Vali sighed. The days after the entrance exam had been a blur of text messages and long, dull days. He was confident in his score so he didn't even have that to fret over to keep himself busy, no his days for the week after the entrance exam had him writing down more sheet music for the various other songs he was gonna be releasing and texting Kirishima and Ashido.

His two new acquaintances were cool. They weren't that fussed about his fame and, other than the usual asking for an autograph and stuff, didn't fanboy over him at every word he made or action he took, like a lot of people he was acquainted with do. So yeah he enjoyed their companionship, it was the first time in ages he'd actually had people he could call friends and it was an amazing feeling to reunite with.

Honestly meeting the two of them was luckier than his meeting with either God Serena or Shimazaki.

Of course, both Shimazaki and God Serena tried to kill him upon first meeting him so obviously Ashido and Kirishima's first impression was better but God Serena later became his greatest Rival and most fearsome Adversary. Shimazaki also went on to become his best sparring partner and closest friend and confidant, with the exception of Makarov he was the only person who accepted and helped him throughout everything he'd been through.

If Ashido and Kirishima became anything similar to those two then he'd be forever grateful.

Though hopefully this time without the betrayals, death matches, cold shoulders and lost limbs he shared with Shimazaki and God Serena throughout the years. He'd very much appreciate having to not kill one of his new friends. He'd do it f he had to, if one of them ever turned for the worse he'd kill them in a heartbeat if only for his own sake, but he'd prefer to never kill one of his new friends.

It'd be such a shame if he had to do so again-

"Oi brat!" He snapped out of his thoughts with a blink "You've got a letter here from UA, are you gonna open it or not?"

Vali didn't rush down the stairs like he may have done a few decades ago, if he were a simple, normal teenager he may have reacted that way but nowadays he couldn't care that much. Plus, he was confident that he was accepted. As such Vali calmly changed his clothes, getting out of the workout clothes he'd been wearing and changing into something more comfortable before heading downstairs and grabbing the letter.

"You gonna open it here or upstairs?" He turned to the old man with a raised eyebrow. Like Vali he wasn't particularly worried about the results this letter held, he knew that if even half the brats stories were true - and he knew they were thanks to Naomasa - then he'd get in but he also wanted to be there for his 'Grandon'

Call him old and sentimental but he didn't have much else going on in his life now that Nana Shimura was dead and Toshinori was fully grown, he didn't have much left to live for other than to see his Student and friends successor grow old/ As strange as the situation was that he came to know the boy he was looking after was, he'd grown close to the boy. NOt close enough to consider him a true genuine grandson but he felt like they were close

He didn't know it but Vali felt very much so the same, he wasn't ready for a new 'Gramps' what with how he left his relationship with Makarov and certainly not after how he'd last seen Warrod. He'd hurt a lot of his grandparent/parental figures in his later years and he didn't want to ruin this one so son after reconciling with his Guild Master

So with a sigh, Vali sat at the table and opened the letter casually taking out both the many documents held within and the small Holocron. He idly placed the documents on the table, deciding to go after the obvious star wars reference that was futuristic technology

He tapped the centre of the small disk and lay it plat on the table, watching as a square of blue light appeared hovering in the air which quickly formed an image of a now-familiar man-

"Greetings, Young Valentine" The mans booming voice echoed throughout the apartment and both reincarnated teen and old man laughed at the appearance of All Might on screen. This- this man wearing such a disgusting yellow pinstripe suit was the strongest man on the planet and their 'Uncle'/Student "It is I, All Might, here to deliver the results of your UA Entrance Exam"

The Man posed as the screen changed angles, his whole body disappearing from view and bringing the screen to a closeup of the man's torso and face

"I'm pleased to say that you're Written Exam came back without a single wrong answer, thus allowing you to pass safely. Now, onto your Physical Exam results" The screen changed again, zooming out to allow room for an extra box to show next to the man, displaying his name and a box titled 'Villain Points' "You passed the Physical Exam with a resounding 122 Points, a new record for UA Applicants!"

He smirked at the screen, he'd have gotten more if the Nil-Pointer hadn't appeared but he didn't care about that at all, he'd definitely gotten into the school, especially if he'd broken the record for points attained.

"However-" He blinked back up to the screen, face falling into neutrality again. "-We at UA are not simply looking for students who can just destroy robots, as such another part of the exam, which was hidden from the students, had been taken into consideration"

Vali kept the smirk from crossing his face, he hadn't thought about it at the time but it hit him like a ton of bricks after the exam ended. What good was a hero school who didn't consider Heroic acts just as important as the ability to take down villains, and while he personally didn't save or help that many people, getting a boost to his score was always a good thing.

Unless t's in gold, having your score boosted is bad in golf.

The screen suddenly changed, with All Might himself completely disappearing. Instead the bored displayed ten names with two boxes containing numbers inside of them on the right of their apparent candidate.

And right at the top of the list, labelled No. 1, he could see his name as in bold letters it spelt out his success

Valentine Mizushima.

Villain Points: 127

Hero Points: 30

"Due to your actions before and after facing the 0 Point Robot, as well as various small acts during the remainder of the exam, you have been granted 25 Heroics Points. Points decided by the based on the heroic acts performed during the exam" All Mights voice commentated over the still image and Vali smiled

He'd demolished the exam and the other candidates, beating them all with his villain points alone, second place being the only person to come remotely close to his score with 77 villain points, though even with it they're still 50 points away from him. If they added up Second and Third places scores - Third place being his newest friend Kirishima by the way - then they'd be closer to his total, however, he'd still be beating them by 6 points.

