I think I know the coupling here... I won't reveal it but I think I have it... Passion mets and greets passion so... I think I know who will get together.
"And so everyone thought I would be a villian, all because of my quirk."
Shinso was shocked to see the disgust in the eyes of his potential future classmates. Iida looked enraged and made chopping motions, stuttering with annoyance. Uraraka actually grabbed his hands, planting a warm kiss on his cheek. Momo frowned, Jiro huffed and rolled her eyes. Izuku actually looked ready to hunt down and kill his classmates.
Actually the boy grabbed one of his hands from Uraraka. " I get that, my past classmates were horrifically cruel and abusive, I got suicide bated for years for having no Quirk. It was awful, people suck. I'd go into therapy, it might help, I go and Hound Dog is amazing. I promise he won't be a prick."
"I'll keep that in mind... " Shinso hid his own rage at the idea that someone hurt Izuku, the guy was so freaking pure despite being such a badass. It infuriated him beyond reason, he hated bullies.
"Hey, What kind of babies do you want?" Shinso turned, confused, only to see a gorgeous pink haired girl in his face. "I have so many ideas to help you! Izzy is a master at analysing quirks and combat, together will make you some weapons to make you better in combat. Maybe a voice modulator, to mask your identity and some kind of weapon to give you range and help with capture... hmmm... Izzy, any ideas?"
Izuku smirked. "So many! Chain and sickle would be great for one, something that could knock out his enemy as it takes out their control... "
"Speaking of... "Shinso, a little overwhelmed by this conversation, turned to Izuku. "How did you break my control? I was no where near done with my control or near my limits... how did you break it?"
"Will power I think. I have always been stubborn, if too shy and timid in the past, but after working so hard to better myself I got good at self introspection. I think that is what helped me... we can train with your power, mastering it better and better until even I can't break it. "
That hit Shinso like the train. "You'd let me take control?"
"Your my friend, right?" Shinso nodded, not trusting his voice. "Then sure, I trust you not to abuse your power. Simple. Besides even if I did not trust you, we have friends nearby who would stop abuse so whats the worry."
Maybe Shinso started to cry... maybe he didn't, either way he smiled happy to finally feel at some kind of peace.
"Well I got to go, it's my turn to impress!" Uraraka said, smirking deeply. "I get to beat the snotty guy's butt, I can't wait." Standing, the confident girl marched away, eager and proud.
Shinso liked her already.

Uraraka rarely was open in her dislike, but boy had Monoma pissed her off! She hated bullies and rude people, always had and boy was he nasty. Whenever they saw him, he ran his mouth and said all sorts of annoying things. He seemed afraid of Izuku though, since he never ran his mouth around him... probably saw him put Mineta in his place and knew better then to piss off the more powerful Quirkless boy. A boy who would destroy him since it was clear Monoma relied on copying powers. As long as she avoided him touching her directly, she would win... easily.
Getting onto the field, She wanted to immediately punch the smirking boy's face the moment she saw it. 'Maybe Izuku's violence is rubbing off on me...' She giggled, thinking of her best friend and imagining what he would think of her thoughts.
Shaking off that, she settled into a solid stance, fixing her face into one of pure aggression. She was ready to whoop ass!
"Maybe you should give up?" Monoma called out. " You know all I have to do is touch you and you win? Martial arts aren't going to help you here."
She frowned. " Say that after your knocked out." The boy frowned back at her but couldn't say a word as she charged him, keeping low to the ground. The boy let out a kick as she approached, keeping it at her midsection...
A bad, bad move.
Ducking under the strike, she grabbed his leg and twisted it, turning with all her strength to slam on his side hard enough that the ground cracked beneath him, activating her quirk at the same time. The boy floated up, gasping for breathe as she turned and literally tossed him away like the piece of garbage he was. The boy flew away, flying at great speed... only to fall short of the boundry line, landing on his face.
"I...managed to copy your quirk, just in time to break your gravity thing." He coughed, standing with a pronounced limp. "You won't win this! I will show the world that Class B is superior!"
"Oh get over yourself, peacock!" She was stunned at her own words, her attitude. "We can't help that villians attacked us, it was chance... and you might want to go to the Nurse, I know I dislocated your arm. The way it's dangling, your in serious risk of permant damage if we continue fighting. And to be honest with you, I have barely put any effort into this fight. You rely on quirks, a bad move. Turns out I excel at martial combat... you might want to be smart and forfeit before I really hurt you."
