantasy come true.

Smiling from ear to ear, Rin pushes the door open. A figure was before her. "Oh, excuse me." She realized she was overly excited and nearly hurt the person in front of her. "Forgive me."
"No need for that."
Rin felt herself being pushed back into the bathroom. And a voice that shook her spirit…
"Naraku."
Naraku smiles and covers her mouth as he pushes her back into the empty bathroom; locking the door.
"Hmm, I see why Sesshomaru is so enamored by you." He sniffs the top of her head. "Indeed, you smell delicious."
Rin was in a panic and Naraku pushed her up against the wall so hard that it nearly knocked the wind out of her.
"Now, you will be a good girl." His hand moves up her thigh until he cups her sex. Rin gasps and shakes her head no. Tears flow down her cheeks.
"You are hot and wet here." He sniffs at the crook of her neck and whispers in her ear. "Is it true that you are a virgin?"
Rin's sobs were muffled. "But I see you are not marked, so you have not mated." She suddenly feels a hand at her throat. "How would Sesshomaru feel about me taking your virginity?" He squeezed her neck, stealing her breath.
She pleads but her struggling speech could not help her. "Please." She tries to take a breath. "Don't do this."
"Huh, what you say?" He laughs at her. And lifts her, making her legs wrap around him. He lets go of her neck and unbuckles his pants. Rin raises her hand to smack him, but he catches her hand. "You little bitch!" He smacks her unconscious.
He smiles, "too bad you are sound asleep now. It would have been satisfying to hear you scream for Sesshomaru while I split your little pussy open." He caresses her cheek. "I will finally take something from him. He can never get back."
Sesshomaru sat at the dining table waiting for Rin. He looked at his watch and thought maybe he was overthinking Rin being gone for so long.
But something was eerie in the air. He glanced around the restaurant and everything appeared normal, but something was off.
And then he smelled it…that foul odor. He stood and squints his eyes. A guttural growl comes from deep within his chest so vicious that the other guest in the restaurant packs their things up.
Sesshomaru's hair was flowing, his eyes turned red and his face jagged. "You better not be anywhere near my mate!"
Sesshomaru went straight for the bathroom. He could smell their scent entangled in another. He blasts a hole through the wall, breaking the door.
"Damn it, he is here."
The blast from Sesshomaru's power made Naraku drop an unconscious Rin and have him hit against the bathroom stall door.
"Fuck! Damn you!"
Sesshomaru searches for Rin through the dust particles. He spots her, and she was unconscious with a wound on her forehead. It was fresh, so it possibly meant it was from the blast, he would explain later.
She was safe for now.
Now, his attention was on Naraku. The despicable demon stood to his feet. "Too bad Sesshomaru, I was going to fuck your woman. If she was awake." He laughs, "Wouldn't it be beautiful to hear her whimpers and moans as I stretch her open?" Naraku was looking for amusement on Sesshomaru's face.
Sesshomaru, in a flash, had Naraku within his grasp; holding him in the air. "You dare put a finger on my mate and then try to take her innocence. What vile being!"
Naraku choked out a sinister laugh. "Your mate! You are pathetic Sesshomaru!"
"There is no need for you to no longer live."
Sesshomaru drew back his hand, claws protruding, then suddenly something in the room changed but he tried not to let that distract him from his target.
But he was winded.
Kagura manipulated the wind to make Sesshomaru drop Naraku. She jumped in front of Naraku and begs Sesshomaru to not kill him.
Sesshomaru chuckled. "I will not hesitate to penetrate my claws in both of your flesh."
"If we ever had any friendship or any ounce of you ever caring for me at all…please do not hurt him. He will not come after you." She looked over at an unconscious Rin. Although she held a grudge that had nothing to with her. She saw how much Sesshomaru cared about the woman. "Or mate ever again." Kagura looked over at her brother. "He will disappear."
"You will never come before me or my family ever again! I will not let this pass again!"
Sesshomaru morphs, and with his demonic speed, he and Rin were gone.
When the coast was clear, Naraku stood and punched Kagura in the stomach, making her fall flat on the ground. "You dare say I will disappear…and then beg for me. You have stooped so low, Kagura." He looks through the hole in the wall. "I will not be going anywhere…but she is his mate. He will kill me indefinitely. So she is untouchable."
Naraku was yet again disappointed because this was one more thing he could not take from Sesshomaru. How glorious it would have been if he succeeded.
He walks through the wall, leaving a drooling Kagura on the floor.
