Yes, I'm back after my nearly Month-long hiatus, I had to deal with the craziness of going back to School but now I will hopefully be able to update this story every weekend. So I do want to apologize about that. Without further ado, let's get into the mediocre action!

"Last time on Total Drama Island! The Screaming Gophers managed a come from behind victory that may or may not been assisted by a certain dirt farmer known as Scott. There were bruises, tears, risky moves, and even more risky flirting. And in the end it was Justin the man candy who was kicked off when all the girls saw through his beautiful facade except for Anne Maria but we won't talk about that. This week another challenge will send another camper on a cruise to loserville, population 3! Who will sink? Who will stay afloat? Find out right now, on TOTAL DRAMA ISLAND!"
***Intro Begins***
(Cameras begin to point out from the environment as the camera carrying the scene runs through the camp almost hitting Chris)
"Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine,You guys are on my mind."
(Owen is swimming underwater and farts causing a fish behind him to die and float to the surface as we see Geoff on a surfboard when an eagle grabs it startling Geoff)
"You asked me what I wanted to be
and now I think the answer is plain to see,"
(DJ is shown meditating in a clearing with some animals when the fish drops to the ground causing the animals to attack him then Scott is shown laughing but Anne Maria is spraying her hair beside him, causing Scott to choke on the spray)
"I wanna be famous."
"I wanna live close to the sun,"
(Amy and Sammy are fighting in a raft then fall off a waterfall revealing Shawn practicing martial arts)
"Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,"
(Shawn is suddenly hit by Izzy sending them flying across camp until Shawn hits and lands on Jasmine causing them both to smile at each other)
"Everything to prove, nothing in my way
I'll get there one day."
(Chef is shown preparing disgusting food to a tied up Noah and Ezekiel who give each other nervous glances)
Cause, I wanna be famous!
(The camera pans from them to Staci blabbing to Courtney only for Courtney to shove Staci to the floor)
"Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!"
(We then see Topher and Justin looking at themselves in hand mirrors when bird poop lands on Topher startling them both)
"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous"
(Beth is twirling a fire baton when we transition to everyone sitting around a campfire at night)
"Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous"
(Mike and Sammy are about to kiss but Cody jumps between them and grabs their shoulders as the camera zooms out to reveal everyone whistling the show's tune
(Whistling in tune)
(A sign saying Total Drama Island is shown)
***Intro Ends***
The episode starts in the forest as we see Jasmine waking up from her sleep in a tree when she yawns and stretches before noticing Shawn also waking up in a nearby tree
***Confessional:Jasmine***
"I didn't really notice Shawn out in the wilderness before. The fact that he sleeps out here too is so cool!
***End Confessional***
We Jasmine walk over to Shawn's tree as he just got down from it "Didn't expect to see you out here mate."
"That's kind of on purpose, no offense. I've just gotta make sure I don't make a lot of noise or any wandering zombies might be able to find me."
"No offense taken, I just think it's cool you're into the wilderness like me. Anyways, have you seen Anne Maria by any chance? I haven't seen her outside of the girls cabin since Justin was kicked off."
Shawn becomes concerned at this news "She'd better not stay there for much longer. The cabin isn't exactly zombie proof."
Jasmine chuckles then agrees "True enough!"
All of a sudden a horn blares as they manage to make out Chris speaking to the campers from some speakers "Alright campers! Enough beauty sleep! Time to show us what you're made of!"
The camera cuts to all of the campers at a small amphitheater with two sets of bleachers where they each sit at
The camera then cuts to Owen and DJ talking with all of the Bass in frame except for Shawn and Jasmine who have yet to arrive when we hear Owen "Where are they?"
"I dunno, I'm kinda shocked Anne Maria showed up, she's been staying in the Girl's cabin ever since Justin left."
Anne Maria decides to butt in on the conversation "As mad as I am at you bozos, I still wanna win the money."
The camera then cuts to Gophers who are all still in a good mood from their victory in the last challenge
Ezekiel seems confused as to the setting for the challenge "What kinda place is this eh?"
Cody tells Ezekiel "It's a stage so I'm guessing we're doing an acting challenge."
Topher then responds in excitement "If that's the case we've got this one in the bag. I've been taking acting classes for years, I'm even the head of the drama club and I was my theatre teacher's favorite student!"