"You Class A kids are to arrogant, you wannbe heroes don't deserve to be noticed!" She sighed when he shot after her, not even moving until the moment he reached her. Without flinching, she reached out for his injured arm and yanked it back before jamming it back into place. His screams filled the arena, as did many people's disgustetd groans.
Tired and very, very pissed, she did one of the few meaner moves Izuku taught her, jamming three fingers into the boy's throat making him choke horribly before yanking him down and kneeing his forehead hard. He collasped, boneless at her feet.
"Idiot... he's out, Miss Midnight."
The far more skilled Heroine let out a very inapropriate laugh. "Your alright girl... Monoma is out, Uraraka is the Winner and progresses to the final match against Izuku Midoriya!"
The crowd went wild and as she watched Monoma get carted out, she overheard several nasty things that left her shaking with utter fury.
"What a powerful kid, the Quirkless brat stands no chance."
"Yeah, a powerful quirk and great martial skills, she is one hell of a beast. I want her as my sidekick already."
"That little freak is going to get his ass kicked."
"Take away his support items and he's nothing, she's got this in the bag."
The nasty comments went on and on, leaving her sour and annoyed and ready to run into the stands to beat people up. However it was only by the grace, and terrifying expression, of Miss Midnight, that she stalled her desired assult.
"Ignore then, Uraraka." Izuku's voice drew her attention to her handsome friend as he walked into the arena. He was stripping off his Support items entirely, utility belt and all. He even pulled off his gym shirt, revealing his utterly ripped physique. He wasn't bulky, but her friend had a lot of muscle on him. Lean and strong and almost broken, he had the body of a Greek God. "If they think I cannot win without my support items, I will show them they are wrong." She realized then that he was still wearing his microphone... and there was no trace of amusement or a smile on his face.
Her level headed, kind, funny friend was utterly pissed and she could blame him one little bit.
Settling into her own stance, Uraraka leveld her breathing, knowing she was going to lose, badly, but knew she would put her all into this fight. It was the one that mattered the most and frankly... it was going to be the hardest. He knew her quirk, her martial skills, her sense of strategy and tactics and yet she wasn't fully aware of what he could do, having never truly seen him go all out, not even against Midnight.
This was going to be hell but boy would it be fun! She hadn't a chance to go all out either and this would be her chance to see what she was really made of!
It was on!
""
Fist met fist as they charged each other, more a measure of strength then actual ability. Izuku was stronger, he knew that, so naturally he was shocked by how much her hit had actually hurt, Any harder and he might have broken his fist, girl had some serious power. He shouldn't have been that shocked, she was always powerful, it had been her speed, stamina and technique that needed work more then anything else... and boy, had she worked on that.
Gritting his teeth, Izuku made his choice. 'I'll go all out, she deserves that!'
Pulling back, he sent another hard jab forward, fake aiming for her face with one hand before utterly clocking her shoulder hard enough that she gasped. Before she could even think to react, he let up a hard knee, catching her gut and knocking the wind out of her. A strong right hook sent her flying back, but he didn't stop here, moving forward with more blindingly fast strikes. Kicking, punching and overall beating the crap out of his best friend before she could react... And then she lashed out, catching his arm like he taught her only her grip wasn't perfect, she was too beat up for that. She coughed and tried to flip him over, only for him to pull a Midnight and land on his feet before using his superior strength to pull her into a throw that had her smashing into the ground on her back.
As she coughed, as dust rose from her impact, he used the arm still in his hand to yank her onto her chest before kneeling in the small of her back. With his other hand, he grasped her other arm and twisted it into a painful grip. "Give up, your not strong enough to flip me and you can't use your quirk without five points on me. I have you. "
She huffed, sighing. " That was fast."
"I have a years training, you have less then a months. Plus speed has always been an issue for you, that's what was the biggest difference here besides skill. It happens." He turned to Midnight, who nodded.
Flashing her whip, the women declared. "Izuku Midoriya has imobolized Uraraka, that means Izuku has won the Tournament!" There was cheering only for a second before some idiots started going off, just as he let his friend up, checking for bruises.
"You bully, beating a defenseless girl!"
"Yeah, you quirkless freak, go pick on someone your own size."