...he paused, maybe he shouldn't be so proud of that fact, he is a 28-year-old wizard after all…

Eh, he'd never done this well on an exam, well, ever so he'd take it!

Even his S-Class trial was won by sheer luck and Gildarts not actively wanting to kill him, his Wizard Saint exam or whatever the fuck that whole episode of his life was was waaaay different, he'd demolished a lot of the Wizards saints simply through experience and strength but even he had people he couldn't beat

Well, people, he couldn't beat when he was 21 that is.

If he'd challenged the Tree Geezer or Draculos now he'd win for sure, especially since he was the one to kill God Serena, the other three had to team up and were still demolished but he'd taken the man on even after his brush with death against the final Dragon King

He refused to accept Natsu as the 6th Dragon King simply for the fact Laxus could still kick his ass and he only beat Acnologia because the other Slayers gave him their power and because the ancient Dragon Slayer simply gave up.

That would be like him becoming King of the Gods because Ebus was done with the paperwork and said he won after slapping him lightly.

It just doesn't work like that!

All of the previous Dragon Kings brained that title because they slew their Predecessor and ate their hearts! Natsu barely even scratch Anologoa let alone rip his heart and eat it!

For fucks sake, Vali had slew more Dragons than any of the Dragon Slayers combined!

'Wait a fucking minute' He paused, eye twitching 'Why the hell have I slew more Gods than any God Slayer, more Dragons than any Dragon Slayer and more Demons than any Demon Slayer in my generation'

He took in a deep breath and calmed himself, focusing on the present instead of the past.

"Well done kiddo." Sorahiko's voice broke his meditation, honestly, Vali had forgotten the man was even still there. As it turned out the video still had some things to say but he'd been too caught up in his thoughts to really notice that.

Luckily the Holocron could play multiple times, but even if it didn't the various letters on the desk would've.

The first letter, and probably the most important one, was addressed to him personally by the Principle. The letter went on to detail how glad they were that he was attending the school, blah, blah, blah, he was apparently the representative of this year's First-Year Students which was… annoying but eh, not anything new to him

The letter went on to explain that he didn't really have any duties as the representative of the first years, just that he was expected to give a speech at the opening ceremony of the sports festival and that he was to keep his grades up and prove he was worthy of the title.

Easy enough stuff.

The rest of the letters were basically just a list of stuff he needed to fill out in the month before the school year started, one of the letters being a little sheet of paper he was supposed to draw what he wanted his hero costume to be on it.

"So, any clues on what your Hero Costume is going to be?" Sorahiko spoke up, looking at the papers that lay sprawled on the desk.

He shrugged

"I don't really need a hero costume, I went years's not needing any support items and I can't think of anything apart from maybe a water tank that'd be helpful so I'll just keep it comfy and casual." He only received a shrug as he grabbed a pencil

"Being comfortable in your costume is the most important part of heroics, if you aren't comfortable in the thing protecting you it can affect your fighting." He clicked his fingers at the old man, agreeing with his statement

"Exactly." He scribbled on the paper, writing in the top corner that he didn't care much about the costume other than that it had to be comfortable

Other than that his costume design was easy.

First, he started with the feet, of which he drew a simple pair of black and blue hiking boots. Now, why would he draw hiking boots instead of running shoes? Simple. One, they just looked better. That was a joke, it's because they're simply more practical for fighting, in basically any climate having shoes with excellent grip on them would be great.

So yeah, he started with a simple pair of black boots decorated with small traces of a neon blue.

After the boots came pants, which he was also simple enough. A pair of multi-pocket utility pants, black, obviously to keep with the theme. Bow the pants were a mix of comfortability and, well, utility. The pockets would let him keep a variety of stuff inside.

Plus, they looked cool

Finally came the upper body. To cover his torso was also simple. He just drew a simple, plain black t-shirt.

...yup, that was it. Okay, it wasn't it.

The T-shirt was literally just a plain t-shirt. It had nothing special to it and had no other useful features like the pants and shoes, however, it did have something special to Vali. Instead of the T-shirt having a branded logo, instead of a Nike tick or the Adidas stripes, a very simple logo lay embroidered in Gold.

He made it very, very clear that the Fairy Tail logo was imprinted on his chest.

Has his guild mark faded in this new world due to the lack of magic? Is that why he's getting it stitched on his chest? No. Not at all. In fact, it's still proudly displayed on his calf, looking as good as it did the day it was first etched onto his skin.

The tattoo he'd received on his 18th birthday was still on his arm as well, his body had turned back to his 15-year-old selves but a lot of his old scars and tattoos stuck to his skin. Well, he only had the one tattoo - two if you count the guild mark - but it was the thought that mattered.

No the reason he was getting the Guild Mark embroidered onto his clothing was because he never formally left Fairy Tail and he never planned to forget the world he'd call his home or the people who took him in and raised him.

As such he'd promised himself that he'd remake Fairy Tail in this world, as such he proudly drew his Guild Mark onto the page, mentioning its importance as a symbol at the side of the page for the designer who took on his request.

Finally, Vali moved on to the final part of his outfit.

The most important part.

The Hoodie.

