IT was indeed Fuse that Kayo found herself looking at. And yet, he looked so different. He no longer looked like the dim-minded brute that he'd been when with the Chaos Crew. Instead, he looked confident. His head was completely shaved off so he no longer had his unusual white-platted hair. His suit was no longer grey and purple but mainly white with touches of dark blue. The boots were silver as were his gloves - much lighter than they'd been before. And on his chestplate where the Chaos Crew insignia had been, instead was the GDF logo.

"Fuse?" Kayo said again. "My God…is it really you?"

Fuse looked back at her, equally confused. "Kayo?"

"Yes, it's me," Kayo said. "You're Project Obsidian?"

"Just Obsidian," Fuse said. "I do not ever wish to be associated with my um…former life."

A groan from behind Kayo made them both look to see Silver Swan getting up. She looked at The Hood, who appeared to be unconscious. She scurried over to check on him. "Boss? Boss, wake up!" she said, shaking him.

"H-Havoc?"

Silver Swan looked up. She saw Obsidian and froze. Her mouth fell open like Kayo's had done. "F-F-F-Fuse?!"

The two siblings stared at each other, dumbstruck before saying "What the hell happened to you?" at the exact same time.

Well, this isn't awkward at all, Kayo thought to herself.

Then Obsidian noticed The Hood. Even though he'd punched him whilst inside the crate, he hadn't actually seen The Hood's face. Now that he could, his expression turned ugly and full of rage.

Silver Swan also had taken note of what her brother was wearing and became equally enraged. "You've joined the GDF?!" she asked, angrily.

"You're still with HIM?!" growled Obsidian, pointing at The Hood.

They then suddenly ran at each other with Obsidian Grabbing Silver Swan's arms as she grabbed the front of his suit. "WHY?!" they both bellowed at each other.

Yep, this is definitely awkward, Kayo thought to herself again.

Jeff and Scott were uneasy. "Still no word from Kayo, John?" asked Jeff.

"Nothing, Dad," replied John. "I've been trying to contact her, but it's like she's disabled her comms."

"That's n-not likely, John," Brains said. "I have installed a f-failsafe into the communications network so that we can always maintain some kind of contact. The only way that K-Kayo might not be able to hear you is if her radio is out of commission."

"John, didn't you say there were people aboard the transporter despite it supposedly being empty of people?" asked Scott.

"Yeah," said John. "Yet I'm now picking up four life signs and…"

"And what?" Scott and Jeff both asked together.

"It's all very odd," said John. "Kayo's just standing by whilst two of the others are having some kind of argument by the looks of it. The fourth appears to be out cold."

"You reckon it's The Cabal?" Scott asked.

"Two seemed to be trying to take over the plane so I'd guess those are," said John.

"Are there any other aircraft in the vicinity?" asked Jeff.

"Negative. At least none that my scanners are picking up," said John. "I'd therefore guess that The Hood and Silver Swan are aboard. As for the fourth person…I have not got a clue what's going on."

Just then another call came in. It was Colonel Casey. She looked serious. "Jeff, I need some answers."

"Probably to the same questions we're having, Martha?" asked Jeff.

"That depends," said Colonel Casey. "The CX-92's transponder has stopped working and our trackers cannot locate it. I've been trying to reach Kayo and have been getting no response whatsoever. I want to know what the hell is going on?"

"That's something we want to know too, Colonel," said Scott. "It looks like The Cabal did manage to take control of the plane."

"Impossible!" snapped Colonel Casey. "Nothing could get past the plane's security in flight! Let alone past Kayo!"

"See for yourself, Colonel," said John, allowing Colonel Casey to see the hologram scan of the CX-92 that he'd got. "And we'd also like to know why Kayo is just standing by whilst two of the others are having a kind of argument."

Colonel Casey looked at the image and went slightly pale.

"Something wrong, Martha?" Jeff asked, frowning.

"John, what's the condition of the crate?" Colonel Casey asked urgently.

"The crate?" John repeated. "Which one?"

"The one in the cargo bay!" barked Colonel Casey. "Is it still sealed?!"

John checked the image and focused in on the crate. "Negative, Colonel," he said. "It's wide open and empty."

Colonel Casey let out a bellow of frustration. "GODDAMNIT!" she thundered, taking everyone by surprise.

