Thanks to the reviewers from the last chapter, xx15 and Wolfik128! I will definitely attempt to implement any feedback into the future chapters, I currently have a moderate case of COVID so I was not able to make many changes to this chapter and I won't be able to post new chapters for a few days. "Last time on Total Drama Island! 22 campers arrived and learned that they'll be staying the next 8 weeks at a crusty old summer camp. The campers were faced with their first challenge, jumping off a cliff into shark infested water! And while most campers took the dive, a few were forced to wear the dreaded chicken hat. At the campfire ceremony, it all came down to two campers, Shawn seemed strong physically and smart but he was accused of sabotage and also believes in zombies for some reason and Staci managed to annoy every other contestant with her constant talking and unbelievable lies. In the end the first camper voted off Total Drama Island was Staci, which let's face it, we all thought was gonna happen. Who will be voted off this week, in the most dramatic campfire ceremony yet? Find out tonight on TOTAL DRAMA ISLAND!"
***Theme Song***
Cameras begin to point out from the environment as the camera carrying the scene runs through the camp almost hitting Chris)
"Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine,You guys are on my mind."
(Owen is swimming underwater and farts causing a fish behind him to die and float to the surface as we see Geoff on a surfboard when an eagle grabs it startling Geoff)
"You asked me what I wanted to be
and now I think the answer is plain to see,"
(DJ is shown meditating in a clearing with some animals when the fish drops to the ground causing the animals to attack him then Scott is shown laughing but Anne Maria is spraying her hair beside him, causing Scott to choke on the spray)
"I wanna be famous."
"I wanna live close to the sun,"
(Amy and Sammy are fighting in a raft then fall off a waterfall revealing Shawn practicing martial arts)
"Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,"
(Shawn is suddenly hit by Izzy sending them flying across camp until Shawn hits and lands on Jasmine causing them both to smile at each other)
"Everything to prove, nothing in my way
I'll get there one day."
(Chef is shown preparing disgusting food to a tied up Noah and Ezekiel who give each other nervous glances)

(The camera pans from them to Staci blabbing to Courtney only for Courtney to shove Staci to the floor)

(We then see Topher and Justin looking at themselves in hand mirrors when bird poop lands on Topher startling them both)

(Beth is twirling a fire baton when we transition to everyone sitting around a campfire at night)

(Mike and Sammy are about to kiss but Cody jumps between them and grabs their shoulders as the camera zooms out to reveal everyone whistling the show's tune