Say what you will about Valentine Mizushima but he had never not worn a Hoodie, it was his signature look. Everybody knew that Vali wore a Hoodie and wore them proudly, as such it only made sense that his hero costume had one as well!

So he silently drew out the outline for a Hoodie and mentioned how he wanted the Hoodie to be black in colour and, as he did on his shirt, drew the symbol for his guild on his chest and detailing how it had to be embroidered onto it in gold.

And like that his costume was finished!

He didn't bother changing anything for his winter Costume, he didn't exactly need it after all. He'd spent so many years living in the same Guild as Gray that he'd gained a tolerance to the cold, the fact he later went on to live part-time with the Goddess of Winter also probably helped build his resistance to the cold.

With the meanest portion of the work out of the way, he started reading through the rest of the documents which basically asked for clothing sizes, food allergies, medication he takes, disabilities- the usual stuff. It was all quick and easy to fill out and Vali made sure he knew exactly what he was signing himself into

It was one of the first things He'd learned to do in Earthland, make sure he read everything, because he could remember it all if they ever changed it or violated any parts of said contracts or paperwork.

it also allowed him to basically memorise peoples signatures and how they did their signature, it had kept him from worrying over fake letters and quests which was nice. Nothing worse than having a letter from the King arrive only to discover it was fake after travelling to go see him and be denied entry.

Not that that'd happened to him, as he just mentioned he knew fakes from the real thing, but he also knew people it happened to.

Poor Alzack and Bisca were so confused until he pointed it out

Anyways, he slowly slid the documents back into the envelope they came with, the return address being to the school when-

"You may want to put these in here as well." Once again Sorahiko surprised him, speaking up after disappearing sometime into his sketching

"And these are…?" He raised his eyebrow but took the envelope from the short man nonetheless. Once his eyes locked onto a certain badge that framed the envelope a wide grin spread across his face "Is this-?"

"Yes, it's the documents that state that you are allowed to use… Asalon?" The old man tried which was nice

"Ascalon. It's the name of the weapon Saint George used to slay a dragon, it's never been confirmed if the weapon was a Sword or a Lance but that doesn't matter right now!" He laughed, carefully opening the documentation and taking it out to read

The terms and conditions were simple, he couldn't use the weapon to kill anybody, he could injure people without investigation and if he had to he could dismember or main an opponent but doing so will be making his actions be taken under review and discussed if the action truly was taken in self-defence and because it would end his life of he didn't.

It also went on to state that any injuries he receives is in no way, shape or form their fault and that the injuries of his fellow heroes or civilians because of the blade can mean the weapon will be confiscated.

He scoffed at the last part, they could try to take Ascalon from him but they'd quickly realise how useless it is. Even if it weren't for the fact Ascalon - like Gungnir - returns to his grasp after a certain amount of time or willpower, his latest Glaive is a literal Divine weapon.

It simply won't let a mortal handle it and is extremely picky with its wielders. Vali has been the only person to ever wield Ascalin because nobody else can pick the Glaive up, the weight simply being too much- at least, that is what it appears to be. In reality, it's simply Ascalon being stubborn and increasing its weight to not let them use him, for him, Ascalon is as light as a feather

Ascalon had only let itself be held by one other person in existence, Sherri Blendy. Vali's successor as a God Slayer, the person who he'd personally trained as a God Slayer and the third person - and first woman - to ever be a Second Generation God Slayer, having been imbued with the power after reading a tome left behind by one of his aunt's daughters and a fellow Goddess of the Skies.

Let it be known that his aunts' children usually took after her, meaning they're all total sadists despite the helping nature of their element.

...he knows that the Gods go through fazes as a normal human does - hell they change sexuality every few centuries because they get bored- but knowing that the King of the Gods is taking a strap-on up his ass every other night is disturbing

Not because the guys getting pegged, all the power to him

It's the fact that he knows the leader of the most powerful race in the universe is the guy getting pegged…

He really, really wanted to be able to have at least a speck of respect for his aunts and uncles after learning how kinky his mother and 'father' were but no… they were just as shameless as the super-masochist he calls a mother.

...he's glad for his first life because who the fuck knows what he'd have turned out like without it

"I take it you have another copy of these yeah?" He asked the older hero, ignoring the horrifying thoughts entering his brain.

"Obviously." The old man scowled at him "I'm old you brat, not senile"

"Yeah, yeah, keep telling yourself that Gramps. We both know you're going a bit loopy in your old age. Seriously? Desserts for breakfast, lunch and supper? And you still have the gall to call me out for not eating properly." He commented with a smug laugh, slipping the documents that stated his approval to use Ascalon into the UA envelope.

Sorahiko growled at him

"You little brat-"

Mina: Guys I got in!

Kiri: Me too! Third place dude! That's so manly!

Vali: Same, I take it you guys saw the leader board

Kiri: Yeah dude, how the hell did you get so many points?!

Mina: Yeah Vali! I know you're some badass singer dude but getting 127 points…

Vali: Well we'll all be going to UA together so you guys will find out then, and it was pretty easy if you could get to the centre of the area fast enough. Everyone with high Villain Points probably had ways of blitzing to the centre where the majority of the 3-Pointers were, we were racking up points while everyone else was fighting the 1 and 2-point robots

Mina: Argh, that makes so much sense!

Kiri: You got through that whole swarm by yourself?

Vali: Yeah, let's just say my Quirk is well suited for crowd control

Vali: Anyways, what class are you in. I'm in 1-A

Kiri: Me too bro, guess we'll be seeing a lot of each other for the next 3 years huh

Mina: Oh I got 1-A too! We'll all be together, how exciting!