Courtney seems impressed by this "Then I guess those Bass won't know what hit them."
Chris then walks onto the stage to announce the challenge as Shawn and Jasmine arrive catching Noah's attention "What took you guys so long? Do I even wanna know?"
Shawn becomes flustered by Noah's implication "Uhh… it was nothing like that, this place is just a little farther away than the main grounds and you know we both sleep in the woods."
Chris then yells out "Campers, welcome to our brand new deluxe state of the art outdoor amphitheater!"
The camera pans out to show the whole theatre before returning focus to Chris
"Okay, this week's challenge is a summer camp favorite, a talent contest!"
The camera cuts to an excited Owen "Yes! Awesome!"
"Each team has 8 hours to pick their 3 most talented campers. These 3 will represent their team in the show tonight. Sing,dance,juggle, anything goes, as long as it's legal. You'll be judged by our resident talent scout, former DJ, Vj, and rap legend… Grand Master Chef! Who will show his approval via, the Chef-O-Meter"
A stained wooden spoon with a picture of Chef and a row of orange squares that blink into being green is shown
"The team that loses will send one camper home tonight! Good luck."
The camera cuts to Jasmine gathering the other Bass to talk strategy "Okay, we need 3 judges who will be able to pick our talents based on Chef's preferences, not ours. That's why I'm picking Myself,Noah,and Izzy. Any objections?"
Nobody speaks up and the camera cuts to the Ezekiel auditioning for the Gophers as he pulls out a bow and arrow "Alright guys, I'm gonna bag me a big ol moose!"
Courtney becomes startled and quickly rejects Zeke "Uhh, Ezekiel I don't think Chef would enjoy that, he'd probably get bored pretty quickly, no offense."
Ezekiel looks dejected before moving on
***Confessional:Courtney***
"What? I can't risk him or someone else getting killed, besides what I said is true, Chef probably has the attention span of a toddler."
***End Confessional***
We cut to the Bass as Owen begins chugging a 2 liter of soda and he finishes he begins to burp "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ"
The Bass boys and Izzy all look impressed at Owen while Owen then celebrates "Yes!"
Noah walks up and high fives Owen "Nice job!"
Jasmine interjects "Uhh, hate to break up the love fest mate, but should we really do this?"
Noah explains to her "Probably, you might see it as gross but Chef probably would be impressed. I mean look at the food he makes."
Izzy enthusiastically agrees "Exactly, I think Owen's talent is perfect!"
Jasmine reluctantly agrees "Alright, fair enough."
Jasmine checks Owen as their first act on a list of the team members
Scott tells the the others before walking off "I'll go get Owen some more pop for the show."
***Confessional:Scott***
"Obviously, if there's flat pop I'm giving it to him so he can't burp the entire way. Then it's bye bye fart bag."
***End Confessional***
We cut to the Gophers as Topher finishes reciting an unknown act
Courtney enthusiastically tells him "You definitely weren't lying Topher, but working solo doing that might be kind of difficult."
"Well Chris can still play a role in how many points we get even if he's not the judge. I can just act out a scene from a movie he was in."
Courtney contemplates this then says "Fine you're the second talent."
Topher celebrates this news while pumping his fist in the air "You won't regret this Courtney!"
"I'd better not."
We then cut to DJ auditioning for the Bass in ribbon dancing
Jasmine tells DJ "Well I'm impressed but I don't think Chef would be."
Noah reluctantly agrees "Yeah, he hates guys doing "feminine" things. No offense but your talent is a no."
Izzy disagrees "I dunno I think DJ should do it."
Jasmine tells DJ "2-1 majority against it, sorry DJ."
DJ dejects but accepts the result "Dang it, oh well."
***Confessional:Scott***
"Okay I have a really risky idea but I think it'll pay off. I'll get Izzy to vote for my talent and convince the other to as well. Then I'll throw my part of the challenge by sucking up to Chef."
***End Confessional***
Scott begins to approach Izzy as the Bass we're taking a break "Hey Izz, can you vote for my talent?"
Izzy tells him "Sure Scott, we arrrre friends after all."
Scott begins to mutter under his breath "Whatever helps you sleep at night."
