Rangers Opening: l'orchestra cinematique power rangers(I don't own this song)
The scene opens up with the five rangers standing holding their wrist up while their stones glowing.
Cuts to the five individually finding their stones changes to being brought to twilight town meeting Mortuu.
Cuts to Savant leading his army of machines
Marco Diaz the red disney ranger
Dipper Pines the blue ranger
Louie Duck the green ranger
Luz Noceda the yellow ranger
Anne Boonchuay the pink ranger
Scene cuts to the five standing in an open field being blasted at.
Dipper performing a flip kick on a monster
Luz casting a plant spell
Anne and Louie deflecting lasers
The five morph and are posing scene cuts to the five charging at an enemy
Louie throws his khopesh at a raid-bot's chest before pulling them and double kickin it
Dipper punches the ground with his smack hands causing an earthquake Anne riding her d-glider slicing raid-bots
Luz swinging her staff, casting more spells. Marco sending wave attacks with his axe
Rangers summon their zords before entering their cockpits and run into battle
Zords combine in to the disney megazord before performing a final attack
The stones fly around the sky before crashing forming words "Mighty Morphin Disney Rangers"
Chp 20: The Frightening Five
In dimensional space a scout ship piloted by a group of x-heads enter the cargo bay of Savants ship, waiting for them are Derp and Lazarus the machine minions exit the ship and present the scientist with a new jet black pod.
"Alright Derp what have you got this time"? Lazarus asked.
"The key to our victory right here are the black pod's capable of creating some of the most dangerous monsters i've ever made". Derp said.
"You sure of that because each time we attack the ranger's have been succeeding time and time again". Lazarus said.
"Just watch, comrade . I guarantee that this is the one that'll get us a win in the bag. X-heads take the pod's to my lab. I am eager to get started.
Back in twilight the rangers in their usual mega zord formation; the Minotaur zord was finally feeling better and ready for a fight, they were going toe to toe with another one of savants monsters, the creature looked humanoid with eyes all over its body.
"Let's take this loser out guys, what'll it be, should we give him the stinger or the saw shark blade"? Marco asked.
"Stinger I have a powerful urge to really poke his eyes out". Anne said.
"Hornet drill strike". The mega zord sprang forward and poked all the monster's eyes swiftly with the hornet zord.
The monster reel's back in agonizing pain. "I caramba". The monster said in pain before blowing up.
"Oh yeah rangers one, creepy monster zero". Luz said.
"It's like we cleared a video game on the easy level". Dipper said.
"Maybe we're just that awesome". Louie said.
"That's about right". Marco said.
" Man I'd hate to be Professor Derp right now seeing all my precious creations getting destroyed constantly have to think of new ones that'll actually get the job done".
"Anyhow let's wrap this up we still got that thing tonight". Louie said.
It was night the ranger's along with Mortu and Rg were currently camping out in the wood's roasting marshmallows over an open fire to make s'mores along with weenie's. Rg had a function where he could display a movie from his eyes. The group watched some classic horror films which the girl's loved but the boy's not so much; they were so scared each time a jump scare appeared they'd scream and grasp onto one another for saftey. After hour's it was starting to get late. Dipper was fast asleep while the others were still Louie was boasting about all their past victories,
"Jangle's tried coming for us in our dreams. We took him out,Stink bug mucked up the neighborhood and we squashed him. I'm telling you guy's nothing can stop us from being invincible". Said Louie.
"I don't know Louie, don't mean to jinx it but there's still something out there". Rg said.
"Like what Savant sends in the boogie man next right Luz ''. Anne said to the yellow ranger who was nowhere to be seen.
"Luz, Luz where are you? ''? Marco said, getting a little worried. All of a sudden a figure wearing a scary pumpkin mask jumped out scaring them making Louie and Marco scream like girls and Anne to fall onto Dipper waking him up.
The figure removes it's mask revealing it to be Luz. "I'm sorry guys but I had to". The yellow ranger said in between chuckles.
"Dude what the heck we thought you were a real monster". Anne said.
"You know on night's such as these real monstrous freak's come out and stir up trouble plaguing the world with fright and evil". Luz said.
"Nice try Luz but you scared us already you're not gonna get us again". Marco said.
"What type of evil exactly"? Louie said, still grasping to Marco.
"Ghoulish ghost that leave chills in the heart of the people, creatures made from the corpse of the dead that come to life to destroy their creator, snarling beast with yellow eyes that stare into your soul leaving you paralyzed, denizens that surge in the swamps waiting to pull it's victim's under water".
A loud curdle noise is heard scarring the red and green ranger once more, but it was just Mortu snoring in his tent.
"Okay Anne, that's enough scares for tonight I'm ready to hit the hay myself". Said Anne.
The girls retreated back to their tent's Dipper groggily headed over towards the boy's tent with Louie and Marco following behind. "Marco, you don't think all that stuff Luz said was real"? Louie asked. "Of course not dude she was trying to scare us, everything is cool". Before going inside Louie looked up at the moon.