With the final piece of confirmation of his enrollment into UA delivered to him, Vali rested easy for the remaining month before school began. Oh sure he was still itching to do something with his magic again after finally using it but the knowledge that he'd have near-unlimited access to the different tools and gyms UA had to offer was enough to tide him over for the month.

Well, tide him over as much as something could tide over a God Slayer.

Meaning he was still pretty bored and twitchy the entire month

Despite all of that the starting date for UA approached quickly and before he knew it he was dressing himself in the UA school uniform and leaving his home to go to school for the first time in just under 3 decades.

Honestly, Vali didn't much like the UA school uniform. It wasn't uncomfortable, he'd gotten used to wearing shirts and blazers in his previous world, but he just didn't like the colour of it. Seriously, grey and green? Ugh, could've been worse but still

Plus, it's not like he didn't suit the clothes, it just wasn't his usual thing.

He never did quite like green as much as Warrod ever did, give me good old gold any day of the week! Well, give him any colour really but green was definitely at the bottom of his list of favourite colours.

And no, blue isn't his favourite colour.

As he said before, it's gold.

What's? It's a pretty colour!

Ugh, anyways while he didn't like the uniform it was something he was forced to put up with, plus he'd be told by Sorahiko that the school didn't really enforce any rules of how they wore their uniform so he'd probably end up shedding the blazer at some point in the day.

Sighing Vali finally brought himself out of his thoughts. He'd taken the train early that morning so he'd get to get to the school in time for the opening ceremony or whatever, as such he'd been walking the streets of Musutafu at like, 8 am so he'd get to the class on time.

Luckily he was used to being up so early in the day otherwise being forced to go to school at 8 in the morning would've been hell, he once again cursed the Japanese school system

Seriously, why did they have to have school so early?! And why did they have school on a Saturday for fucks sake! He could remember barely waking up in time for school back in England and school started at like, 9 over there

He stifled a sigh as he walked through the gates to the school. In the weeks after he received his acceptance letter he'd received a lot of other stuff from the school, mainly his school ID, school uniform, his timetable and a map of the school

His timetable was interesting, to say the least, of the six days he had school his final two lessons were nearly always strictly hero studies lessons, every other lesson of the day was normal, he'd be taking classes like English, Mathematics, Japanese, Modern Art History, Science, Music, Social studies- you get the gist

The one thing he didn't have that he was used to seeing was Gym class, but he guesses that his Hero Studies class is effectively his gym class, something the other students in the school would no doubt have on their timetable

It did make him wonder what the other student's timetables look like though.

Do the Business course students get two hours of Business Studies every day? What do they do in that class? Is it networking? Do they learn how to manage a business? How they work with heroes? What else, do they learn stocks and how to invest properly?

And the Support Course, what do they do? From what Sorahiko told him most support course students aim to work in creating hero support items so they definitely do but they must learn other things too in case they can't or don't want to be a hero technician. So like, do they do other lessons, like mechanics? Do they learn electronics and how to work as electricians? Do they learn other random support skills like carpentry?

And General Education students. Are their lessons just… normal lessons? He knew that some students who failed the hero exam went there but it can't just be a backup hero course can it? Surely that just means risking the education of over 60 students, if they don't care for anything but switching courses

Unless the different classes mean different things? Class A and B are strictly hero course classes but there's no difference between them

Ugh he's regretting going to this school already, not everyone wants to be a hero and yet it seems the entire school is simply hero based which is great but also fucking stupid because some people must just want a normal education at one of the best schools on the country

Ahh, why is this so fucking confusing, stupid school being stupid, fuck sake-

"Hey! Vali~!" Said God Slayer paused, rolling his eyes with a smile as he turned around, just in time to see the alien queen herself appear before him, her poor comrade behind her looking equally as happy to see him as Ashido did

"Ashido, Kirishima, It's good to see you both again" He greeted the two with a smile, slowing down to let them both catch up before continuing his journey through the building

"So Mr Popular, are you gonna tell us how you scored that many points yet?" He chuckled at Ashidos' probing, ever since their results had come back the two had pestered him about everything and anything regarding his Quirk and the exam

"I keep telling you that you'll find out soon, were Hero students now Ashido, I'm sure we'll be seeing each other in action sooner or later." And he was telling the truth at that, their first Herk Lesson was tomorrow afternoon with All Might which basically cast out the option of the lesson being a written lesson.

All Might is smart just… in a physical sense.

His fighting intuition is great, arguable one of the best Vali had ever encountered. The moments it took for a person to act and for himself to respond for nearly instantaneous, the man's body just knowing the best way to attack without having a moment to debate what to do, and while there's a lot of cases of him going too far that's that's be expected

He'd compare the big guy to Natsu in that sense, except All Might knew when and how to hold himself back.

...does that mean he's Endeavour?

...no, because that's far too accurate a way to describe himself in his teenage years, he was super grumpy in his late teen years and early twenties

...fuck

"Maaaan you keep saying that Vali but I'm so curious!" Ashido complained lightly, a smile still on her face despite it all

"Yeah man, you blew everyone else out of the water in the exam, you've gotta tell us!" He chuckled at Kirishima's accidental reference.

