Chapter Three: Goblin Axe

In the demon lair in beneath Twilight Town, Master Havoc was planning his next move against Organization XIII. He colluded with Zeviot, Ninjoro, Torovius and Reaperio.

"How shall we deal with Organization XIII?"

"We will need to use sharpness to cut them down."

"Yes, Zeviot, good point."

"But how shall we do it?"

"Easy enough, you can make yourself useful."

"Exactly how will I do that?"

"Stop asking stupid questions, Zeviot, and find a monster."

"Where shall I look?"

"Go to the Lotus Forest, there's a monster there, it's time to cut Organization XIII down to size."

"Right away, Master."

Zeviot bent down on one knee and bowed his head, he then left and went to the Lotus Forest. The Lotus Forest was beautiful but at the moment animals were running frightened. A tree hit the floor with a bang, Zeviot looked around to see an anthropomorphic green goblin who was wearing a woodcutter's attire, wielding a silver axe that was studded with jewels.

"I am Zeviot, I have sent by Master Havoc to recruit you into his army."

"Master Havoc, I'd be greatly honoured to serve him."

"Then come with me."

"With pleasure."

Zeviot led the woodcutting Goblin to Twilight Town and underground to the demon lair. Master Havoc greeted them warmly.

"Nicely done, Zeviot, who have you brought back with you?"

"I am Goblin Axe, loyal servant of Master Havoc, sir."

Goblin Axe bent on one knee and bowed his head.

"Goblin Axe, your first task is to destroy Organization XIII."

"As you command, Master Havoc."

Goblin Axe left the demon lair and went into Twilight Town with Zeviot, Ninjoro, Torovius and Reaperio in tow. With a swing of his axe, Goblin Axe destroyed several stands and damaged many buildings.

From The World That Never Was, Organization XIII could see Twilight Town being ravaged by Goblin Axe.

"Let's move out!"

Quick as lightning, the whole Organization moved out of The World That Never Was and into Twilight Town.

Many segments of Twilight Town were ravaged with flames, as Goblin Axe continued his rampage, and several people were running frightened. Goblin Axe, Zeviot and Ninjoro rejoiced at the damage they were doing.

Before long, Organization XIII confronted Goblin Axe and the two dukes.

"Glad you could all make it!"

"We're here to stop your rampage!"

"Just try it!"

"With pleasure!"

All the Organization XIII members charged forwards and fought Goblin Axe. Goblin Axe used his axe to injure them easily. He then swung it hard, a wave of green light surrounded the blade and slammed Organization XIII.

"Man, he's tough!"

"Let's keep fighting!"

Xemnas stood back up and seized his sword again, he ran towards Goblin Axe and with a mighty slash, knocked him to the floor.

"Oww!"

"Axel, Vexen, now!"

Axel and Vexen promptly summoned their respective weapons and clanked them. A wave of fire and ice hit Goblin Axe hard, damaging him and knocking him to the ground.

"Let's wrap it up!"

"Rock Slash!"

With a mighty swing of his tomahawk, Lexaeus sent a barrage of rocks flying towards Goblin Axe, who could barely react as they hit him hard.

"I call upon the spirit of the lion!"

"I summon the black bear spirit!"

"Polar bear spirit, come forth!"

"Grizzly bear spirit, arise!"

In a trice, Xemnas's lion spirit and the three bear spirits appeared and roared, then with the lion in the lead, they ferociously attacked Goblin Axe, wounding him severely.

"Now let's combine strengths!"

Xemnas, Axel, Vexen and Lexaeus placed their weapons on top of each other and sent a powerful blast straight at Goblin Axe, knocking him down to the floor. He struggled to his feet before he sparked and smoked and exploded, leaving nothing but the pus of his remains on the ground.

"Goblin Axe, no!"

Just when Organization XIII thought it was over, Zeviot readied his staff again and pointed it at the pus.

"Revive him, Zeviot!"

"Dark Spirits of Evil Strife, Restore This Fallen Warrior's Life!"

A beam of yellow light shot out of Zeviot's staff and onto the pus. The light shone onto the puss, and from it rose a giant and renewed Goblin Axe.

"Did you miss me?"

"Just like last time, let's beat him!"

Xemnas was quick to summon his animal spirits and form the Lion Pride Warrior. Axel, Vexen and Lexaeus promptly formed the Black Fire Knight, Ice Flow Soldier and Earth Shine Gladiator respectively.

Goblin Axe swung his axe, the Lion Pride Warrior countered with its sword.

"Earth Shine Gladiator, Buffalo Kick!"

The Earth Shine Gladiator dealt Goblin Axe a mighty kick, the horns of the buffalo connected with his back. Goblin Axe yelled in pain and lost his grip on the Lion Pride Warrior, he hit the floor hard. However, he struggled to his feet.

"Black Fire Knight, Burning Bear Claw Slash!"

The Black Fire Knight's right paw was encased in flame and it slashed Goblin Axe's back, burning it and breaking his armour.

"Nice one, Axel."

"Ice Flow Warrior, finish him off with an Aurora Wave!"

The polar bear mouth of Vexen's Ice Flow Warrior opened and a multi-coloured energy stream shot out. It struck Goblin Axe and knocked him to the floor. He struggled to his feet where he sparked and smoked before exploding.

With Goblin Axe defeated, the warriors stood at ease before disappearing.

"We must retreat Goblin Axe has failed!"

Axel, seeing the villains' attempt to run away, jumped down with his keyblade in hand.

"Not so fast, Reaperio!"

"Now what?"

"Burning Slash!"

Axel swung his flaming keyblade and struck Reaperio hard.

"Ouch!"

"Black Bear Spirit, come forth!"

Just as he had done before, Axel summoned his Black Bear Spirit and it destroyed Reaperio with its paws, leaving only his crown and cloak.