"W-Wow," Brains whispered to Scott. "I have never known the C-Colonel to get mad like that."

"Martha, what does this mean?" Jeff demanded.

"It means that Project Obsidian is potentially in the hands of The Cabal!" Colonel Casey said. "Where is the plane? We need to get it back under our control!"

"And to find out what's up with Kayo," said Scott. "I can intercept the plane in Thunderbird 1 and guide the GDF to it once we have it back in control."

Jeff nodded. "Go, Scott," he said. "I'll have Virgil follow you in Thunderbird 2, just in case things go south."

Scott nodded and hurried over to the revolving wall panel.

"John, don't let that plane out of your sight," Jeff ordered. "Send its location and course to Colonel Casey so she can direct her forces to intercept."

"F-A-B, Dad," said John. "Stand-by to receive, Colonel."

"Standing-by," said Colonel Casey. She then looked back at Jeff. "And thanks."

Jeff nodded, but didn't smile. He still felt sure that Colonel Casey wasn't telling them something.

It took mere minutes for both Scott and later Virgil to get their respective ships on the move. Virgil had already been inside Thunderbird 2 doing some maintenance. There wasn't time for him to come back up to the lounge so he could go through his normal launch procedure. He therefore made a swift change in Thunderbird 2's changing rooms due to him keeping a spare aboard. Scott had gone down his normal route to Thunderbird 1 and was just coming into position in the launch bay as the pool finished opening. At the same time, Thunderbird 2 had exited its hangar, gone down the runway through the avenue of palm trees and stopped on the ramp which had risen into place.

5! 4! 3! 2! 1!

The engines of both ships roared into life and they climbed off their respective launching places before grouping up and flying away from Tracy Island heading North-East.

"Thunderbirds are GO!" announced Scott.

"Location sent, Colonel Casey," said John once he'd finished sending the date.

"Received. Thanks, John," Colonel Casey said. "I'll be in-"

"Martha, stop!" Jeff said abruptly. "One of my family is out there guarding your latest project and I've just sent two of my sons to assist against two, maybe three of our deadly enemies, just to protect whatever it is! I think we're owed an explanation. What IS Project Obsidian?"

Colonel Casey remained silent at first. She didn't wish to tell Jeff, but seeing the stern look on his face told her he wasn't going to take 'no' for an answer. She let out a sigh as she gave in. "I suppose you are, Jeff," she said.

The argument between Silver Swan and Obsidian was getting heated. Silver Swan felt betrayed that her brother had joined those who she blamed for locking them up and allowing them to turn him. At the same time, Obsidian was appalled that his sister was still working for the man who he blamed for ruining their lives and turning them down a dark and misguided path. More so that Silver Swan didn't seem to see it that way.

Kayo had been wondering whether to intervene or not. Whilst she pondered, she'd only just noticed that her suit's nanites were reproducing. The sonic attack hadn't completely taken her new suit out of commission just yet. So long as she could avoid any sonic attacks, she'd be fine in restarting the fight. She then heard the sound of The Hood beginning to come around so she focused to get the nano-suit back to its full form and with the outer helmet forming up once again before walking over to him.

The Hood tried to sit up but Kayo placed her foot on his chest to pin him to the floor. "Stay down, Uncle. Let's not make this any harder than it needs to be."

The Hood snarled, and Silver Swan suddenly realised that Kayo was still among them. She saw what she was doing and turned swiftly away from Obsidian. "GET AWAY FROM HIM!" she yelled, rushing to help him.

Obsidian grabbed her arm. "Hey! She has him beat, sis! Let it be, so all this madness can stop."

Silver Swan tried to pull herself free. "Let go of me, Fuse!" she ordered.

"Don't call me that!" he snapped back. "I'm not Fuse anymore."

"Then…what are you?" growled Silver Swan.

"I am Obsidian! And I will ensure that The Cabal ceases to exist," Obsidian finished.

This only enraged Silver Swan even more. She then let out her sonic cry, knocking Obsidian back and forcing him to let go of her arm. She then tried to attack Kayo, but Kayo quickly brought up another nanotech shield and used it to knock her back. Silver Swan then sonic-screamed again at Kayo, causing her to be knocked off of The Hood who then picked himself up.

"Ouch!" The Hood said as he rubbed his head. "Whatever was in that crate sure packs a punch!"