Izzy notices he was talking but didn't hear what he said "What was that?"
"Oh nothing. So we're good?"
"Yep!"
We cut to the Gophers again as Beth is auditioning by twirling a burning baton she manages to catch it, impressing all of her teammates
Courtney enthusiastically says "Okay, we're definitely doing that one. Good job Beth!"
Beth seems excited at the idea "Thank you guys!"
***Confessional:Beth***
"That's the first time I ever caught it! The other times it landed on the ground and burned a giant hole in it."
***End Confessional***
Cody then approaches where Courtney is standing "Hey, anyone got a keyboard?"
Courtney responds "I don't think so why?"
"Dang it… I'm great with a keyboard, I even used one in my audition tape."
Courtney then asks "Mike?"
Mike tells her somewhat frustratedly "I don't think Chef would be impressed by my comedy routine since I've been doing it the entire time."
Courtney slowly is becoming more agitated "Scarlett what about you?"
"Unless you would find being a human dictionary or calculator entertaining, I'd suggest you pick someone else."
"Point taken. So Sammy what have you got?"
"I can do a cheer routine. I was always better than Amy at them but she got all of the awards because her best friend's mom is the head of the Province's cheerleading league."
Courtney excitedly responds to both "Well, let's see it!
"Well, I'd rather save it for the show itself…"
Mike interjects "I say let her. Its better for her not to get burnt out."
Sammy looks thankfully at Mike but Courtney then says "Sorry but I don't want to risk it. I volunteer for the last talent, I'll play Hungarian Rhapsody Number Two on my violin, any objections?"
Ella raises her hand "Umm, I was hoping to sing…"
Courtney then says "Ella no offense but Chris doesn't exactly like you. I know Chef is the judge but we need to be careful because Chris can still change the scores on a whim."
Ella dejects at this while The camera cuts to the Bass as Scott is auditioning by carving a lifelike wooden statuette of Chef in under 2 minutes "When in doubt, suck up to him."
Izzy tells everyone "I say we pick Scott!"
Jasmine seems impressed by the idea "I'm impressed, that's a pretty smart idea mate. Noah what do you think?"
Noah doesn't share the same opinion "I have my concerns. Chef doesn't exactly seem like the type of guy who likes being sucked up to. Besides, carving that thing takes too long."
Scott gets annoyed at this but brushes the comment off "Well it's still 2-1 so it looks like I'm going to be in the show."
Jasmine then asks "Sky, what can you do?"
"Well I can burp a lot but we already have a burp talent chosen and I can't do anything with my gymnastics without the proper equipment."
Jasmine becomes slightly nervous "Izzy?"
"Oh, okay give me a radio Scott!"
Scott seems confused by the idea "Where do I even get one exactly?"
"We're in a cartoon silly, it shouldn't be too hard to find!"
"Uhh… Okay?"
The camera cuts to Scott in Chef's kitchen as he finds a radio on the Island table and tries to sneakily grab it
***Confessional:Scott***
"Okay, I'm seriously beginning to rethink my alliance with Izzy. Sure, I'd like to have a better chance in the game, but that's pointless if I lose my head in the process!"
***End Confessional***
Scott begins to grab the radio as Chef walks in and notices Scott prompting him to pull a cleaver out and menacingly ask "Well now, what have we here?"
Scott begins shivering in fear "Uhh…"
Chef charges towards Scott so Scott begins to run for his life without the radio screaming in terror "AHHHHHHH!"
We then see him get back to his teammates who look concerned while he angrily pokes Izzy's shoulder "Thanks to you Izzy Chef almost killed me!"
"Sorry, geez!"
Jasmine quickly addresses the team to break up the argument "Okay, Shawn what do you have?"
"Alright here goes!"
Shawn begins to put his hand in his armpit and begins making music with the suction causing all of his teammates to be grossed out
Noah is shown recoiling in disgust "Okay, I know we said Chef isn't afraid of gross things but that was pushing it."
Jasmine reluctantly agrees "I've gotta agree with Noah, sorry Shawn…"
Shawn the walks to the crowd of the Bass as Jasmine says to Anne Maria "Okay Anne Maria please tell me you have something."
Anne Maria noticeably flares up at this "You expect me to help you people with this? Unless you vote off that dork Noah next time we lose I'm not doin' nothin' for you."