He certainly did blow something out of the water in that exam

"You keep saying that but I don't know either of your quirks either, and Kirishjma you got third place in the exam, if that's not something to brag about I don't know what is." He said sincerely, smiling at the teen who gave him a big grin back-

Wait a minute

"A- Did you dye your hair Kirishima?" He raised an eyebrow, cursing the fact he hadn't noticed the previously black haired teens now Bright Red hair!

"Have you only just noticed!" Ashido laughed at him, her giggles echoing down the hall

"Yeah, it's so manly right!" The boy said, a bright look on his face

"Well you certainly suit it that's for sure, still I'm surprised you were even allowed to come to school with dyed hair, I didn't think that was a thing." He certainly wasn't allowed to dye his hair back in High school in England, one of his classmates dyed her hair green and she was forced to either cut it out or re-dye it a natural colour.

"Ah, UA's pretty relaxed like that, so long as you do your work they don't care how you look." He nodded, understanding, flooding him with the boy's words. He'd basically taken advantage of the same rules he probably would, the ability to alter their school uniform was pretty nice but to just have free reign over their appearance entirely was cool

"ANYWAYS!" Ashido injected once she finally finished laughing "So what you're saying is you'll tell us your Quirk if we tell you ours?"

He snickered again but nodded his head, it didn't matter but gods dammit he wanted to surprise them with his magic

"That's easy then! My quirk's called Acid! It lets me create acid from my body and I can control how corrosive it is and its viscosity." He hummed, a thousand different questions breaking through his head but he let them sit in his tongue, locking them away for now.

He'd be able to question her and help her expand her powers later, like he'd done a thousand times before on Earthland.

"My quirk's called Hardening!" Kirishima injected this time, looking slightly sheepish at the fact "It allows me to Harden my body into a rock-like substance."

The boys gave a small demonstration, giving his hand a sharp, rock-like appearance and all that went through Vali's head was how similar it was to Gajeels Iron Body spell.

Still, the kid looked rather let down with his Quirk and Vali could understand why, in a world of quirks being able to… get hard didn't seem all that impressive but-

"That's really cool!" He smiled at the boy, who brightened imminently and before he could speak again Ashido jabbed him in his side.

"Come on, your turn!" He chuckled at her pouting expression, even as he saw the door to their class come into view

"My Quirk goes by the name Thalassia. It allows me to create, manipulate and consume a powerful pitch-black water. " He demonstrated slightly, stretching out his arm and turning his palm face-up and, with a small pulse of magic, created a miniature hurricane on his palm

He turned to his two friends, who watched on in excited awe before he cut off the tornado, dispersing the water that had accumulated on his palm as he did

"My quirks pretty unique because it allows me to 'eat' water-"

"Huh?" He ignored Ashidos confusing

"Hmm think of it this way, people with quirks like mine have this secondary source that we pull from to make this stuff, kinda like stamina yeah?" The two nodded, having heard about that before "Well normally a person has to wait a while to recover their 'stamina' before being able to use it again, like an MP bar on a video game."

The two nodded again, awwing in understanding

"Well I have that too, except my Quirk evolved in a way that bypassed that aspect of my Quirk, meaning whenever I 'eat' water I can recover some of my 'stamina', meaning so long as there's water nearby I can continue fighting… pretty much indefinitely." He'd sadly learned that last fact out in the Bellum Civil War when he'd been forced to fight off three Regiments of troops next to the Apollyon River.

That… that had been a bad week for Vali

"...so you're a cheater?" He snickered at Ashido's deadpanned response, the words bringing him back to reality before those memories could resurface.

"Yeah, basically." He chuckled some more. "Yeah, if you asked any other elemental emitter they'd undoubtedly call me a cheater."

And he had been called a cheater, in the words of one of his co-workers his magic was 'bullshit and mean to everyone who has had to suffer stamina burnout!'

"What's up with the name anyway?" This time it was Kirishima who asked, not maliciously but more confused.

"Ah, Thalassa is the Greek Primordial God of the Sea, basically the incarnation of the sea itself." He answered, giving them his half-life.

He'd chosen Thalassia because it was his home island but also because he could give that excuse if he needed to, the fact he changed the name around a bit being just personal preference

"Ooob and because your Quirk is so powerful-" Ashido said, understanding in her voice as she trailed off

"Yeah, my parents weren't very creative. My father was originally going to call it Susanoo's Blessing but my Mom talked him out of it." Which was code for Sorahiko wanting it to at least sound Japanese and him telling the old Geezer to fuck off

"Anyways, we're here." He said, motioning to the large door they were just coming upon. Slowly he pushed the door open, walking inside revealed that most of the class had already gathered and assembled in the classroom, with only a couple of students missing.

Once inside the room the three students split up, which didn't mean much for Ashido and Kirishima since they sat practically next to each other, with Ashido sitting to the right of a blonde kid with a black lightning bolt in his hair and Kirishima sitting behind him.

Meanwhile, Vali had to travel to the opposite side of the room, sitting at the seat just before the very corner seat.

Vali had officially taken Seat Number 19 in UA's Class 1-A.

Sitting down, Vali gave the girl behind him a small smile, ignoring the small purple kid in front of him as he did.

"Hello, It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Valentine Mizushima." The girl's eyes widened momentarily, as did most of his new class who'd overheard his greeting. However the girl got over It quickly, face relaxing into a smile he'd seen on every noble he'd ever met face

"Momo Yaoyorozu, It's a pleasure to meet you as well Valentine." He smiled at the introduction and the reaction. He'd be lying if he said that he wasn't worried about how the class would react to him.