Chris approaches the cabins in shorts and carrying a megaphone along with a blowhorn which he blows to wake everyone up
We then cut to Topher waking up "Oh come on Chris I need my beauty sleep if I'm gonna keep looking like you!"
Topher then notices a wide awake Ezekiel on the other side of the cabin "Wait what are you doing up?"
Ezekiel responds "I'm used to waking up at 6 every morning, comes with growing up on a farm, Eh?"
We cut to see several tired campers assembled outside of their cabins awaiting Chris's instructions "Morning, hope you slept well!"
Topher asks Chris "What's with the shorts Chris?that's not what you usually wear."
"I figured I'd try them but I don't think I'll wear them again after today. Anyways, I hope you're ready because your next challenge begins in exactly one minute!"
Owen appears shocked at this "Oh excuse me, I'm not sure that's enough time to eat breakfast."
"Oh, you'll get breakfast Owen, right after you complete your 20 km run around the lake!"
Mike gasps and begins speaking as Chester "Oh come on! Cant even get a meal these days, darn reality tv!"
"Okay campers you have 30 seconds."
***Confessional:Courtney***
"Mike's acting is such an unnecessary distraction, I'm beginning to think I should target him if we lose."
***Confessional:Mike***
"Now that I have the chance to say this, I have Multiple Personality Disorder. I'm just too afraid to tell anyone else, they might use it against me or treat differently because of it."
***End Confessional***
All the campers are shown lining up preparing to run race around the island
"Alright runner, on your marks, get set, go!"
The campers all start running and we cut to some time later where many of the campers gave up running and decided to walk instead as Scarlett is put into focus since she is sweating profusely "Ugh, I really shouldn't be doing this. I feel like I'm about to have a heatstroke…"
Courtney responds agitatedly "Maybe you shouldn't have dressed up like it's December then!"
We then see Scott walking slowly with Noah not far behind when Noah begins to address Scott "I've been meaning to ask you, why are you so insistent Shawn was the one to sabotage the hot tub?"
Scott responds "Because it was his task to make sure everything was built correctly and nobody was nearby other than him."
"Yeah but I couldn't help but notice that you were near Shawn's side of the hot tub before it collapsed, that looks pretty suspicious on you doesn't it?"
Scott begins to seethe at this comment "I'd shut up if I were you Noah."
***Confessional:Noah***
"Okay I'll admit I made that up just to see how he'd react. And now he's looking very suspicious."
***End Confessional***
We cut back to Scott walking alone until he runs into Owen slurping water from a pond and trying to catch his breathe "Can't… catch… breath… must… have… CONDITION!"
Scott responds "Ya don't say…"
Anne Maria enters the frame exhausted "Uhh, I can't take this anymore… these shoes ain't made for runnin'"
She collapses onto the ground near Owen
Chris arrives passing several campers on a moped carrying a megaphone
"Pick it up people! If you're not back by dinner time, you don't eat!"
***Confessional:Scott***
"Back on the farm I'm used to not eating dinner while I'm doing work. So I'll miss out on dinner, so what? At least we'll lose the challenge."
***End Confessional***
Several tired campers who just finished their run are shown in the mess hall while Chris is filing his nails until Owen bursts in carrying Noah who is unconscious as well as Scott
Owen then yells out "Clear a Table Stat!"
CPR is then being performed on Noah who's now laid out on the back table
Scott then gets annoyed at Owen for bringing him to the mess hall "Why'd you carry me here!"
Owen takes his focus off of Noah "Oh, sorry I just noticed you were behind Scarlett and wanted to make sure we got here before she did."
Scott responds trying to hide his frustration "I would've been fine on my own."
Anne Maria enters meaning all of the Bass made it and begins gasping in exhaustion "Ugh finally!"
Finally Scarlett arrives last in extreme pain while Owen is still giving Noah CPR
Courtney is angered at Scarlett for arriving last and yells "What took you so long, we just lost the challenge!"
Scarlett responds "Maybe exercise is easy for you but for civilized people like me that wasn't easy!"
Justin then is hit by a sudden realization "Wait, we won the challenge!"
All of the Bass begin to celebrate even Noah who seemingly revived
Chris then interjects "Woah there, hold your horses guys, that wasn't the challenge!"
Sammy seems relieved at this "Really, it wasn't?"
"Nope! Who's Hungry?!"
***Confessional:Mike***
"As glad as I am to see the buffet after all the crappy food we've eaten, I have a feeling it's too good to be true. Chris probably has something planned here.
***Confessional:Owen***
"And then I saw it, the buffet table. It was beautiful! There was Turkey,chocolate bars, baked beans, and maple syrup!"
Owen begins to cry just thinking about the food
"Can I have a minute? "
***End Confessional***
We see all of the food gone and all of the campers are stuffed and in belief the challenge is over until Chris jumps out with a megaphone "Okay campers, time for part two of your challenge!"
Owen looks up, confused "I thought eating was the second part!"
Sammy then asks Chris "What more do you want from us?"
Amy surprisingly agrees with Sammy "For once I agree with Samey, this is ridiculous!"
***Confessional:Sammy***
"Amy actually agrees with me! Maybe this is the breakthrough we needed, maybe she'll actually start being nice to me for a change!"
***End Confessional***
Chris responds to Amy "Well too bad, it's time for the AWAKEATHON!"
Owen didn't hear what Chris said entirely so asks "The whatathon?"
"Don't worry, this one's easy, the team with the last camper standing wins invincibility!"