Noah then tells her "Whatever, if you wanna get voted off next fine by me."
Anne Maria then becomes even more angry, yelling at Noah "Oh really?! You think you're lastin' longer than me?!""
Noah annoyedly responds "Yeah I do, at least I have something to offer with my intelligence. You're just a stereotypical stuck up Jersey chick."
Jasmine tries to break up the argument getting between the two "Uhh guys, we don't have a third talent!"
Anne Maria angrily tells her before storming away "Well good!"
The Gophers all walk away in disappointment or frustration as Chris begins to make an announcement to the campers through a megaphone "Alright campers! Time is up for talent selection! Meet me at the amphitheater in 10!"
The camera cuts to the selected campers all preparing for their acts with 2 minutes left before the show as Mike approaches Courtney "Hey Courtney, I couldn't help but notice the Bass only have 2 members back here. "
"So? They could be outside practicing."
"Nobody was out there, and it looked there was a argument before Chris called for us to come back here. I think they might only have 2 talents."
"Well wether or not that's true we can still lose if we suck so Don't tell any of our performers okay?"
"Alright…"
A cut occurs and we now see DJ and Ella in focus while everyone who isn't performing is sitting on the bleachers behind them and DJ speaks to Ella "I'm sorry you didn't get picked I know how much you love singing."
"Thank you DJ but it's fine, I'm sure I'll get the chance to sing in the competition again, besides your talent was so amazing, your team definitely should've picked you!"
DJ lights up at this "You mean it? I was worried I looked like a weirdo."
"Of course I mean it DJ!"
"Well thanks Ella!"
We cut to a graphic of the Bass and Gopher logos facing off as Chris begins announcing the start of the contest
"It's the TDI talent extravaganza!"
We then cut to the camp at night as Chris is now addressing the campers that are spectating "Welcome to the very first Camp Wawanakwa Talent Contest! Where 6 campers will showcase their mad skills and desperately try not to humiliate themselves. First up for the Screaming Gophers is… Topher!"
Topher walks out onto the stage while dressed in tennis equipment and carrying a tennis racket as he speaks in a somber tone "I just want you all to know, you guys are the best darn badminton players I've had the pleasure of coaching. You're beacons of FREEDOM! Go show the Olympic committee we deserve a shot! Show them, it's not badminton, it's goodminton, heck, it's greatminton! Now get out there and win one for the flipper!"
Chef is then shown with an unimpressed look on his face as Chris walks onto center stage "Perfect performance from my spectacular badminton movie Topher, which, SHOULD'VE WON A GEMMY! Let's see what Chef thinks!"
A bar with a stained wooden spoon and ten different bars is shown as 3 of them light up causing Chris to get angry at Chef "No Chef that was at least a nine! Fix the score NOW!"
Chef changes the score in a panic from 3 to 9 as the Bass gasp and give Chris an angry glare
***Confessional:Shawn***
"Yeah I can tell working against a team with a Chris suck-up is gonna give us even more problems in the future."
***End Confessional***
We cut back to Chris who regained his enthusiasm from earlier and he begins to introduce the first Killer Bass "First up for the Killer Bass, make some noise for the big guy, Owen!"
Owen walks on stage as he just finished a 2 liter bottle of soda and threw it aside and starts to burp out "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ!"
All the boys clap as well as the Bass girls except for Scott who looks annoyed before Chris continues
Chris begins laughing out "That was disgusting, I loved it! Let's see what DJ Chef thinks."
The bar shows an 9 for Owen's talent "An impressive 8, meaning we're all tied for this next talent, which is Courtney and her violin!"
Courtney begins playing as she walks on stage and perfectly executed the 2nd Hungarian Rhapsody as everyone claps at the end
"Impressive! So Chef, what say you?"
The bar flashes a 6
Courtney gets angry at Chef and asks "Really, just a 6?!"
"Was too boring to give higher than a 6, maybe you should've picked somethin' more modern."
Noah agrees with Courtney's anger "That's like one of the best classical music compositions out there and you're calling it boring?"
"Shut it scrawny!"
Courtney begins walking off stage "At least Noah actually has good music taste!"
Chris then announces who is next "Alright everyone next up is Scott!"