Back on Earthland, his career had started after his wizarding one, he'd already made a name for himself by that point which is where his audience came from. Here it was going to be the other way around, he'd started his music career right out the bat and most people knew him as the Music Kid who wants to be a Hero and not The Hero Kid who wants to be a Musician.

"Wait- Valentine Mizushima? As in the Valentine Mizushima?!" He didn't allow the smile to slip his face but a small sigh did escape him at the bubbly voice. Twisting his head back to the rest of the class, Vali could only just make out who the voice belonged to by the invisible set of clothing that had suddenly appeared next to him.

He released a shuddering breath at that, a flash going off in his mind reminding him of the first time that bastard Jason had used his magic before he killed him. He'd be lying if his instinct didn't go wild at that, and if anyone in the room could sense the magic in his body, they'd have felt it flair, ready to Stab the girl through.

'Okay' He thought, keeping his true emotions locked away 'Gotta keep up my Water Sensing all the time from now on, don't wanna accidentally kill the poor girl'

He'd had too many assassins after him to genuinely fear some types of magic, but Jason had left his impression vividly.

...it may have been one of the reasons he'd tortured the poor fellow so badly, it may not have been.

It certainly doesn't matter now.

"That's me." He spoke, smiling. "It's a pleasure…"

"Toru Hagakure!" The Girl introduced herself with a cheer "I love some of your music! Girls/Girls/Boys is my favourite!"

He raised his eyebrow but smiled all the same, just as he was going to thank the girl a small crowd started gathering around him. Ashido and Kirishima had joined him pretty much instantly after his introduction to Yaoyorozu and people slowly started gathering around him from there.

Honestly, he's glad to have gotten the experience he did in Earthland or he'd be panicking right now, thankfully he'd been surrounded by larger crowds before.

"Whaa? No way, it really is him!" He heard one of them - the one sitting next to Ashido - say, with a grin on his face "Bro, Thunderstruck is such an amazing song!"

"Hmm, Famous Last Words was my favourite." This time a guy with a bird's head spoke up and Vali could just tell at a glance what kinda music he liked.

"Oooh, are we talking about our favourite songs?!" This time Ashido interjected from next to him "Mines, Happy!"

Happy by Pharrell Williams, it wasn't a song he was particularly proud of remaking but he eventually caved and did it after Sorahiko told him to, annoying as it is it's still a good song

He chuckled slightly, the noise silencing the next person who went to speak

"Thank you, I'm glad you like them." He smiled at them, ignoring the slight blush he could see form on at least one person's face. Heh, he's still got it. "I'll be your classmate for the next three years so let's get to know each other alright?"

"Hell yeah!" The Lightning Bolt Boy hollered "Denki Kaminari, nice to meetcha"

"Fumikage Tokoyami" The bird boy stated, giving him a brief nod.

Slowly the surrounding students introduced themselves and he committed their names and faces to memory.

"As I said, it's nice to meet you all." They all seemed to calm down once he got the conversation under control, the assembled students seemingly realising that he's also just another one of them just, with a bit more fame than them.

Hell even the Yaoyorozu who sat behind him had acted up a small bit at his name and her family were one of the richest in Japan, he didn't know where she herself stood in the family but she most likely has more money on hand than most of his old guildmates had ever seen

Well, apart from maybe Lucy but the Heartfilia Family were also multimillionaires comparable to Bill Gates.

He'd have said Jeff Bezos but they weren't that rich, nobody in Fiore was… In Pergrande though, God were the rich over there rich.

The richest person in Pergrande had what was effectively double Bezos's net worth.

And that's not counting the Royal Families, they make the Saudi Arabian royals look poor with how much they keep in their treasuries.

He sighed. No more thinking about the rich Vali, the last time he did that He'd been forced to retrieve some diamond from the bottom of the ocean.

"So, who do you think our homeroom teacher's gonna be?" He asked making small talk before the man or woman arrived.

"Oh, I hope it's All Might!" He cringed at Kaminari's answer. No, no you don't boy.

"Mrs Midnight." Yeah he's just gonna ignore the fucking degenerate sitting in front of him

"Snipe seems like He'd be a good teacher." He hummed at that, not particularly impressed by the Cowboy hero but to each their own he guesses

"What about you Vali?" He hummed at the question but answered nonetheless

"Probably Cementos, his quirks cool plus he's got a good record of being both a Capture and Rescue Hero so He'd be able to teach us about both aspects of the job." He was met by both agreements and disagreements just like everyone else, it was fun watching people debate who the best homeroom teacher would be.

Still, he doubted most of their options would be true, there are simply too many heroes in the school to guess and they each specialise in something which would either make them suited or unsuited to teach a certain class.

Still, he wonders how and who they chose to be their homeroom teacher. Glancing around, he couldn't see anything that stood out to him about his fellow classmates that would decide their teacher, maybe it was a personality-based thing? They looked at the personality of the students to see who'd be best matched up? Or maybe a Quirk thing, for the Hero Course it's probably decided by their quirks huh

Eh, He'd find out soo-

"Get outta my way, shitty extras." He blinked from his thoughts at the loud demand, raising an eyebrow he followed the group's eyes twisting to watch a blonde guy with red eyes push his way through the crowd, taking his seat at the front of his line of chairs

"Any ideas?" He turned to the group with a raised eyebrow, the people around him just shrugging their shoulders either unimpressed or uncaring about the kid who'd just stormed past them all

From behind Kaminari, Vali could see one of the only people to not gather around him storm his way across the room, an unimpressed look on the blue-haired boys face.