"Boss, we need to leave," Silver Swan said. "Obsidian is Fuse!"

The Hood stared at her. "What?!" he exclaimed before turning to look. He stared in disbelief at the sight of his former henchman who was advancing on them menacingly. "Fuse?!" The Hood exclaimed. "What is the meaning of this?! You've joined our enemies!"

"Don't call me Fuse! I am Obsidian!"

"Obsidian?" repeated The Hood. "Then you're-"

Obsidian lunged forwards, grabbing The Hood and slamming him into the bulkhead. "Yes!" he said. "I've had my mind cleansed by the GDF. I can see clearly now. I think my own thoughts. I've been set-up with a new purpose in life. One to take you and your Cabal down. And after the hell you put me through, I am more than willing to do that."

"TRAITOR!" bellowed The Hood. He tried to use his own sonic scream on Obsidian, but Obsidian had his hand around the neck-plate, blocking off the emitter.

"FUSE, GET OFF OF HIM!" Silver Swan shouted, trying to pull her brother off.

Kayo then attacked, knocking Silver Swan off to the side. Now a full on brawl had broken out in the cargo bay of the plane with Kayo and Silver Swan exchanging punches and kicks which The Hood found himself trying to take down the hulking suited Obsidian, which was proving a lot harder than he imagined.

With Colonel Casey having gone off with the GDF Flyers to provide back-up for Kayo and Obsidian, this left Hayley in charge of GDF HQ where she'd brought Dr Bartholomew in for questioning. Although as expected, trying to get secretive information out of him wasn't so easy. "So tell me, Doctor. What potential dangers could your people have produced that would attract unwanted attention?"

"That's classified information," said Dr Bartholomew. "I cannot disclose."

"When the safety of the entire planet is at stake, Doctor, we have a right to know," Hayley warned him. "Now you can either tell me, or you can stay here until The Cabal decides to use whatever it is they could have taken on the world and you can then tell us once they've used it."

Dr Bartholomew folded his arms. "I want my lawyer," he demanded.

Hayley rolled her eyes. "You are not under arrest, Doctor!" she said, trying not to sound frustrated. "I am only trying to learn what danger the world could potentially be in."

"Look, I don't know what these so-called freaks took!" snapped Dr Bartholomew. "All I know is that they trashed my labs, took me and my team hostage and then destroyed the building, taking the lives of some of my people. THAT'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BE FOCUSING ON!"

"We have a team closing in on them as we speak," Hayley said. "But they are very organised and could still pose a deadly threat even if we do take some of them down. And whatever they took from your labs could be very dangerous."

Dr Bartholomew folded his arms again. "I don't know what they took," he said. "And even if I did, I could not say what it was. Even to Colonel Casey."

Hayley sighed.

Just then, a phone started ringing. It was coming from the doctor's pocket. He took it out and checked to see who was ringing. "It's my search leader," he said. "May I?"

"Go ahead," said Hayley. "But I'm staying here."

"Fine," said Dr Bartholomew as he answered the call. "Yes, Leroy?" He listened carefully to what the person had to say on the other end of the phone.

Hayley watched him like a hawk. As the call went on, she began to notice something. Dr Bartholomew was starting to turn pale as his eyes widened periodically before saying "What?!" on more than one occasion. It sounded like something may well have been found by the teams searching the ruins of Stanton Laboratories after all.

"Are you positive?" Dr Bartholomew said, his voice becoming a little broken as he did so. "I see. Thanks, Leroy." He then hung up, took out a handkerchief and wiped his brow which had formed a sweat.

Hayley stepped forwards with her own arms folded now. "Well, Doctor?" she asked simply. "I have a feeling you're going to tell me something important?"

The CX-92 continued on its flight path. It was a strongly-constructed aircraft and hardly showed any signs of strain despite the fight going on inside its cargo hold. The Hood and Obsidian were still engaged heavily in their duel whilst Kayo and Silver Swan continued theirs.

"You will regret your decision, Fuse!" growled The Hood.

"The only decision I regret was agreeing to work for you!" Obsidian retorted which caused The Hood to roar angrily and try another sonic attack. This time however Obsidian blocked it with his right arm. It had a shield of its own which he could activate and help divert the sound. It struck both Silver Swan and Kayo and sent them both crashing into the wall.

"Watch it!" Kayo shouted.