Scott walks on stage carrying the shark tooth he took in the first episode as well as a small log which he starts carving though he's still nervous about what happened earlier with Chef while Chef confusedly watches "Uhh what's he doing?"
Scott quickly stammers out "Just give me a minute it'll be worth it I swear!"
Scott finishes and presents his carving, a lifelike resemblance to Chef though Chef scowls
Chris seems impressed but underwhelmed "Well that carving is certainly good…"
The bar flashes a 2 on the screen
"Chef wasn't too impressed though."
Scott then fakes a tone of confusion "What? why?"
Chef then confirms what Scott already knew "I hate suck ups. You're lucky it actually looked good or I'd have given you Zero points."
Scott fakes being upset at this as he sags while moving to the bleachers
***Confessional:Scott***
"Worked like a charm!"
Scott accidentally stabs himself with the Shark tooth while he was tossing it around in his hand
"Ow!"
***End Confessional***
We cut to Jasmine and Sky talking before the next camper comes up as Sky whispers to Jasmine "What do we do once it's our turn?"
Jasmine responds in a panic "I don't know, that's the problem because we have to do something now that we're behind! We'll just have to pick someone randomly and hope for the best."
Chris then tells everyone "Next up, Beth!"
Beth walks onto the stage twirling two batons that are on fire and continues twirling them for a few more seconds then throws them up into the air, but she isn't able to catch the batons and they end up landing on the stage which immediately catches fire and the fire starts quickly spreading
Chris yells out "Everyone Run!"
Everyone starts screaming and they run to the main part of the camp while interns hurriedly use hoses to try and put out the raging fire ultimately succeeding
Chris then angrily gathers the 19 campers "Okay way to go Gophers, now we have to blow part of the budget rebuilding the stage later. Because of this, even though the Bass had less points I'm declaring them the winners, Gophers, I'll see your butts at the campfire ceremony."
The Bass are glad at this news and begin cheering except for Jasmine
***Confessional:Jasmine***
"We almost lost and it's all my fault! If it weren't for Beth burning the stage down one of us would be going home. I need to step up my game."
***End Confessional***
We cut back to the Bass and a furious Courtney getting in Beth's face "Way to go Beth!"
Beth then follows suit and yells in Courtney's face "Wait what did I do? You're the one who picked me! You didn't even bother to ask how many other times I've done it successfully."
"Well maybe you should've told me!"
Sammy runs between the two and pushes them apart "Guys, save it for the campfire ceremony please!"
Courtney then yells out to Beth who by this point was walking away "You're going down Beth! I mean it!"
We cut to the campfire ceremony as dramatic music begins to play to bring up the tension every camper except for Courtney and Beth are revealed to have gotten a marshmallow
"Kudos to you all for an incredible night of entertainment,"
Chris suddenly changes his tone to that of anger "is what I would say if you didn't burn down the amphitheater. There is only one marshmallow left on this plate."
The camera pans to a confident Courtney
"Courtney your violin performance bored Chef and you picked Beth leading to her burning down the theatre"
The camera then pans to a nervous Beth
"Beth your fire batons burned down MY STAGE and you failed to mention you catching the batons during your audition was pure luck."
***Confessional:Courtney***
Courtney menacingly states "When I say someone is going down, they go DOWN!"
Courtney pounds her first on hand
***End Confessional***
Chris continues "As far as I'm concerned, both of you deserve the boot but unfortunately only of you can."
The music begins to pick up after Chris says this
"The last marshmallow goes to…"

"Courtney."
Beth looks dejected while Courtney waves sarcastically at her
Chris joyously states "Time to catch the boat of losers Beth!"
Beth sadly walks away to the dock as Courtney begins bragging at her "Buh bye Beth!"
This causes Beth to tear up as she gets on the boat and the boat drives away
Mike then walks up to Courtney with a glare "That's harsh, even if she did cost us the challenge."
Courtney suddenly looks down and admits in shame "Okay yeah maybe…"
The episode then fades to black marking the end

Yes, so similar to Justin, I really like Beth but there just wasn't much I could do with her in this story and I figured this was the perfect episode and reason for her elimination. I do plan on doing more with her in the future but for now, sorry Beth fans.