Topher laughs at this and begins to praise Chris "Classic Chris! Making us do a challenge just for it to not be the actual challenge, this is why I idolize you!"
"Glad someone appreciates my genius!"
We now cut to mid day as all of the campers are still awake but incredibly tired as Chris begins to whisper
"We are now 12 hours in with all 21 campers still wide awake."
The camera focus on an excited Owen as he begins to yell out "Woo hoo! Stay awake for 12 hours? I can do that in my sleep! Woo hoo!"
Owen then falls over and goes to sleep
***Confessional:Shawn***
"I sometimes stay awake for 62 hours straight looking for Zombies or trying to hide from them, this should be a piece of cake!"
***End Confessional***
Another unknown Gopher falls asleep as we see Topher beginning to talk to Ezekiel "So Zeke why haven't you talked much? I've basically only heard you talk to anyone else once after the first day, and that was to me this morning."
Ezekiel tells Topher "Chris told me not to talk too much so I wouldn't get kicked off."
Topher responds to this "I don't think Chris meant it like that and trust me I'm his biggest fan! I think he just meant it like don't say anything crazy. Plus a lot of your views might be different than ours because you've been isolated for so long. But you can still talk!"
"You really mean that?"
"of course I do!"
***Confessional:Topher***
"Honestly I really do feel bad for Zeke, he seems like an okay guy despite him being kind of backwards."
***Confessional: Scott***
"So I need to begin thinking about who I'm targeting next, Noah's starting to get too smart for his own good but Jasmine and Shawn are the strongest players and Justin has been trying to manipulate the girls… maybe I should get an alliance going to help with getting rid of these people, though whoever I pick can't know about me throwing challenges."
***End Confessional***
Scott begins to approach Izzy who is still wide awake
"Hey, Izzy, I was thinking, we could be in an alliance together. That way we're both less likely to get voted off."
Izzy responds "Sure why not? You seem like a pretty fun guy after all!"
***Confessional:Scott***
"This is too easy!"
***End Confessional***
We cut to night near 24 hours as 8 gophers and 8 bass are still awake, Justin is shown to be in a flexing pose weirdly wide eyed while Courtney is jogging in place to stay awake then Camera pans to Jasmine and Shawn as Shawn begins speaking to her
"This is the perfect time for a zombie ambush we should stay sharp."
Jasmine chuckles as she hears this and responds "I guess you're right, I think we can handle them though."
Shawn begins to hallucinate though as he sees a zombie about to attack Jasmine and as a result yells "Jasmine look out!"
Shawn jumps forward and punches the zombie only for it to disappear and he lands face first
"Shawn are you okay?!"
"I'm fine I think I was just hallucinating, I thought I saw a zombie…"
***Confessional:Jasmine***
"Shawn is really cute and his zombie interest is too. The fact he tried to save me from one makes me like him even more. I don't know why Scott thinks he sabotaged us."
***End Confessional***
We cut to a somehow not tired Chris who is about to announce something to the campers
"Congratulations Campers, you've made it to the 24 hour mark! Now we'll have to take things up a notch."
Chris pulls a cloth off to reveal a large pile of books while Chef appears dressed in a sheep costume carrying a small harp
"Fairy tales!"
A tired Ella immediately perks up at this news "Oh yay, I love fairy tales!"
Chris the begins to read as Chef starts playing his harp "Once upon a time, there was, inside this boring kingdom, a boring village. And inside this boring sleeping village, filled with very boring children, who did very boring thing…"
Many of the campers began to fall asleep, Cody was lying his head on a "pillow" but then suddenly, the "pillow" farts, and it is revealed to actually be a sleeping Owen.
Cody then yells out "Eww!"
Cody begins to cough fumes out of his mouth as Chef is dancing and throwing fairy dust causing many yawns among the campers remaining
DJ had tied himself to a tree in his attempt to stay awake but he couldn't stay any longer and fell asleep, bringing the whole tree down in the process
***Confessional:Courtney***
"I figured if I just kept moving I could outlast them all. I just had to keep my eye on the ball."
***End Confessional***
We now see Sammy and a sleeping Amy, when suddenly Amy wakes up and realizes what happened causing her to get angry and yell at Sammy "Ugh you're useless Samey! You were supposed to make sure I wouldn't fall asleep! Idiot!"
Sammy looks dejected by the outburst "Im sorry…"
"Sorry doesn't cut it, this why you're just the lesser version of me."
Amy walks away in anger as Jasmine and Shawn approach her with Jasmine speaking first "You need to stand up to your sister you can't just let her push you around like that."
Shawn then follows up "Yeah, not only can it get you killed, the way she treats you is wrong."
Sammy looks appreciative but still saddened "Thanks but it's not that simple, everyone else likes her more except for maybe Mike, and she's the prettier one."
Jasmine responds "you're identical twins, you're both the pretty one. We may not be on the same team but we can still be there for you in your personal issues. Besides in the real world people will like you more than your sister."
***Confessional:Sammy***
"You know, I guess they're right. It's time I stood up to Amy. Next time she tries to jerk me around I'm done!"
***End Confessional***
We cut to 51 hours when Sky begins talking to Noah about Justin "Justin literally hasn't moved since the challenge began, I don't know if I should be impressed or terrified."
Noah then says "Both definitely both."
Noah begins to walk over to Justin in hopes of getting an answer to his lack of movement "Hey Justin, how have you-"