"Oops! Sorry, Kayo!" Obsidian replied.

The distraction was what The Hood needed. He stopped his scream and lunged forwards using the jets on his Vulture pack. He was able to knock Obsidian down with a double kick. He then pinned him down whilst Silver Swan managed to grab Kayo and pin her up against the wall.

"Pathetic. Both of you," The Hood snarled. "Did you honestly think you'd get the better of us? Soon, we will be at our destination. And once we are, you two will be forced into the ranks of The Cabal. And you will not have a choice in the matter."

Kayo was too busy trying to free herself from Silver Swan's grip to say anything in response. But Obsidian did. He reached up with his right hand, grabbed The Hood's left leg and yanked him off with a huge tug before throwing him like a ragdoll into the side of the large crate.

"AARGH!" The Hood shouted as he banged his head against the side of the crate.

"FUSE, STOP!" bellowed Silver Swan, letting Kayo drop to the floor and shooting across to attack her brother. "STOP TRYING TO RESIST US!"

"STOP CALLING ME, FUSE, SIS!" Obsidian bellowed back. He grabbed her and threw her across the cargo bay now, causing her to crash into the wall beside a recovered Kayo who then performed a roundhouse kick against her which knocked her sideways.

The Hood then picked himself up and launched some of his bladed feathers at Obsidian who simply knocked them away with an outward swing of his arms. Two did make it past but one bounced harmlessly off his chest-plate and another lightly scratched his glass domed helmet. Kayo had to cartwheel to avoid getting hit by another whilst a fourth rammed itself into the wall of the cargo bay, narrowly missing Silver Swan's head by a few centimetres.

"Resist all you want to, Fuse," growled The Hood. "Once we're on the ground, you WILL be back in my power!"

Obsidian fixed him with a hard stare. Then he began to look around at the floor, like he was scanning for something. Then when he seemed to have found it, he began to smirk. "No, Hood…you won't," he said simply before adjusting something on his gloves. They began to hum like something powerful was powering up.

"Err, what are you doing?" Kayo asked anxiously.

"This fight arena is too cramped," Obsidian remarked as The Hood and Silver Swan got ready to fight again. "Let's open up this tin can!" And he began to punch the floor, breaking into it as he did so.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" cried The Hood.

"STOP, FUSE! STOP!" yelled Havoc.

"OBSIDIAN, NO!" shouted Kayo.

But their cries were all ignored. Obsidian had already punched the floor four times with each fist and severely weakened it as a result. He then clenched his fists, raised his arms above his head and said "Obsidian…SMASH!" before slamming his fists hard down on the floor.

There came a bright white light and a massive BOOM as a shockwave ripped through the aircraft. It tossed Kayo, The Hood and Silver Swan backwards and caused the entire CX-92 to break apart. One moment they were safely inside the aircraft, and the next they found themselves out in the open sky with strong air currents battering them as it hit them. Everyone cried out in alarm as they began to fall the long way down towards the Pacific Ocean far below.

John let out a gasp of alarm when he saw the CX-92 signal disappear. "Oh, no, Kayo!" he said and turned on the radio links. "International Rescue - we have a situation. Code red! Repeat - code red!"

"What's happened, Thunderbird 5?" asked Scott and Jeff together.

"The CX-92 signal has been lost," John said. "I think it may have just exploded."

"What? NO!" bellowed Scott furiously.

"Scott, fly on," Virgil insisted. "You'll get there before me. Go!"

With that, Scott pushed the turbo-jets of Thunderbird 1 to maximum and the sleek rocket zoomed away into the distance. "Hang on, Kayo, I'm coming!"

Jeff spoke to John. "Any sign of Kayo, John?" he asked.

John had been scanning the sky for life-signs. "Wait, I have her!" he said. "She's falling. But so are the others."

"T-Thunderbird Shadow should automatically come to her aid," Brains said. "P-Provided it's still in signal range."

Little could Brains have known that in that exact second, the automatic controls of Thunderbird Shadow had already sprung into action. It had already detected that the transporter had broken apart and as a result it had released itself to avoid being dragged down to the same watery grave that was destined for the CX-92.

As Kayo tried to recover herself whilst spiralling down, her wrist controller then sent a signal to Thunderbird Shadow allowing it to chase down and home in on her position.