"More villian then anything else, all of his fights have been so vicious. He could have seriously killed someone, especially with those Electric sticks!"
He just sighed, already tired of their collective crap... however he had no chance to say a word as Uraraka ripped off his microphone. "Shut up! I am a lot of things, defenseless is not one of them! I asked him to go all out, and he respected me enough to do that. Plus, I didn't hear you complaining when I was being attacked by literal explosions which are far more dangerous then the Escrima Sticks which are only set as high as a typical taser. Or when Todoroki literally froze us, do you know what happens to cells that get frozen? They burst and cause irreversible damage. Izuku earned his win, don't be sore and take that from him cause you are biased. Oh and as for that stupid comment about the suport items, you all use them when you use Quirk surpressing handcuffs! Get over yourselves." Growling at the crowd once more, she hugged him tight. "You earned this, don't let them take that away from you... now come one, I need medical attention, your a beast."
And like that, the two best friends walked side by side to get medical attention, ignoring the haters with all they had.

"The first-year students have completed all of the events for the UA Sports Festival. Now it's time to relax and enjoy the awards ceremony," Midnight said,, her heart filled with rare pride. Izuku was in first, Uraraka in second, Shinso and Menoma sharing third. It was a beautiful sight, each kid had worked so hard to be there and to win... "Now, let's break out the hardware. Of course, there's only one person worthy of distributing the awards," Midnight said, as All Might was heard laughing at the top of the stadium.
"All Might's up there!" one of them said.
"Citizens!" All Might yelled as he jumped down from the roof, landing next to midnight. "I am here with the Medals," All Might announced.
"All Might, the number one hero!" Midnight said at the same time. "Ruined that, didn't I?" She asked after a moment of silence. "So now that you're here, All Might, why don't you start the presentation?" Midnight asked.
"Young Menoma, you showed great promise. However you need to learn to rely on your quirk. All Might told Menoma as he stepped up to the podium and put the third-place medal around his neck. Then he did the same for Shinso. "You face the same issue, Shinso however I feel you will change that with Young Midoriya's offer."
Shinso nodded, flushing just a little to Midnight's joy. "I will sir, and Mei promised to make me some Support items to make me more formidable and flexible in battle situations.
All Might nodded, pleased. "That is a wise move, it will take you far." He looked to Menoma, who looked to be fuming and close to tears so he moved on. "Young Uraraka. Congratulations! You fought exceptionally well, having transformed yourself in less then a month. You showcased tremendous improvement, skill and effort. Your drive is to be admired." All Might then placed the medal around her neck, smiling at her as he did so.
" Thank you, I ... I worked so hard, it was great to see it come to life."
Then he moved to Izuku, who Midnight could tell wasn't entirely pleased to see the man so close. She knew of their past issues and hoped it wouldn't be too much of an issue for Izuku. "In our world, so many make the mistake of judging others for a luck of genetics rather then effort, determination, intelligence, drive or skill. A year a go I told you that you could not be a hero due to lacking a quirk... I was wrong, you showcased to us all that you are more ready to be a hero then most Pros... can you forgive this foolish old man?"
To her pride, Izuku smiled. "How could I not? You never meant any harm and you weren't entirely wrong... I wasn't training or really working for it then. Of course I forgive you." He hugged All Might close, accepting his medal with grace.
"Here, they are! The winners of this year's sports festival! But listen closely. Any of you first years could have ended up standing on these podiums. Think about what you've done today. You've challenged each other, learned, and climbed even closer towards your goals of being pros," All Might announced as he pulled away from Izuku. "I think the next generation of heroes is proving to be our most promising one yet!" All Might continued. "So I have one more thing to say. I want to hear everyone yell it with me. You know what it is. Thanks, everyone, for your hard work!" All Might yelled.
"Plus Ultra!" Everyone else yelled at the same time.
"What? That was the perfect time to say plus ultra, All Might!" the students yelled at him as the crowd booed.
"Well, yeah, I guess, but everyone did such a good job!" All Might moaned.
Everyone started to laugh and Midnight was no exception... 'Now's my chance, I might get to get Izuku to intern with me... so exciting. But I better do it before the rat gets a hold of him...' She wasn't blind to the look in the old rat's eyes, he was hungry for a student and Izuku was a literal buffet.
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