"Oh god, here we go." He sighed, rolling his eyes. The people around him looked confused before following his eyes, everyone catching on to his meaning when they caught sight of the boy

"You there!" His voice was loud, robotic, stiff as he commanded the boy and Vali recognised it imminently. He could feel his eyebrow twitching.

It was that annoying little shit from the entrance exam.

Of fucking course the one to start nagging people is the annoying bastard who questioned their examiner in the entrance exam.

"Don't put your legs on the desk! Don't you think that's disrespectful towards your classmates?!" He wanted to rip his ears out, this guy had completely ruined the mood they'd been building for the past few minutes. Seemingly everyone else felt the same way, with the different students who'd surrounded him slowly dispersing back to their desks.

Well done dude, you fucking killed it.

"No, as a matter of fact, I don't think so" The blonde answered back and Vaki wanted to curse, this kid was shaping up to exactly like Shimazaki used to be before he beat the everloving shit outta him "Which Middle school are you from anyways you two-bit extra"

Vali slammed his head on his desk.

Which middle school are you from? Is that the best he could come up with…

Forget it, this kid isn't Shimazaki he's just a really shitty version of Sting Eucliffe before he also got his shit kicked in

"I'm from Somei Junior High School, The name is Tenya Iida." Oh great, he finally had a name to the face. Fucking annoying bastard.

"Some!?" The Blonde boy laughed "Well aren't you an Elite, I should blow you to bits."

'...that was cringy as fuck, what the hell is up with this guy? Can we please skip the whole 'I'll chat shit to you until we get to fight' thing and just let me kick his ass now? I can beat him with ease so can I not just humble the little shit now and stop dealing with his fucking shitty attitude?'

He really didn't want to deal with annoying little shits again. He'd put up with too many of them in Earthland to want to deal with them here too.

Luckily it seems the conversation had finished, with Iida walking away to greet some green-haired kid at the door. He hadn't even noticed him come In but he really didn't care.

He was too busy trying to stop himself from having an aneurysm.

The two students continued to talk, with the taller of the two apologising for his actions in the entrance exam and explaining how awed he was that the kid - Midoriya, which meant he was the schools 8th Place Student and the one to get in on Hero Points alone - had figured the exam out

Vali himself felt impressed by that fact- well until he saw the boy's face which screamed he didn't know, but hey-ho.

If anyone figured out the whole Hero Points thing then well done on them, even he'd missed that.

Finally, the last person to be missing showed up, Interrupting Iida and Midoriyas conversation as she did. Mentally Vali ticked off everyone in the class, noting that the majority of them were male with there only being 6 females in the class.

Still, he committed each of their names and faces to memory, you never know when needing that stuff will be important after all.

"If you're just here to make friends then you can leave now." Vali perked up when the tired voice entered the room. It was pretty obvious that their homeroom teacher had arrived simply by the depth of his voice. The fact that a man in a yellow sleeping back slowly stood up from behind the three crowding the door only cemented the idea.

Also a sleeping bag, he's not gonna judge, He'd seen weirder quirks but that was still out there.

...he just hopes nobody here has a stripping habit, please for the love of all the Gods let nobody have a stripping habit.

Kirishima was already Elfman Junior and the kid who sat next to him with the mismatched hair was basically screaming 'Gray' at him

...well he was screaming Gray, Mystogan and Laxus at him but mostly Gray

Yeah?

Yeah.

Definitely Gray.

He just has that cold, 'I don't care about you' feel to him that Gray has, at least with Laxus his old thing was all 'I'm better than you and if you get in my way I'll kill you'-

Wait, was the shitty Blonde Kid basically Laxus? No, Laxus actually went through with his threat to kill people when he turned the guild on itself when he was in Bellum.

...this kid wouldn't survive meeting Laxus, that's for sure.

"Hmm, it took 8 seconds for you lot to shut up, that's not gonna cut it," The man said, unzipping himself from the sleeping bag and his words alone told Vali he's not gonna like this teacher that much.

Still, He'd reserve his judgement for now. He didn't think he'd like a lot of people but he made friends with basically all of them back in Earthland.

"I'm Shouta Aizawa, your homeroom teacher. A pleasure to meet you." The Man spoke plainly, his words holding no care of affliction at all. "Quickly put on your gym clothes and head to the training ground."

The man silently pulled out what Vali recognised to be the men's UA Gym t-shirt which he dumped on the ground before turning and leaving, leaving the group of students in a confused mess of what the hell just happened.

Standing with a sigh, he turned to the class

"Welp, I don't know about you guys but I'm going." He didn't wait for a reply but his words sparked something as he moved, the speaking of chairs echoed the room as people followed his lead and headed to the changing rooms they'd been assigned.

-/-

Vali arrived at the training ground with the rest of the class and he was so glad that he'd been gifted with an eidetic memory because He'd have gotten lost within minutes without it. It's also what allowed him to lead the rest of his class along with the school like the lost little ducklings they'd have been without him.

He'd have assumed that their teacher would've shown them around but it had become clear to Vali that this teacher was clearly a fan of the sink or swim method. It was effective, that he knew, the teacher wouldn't coddle them and if they couldn't get accustomed to their school on their own then that's their fault.