Being flyers, both The Hood and Silver Swan were able to recover themselves and activate their flying packs. The Hood saw Kayo falling and began to dive after her, not realising that Thunderbird Shadow was already coming. "SWAN, GET FUSE!" he ordered. "I'M TAKING KAYO!"

"On it, boss!" replied Silver Swan. She looked around and down, but strangely there was no sign of Obsidian. Then suddenly he came diving out from a cloud above, straight towards The Hood. "Oh, no, you don't!" she cried and began to chase after him.

Then came another whoosh as Thunderbird Shadow appeared having deactivated its camouflage mode. It overtook Silver Swan, then Obsidian, and then The Hood before swooping underneath Kayo. The cockpit canopy opened up and she landed with a bump in the seat. She grabbed the controls, the canopy closed and the craft banked sharply away moments before The Hood could get there.

"NO!" yelled The Hood in frustration. "DAMN YOU, MACHINE!"

"BOSS, LOOK OUT!" yelled Silver Swan over his helmet radio.

"Huh?" The Hood replied and turned himself around just in time to see Obsidian diving at him. "What?! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!"

"GOT YOU!" Obsidian said as he grabbed hold of The Hood and used his momentum to push them on in a steep dive towards the ocean.

"FUSE, STOP!" yelled Silver Swan as she tried to catch up. But as she got closer, a pair of rocket jets suddenly appeared on the back of Obsidian's armour. "Oh, my God!" she cried and spun away as the jets fired.

The Hood let out an almighty scream as Obsidian rocketed them down faster and faster towards the surface of the Pacific. Then when they were mere meters above, he levelled out and raced almost at wave level across the water towards a tiny, uncharted and deserted island a few miles away. So deserted in fact that it was less than a mile long and no more than a quarter of a mile wide. No trees or any kind of greenery, just a small rocky hill stretching through the middle from one end to the other.

"STOP! STOP!" pleaded The Hood.

"No," replied Obsidian. "You must be stopped." He then stopped suddenly, spun himself and The Hood around and then let him go, causing him to skip across the water like a stone before hitting the beach and skidding across the shingle before slamming hard into the rockface behind. The suit protected him from any serious injuries but the impact knocked him out and he slumped down into unconsciousness.

Obsidian glided to the beach and landed before walking towards The Hood and admiring his slumped body with satisfaction. "You have no idea how much I've wanted to get you back for what you put me and my sister through," he told him, even though he knew The Hood couldn't hear him.

A high-pitched shriek hit him from behind as Silver Swan arrived and performed a sonic attack on him. He stumbled but managed to stand upright before jumping around and reaching up to try and grab her as she passed. She managed to dodge and miss before coming in for another attack.

From her position in Thunderbird Shadow, Kayo watched as the two siblings began to brawl with each other. "Thunderbird Shadow to International Rescue. Come in."

"KAYO!" came several relieved voices all at the same time and almost deafening her.

"Argh! Guys, please, not all at once!" she said.

"Kayo, are you okay?" Jeff asked. "John says the aircraft was lost."

"Yeah, Obsidian blew the plane apart," Kayo said.

"Where are you?" Scott asked. "I'm having trouble locking onto your signal."

"My own one might have been damaged in the fight," said Kayo. "I'm in Thunderbird Shadow. Can you lock onto that? Also we're gonna need GDF Flyers to take The Hood and Swan away once they're down."

"How likely is that?" Jeff asked.

Kayo looked down at the island. "It looks like Obsidian's taken down The Hood," she said. "Now he's duelling it out with Silver Swan."

"Wow…that takes sibling rivalry to a whole new level," remarked Virgil.

"Indeed," Kayo replied, not clocking on to what Virgil had said.

"Kayo, I'm sending Shadow's locator beacon to Thunderbirds 1 and 2 plus the incoming Flyers," John said. "Make sure that The Hood and Silver Swan don't leave your location."

"And give Fu-I mean Obsidian whatever help you can," finished Jeff.

"F-A-B," said Kayo, turning Thunderbird Shadow round to dive towards the island.

No clear winner was emerging between the two siblings. Silver Swan was too fast for Obsidian to grab hold of, and Obsidian's armour was too strong for Silver Swan to penetrate. They continued to attack and miss and very occasionally score a hit on the other, but it wasn't looking likely to end anytime soon.