Savant's ship
Derp was at it again in his lab laughing with himself over his new glorious creations with the black pod's. "Yes there alive, there alive".
Derp makes his way into Savant's quarters with his new monster's. "Captain, say hello to my newest and most elite monsters from the black pod's, the frightening five. Meet Phantasm, a ghost with the ability to possess his enemies and move through any solid object in his path. The ghost monster looked humanoid made of smokey gray shadows and large red eye's. Next is Franken-byte, a strong technological brute with a genius intellect who pulverizes his enemies with his hands, outsmarts opponents, and delivers powerful jolts of electricity. Franken Byte is muscular and tall with a hunched back and disfigured face wearing black pants and one robotic arm. The Third monster I present is Wolfgang, a rebellious werewolf with razor sharp claws and fangs. With his sonic howl and keen smell he's the ideal partner for a hunting party. Wolf gang was a shirtless grey wolf with large yellow eyes. He wore tattered jeans and a sleeveless gang jacket that read big bad on it. "Next monster is real beauty Hathi-set a beautiful mummy who'll trap her enemies in her bandages. Hathi is a female mummy wrapped in bandages wearing an egyptian crown with egyptian jewelry. "Just when you thought it was safe to go in the pumpkin patch you're burned, behold Pyro jack this jack o lantern really brings the heat to his enemies. Jack has a pumpkin head with a carved face, he wears a witches hat with black collared tunic with a brown belt, blue tights, purple gloves and brown shoes with curved ends.
"Oh my I can feel such eerie ghoulish power coming from them, and you said they came from the black pod's incredible just when I think you've failed me Derp you always hit us with a surprise, I want to see what these new warriors can do". Savant said.
"At once master Frightening five go destroy the ranger's".
The midnight hour was close at hand the five dwellers of darkness prowl the streets stirring up fright across the city . Wolfgang took to the rooftop's and unleashed a mighty howl loud enough to pierce the skies, Phantasm spooked a bunch of people out of a nearby restaurant laughing, Franken byte destroyed a building with his electric shock blast, Pyro burned set a couple of trees in the park ablaze laughing maniacally, only monster who wasn't doing something was Hathi she just sat down doing her nails and taking selfies.
"Hey Hathi, mind joining us". Phantasm asked, annoyed.
"Not really but the terror in the background you boys are causing are perfect for my selfies". Hathi say's while doing different poses, further annoying him.
Back at the ranger campsite Rg woke up to the distress signals in the city. "Alert alert alert danger in the city" The robot said running around the campsite waking the group up. The rangers all ran out of their tent's feeling a bit groggy. Louie let out an annoyed yawn. "Couldn't this have waited til tomorrow". The green ranger said. "Evil never sleeps Lou five monsters are attacking the city but there's something off with these guy's their far more powerful than the rest".
"Be careful, rangers, it could be dangerous". Mortu warned.
"I'm sure we'll be fine after all with what we've faced in the past. We can handle anything, let's go guy's". Marco said. The rangers morphed and hopped onto their glider's flying to the city.
The rangers make it to the city but find it empty and quiet not a single soul is on site. "What is the monster's"? Luz asked. "You think Rg got the location wrong"? Marco said. Suddenly from the distance a small voice could be heard in the distance singing an eerie tune. "Hey it's a kid, where is your parent's sweetie". Anne asked as she got closer to her. The little girl twisted her head around like an owl and gave Anne the most heroundess look, scaring her so much she fell down. "Oh what the what". Anne shrieked.
The little girl's shape began to change into that of a ghost.
"Oh man it's the ghoulish ghost that you were talking about Luz it's real". Louie said.
"Yeah but just one guy we should be fine". Dipper said.
"Is that what you think?". Phantasm said.
More monsters began coming out of nowhere, Wolfgang came running out an alley, Frank smashed through a building, Pyro Jack came from the sewers and Hathi lowered herself from a building with her bandgaes.
"So these are the ranger's don't look much to me". Hathi set said.
"With my howling voice that put the mightiest beast's at fear, Wolf gang".
"Brain brawn with a shock to your system Franken-byte".
"The jack of all flames, im Pyro Jack".
"Once you're wrapped in my bandages you'll be cursed for all of eternity. I am Hathi-set".
"The sinister specter that'll haunt you till the end of time Phantasm, together we are the frightful five".
"I think we just walked right into nightmare city again, only were not dreaming". Anne said.
"I kind of wish we were". Louie said.
"Dib's on not fighting the mummy". Dipper said. "I'm not getting cursed again".
"Get them". Phantasm said as both sides charged at one another. Marco was paired with Phantasm, Dipper fought Franken-byte, Louie fought Wolfgang, Luz was stuck with Hathi-set, and Anne took on Pyro jack.
Marco swung his axe at phantasm but his strikes simply just went through the ghost . "Hahaha". Phantasm laughed; he then phased his body inside Marcos. "Hey get out of my body". Phantasm began controlling Marco from within by slamming him against some walls repeatedly.