He could respect it as a fellow teacher, as a student, he knew without his memory He'd be hating this guy so hard right now.

Honestly, the changing rooms had been pretty peaceful, nobody has asked about his scars or tattoos but that was probably because everyone was still so shocked, he has no doubt he'll be getting questioned about it soon.

"Good, you're all here." Their teacher started off "I've brought you all here to do a Quirk Apprehension test."

Vali raised an eyebrow, it made sense but what about the opening ceremony and all the other shit they were supposed to be doing today

Clearly, he wasn't the only person thinking that as the girl who'd walked into Midoriya - Uraraka or something - asked the question on his brain

Sadly the answer-

"If you want to be heroes, you don't have time for frilly niceties."

-was disappointing.

Oh, sure he agreed, as a Wizard you always had to be prepared to fight. Whether that was on a job or just on general, the homes of Wizard Guilds weren't typically attacked by Dark Mages but it did happen

Just look at Phantom Lord's attack on Fairy Tail

"Here at UA, we're not tethered to traditions, that means I get to run my class however I see fit." The man spoke calmly, not particularly angry or annoyed at the questions or responses, just plain bored. "You've been taking standardised tests most of your loves, but you've never been able to use your quirks in physical exams before."

The man paused, holding up a list on his phone with a series of different events on it.

"The country's still trying to pretend that we're all created equal by not letting those with the most power excel. It's not rational. One day, the ministry of education will learn." The man put his phone back in his pocket, turning to stare into Vali's eyes before turning to the angry blonde.

"Bakugo, you scored second overall in the entrance exam." The boy growled and Vali finally learned who the kid was.

Was it bad that he felt happy at beating the kid? He clearly hated his second-place prize judging by the scowl and growl he'd just shown

"How far could you pitch a softball in Junior High?" He asked, the boy replying with a gruff '68 Meters'.

Vali understood why the man looked him over this time, he didn't have that practical score to answer with and the last time he did a gym class was over 30 years ago.

He doesn't even know how far he could throw a softball in his last life let alone this one, his body was also naturally enhanced so would he have even taken the standard tests Aizawa was going on about?

Probably not by the way Aizawa described the Ministry of Education.

"This time use your quirk when you throw the ball, so long as you don't leave that circle anything is allowed." The man said softly, chuckling the ball to the now grinning student who stood in the circle, "Oh and, don't hold back."

He didn't look like he was going to anyways, the grin on his face was down right vicious as he stretched in the circle

Slowly the boy finished stretching and with a scream of 'Dieeeee!' The ball literally exploded out of his palm.

For everyone else, they lost sight of the ball near-instantly but for Vali, he could track the ball's movement with his eyes. He'd been forced to adapt to fighting beings much faster than an explosive powered ball and his eyesight, while not as good as a Dragon Slayers, was much better than normal humans.

So while he still lost sight of it eventually, the God Slayer in disguise was able to track the ball down better than anyone else with them right now

Luckily, Aizawa held up his phone with a set number on it. 705.2 Meters.

Impressive… kinda.

"Before anything else, one must know exactly what they're capable of." The man slowly spoke "This is the rational metric that will be the basis of your 'Hero Foundation'"

Yo!

So yeah, the second chapter's done and dusted. I think I've made Aizawa come across as pretty rude but that's just how he always came across to me at his first introduction but don't worry he won't stay like that for long obviously. And yeah, I tooootally didn't make it so Vali basically doubled Bakugo's points in the entrance exam, also how do y'all spell Bakugo - Bakugo or Bakugou because the manga I read from uses both of them and it keeps messing me up which is why I spell his name both ways sometimes. Also, I think I made a mistake in either this chapter, last chapter or next chapter where I said Vali wasn't told All Mights real name when he does so If y'all can see when I said that please let me know so I can change it, thanks.

Oh, yeah these chapters are pre-wrote by the way which is why they're coming out so consistently, I don't know what chapter I'll be on before posting this but I had just started Chapter 6 when I published the first chapter.

Anyways, how's y'alls day been? Mine's been alright, just started buying Christmas presents for my family and shit. Oh by the way I'm writing this authors note on the same day I published the first chapter, the same for the next couple authors notes too.

Alright, peace out y'all!

Khaos!

P.S. Do y'all have a better name for this fic because it was just the first thing that came to my mind and it's really bad. Same for chapter names, do y'all want me to try and personalise the chapter names like 'The Entrance Exam and The Beginning of Chaos' for the first chapter and so on or should I just leave it as 'Chapter 1' and so on?

Let me know in the review section. Love y'all, byeeee!

P.P.S. If y'all like MHA fics then a friend of mine, Bright - you can find his Profile in my favourite author section under Flame something or other, I can't remember his fanfiction username (sorry bright) - is writing his own MHA fic so please go and show him some love, it's actually a pretty good story!

P.P.P.S These are gonna be coming out semi-regular probably, like once every couple days until I'm caught up but don't expect that kind of consistency once I do catch up if you're reading the Slayer of Gods then you know how Inconsistent I am

P.P.P.P.S. if y'all can't tell these aren't being beta tested, I think Ruin would kill me if I asked them to beta this for me, they have enough issues dealing with me and SoG's normally let alone adding this to the mix so if there's any spelling errors, inconsistencies or whatever then let me know so I can also fix them lol

Byeee