Kayo grimaced as she approached the island. "This has gone on long enough," she decided. "Time to finish this."

The appearance of Thunderbird Shadow coming into land on the cliff distracted Silver Swan allowing Obsidian to grab her by the legs and pull her down onto the ground. Silver Swan picked herself up, roared angrily and lunged directly at him. However he was ready for her and he performed a roundhouse kick. She flew back again and crashed onto the shingle. He'd damaged her faceplate which in turn had caused her to have a nose-bleed.

Silver Swan opened her helmet, wiped the blood from under her nose and stared at Obsidian with a mixture of shock and betrayal. "How…How could you?" she asked. "You dare hurt your own SISTER?!"

"You're not my proper sister," Obsidian said darkly. "Have you forgotten that whilst we have the same mother, our fathers were very different."

"That's hardly the point!" snapped Silver Swan. "You have the audacity to hit me!"

"And so long as you remain blindly loyal to that monster," Obsidian said, pointing towards The Hood who was still out cold, "I will continue to stand against you."

This made Silver Swan more enraged than ever. With an ear-shrieking bellow she took off and lunged at Obsidian again. But before she could reach him, her legs were suddenly snagged by a grapple, stopping her in her tracks. She looked back to see Kayo had now joined the fight. As she growled again with fury, Obsidian made his move and she turned back just in time to see him grab her wings and rip them clean off causing her to scream in agony. She then fell to the floor and Kayo wound her back in with the grapple before standing over her.

"Light's out, Swan," Kayo said before stomping on Silver Swan's face, knocking her out too.

Obsidian dropped the wings and walked over to them. "Thanks for the assist," he said.

"You're welcome," replied Kayo, although she didn't sound happy.

"Something wrong?" Obsidian asked.

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!" Kayo suddenly exploded. "BLOWING UP THE PLANE LIKE THAT WITH US INSIDE?! YOU COULD HAVE KILLED US ALL!"

"Sorry, it was getting rather cramped in there," Obsidian said. "We were kind of fighting on their terms and they had the advantage. I needed to change that."

"You could have warned me first," Kayo said grumpily.

"There was no time for that," said Obsidian. "If I had, then they'd have possibly realised what we were doing and countered our moves." They both fell silent for a moment. Obsidian looked sadly down at the unconscious Silver Swan at his feet. "Why, Catherine?" he asked. "Why couldn't you have seen the light, like I did?"

"You know her better than anyone, Clarence," Kayo said. "Was she always so blindly loyal to my uncle?"

"More than you could ever know," replied Obsidian. "She wanted nothing more than to please him and for a while I wanted to as well. But once he started berating us for our failures, I began to have second thoughts. And especially when we destroyed Thunderbird 4 and I saw how he showed no concern for that brother, and then when the other one used Thunderbird 1 to pull the doors off the Shackleton Plant to save me from getting blown up by my own explosive, I really did begin to question what was right and what wasn't."

"Those happened before the incident at The Hex," said Kayo. "That didn't stop you from capturing and imprisoning me in The Mechanic's cell."

Obsidian looked ashamed. "The Hood made me do terrible things," he said. "I need to make amends for that."

Sounds very familiar, Kayo thought to herself, remembering that The Mechanic was exactly the same.

"Whatever it takes, I will make up for all the trouble I caused," Obsidian finished.

Kayo looked at Silver Swan and The Hood. "Well, I'd say you've made a good start," she said. "Even if some of your techniques are a little…OTT, shall we say?" She gave a smile to show she wasn't mad anymore.

Obsidian managed to smile too. "Thank you," he said. "Now let's make sure that they cannot get away and GAAAAAAAAAARRGH!"

Kayo cried out in alarm as a pair of red laser beams came out of nowhere and struck Obsidian, throwing him aside and smashing into the cliff near where The Hood lay. Part of the cliff broke away and fell all around him. Now he seemed to be unconscious as well. Kayo then heard a thud as something landed on the beach a short distance away. She spun round to face this new attacker. And then she froze. Her eyes went wide and her mouth fell open even more than it had done when she'd first realised who Obsidian was. "Oh…my…God…no!" she gasped.

Standing less than ten metres away, with glowing red laser eyes primed to fire once more, stood an armoured figure that Kayo never expected to see again.

"Finally!" growled The Black Phantom. "Time for you to DIE!" His omega-beams fired.