Dipper equipped with his smack hands went blow to blow with Franken-byte, for a while it seemed like they were matched but due to being bigger and stronger the Frankenstein monster got the upper hand. He caught the blue ranger's fist then sent a powerful jolt of electricity through Dipper's body before slamming him a few times and tossing him over into a store window.
Louie was playing on defense trying his best to avoid Wolfgang's fangs and claws. "Oh duck my favorite, you'll taste good glazed with pomegranates ". Wolfgang said, licking his chomps. "Careful this duck is a hard one to swallow". Louie charged in for an attack but then was met by Wolfgang's powerful sonic howl causing him to fly straight into neary bench.
Anne stampedes towards Pyro, slicing his head off. "Sorry Jack, don't lose your head over your loss". Anne quipped. All of sudden Jack's severed head breathed fire at the pink ranger which she didn't see coming, she blocked the attack with an earth spell but Jack flames were too hot and they melted the rock and burned Anne.
"Feel the burn". Said Jack.
Luz tried every spell imaginable against Hathi-set but had no effect. "Ah adorable owl girl thinks she hurt me with her spells, news flash honey your magic is totes useless against me and my power". Hathi grabbed Anne with her bandages and brought Luz close to her face. Hathi un did her face bandage and revealed her horrendous face to Luz making her scream in fright.
After their beating the rangers grouped back together with their backs against the wall.
"Geez these guys are pretty tough". Anne said in pain.
"Magic has no effect on the mummy so what do we do know". Luz said.
"Let's try the D-cannon, it's our only shot".
"Summon D-cannon". The rangers say in unison.
"Oh what's this bustin out the big guns eh". Wolfgang said.
"Charged fire". The cannon shoots out massive energy toward the five before blowing them. The rangers cheer over having won their battle, or so they thought when suddenly they were blasted by a large jolt of electricity. The damage was severe; they de-morphed and looked to see that the five were unscathed.
"What no way". Marco said.
"That's impossible". Louie said.
"Not quires, we're not like the Typical monsters you've faced, we are much stronger than that". Jack said.
"We're made straight from the black po-". Right before Wolfgang could finish Hathi covered Wolfgang's muzzle with her bandage..
"Can it fleabag? They don't need to know where we came from".
Wolfgang's not appreciating this through her bandage off and snarled at her. " they're going to be destroyed anyway so what does it matter that they know".
"Stop it this instant you fools, no time to argue let's just finish this". Phantasm interrupted.
Luz took a light glyph flashing blinding light forcing the five to shield their eyes allowing her and the rangers to escape.
The team staggered through the streets as they tried to flee from their fight when suddenly Wolfgang leaped from a building pouncing on Louie's body pinning him to the ground with his hand on his head. Louie tried with all his might to get the beast off him but Wolfgang was too strong.
"I'll enjoy having you in my belly, little duckling". Wolfgang cackled.
The rangers fired their D-pistols at him but Wolfgang used his sonic howl attack to disrupt the blast sending them flying into walls.
"Nothing is gonna ruin my meal". Wolfgang barred his sharp teeth and brought them closer and closer to Louie when suddenly a loud roar was heard, Wolfgang looked up to see the shark zord appeared and swiped at him allowing Louie to escape.
"The shark zord sensed that Louie was in danger so it came to his rescue". Luz said.
The saw shark shot toward the rest of the five ready to strike them with it's bladed tip.
"Oh please". Phantasm said.
The phantom's body became intangible allowing him to avoid the shark's attack and entering its body.
"Huh where'd he go"? Dipper asked.
"I… I don't know". Marco answered.
The saw shark bellowed as it's body started emitting a sinister aura before it's eye's turned purple, Phantasm excited the zord with a smirk on its face.
"What'd you do to my shark you freak"? Louie asked.
"This attack". Phantasm ordered.
The now sinister saw shark delivered a blade of wind at the rangers sending them flying and causing them to demorph.
"No way he took control of the shark"? Anne said in bewilderment.
"No give… give it back, now". Louie said in pain.
"Never, your zord is ours now. Sharky finish them off and start with that duck". Phantasm ordered.
"But leave his body intact. I still want that feast". Wolfgang said.
The saw shark snout glowed with energy ready to strike the green ranger suddenly the sun began to rise over twilight.
"Curses we only had til sunrise, Frightening five retreat finish this another day". Phantasm said.
The saw shark faded away and a portal opened up allowing them to escape. Louie shot up and barreled toward phantasm with his D-sabre drawn.
"Stop".
Franken-byte knocks Louie back with his massive fist before leaving through the portal.
Louie now de-morphed and sat there distraught. His saw shark zord was taken from him and he couldn't get it back. The rest of the team laid on the ground defeated both their body and spirit broken, for the first time in their life they had met their match.
Oh boy things really don't look good for the rangers, they got their butt's kicked big time and poor Louie lost his saw shark. Mortu was right, there was something out there that could still beat them. What can the rangers do now and will they get the saw shark back and find out next time. Thanks to Heroes central for the idea for the frightening five though I changed swamp man to a jack o lantern monster because well the rangers could use fire and well s plant monster would be defeated by fire.