Noah realizes Justin had painted over his eyes so he just walks away not wanting to get Justin out which confuses Sky "Uhh, what was that all about?"
Noah begins to whisper to Sky "He painted over his eyelids, don't bother him or tell Chris."
"Fine with me."
Chris then walks into the shot and begins to speak "So, I couldn't help but hear a certain someone say Justin's eyelids were painted over while I was in the production trailer and decided to check."
Noah facepalms while Chris taps on Justin waking him up, when he does he gives Chris a nervous grin
"That is so freakin cool, but, you're still out dude."
Justin looks disappointed as we now see the bass only have 4 members remaining
We cut to the morning as several more campers have fallen asleep leaving only Cody, Ezekiel, Jasmine, Noah, and Shawn.
Noah begins to talk to Cody "Guess us gamers are the ones laughing now, huh?"
Cody enthusiastically agrees "True that dude!"
Noah and Cody high five
Ezekiel begins to walk towards them and asks "Uhh what's a gamer?"
Cody then asks Noah "We've got a lot to tell him don't we?"
Noah agrees "We sure do."
Before they can talk to him further Chris walks up to the 5 sipping coffee and says in amusement "What is the matter with you people? Come on, fall asleep already!"
Jasmine then snarkily states "Easy for you to say."
"Alright well you 5 stay with me, the rest of you go and get a shower for heaven's sake, you stink!"
Chris sips his coffee again before continuing
"I didn't want it to come to this, I said to Chef Hatchet "Chef I don't want it to come to this, but darn it, these campers are tough!" And so I've come up with the most boring, sleep inducing activity I can think of."
Chris brings out a large book before continuing
"The history of Canada, a pop up book."
***Confessional:Noah***
"Apparently education is boring to people now, I fear for the future of Canada."
***End Confessional***
"Chapter 1: The Beaver. National symbol and a "Dam" fine hat."
Cody then whispers to Ezekiel "Zeke pay attention you might learn something."
Ezekiel replies wearily "Alright…"
We now cut Chris continuing to read though Jasmine has fallen asleep leaving Cody,Ezekiel,Shawn, and Noah but Noah is slowly beginning to fall asleep though causing Shawn to nervously tell him "Noah come on stay awake!"
"Ugh can't…"
Noah falls asleep finally leaving Shawn, Cody, and Ezekiel
Chris then speaks out to the final 3 "Time for a bathroom break, any takers?"
Ezekiel responds "No thanks Chris."
Shawn agrees "Same I'm not getting trapped in a stall for a zombie to attack me."
The camera cuts into the future as Ezekiel and Shawn are the only ones left since Cody fell asleep earlier and Shawn and Ezekiel both are on the verge of falling asleep
Shawn then tries to convince Zeke to forfeit "Zeke just go ahead and fall asleep, you're probably not gonna be a target for elimination, you have nothing more to prove."
Ezekiel doesn't fall for this however and responds "No… I'm not going to sleep, why don't you give up eh…."
Ezekiel collapses finally overwhelmed and Chris begins his announcement "Ezekiel has fallen asleep meaning we have a winner, Shawn and the Killer Bass!"
Shawn falls asleep soon after the announcement and we cut to a time later as the Gophers are discussing who to vote off while eating with Amy speaking first "We should vote Samey off, she's horrible at everything and just worse than me in every way, she's useless!"
Samey angrily responds "You know what? I'm done with this! You've been treating me like garbage my whole life, but you're just an immature bully. The only reason you do better at anything than me it's because you've been threatening me with your group of narcissists you call "Friends"! I'm voting for you, and I'm done playing second fiddle to you!"
Amy worriedly says to everyone else "She's crazy too she just proved it!"
Ezekiel then tells her "I don't know, that looked like you were pretty mean to her, I think I'm voting for you."
Amy begins to seethe at this news "How dare you… you…"
We cut to the campfire ceremony as Chris carries the plate of marshmallows and begins walking up to the seated campers
"Screaming Gophers, welcome to your first elimination ceremony. You've all cast your votes and made your decision. There are 11 of you and 10 marshmallows. When I call your name, come up and claim your marshmallow. The camper who does not Recieve a marshmallow must immediately head to the dock of shame, catch the boat of losers, and leave. And you can't come back, EVER."
"The first marshmallow goes to Ezekiel"
Ezekiel celebrates yelling "Oh yeah!"
"Mike"
"Courtney"
"Topher"
"Beth"
"Ella"

"Scarlett"
Amy and Sammy are the last campers without a marshmallow
"Amy, Samey, this is the final marshmallow of the evening and one of you two twins will be going home."
The tune begins to become more dramatic as the camera pans between a nervous Sammy and confident as well as angry Amy

Amy then yells out in shock and anger "How could you?! You'll all regret this! And when this show is over I'll make sure your life is too Samey!"
Chris then interjects "Have a good nights sleep tonight. You're all safe!"
***Confessional:Sammy***
"I'm finally free from Amy, even if it is just for the competition! This is the most satisfying thing I've ever done! I'm glad Jasmine and Shawn gave me the confidence I needed."
***End Confessional***
We see Amy screaming and kicking as Chef has to throw her onto the before they depart
We cut back to the Gophers roasting their marshmallows
Courtney then becomes concerned over a very tired looking Zeke "Ezekiel maybe you should get some sleep you look horrible…"
Ezekiel brushes this off "I'm fine eh…"
Ezekiel collapses into the fire so he runs into the lake to put it out
"Okay, maybe I should…"

I already knew she was gonna have to be an early boot whenever i got this cast, mostly because Scott and another competitor will be better villains in my eyes.
